Liz Sandoz on Nick Viall: We Had Sex and I Was Drunk AF!

The Bachelor Season 21 star Liz Sandoz opens up on tonight's episode about how having had sex with Nick Viall is “weighing” on her. She was also hammered apparently. You didn't need to read The Bachelor spoilers  to know that ol' Nick has a reputation as a … guy who will readily have sex with women. Case in point? He met Liz, 29, at Jade Roper and Tanner Tolbert's January 2016 wedding, and the two hit it off, then hit it with each other. Why are we talking about it now? Because Sandoz surprised the two-time Bachelorette runner-up by appearing on Monday's season premiere to compete for his heart … … despite having refused to give him her phone number after their fling! Nick questioned her intentions, but gave her the last rose . “I've been carrying around a secret,” Liz tells the camera in a clip from this evening's episode. “I met Nick at Jade and Tanner's wedding.” And we all know what happens at weddings … “We had sex,” Liz notes, as she did Monday. “But it's just kind of weighing on me just because you want to be able to talk those things out.” Sandoz was the maid of honor for former Bachelor contestant Jade, while Nick scored an invite to the wedding because he's Nick.  Jade Roper slammed Nick for his handling of the situation, claiming that Liz did in fact try to get ahold of him after the one-night-stand. Anyway, where do we go from here on the show? In the clip below, Liz chats with Christen by the pool, and opens up about the steamy rendezvous she had with the reality star. “Like, I felt very comfortable with him, you know?” Liz tells her fellow contestant, adding the qualifier, “I was also wasted.” Not so wasted that she forgot about Nick; Viall, for his part, seemed to take a moment to remember where he'd seen her face before. Christen, a 25-year-old virgin, was surprised by the scope of the admission. “Player say what? She sure laid it all out there.” “It's probably nothing I want to put on the family-friendly Monday night channel, but she laid it all out there,” she joked. From Liz's lips to Christen's pure, virginal ears. What will happen when she and Nick get together and rehash the events of that night? Will they even get that opportunity? Duggar Family: SLAMMED For Posting About Evils of Money

The Duggar family is very, very wealthy. They’re not “Trump rich,” but they’re much closer to “Kardashian rich” than most of their fans realize. In addition to their reality TV empire, the Duggars have launched a wide array of business ventures that serve to both bring in extra income and keep their sons-in-law marginally employed. Despite all of that, it seems the Duggars are still firm believers that all money is sinful – even the rare bills that have never been used as a cocaine straw or found their way into s stripper’s g-string. The Duggars have never been shy about expressing their religious beliefs on social media, even when those views are sure to attract controversy. (We imagine Jessa wasn’t exactly shocked when folks took issue with her idiotically comparing abortion to the Holocaust .) This time, however, the arguments are not against the message, but with the people who shared it: The Duggars posted the above image to their official Facebook page yesterday, and some fans are accusing the well-heeled clan of hypocrisy: “And that is exactly why they were exposed for the fakes they are. Their love for fame and fortune,” wrote one follower. “If ratings start dipping, marriages are rushed and courtships develop and progress rapidly. It’s all about the ratings, which translates to ‘it’s all about the money,'” commented another. Others rushed to the Dugs’ defense  “That’s right – it’s not money (which just a tool) but the love of money. Great reminder,” wrote one fan. Fans have long been confused by the Duggars views on money, and it seems this meme didn’t help to clarify matters much. They’re obviously ambitious when it comes to stacking funds, and one of their stranger beliefs is that getting debt is a sin . But clearly they’re not all in with capitalism, as they’re quick to quote the Bible on the topic of the evils of currency. Clayton Jennings: Duggar Family Friend Tied to Sex Scandal

