And Another One: John “Lemme Stroke Ya” Travolta Catches Another Lawsuit From A Masseur Who Claims His Cakes Were Violated!!

This ain’t good Johnny boy, this ain’t good at all… John Travolta Has Another Masseur Accuse Him Of Sexual Assault The second alleged victim says that on January 28, 2012, at an Atlanta, Georgia resort, during an in-room massage, Travolta removed the sheet from his body and asked for his buttocks to be massaged, during which time he opened his legs to reveal an erection. He then tried to “force Doe Plaintiff No. 2′s hand on Travolta’s scrotum. Then, Travolta started to grab, rub and caress Doe Plaintiff no. 2′s upper thighs and buttocks,” RadarOnline.com reports the lawsuit states. The first alleged victim told a similar story, alleging Travolta, 58, touched the unnamed plaintiff’s genitals, propositioned him and touched himself lewdly. Travolta’s rep said in a statement to E! News that John Doe No. 1′s claim was a lie and the “Pulp Fiction” star was on the East Coast on the day the incident allegedly occurred. “This lawsuit is complete fiction and fabrication,” it reads. “None of the events claimed in the suit ever occurred. The plaintiff, who refuses to give their name, knows that the suit is a baseless lie. “Plaintiff’s attorney has filed this suit to try and get his 15 minutes of fame. John intends to get this case thrown out and then he will sue the attorney and plaintiff for malicious prosecution.” Looks like this thing is gonna get worse before it gets better. Hold ya head John, or, better yet, don’t! Source

Adam Yauch’s Journey From Cancer Diagnosis To Rock Hall

Beastie Boys rapper kept his fans in the loop over the past three years since he was diagnosed. By John Mitchell The Beastie Boys’ Adam “MCA” Yauch Photo: Getty Images Adam Yauch, one of the founding members of the pioneering hip-hop trio the Beastie Boys, died Friday (May 4) at the age of 47 following a long battle with throat cancer. Yauch’s death has rattled the music world to its core, with tributes already pouring in from the likes of Justin Timberlake and Russell Simmons to fellow hip-hop pioneers Run-DMC. Since his 2009 cancer diagnosis, Yauch has stayed away from the public eye, often communicating with concerned fans through email, but during a period of remission, the Grammy-winning rapper stepped forward with his bandmates to release what would be his final album with the Beastie Boys, Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, and even won an MTV Video Music Award for his direction of the Beasties’ “Make Some Noise” video. Though he fought his battle with cancer privately, Yauch, a practicing Buddhist, always maintained a tight connection with the Beasties’ fans and continued to work despite the difficult surgeries and treatments he faced. Below, we’ve taken a look back at the last few years of Yauch’s life to showcase the one-of-a-kind music legend’s perseverance in the face of such a difficult battle. July 20, 2009 : Yauch announced in a video posted to BeastieBoys.com that he’d been diagnosed with cancer of the parotid gland, a salivary gland in the throat. “The reason we’re here talking is because I have some pretty heavy news to say,” Yauch said in the video. “About two months ago, I started feeling this little lump in my throat, like what you would feel if you have swollen glands or something like that, and so I didn’t really think it was anything. … They did tests, and I actually have a form of cancer in the gland that’s over here, in the parotid gland, and it’s also in the lymph node right in that area.” Yauch had surgery to remove the tumor and began radiation that same week. Due to his treatment, the Beastie Boys were forced to cancel their summer touring plans, including headlining gigs at the All Points West Festival and Lollapalooza, in addition to delaying the release of their album Hot Sauce Committee: Part One. The album was finally released in May 2011 under the title Hot Sauce Committee Part Two with a slightly altered track list. August 5, 2009 : In an email to subscribers of the Beastie Boys’ newsletter with the subject line “What I did over my summer vacation,” Yauch provided fans with an update on his treatment , writing, “So I’m about a week-and-a-half out of surgery now and rapidly recovering from it. … My neck and jaw are still pretty stiff from the surgery, but it gets better every day. Had the stitches out this past Monday … so things are moving along.” October 7, 2009 : In another email to fans, Yauch wrote about his trip to Dharamsala, India, where he had traveled to see some Tibetan doctors and ended up attending a three-day seminar taught by Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama. “I’m feeling healthy, strong and hopeful that I’ve beaten