Radric just can’t get right. DECATUR, Ga. – DeKalb County Police say Radric Davis, also known as Gucci Mane, was arrested by the DeKalb County Fugitive Squad Friday. Davis was arrested while visiting his probation officer at the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation Office on Sylvan Road in Atlanta, say authorities. Davis is charged with battery, a misdemeanor but as a result of the arrest will be also charged with violating his probation. Davis is on probation for previous unrelated charges. Police say they arrested Davis on a warrant that stated he intentionally caused visible bodily harm to a female by pushing her out of a moving vehicle. Davis is being held in the DeKalb County Jail. Well ladies and gentlemen its been a good run, but Gucci may not be seeing the light of day anytime soon. The most dangerous city in Mexico — Ciudad Juarez — suffered one of its bloodiest stretches this year finishing with 41 homicides in a four-day period, among them a 10-year-old boy who was shot and killed during an attack meant for his father, the spokesman for the Chihuahua state prosecutors office told CNN. “On Thursday the 31st of March, we had a day with many violent attacks. There was an attack at a bar where 10 people were killed and four more died in different attacks,” spokesman Arturo Sandoval said. On Friday, a group of suspects launched Molotov cocktail bombs into a second bar, causing it to go up in flames. Five people inside the business were burned or died from asphyxiation. Another three people were injured in that attack. Late Monday, prosecutors said their investigation into the attacks on the bars has not advanced. “We are doing research and conducting interviews with family and friends of the victims,” Sandoval added. By the end of Sunday, there were 41 homicides in a 96 hour span, approximately one person killed every 2.3 hours, according to Sandoval. We’re totally sure what the answer is, but clearly someone needs to take control of the situation down there. How many more people have to die before they decide that enough is enough. Source

After originally asking $18.5 million, Curtis is now selling the Farmington Estate, or the “Playboy Mansion of the East” as he calls it, for under $10 million. 50 bought the house in 2003 off of Mike Tyson’s ex-wife Monica Turner for $4.1 million, who originally asked $25 million. Curtis has reportedly put in improvements and additions costing as much as $6 million. F*ck it. Bout time a jury gave out an appropriate sentence for this sick sh*t that’s going on out here!! A serial rapist who terrorized women along the Fulton Industrial Boulevard corridor was sentenced Thursday to 12 consecutive life terms without parole. Marvin Martin, a 33-year-old truck driver, received his sentence from Fulton County Superior Court Judge Constance Russell after jurors convicted him Wednesday of rape, aggravated sodomy, kidnapping and aggravated assault with intent to rape in connection with the rape of seven women. The crimes began in 2005 and ended in 2009. Prosecutors said Martin searched for women along Fulton Industrial Boulevard, an area where prostitution is common, and either coaxed them or forced them into his truck. Usually he was driving his work truck, a white 18-wheeler. Once he got them inside the truck, Martin would pull a gun or knife and rape the women, prosecutors said. How did the police ever find Martin you ask? The case was solved in 2009 when police, acting on a tip, were able to link Martin to the crimes through a unique Department of Transportation number imprinted on his truck. A victim then identified Martin in a photo lineup. When Martin was arrested, he was ordered to give a DNA sample. “His DNA was then entered into a computer database and was a positive match for six other outstanding rape cases,” the Fulton County District Attorney’s office said in a release. A California mother was arrested this week after she was captured on video encouraging her son to pummel another boy, police said. The woman can be heard yelling “Beat him down. Body slam him,” as the two boys swing wildly at each other in the scuffle that leaves one bloody. At one point in the video, circulated on the internet, the woman offers pointers to her son on how to win the fight. She also assures the combatants they have permission to fight in her yard and that she will not call the police. Police say they have arrested the woman, identifying her as Jennifer Zuniga, 33, of the central California city of Ceres. She faces child endangerment and contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges, police said. “Jennifer can be heard and seen in the video yelling and encouraging her son to batter the other juvenile. Jennifer is heard yelling a barrage of profanities and enticing the fight,” Ceres Police said in a statement. Let this be lesson to all of you (if you haven’t already learned). This little baby has a crushed spleen and broken ribs from a brutal beating he suffered Friday. So why have the police failed to charge anyone for the crime? Friday paramedics were called to a Brooklyn apartment to save the life of little 17-month-old Kymmell Oram. 32-year-old foster mother Teyuanna Cummings claims she found the baby struggling to breathe and coughing blood after she left her 19-year-old boyfriend to care for him. But her boyfriend was nowhere to be found for two days until yesterday, when he finally went to the police for questioning. “He walked in alone without a lawyer and he’s talking,” a police source said. Kysheen Oliver, whose nickname is “Killer,” hasn’t been charged. The 19-year-old was at the 75th Precinct stationhouse in East New York. Oliver had been on the lam for two days, with cops seeking to question him in the beating of Kymell Oram. The tyke’s foster mom, Teyuanna Cummings, pointed the finger at her much-younger boyfriend as she was grilled by police. “Now the blame game begins,” a police source said. Kymell suffered three broken ribs and a crushed spleen in a horrific attack that left him clinging to life at Brookdale University Hospital. Cummings has told police she left Kymell with her boyfriend so she could take two other foster kids to school. She called 911 after returning to her Fountain Ave. apartment and found the boy couldn’t breathe and was coughing up blood. The city’s Administration for Children’s Services has asked Family Court to put Cummings’ other foster kids in protective care. An ACS worker had paid a visit to Cummings’ apartment last month, but found nothing to suggest Kymell was in danger. The boyfriend’s name is KILLER! And they didn’t charge him. It gets worse… At least one employee from the city’s Administration for Children’s Services came to his foster mother’s East New York apartment, but saw nothing to suggest 17-month-old Kymell Oram might be in danger. “The apartment was in okay shape and there was food in the refrigerator,” a police source said. “Apparently that’s all they look at.” Neighbors said the suspected abuse was an open secret. One told the Daily News she saw Kymell more than once sitting alone crying in a hallway. “Sometimes when the baby was crying they would leave the baby outside the door,” Maribel Pejada said. “He would hit his head against the door trying to get in. It was awful.” Pejada heard the boy screaming Thursday morning. None of the neighbors ever called the police. As Kymell lay near death at Brookdale University Hospital yesterday – three ribs broken and his spleen crushed – police grilled 32-year-old Teyuanna Cummings. And they were looking to question her 19-year-old boyfriend, Kysheen Oliver, known in the neighborhood as ‘Killer.’ No one has been charged. Cops responding to Cummings’ 911 call just after 9 a.m. Thursday about a child with difficulty breathing were horrified by what they found on Fountain Ave. Kymell looked “like he was thrown against the wall on a daily basis” and was “covered with deep bruises,” sources said. “That boy is her pride and joy,” said the foster mom’s lifelong friend Michael, 40. “She loves him like you wouldn’t believe. I’ve never seen a more caring mother.” Michael said the little boy flatlined at the hospital, but the “good doctors were able to bring him back to life.” Police sources said the boy had tears around the anus that made investigators initially think he had been sodomized. “It is possible the injuries came from kicking the child like a ball,” one of the sources said. There was a wild shootout after two robbers walked into a Nashville, Tennessee gas station. After entering the station’s convenience store, surveillance video shows the two men appearing to point a gun at store owner Kamil Alakabi. Alakabi, who served in the Iraqi army for seven years, was also armed and started shooting at the robbers when they went after one of his employees. “I tried to grab his gun and they put me on the floor and they punched me with their gun in my shoulder,” said Alakabi. The store owner chased after the robbers, but they escaped. Police were still looking for the suspects. Despite all of the bullets flying, no one was hurt in the shootout.
