Justin Bieber to Be Charged with CRIMINAL ASSAULT in Canada

On the same day his lawyer entered a plea of not guilty for last Thursday’s DUI arrest , news has broken that Justin Bieber will soon be charged with criminal assault for an incident that took place last month in December. Here is what we know at this time: Justin Bieber – “Confident” (Music Video) While riding inside a limousine last month, some sort of altercation took place between Bieber’s entourage and the vehicle’s driver. Initially, a member of Justin’s security team was believed to be behind the attack… but Bieber reportedly did not cooperate with Canadian officials when they asked to speak with him and they proceeded to turn their attention toward the 19-year old singer. According to TMZ, a trio of witnesses spoke to the police and incriminated Bieber in some way, giving authorities reason to believe he physically assaulted the driver. The star is being booked for assault, given a citation and will be released on his own recognizance. Prior to this news hitting the wire, manager Scooter Braun asked (via Twitter) for folks to give his friend and client some leeway. “for all those asking @JeremyBieber and @pattiemallette love their son. Chris Brown Probation Revoked; Singer Not Sent to Jail, Making Progress in Rehab

Chris Brown’s probation has been revoked, following a progress hearing in the Rihanna assault case, but the singer was not remanded into custody. The decision stems from the R&B singer’s arrest for felony assault and subsequent misdemeanor assault charge following an altercation in D.C. Chris Brown Probation Revoked Brown is scheduled to appear in court in connection with the case on January 8, but because he’s on probation, that opens up a new list of issues. On Monday, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin noted that Brown’s criminal complaint violated the terms of his probation. However, Brandlin did not order the singer to return to jail, saying he was pleased with the troubled singer’s progress in anger management rehab . It’s the second time this year that the 24-year-old has had his probation revoked, and he’s scheduled to return February 10 for another hearing. He could have been jailed as a result of the probation revocation, even without a conviction in the assault case, but neither the state nor the judge wanted that. Brandlin also ordered that Brown stop using medical marijuana, though according to a letter from his rehab facility, he has already stopped using the drug. In November, he was ordered to enter a 90-day treatment program in which he must complete three eight-hour days of community service each week. The Grammy Award winning star has been diagnosed with ADD, according to his probation report, and suffered a “setback mentally and emotionally.” That took place when he was “not credited for all the hours” he served previously during this year’s community service fraud controversy, insiders report. He has also battled depression, but with the aid of other medications, the singer has been able to better “emotionally regulate himself,” his rehab facility says. Justin Bieber has a new message to send fans. That he f-cks bitches ? No, the artist already sent that one during a comedy show this weekend. Instead, the controversial 19-year old wants you to know he’s a good person. That’s the main message behind his latest trailer for “Believe,” which takes followers behind the scenes with Justin and which opens on Christmas Day. The preview depicts a number of clips from Bieber’s tour, along with someone from his entourage warning Bieber about becoming a train wreck. Justin Bieber Detained in Australian Airport, Customs Agents Find Weed on Pal

Justin Bieber and his entourage were detained at the Brisbane, Australia airport by agents who found weed on one of his pals, according to reports. A security check by customs agents turned up an unknown amount of pot on a 23-year-old in Justin’s entourage. The suspect was fined and released. The incident took place late last month, according to TMZ. Interestingly, Australian Federal Police say that a 19-year-old was detained and released after getting a stern warning for using “inappropriate language.” The young man reportedly swore at the officers. Hmm. Sources close to the incident claim that the troubled pop superstar, lover of Brazilian porn stars and ex-boyfriend of Selena Gomez was in fact that man. As for the stoner, sources close to Justin say he also had a disposable vaporizer – an electronic device to smoke marijuana – with residue in it. An attorney for the suspect appeared in court to pay the fine on his behalf in what was yet another incident in a tour full of notable run-ins and altercations. His bodyguard was arrested last month in Hawaii after allegedly attacking a photographer on the beach, and caught attacking a shutterbug in Sydney. Bieber also boned Tati Neves and possibly other hookers / strippers during his whirlwind tour of Brazil, and was famously filmed sleeping it all off. Rock n’ roll.