You didn’t think you’d get out of 2016 without one last Duggar sex scandal, did you? Ha! This dumpster fire of a year hasn’t given us any breaks for the past 11 months, and it looks like it has no intention of starting now. Unfortunately, while we’re maintaining hope that 2017 will contain fewer unexpected celebrity deaths, it’s hard to be even a little optimistic when it comes to the Duggars’ future. The family first fell from grace back in May of 2015, when the world learned that Josh Duggar molested several young girls , including four of his sisters, while he was a teenager. The Duggars’ reputation was further damaged by the revelation that Josh’s parents helped him hide his crimes from the authorities. Not long thereafter, it was revealed that Josh had an account with Ashley Madison , a website designed to help married people find cheating partners. It was hard to imagine that things could get any worse for a family who had risen to fame by holding themselves up as paragons of family values and Christian virtue. Remarkably, however, enough fans were willing to forgive the family that they were given a second shot at reality stardom with Counting On , a spin-off focusing on the Duggar children, with occasional cameos from parents Jim Bob and Michelle (and no mention of Josh). The show has maintained mediocre ratings throughout a four-episode trial run and two full seasons, even as the Duggars endured scandals that would have sunk reality stars with less loyal fan bases. While Jim Bob and Michelle’s 18 younger kids have thus far managed to avoid any major controversies, several members of the family’s inner circle have been felled by scandal, including the Duggars’ former minister Bill Gothard. Gothard resigned in disgrace after more than a dozen women, many of them former employees, came forward to accuse the evangelist of various acts of sexual impropriety. Now, another high-profile minister with ties to the Duggars has been embroiled in a sex scandal, and it looks as though he too will step away from his profession as a result. Clayton Jennings is a popular youth preacher, whose self-produced faith-based film Strayland  performed better than expected when it was released in 2010, earning Jennings a modicum of fame among Southern evangelicals. According to a blog entitled the Polemics Report, Jennings has stepped away from his ministry  following the revelation that he used his position of authority to coerce young women into sex. (The journalist who first exposed Jennings says the 28-year-old pastor sent him “a large sum of money” to stop investigating the matter.) In recent weeks, Jennings has posted several videos in the vein of the goofy slam-poetry-style “confession” below, in an effort to clear his name. Clayton Jennings Confession However, those who claim to have knowledge of the details of Jennings’ misdeeds say that the young minister is withholding information A woman who claims she was pressured into performing sex acts on Jennings recently offered this account to the Polemics Report: ” I told him I had never been in a serious relationship and so had never been with a guy physically that way before. He would then take my hands in an effort to ‘teach me what to do.’ I felt like a broken record telling him that I was a virgin and wanted to save myself for marriage. “We didn’t actually have sex, but I was pressured into being sexually intimate with him in other ways. I told him that it was my belief that sexual favors (of all forms) outside of marriage is a sin against God. “He would stare at me with such a confused look on his face as he assured me ‘No, it’s not the same’ and because of his authority as a ‘minister,’ I believed him and gave in .” View Slideshow: The 11 Biggest Duggar Family Scandals of 2015 This time, the Duggars aren’t directly involved, but the fact that it’s the second time in as many years that a member of their inner circle has been forced to step down due to a sex scandal is unlikely to do much for their battered reputation. Maybe forcing young people to abstain from any sort of physical contact until after they’re married isn’t such a great idea after all.

Amy Duggar & Dillon King: Headed For Divorce?!