this thing, but of course time will tell,” Yauch said in the letter. March 9, 2010 : Yauch attended the Independent Spirit Awards and told reporters that while his recovery had been difficult, he was ready to get back to work . “I feel better. It was touch-and-go there for a while, but I am finally getting my energy back,” Yauch said. “It was really disappointing to have to hold the record and postpone the tour, but doctor’s orders. We may or may not [release the album], depending on how my health is come September. We want to, but we have to play it by ear.” September 28, 2010 : The Beastie Boys receive their first nomination to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. January 21, 2011 : “Fight for Your Right Revisited,” a short film directed by Yauch that picks up immediately after the events of the Beastie Boys’ classic “(You Gotta) Fight for Your Right (To Party)” video, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival . In the film, Elijah Wood plays Ad-Rock, Seth Rogen portrays Mike D and Danny McBride slips on Yauch’s classic leather jacket to become MCA. “Revisited” begins with the Beasties crawling out of the trashed apartment while the original ’87 tune plays in the background. They head down the stairs and immediately run into the parents of the kids whose party they crashed, played by Susan Sarandon and Stanley Tucci. April 20, 2011 : The video for “Make Some Noise,” the lead single from the Beastie Boys’ Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, debuted, marking the band’s first new musical release since Yauch’s cancer diagnosis. The clip was cut from Yauch’s “Fight for your Right Revisited” short film. May 3, 2011 : Hot Sauce Committee Part Two hits stores nearly two years after the initial planned release of the project. It’s still unclear which songs from the unreleased Part One made it onto the sequel. The album debuted at #2 on the Billboard albums chart. July 20, 2011 : “Make Some Noise” scores MTV Video Music Award nominations for Video of the Year and Best Direction for Yauch. The nominations brought the Beastie Boys’ career total VMA noms to eight, which include a Video of the Year nod for the Beasties’ 1994 Spike Jonze-directed classic “Sabotage.” August 28, 2011 : Yauch wins the VMA for Best Direction for “Make Some Noise.” The win is the third for the group, which previously scored a 1999 VMA for Best Hip-Hop Video for “Intergalactic” and the Video Vanguard Award in 1998. December 17, 2011 : It is announced that the Beastie Boys will officially be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. April 14, 2012 : The Beastie Boys become the third hip-hop act inducted into the Rock Hall during a ceremony at the Cleveland, Ohio, museum. Though he was unable to attend the ceremony because he was receiving treatment for a recurrence of his cancer, his bandmates paid him a warm tribute and read a letter written by Yauch to the crowd. Fellow inductees the Red Hot Chili Peppers dedicated their performance at the ceremony to Yauch. Tune in to MTV tonight at 8 p.m. for “Adam Yauch: Remembering a Beastie Boy,” an hour-long special hosted by Sway celebrating the life and career of Adam “MCA” Yauch, including his biggest moments and remembrances from his friends and peers. It’s not every day that a studio turns 100. As such, Universal is making the most of its centennial with a host of events including the recent Tribeca Film Festival shout out to the the company courtesy of Robert DeNiro and Judd Apatow . But today, April 30, is the big day itself, and to kick off the first day of its second century, the company released “100 fun facts” from its history. The list includes many factoids sure to show up on a crossword puzzle near you, such as the name of the mechanical shark in Steven Spielberg’s Jaws , what happened to the hole left by John Belushi when he smashed in a wall with his guitar in Animal House , and the store where the crew from American Pie bought that “warm apple pie” subsequently deflowered by Jason Biggs. There’s the skinny on what inspired Carl Laemmle to name his studio Universal a century ago. Fans and film enthusiasts can celebrate online today at the official Universal Centennial website . Meanwhile, read on for 100 facts about Universal: 1. Universal Film Manufacturing Company was officially incorporated in New York on April 30, 1912. Company legend says Carl Laemmle was inspired to name his company Universal after seeing “Universal Pipe Fittings” written on a passing delivery wagon.   