Justin Bieber has come under fire for a run of strange, pretty terrible behavior. He allegedly spit in his neighbor’s face last year. He definitely peed in a mop bucket . And he likely had sex this month with a porn star named Tati Neves . Bieber is aware of the criticism, but he makes his opinion on the haters very well known in the latest issue of The Hollywood Reporter. “I don’t give a f-ck,” he tells the publication. “I don’t give a f-ck what they say.” The artist isn’t lacking for self-confidence, either. “I know who I am and what I’m doing in my life and what I’ve accomplished and continue to accomplish as a performer, as a writer, as an artist, as a person, as a human being,” he says. “I’m happy with the man I’m becoming.” Manager and close friend Scooter Braun is featured alongside Bieber in the issue and says no one in the team’s entourage is worried about the star. “Say whatever the f-ck you want,” Braun tells critics. “Justin’s not going to go crazy. He’s not going to end up in rehab. He’s not going to end up a statistic. Nine months ago, they said he lost his mind – he hasn’t missed a show since. So we’re just going to shut up.” Bieber adds that he’s grown to have a number of trust issues due to stories leaking out and is only really leaning on Braun and his parents these days. As for his professional role models? “I’m very influenced by black culture, but I don’t think of it as black or white,” says Bieber. “It’s not me trying to act or pose in a certain way. It’s a lifestyle – like a suaveness or a swag, per se. But I don’t really like to say the word [‘swag’] anymore. It’s kind of played out.” Does Bieber feel any kind of pressure when it comes to his career? Not at all. The guy is only 19 years old, remember. “Michael Jackson didn’t do Off the Wall until he was about 23,” Justin says of late performer’s 1979 breakout album. “Bad, not until he was, like, 25 [Jackson was 29]. I have all the time in the world.”

In obvious news, two-time Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition cover girl goddess Kate Upton may soon be joining the Entourage movie, a new report indicates. Upton, 21, has not yet been officially cast in the lead female role but is in early talks, according to The Wrap, for the film that begins shooting next year. “Though Upton has not been formally offered the role, she is in early discussions to join the cast,” according to sources regarding the Entourage movie . While the beauty’s rep denies that any such talks are under way, they acknowledge there was “interest in Upton for the project earlier this year.” Upton’s role is said to be that of the female lead, the girlfriend of movie star Vincent Chase (Adrian Grenier). Insiders say Bieber rented this home outside of town due to security concerns if he remained in a hotel close to the center of Brazil. He hosted a gathering there after an evening at a club and Tatiana “knew some of the people there.” That’s how she earned herself an invite. Justin Bieber tried to sneak out of a brothel in Brazil while covered in a sheet Friday — but photographers caught him red-handed. The 19-year-old pop star and a friend spent more than three hours in the popular whorehouse Centauros in Rio de Janeiro — before leaving with two women, sources said. He jumped into the back seat of a car while the women, who covered their faces, were put in SUVs and escorted back to his hotel. Bieber’s security team covered him with a bedsheet bearing the sex den’s logo as he walked out of the establishment — and one of his handlers sprayed photographers with water, demanding they stop snapping, sources said. The fotogs, who had been tipped off about Bieber’s visit to the whorehouse, confirmed it was the singer through his security team. The Biebs was also identified by his gray wraparound wrist tattoo, which is visible in some photos, and his signature sneakers, sources said. Bieber was later kicked out of the hotel for breaking rules, the Brazilian news Web site EGO reported. A prostitute told the paper that Biebs paid her $500 for sex after the two met at a nightclub in Panama City. He took her back to his hotel room and the two smoked weed, she told the paper. After the sex, he returned her to the club, where she met back up with friends, she said. Here’s what we know. According to official D.C. documents — obtained by TMZ — a witness to the fight early Sunday morning told cops he heard the alleged victim tell a D.C. cop Brown NEVER HIT HIM. The cop later DENIED ever even speaking with the witness in question. But get this. A Secret Service agent — who was on duty and in uniform patrolling the streets near the White House — made contact with D.C. police and told them he happened to be around when the victim told the cop Chris never struck him. The agent says he absolutely heard the victim’s admission to the cop that Chris never struck him. This is doubly helpful for Chris. The Secret Service agent’s testimony could destroy the credibility of the alleged victim and cause prosecutors to drop the misdemeanor assault case. It could also save Chris from the more serious probation revocation in the Rihanna case — and remember, if the judge revokes Brown’s probation, he could go to prison for 4 years.