Last week, fans were shocked by a Marriage Boot Camp trailer in which Amy Duggar described being attacked by her husband, Dillon King. Amy says Dillon lifted her up by her throat during an argument, and not surprisingly, fans are now encouraging her to kick him to the curb. The preview doesn’t offer any context for the shocking act of violence, but this is a case where it doesn’t matter. Dillon didn’t say something he can’t take back; he became physically violent with his partner, which is unforgivable in any situation that doesn’t involve self-defense. In the days since the clip went public, fans have been taking to the Duggar family’s official Facebook page with pleas for Amy to get out of her clearly troubled marriage. “If your husband choked you that’s not love,” wrote one concerned follower. “No one has the right to assault others. If someone who claims to love you is hurting you, run.” Others echoed the sentiment, with many pointing out that this is not the only instance in which Amy and Dillon have shown signs of strain in their marriage: Amy Duggar & Dillon Kind Discuss Babies, Spinoffs In the Facebook video above, Amy and Dillon briefly argue (around the 10-minute mark) about how many kids they’d like to have. It’s a minor squabble that could hint at a deeper issue. It’s strange that Amy and Dillon didn’t discuss such an important matter before they got engaged, especially since she comes from a family that’s famous for its unorthodox views on child-rearing.  They do, however, agree that they want to have kids, and at one point they even seem to hint that they’ll soon be hosting their own home renovation show. Rumors of an Amy and Dillon spinoff have been circulating for months, and now it seems a deal has been reached, but at this point, details are scarce. Regardless of the nature of the project, the fact that these two are planning babies and business ventures together is a pretty sure sign that they won’t be separating any time soon. Amy and Dillon just got married  in September of last year, and divorce is virtually unheard of in the Duggars’ circle, so you can expect the Kings to try and stick things out. Josh Duggar: Is He Creeping Back into the Duggar Spotlight?!

We haven’t seem much of Josh Duggar at all for over a year now. And really, that’s the way it should be. Josh pretty much defined hypocrisy when it came out that, despite all the time he’s spent preaching about the importance of family, he’d molested five young girls and cheated on his wife . He spent several months at a rehabilitation center where we imagine he tried to learn not to be such a creepy, awful person, but there are some things you just can’t fix. But still, his family seems to think it’s really important to try. Even though so many people — basically all of the people — have made it clear that they aren’t interested in seeing or hearing about Josh , Jim Bob and Michelle still went ahead and included him in their Thanksgiving festivities anyway. See him up there on the far right, sitting on the floor while his poor wife, Anna, plays with a kid? That’s not what anybody wants to see. One person commented on the photo with “Awesome pictures except putting a scumbag like Josh in there ruins it. I would never forgive my husband if he did what Josh did.” “Not happy about Josh in the pix at ALL,” another wrote. “Michelle and Jim Bob would be wise to keep Josh out of pictures if they want to keep their platform (or ‘ministry,’ as they like to call it),” another advised. One commenter took the sarcastic route with “I miss Josh Duggar. Such an upstanding man. A man of honor. A man of integrity. A true role model … Why won’t the new show have him on?” And another just got real, writing “Well at least they put him on the floor.” But it looks like the family isn’t bothered by the criticism, because Michelle took the time to write a long-winded message about how wonderful her whole family is, and about how forgiveness is pretty cool: Thanksgiving is such a wonderful holiday. It’s a beautiful day spent with family, food we love and most of all it is a poignant reminder of the many blessings our lives enjoy, for which we should be thankful. This year for Thanksgiving, we spent a few days together with our family in a cabin in the beautiful Ozark mountains. We’ve laughed together, cooked together, sang together, told fun family stories, played with kids and bounced babies. It’s been a wonderful family time. As I look around the room, I am so deeply touched by God’s love, His forgiveness, His kindness, His provision, His mercies and His tenderness toward each of us. God’s willingness to redeem us through Christ, in spit of all our failures and imperfections, is so humbling and fills my heart with tremendous gratitude. Today, I am thankful for family, sweet friends and most of all God’s love. I pray your day is full of family, fun and games, delicious food, long enjoyed traditions and a heart and home filled with God’s love. Well, on Thanksgiving day, we were thankful that the Duggars had kept a muzzle on Josh, and that they’d actually managed to be aware enough to just pretend like he doesn’t exist on their show and on social media. Jana Duggar: Parents Pushing Her Into Courtship?!