2. The only physical damage made during the filming of National Lampoon’s Animal House was when John Belushi made a hole in the wall with a guitar. The actual Sigma Nu fraternity house (which subbed for the fictitious Delta House) never repaired it, and instead framed the hole in honor of the film.    3. The working title for E.T.: The Extra-Terrestrial was “A Boy’s Life.”                                                                                                      4. In the movie All Quiet on the Western Front , the Greek writing on the blackboard in the schoolroom is the beginning of Homer’s Odyssey: “Tell me, oh Muse, of that ingenious hero who traveled far and wide.”   5. Over a decade later, when Phil Alden Robinson worked with Affleck on the production of The Sum of All Fears , Affleck said, “Nice working with you again.”   32. In the coliseum scenes in Gladiator , only the bottom two decks are actually filled with people. The Dark Knight Rises Viral Campaign Harnesses the Power of Graffiti

With The Dark Knight Rises release fast approaching, Warner Bros. has launched their latest bit of buzz-driving viral marketing by teasing a brand-new trailer for the July release. But in order to see that trailer, Bat-fans must first “help” the Gotham City Police Department “find” Batman by tracking hundreds of pieces of Bat-graffiti strategically placed around the world; for each bit of graffiti located and tagged via social media, Warner Bros. will unveil the new trailer one frame at a time . Graffiti: it’s not just for Oscar-nominees anymore! Tucked away in a dossier containing Batman’s GCPD criminal file (posted to TheDarkKnightRises.com ) are documents detailing where Batman stands following the events of The Dark Knight : Namely, at the top of the city’s hit list, having taken the rap for murder, kidnapping, and aggravated assault. In a viral call to action cleverly disguised as a police memo, “officers” (that’s you, Bat-fans) are directed to find pieces of pro-Batman graffiti stenciled across Gotham City (that’s every box office-targeted metropolis, right?) in an effort to stamp out grassroots support for the caped crusader. “Officers should also be directed to report any and all information pertaining to the investigation to the designated contact (#tdkr07202012 or tdkr07202012@gothampolicedepartment.com). This includes submitting photographic evidence of graffiti related to any movement in support of the vigilante’s return so we can suppress it before it becomes a problem. Officers should make sure that location services or store location is on in their camera settings.” The campaign has already unlocked a number of frames from the trailer (see below, courtesy Coming Soon): I’m sure Warner Bros. doesn’t endorse graffiti — except in bat form, and leading up to July 20, 2012, and in chalk, of course. And it’s a brilliant way to get fans in a tizzy over seeing a trailer ONE FREAKING FRAME AT A TIME. But isn’t this guy who shaved the Bat-signal into his facial hair (via Reddit) just as effective a piece of viral marketing? Move over, Movember! It’s time for… Bat-stache-uly? [via Coming Soon ]

‘Dark Knight Rises’ Rated PG-13 For ‘Some Sensuality’

MPAA’s ratings explanation offers hints at Bruce Wayne’s relationships with Selina Kyle and Talia al Ghul. By Kevin P. Sullivan Tom Hardy as Bane in “The Dark Knight Rises” Photo: Warner Bros. Pictures With a little more than three months to go until the release of Christopher Nolan ‘s final Batman film, describing the fans as starved for information would be a criminal understatement. We are now at the point where any intel about ” The Dark Knight Rises ” is scrutinized beyond recognition. The latest piece of info to analyze comes from the Motion Picture Association of America. The MPAA bestowed a PG-13 rating upon “The Dark Knight Rises,” the same rating given to ” Batman Begins ” and ” The Dark Knight .” The rating appeared on the Warner Bros. exhibitor services site with a brief explanation for the classification. “PG-13 for intense sequences of violence and action, some sensuality and language,” the site reads. The specifics of the rating are where the conclusion of the trilogy differs from the previous two installments. “Batman Begins” was PG-13 for “intense action violence, disturbing images and some thematic elements.” “The Dark Knight” earned the same rating for “intense sequences of violence and some menace.” The big difference here is the phrase “some sensuality,” but the addition makes sense based on what we’ve seen from the film so far and what we know about the characters. Both Selina Kyle and, as most people assume by now, Talia al Ghul are in the film and have had physical relationships with Bruce Wayne in the comic books. With “The Dark Knight Rises” taking place seven years after the events of “The Dark Knight,” Bruce may be back on the market for the first time since Rachel blew up. “Some sensuality” indeed. Check out everything we’ve got on “The Dark Knight Rises.” For breaking news and previews of the latest comic book movies — updated around the clock — visit SplashPage.MTV.com . Hey everybody. My name is Angeliesse and I am 15 years old. Let me just start off by saying that I never thought that I would be able to get a picture with Justin. I had seen him at many different events before, but a picture with him just seemed impossible. To everyone who is losing hope about getting to meet Justin, DON’T. You HAVE to believe because it CAN happen.  