Meteor in Wisconsin & Iowa. Fireball in Sky or Meteor Shower Puzzles Many

A bright light that gazed across the sky then it suddenly disappearing is the news that most people are reporting. Hundreds of calls to the Sheriff’s Department as well as to 911 came in from four different states as citizens all seemed to witness the same thing. Furthermore, even more calls were reportedly made to the National Weather Service. Apparently, houses, trees and various other objects were also observed or felt shaking, said the reports. The official reports are now stating that what the people may have seen was a meteor that was eaten up by the Earth’s Atmosphere. There are various sitings on small fragments of the meteor having hit the earth, but this has yet to be proven. The Meteor in Wisconsin or Meteor in Iowa was the Fireball in Sky that many people were reporting. This is apparently from the meteor shower that is expected to last until April 21. The fireball in sky was a shooting star to some who set out nice wishes, hoping they come true. Watch the video or see more pics Meteor in Wisconsin & Iowa. How "Green" Is Gaming?

April 22 is Earth Day, 24 hours devoted to considering the impact we have on the natural world and (hopefully) improving our relationship with the planet. It might seem like gaming is low-impact in terms of the environment — after all, you’re just sitting there staring at a screen as opposed to burning tires or releasing mercury into the water supply — but the video game industry does have an effect on the planet. Gamepro recently looked into it and compiled and interesting and/or enlightening article on the impact video games have on Nature. Among the big three consoles, Nintendo’s Wii uses the least power, but, overall, Nintendo has the lowest rating in eco-friendliness among game system manufacturers, according to a Greenpeace report published in January. This isn’t to say Microsoft and Sony are eco-warriors. In the list of consumer electronic manufacturers, Microsoft was second-to-worst and Sony was in the middle of the pack. While the video game industry

Courtney Cox at a Fake Beach Party of the Day

Here are some really boring pictures of Courtney Cox at a beach party that looks staged, which I guess means she gets work other than the Scream movies that found her an awkward husband….she wasn’t wearing a bikini, which is probably a good thing, because she’s so fucking old, but instead picked up a guitar like some kind of tree hugging lesbian singing about the environment or using menstrual cups or someshit….and as far as I’m concerned shit is really only a beach party if a bitch in a bikini gets too drunk for her own good and disappears with some strange man, never to be found again…. Earth Hour 2010

One of the global problems that each and everyone is experiencing is the Global Warming which can also be associated to climate change. This is due to some contributing factors such as energy released by the big and small companies across the globe. Because of what’s happening, World Wide Fund for Nature or also called as World Wildlife Fund which is an organization who is working on issues about the preservation of our environment, organized an event called Earth Hour which is held every 3rd month of the year, March. Earth Hour started in Australia in which 2.2million people participated. The people turned off their unnecessary lights for an hour. Because of its success, many cities around the world adopted the event in 2008. During the 2009 Earth Hour movement, 611 MWh of electricity was able to saved by Philippines which was equivalent to shutting off dozen of coal-fired power plants for an hour. This year, 2010, 120 countries will participate the event. That means that even the well recognized countries will participate. This will be on March 27, 2010, from 8:30 to 9:30PM local time.