Well, it’s been days since Jinger Duggar married Jeremy Vuolo , so naturally, fans of the family are already wondering who will be next. Will it be Joy-Anna courting and sprinting down the aisle. Or John David, who has spoken about his desire to settle down?  Josiah Duggar briefly courted Marjorie Jackson , so he’s in the mix as well. Josiah’s relationship didn’t result in marriage and an army of offspring, which are the goals for any Duggar courtship, but he was interested. That’s neither here nor there, in any case, because if the fans had their pick, the perennial favorite and ” Cinderella Duggar ” would be next. Normally, an unmarried 26-year-old would not be a cause for concern, but the Duggars are adherents of the ” Quiverfull ” movement. To make a long story short, the teachings the family ascribes to believe the obligation of every woman is to have as many babies as possible. See Duggar, Michelle, nee Ruark. The women in the family are typically married off in their early 20s (Joy-Anna, 19, seen with Jana above, could be next) to begin breeding. Sounds crude, but hey, it’s more or less true. The fact that Jana is entering her mid-to-late 20s without a courtship in sight is no doubt a source of stress for her procreation-happy parents. Or is it? Many observers have speculated that Jim Bob and Michelle used Jana to help raise the younger kids while marrying off her sisters. Not a terrible theory, but this may disprove it. Some Duggar fans believe that JBD and Michelle are now giving Jana a public nudge toward the altar with their latest Facebook post: The pic above is a wall hanging created by Jana, who is known for her artistic sense, with some objects she found around the house. “Our Jana is so talented!” her gushed in the caption. “An old fence board, some painted sticks and just a little jute string!” So talented … oh, and believe it or not, still available! Duggar social media posts usually focus on grandkids or the entire family (individual attention is in short supply when you’ve got 19 freakin’ kids). So many took this post as a way of doing a bit of “advertising” for Jana, who does so much for her family but gets so little of the credit. However, that doesn’t necessarily jibe with what seems to be the reality of the situation, which may be the same old story: As far as anyone can tell, the problem never has been that Jana Duggar, a beautiful, sweet young woman is suffering from a lack of options. The only thing holding her back is … her unusually high standards. “There have been different guys come along and ask, but they haven’t been the right one,” Jana told a TLC camera crew on 19 Kids and Counting . “It’s just one of those things,” she said, with unexpected candor. “I’m not just out to get married to the first one who comes along.” View Slideshow: Jana Duggar Photos: So Beautiful, So Maligned Well, we hope the right one does come along, and that when he does, Jim Bob and Michelle embrace it and don’t put him through the wringer. Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar: Divorcing Due to Financial Issues?!

It’s been almost 18 months since news of the Josh Duggar sex scandals first went public, and the family of the disgraced former lobbyist is still feeling the fallout. All this week, rumors that Anna Duggar is planning to divorce Josh have been circulating on social media. Now, it seems another Duggar couple may be headed for Splitsville, and sources say the trouble in their marriage is also the result of Josh’s misdeeds: We’ve heard reports of Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar getting divorced before, but this time, there’s a new wrinkle to the rumors. According to In Touch , the Duggars took a major financial hit as a result of Josh’s scandals and sex crimes. The tabloid claims that the family’s deal for their second reality series – Counting On , now in its second season – has them getting paid a fraction of what they were receiving for 19 Kids and Counting . Worse, their other businesses have struggled as a result of the family’s badly damaged reputation, and there have been frequent rumors of Counting On being canceled due to declining ratings and advertisers cutting ties with the network. It seems major corporations don’t like being tied to families that admitted to sheltering a child molester. Who would have thought?! Sources say the main issue is that Michelle is aware that the family is close to losing everything, including their beloved “Duggar Compound.” Jim Bob, on the other hand, reportedly refuses to acknowledge his money troubles or do what it takes to pull his family back from the brink of poverty. Jim Bob is said to still be putting all his eggs in the Counting On basket, but if ratings don’t improve dramatically in the very near future, it seems those hopes will soon be shattered. Insiders claim he was hoping from a major boost from the Jinger Duggar-Jeremy Vuolo courtship , but the viewership spike never quite materialized. Jinger and Jeremy got married over the weekend, and the wedding was filmed for TLC, but it remains unclear if the family’s show will be picked up for a full third season. Currently, it seems TLC is planning a wedding-centric miniseries that will conclude with the nuptials. Anna Duggar: I Still Cry About My Marriage