Okay, so mybieberexperience started on February 12, 2012 when I had found out that Justin was in NYC . I was a little scared about going to see him because the last time I had went to one of his events, I got trampled on and I now need surgery on my back. I thought to myself, “It’s worth it if you get to see Justin” so  I quickly became determined to see him. The next day my friends and I decided not to go to school and we went to Justin’s hotel. We got to the hotel at around 8am and an hour and a half later, we saw Justin’s Escalade come up and soon after Justin and Selena were walking out of the hotel. Selena quickly went into the car, but I was able to get a picture with Justin along with two other people. Before I got my picture, I said Hi to Moshe, who was holding Justin’s laptop that said ‘swag’ in big letters on the back of it . I told Justin I liked his laptop and he just smiled. Justin was in a bit of a rush so after I got my picture with him, he had to go into the car. While he was in the car, this guy kept on banging on the window. Justin opened the door and said, “Stop it!” , but the guy kept on annoying him, so Justin once again opened the door and said, “Can you just stop it!” This annoying dude did not respect any of Justin’s wishes so finally Justin opened the door again and said, “Go away!” Everyone knew that this guy was making Justin mad, so my friend Emily decided to make the guy stop by pushing him and said, “JUSTIN SAID STOP, ALRIGHT!” Hopefully Justin saw because the guy actually stopped after that. What can I say? BELIEBERS GO HARD! My friend Reiko, Emily and Ryan hadn’t gotten their picture, and I wanted to see Justin again so I decided to stay outside with them for the rest of the day. While we were waiting for Justin, Moshe came out, and he was SO CUTE! We asked him where Justin was and he said, “Justin is working” with his cute little accent. At 1 o’clock, Allison came out of a car, and began to walk her dog , we all noticed her and it was kind of funny because she looked a little scared of us at first, but we didn’t want to bother her, so we just said was Hi and then I also said that her dog was cute and she said Thank You. At around 2:30, we saw Justin’s car come and Justin came out, but he was on the phone and wasn’t able to take pictures with any of us but he said, “I’ll be out later”. At 3:30 we saw Kenny who was SUCH a sweetie pie! I asked him for a picture and he put his arm around me while my friend Reiko took the picture. Afterwards I said, “Kenny! You smell so good!” and he mouthed ‘thank you’ to me but he couldn’t really talk since he had his mouth wired (I assumed it was because of his surgery). At around 4 Moshe came out of Justin’s car with a box of pizza. Throughout the entire day we had all been arguing about how to pronounce his name, so I asked him, “Moshe! Can you just make a clarification here?! How do you pronounce your name?!” and he laughed and said, “You pronounce it Mo-she” and I said thanks and he went inside. At 4:30 Justin came out. I tried to get a second picture with him but I wasn’t able to get one because people were crowding him, and he even asked everyone to step back he said, “Can everyone please just step back. I’m claustrophobic”. Everyone moved back, and many girls were able to get their pictures. When he was done, he was rushed into his car. I quickly went up to the window of the car and put my hand up and started waiving. Justin who was now on the other side of the car, came to the side I was on, and put his hand to my hand and smiled. My heart melted. Later that day Justin also tweeted about the fans he had met that day, and just knowing that he was talking about me and my friends made me FREAK OUT.  I did all of this with a back in need of surgery, and when I got home that day I was in so much pain, but thinking about how Justin looked at me, and how close I was to him made me feel better because this was literally the most happiest moments of my life, and was worth it all to me. For people who say Justin is rude to his fans, he is NOT. He is the sweetest person in the world, and he really cares about every single one of his fans. I love you Justin, thanks for everything, and please pray for my back!  Thanks, Angeliesse   @JBswag_Angel More: Hey everybody.