During  last night’s episode of Counting On , Duggar fans finally got to enjoy the moment they’ve been waiting for all season. Yes, after eight weeks of televised courtship,  Jeremy Vuolo popped the question to Jinger Duggar. Considering that’s about how long the couple courted in real life, it was considerably longer than fans expected to wait, but better late than never, right? Watch Jill & Jessa Counting On Season 3 Episode 8 Online But while Jeremy’s rooftop proposal in NYC is dominating this morning’s discussion of the episode, there were smaller, more unexpected moments that left their marks on fans as well. One of them involved the close bond between sisters-in-law Jana and Anna Duggar. The two women are often identified as the most obvious victims of the Duggar clan’s outmoded patriarchal society. In addition to the fact that she almost certainly suffered sexual abuse at the hands of brother Josh, Jana has been made to stay home and help care for her younger siblings while her sisters leave the nest to make lives of their own. Anna, of course, has been pressured to stay with her philandering husband in the wake of the Josh Duggar sex scandals, and while she’s proven her ability to smile for the cameras on countless occasions, on last night’s episode, she offered viewers a glimpse at her inner turmoil. During a scene at the Duggar compound back in Arkansas, Anna opened up about how grateful she is to have Jana in her life. “She will make an amazing wife one day,” Anna told the camera. “But selfishly right now, I’m so thankful I’ve had her as a shoulder to cry on.” Obviously, it stands to reason that Josh and Anna have a long way to go in repairing their marriage (or at least that Josh has a long way to go in convincing Anna not to leave him). But since it’s so rare that we see Anna open about the difficulties she’s endured over the past 18 months, it’s easy to forget how painful her home life must be. Anna talking about Jana’s future marital prospects and her own sadness and desperation in the same sentence made for one of the most moving scenes in of reality television that the Duggars have offered up in recent memory. Of course, like the network that made them famous, the Duggars prefer to focus on shiny, happy moments like Jinger and Jeremy’s wedding, and it’s not hard to see why. Still, we applaud the producers who decided to take a moment to acknowledge those who have crushed by the inexorable Duggar baby-making machine. It may be that while viewers were waiting for the big moment between Jinger and Jeremy, a smaller, much more compelling story was unfolding all along.

Michelle Duggar: SLAMMED For Misidentifying Daughter on Facebook!

Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar are famous for having an absurd number of children (19 to be exact), and it seems that the sheer size of their brood sometimes results in parenting…mistakes. No, we’re not talking about them letting Josh Duggar do what he did (Although seriously – who was supposed to be watching that kid?!). We’re actually referring to the family’s latest Facebook post, which contained a fairly major error: The photo above was uploaded on Saturday with a caption reading: “Looks like Jordyn is getting some good practice.” Some folks took issue with the fact that that’s not the safest way to use a sewing machine. Others objected to the idea of a little girl “practicing” to become the ideal housewife . But the most common complaint was a simple and inarguable one: The child in the photo is not Jordyn Duggar; it’s her older sister Jennifer. Needless to say, it’s a seriously embarrassing gaffe, especially since the Duggars have made a career out of their “family first” ethos, and have boasted for years that they maintain a connection with their fans by managing their social media accounts personally. In all likelihood, Michelle Duggar is able to identify her own children, and the mistake was made by the person she pays to manage her Facebook page. Not quite as embarrassing, but still not a good look for a woman who have us believe she lives a life quiet simplicity. The Internet being the Internet, Facebook commenters were quick to pounce on the error: “Whoever runs this page at least needs to know which Duggar is which. That’s Jennifer not Jordyn,” wrote one commenter. “If I had 19 kids with the same letter, I’d mix up too,” wrote a fan who’s either more forgiving or a master of the art of subtle shade. Like we said, it’s certainly not the worst thing to happen to the Duggars in the past year, but it’s another crack in their increasingly fragile facade.
