Country singer Mindy McCready is “pushing her luck” by not following a judge’s order to return her 5-year-old son to the care of her mother in Florida, her ex says. Billy McKnight, the father of Zander, spoke out after McCready said she would not bring her son back from Tennessee, despite violating a custody arrangement. McCready took the boy during a recent visit at her father’s Florida home, and a judge signed an order Thursday ordering authorities to take the boy into custody. A missing persons report was filed, and while McCready spoke with police to confirm she is not missing, it’s not yet clear whether she could face criminal charges. “I’m doing all this to protect Zander, not stay out of trouble,” McCready told the AP. “I don’t think I should be in trouble for protecting my son in the first place.” McCready says she is in Tennessee and cannot travel because she’s also pregnant with twins – and seven months along, making it impossible for her to return. The judge’s order means law enforcement anywhere can pick up the boy and bring him back to Florida. Billy McKnight told Today that he spoke with Zander. “He did sound healthy. He wasn’t crying or scared,” he said. “I think she believes she has a case and doesn’t realize that she’s pushing her luck on this one.” McCready and her mother have had a long custody battle over the boy. The boy was living with McCready’s mother, who was awarded guardianship in 2007. The troubled singer, who has her own issues, says her son has suffered abuse at her mother’s house; her mother, Gayle Inge, denies the abuse allegations. “As soon as the child is located, we will bring him back to Florida,” said Terri Durdaller, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Children and Families. “Although these circumstances are unfortunate for a young child, his safety and well-being are our number one priority,” she continued. Lee County Judge James Seals ruling to return the boy stated: “Mom has violated the court’s order and we are simply restoring the child back into our custody.” “Nothing more. Nothing less. The court makes no judgment about whether Mom will or will not competently care for the child while in her custody.” “It only wants the child back where the court placed him.”

Cotdamn there is a lot of failed assassinations going down today. People still want Casey Anthony dead and somebody came awfully close to doing her in. Casey Anthony is lucky to be alive after allegedly surviving an assassination attempt at her Florida safe house. Casey’s ‘panic-stricken’ bodyguards had to pull her out of the firing line and whisk her to an emergency hideout in the middle of the night before an assassin ‘put a bullet through her brain’, The National Enquirer reported. Casey, who has been dubbed America’s most-hated mom, has been in hiding since she was released from jail following a shock not guilty plea at the murder trial of her daughter Caylee on July 5. Despite efforts by her crack security team to protect her, a hit man allegedly located her hideout and stuck a death warrant to her door saying: ‘I know where you are, I’m coming to put a bullet through your brain.’ The Enquirer said it was eerily similar to an email threat the 25-year-old’s bodyguards previously received saying: ‘I want her dead! if she knew where she was I would do it myself!’ She was released from jail on July 17 and since then, thousands of hate mail and threatening emails have been pouring in to her lawyers’ offices from all over the world. The threatening message – which was allegedly pinned to the door – was said to ‘set off a complete panic’ and the security team had to assume that Casey’s head would be blown off the moment she stepped outside the house. The Lifetime cable network is developing a possible TV movie about the sensational murder trial of Casey Anthony. Fox Television Studios optioned the film and television rights to the book Imperfect Justice: Prosecuting Casey Anthony, written by retired prosecutor Jeff Ashton. It’s not known when the project, which is said to be in the early stages, will air. Variety reports that Lifetime has not greenlit the film yet. In the book, Ashton takes jabs at Anthony’s defense lawyers and jurors, calling lead defense attorney Jose Baez ‘smarmy’ and displaying an unflattering view of the jurors. According to People, the film would tell the story from the prosecution’s point of view, detailing the three years Ashton and his team spent preparing and prosecuting the Florida mother. A source told the Enquirer: ‘There are plenty of people who want to kill Casey because they believe she got away with murdering little Caylee. ‘Her bodyguards rushed her off in the middle of the night to another safe house a prearranged safe hideout that was available in the event of such an emergency.’ The insider said decoy vehicles were also used so the ‘killer’ would not know which one Casey was in, as they are said to realize how determined Casey’s enemies are to kill her and had to take every precaution. ‘The fact she is still hidden and still alive is testimony to just how good her team of bodyguards are. They’re the best, but it was a very close call.’ Because of the terms of her probation for check fraud, Casey must stay in Florida for one year and report every month to a probation officer. This is not the first time her security team have moved her. According to the Enquirer, she was first hidden on St George Island off the coast of northwest Florida before allegedly being moved to a rural location near Gainsville and a condo in New Smyrna Beach. “Tot Mom” Casey Anthony Narrowly Misses Being Murked After Assassin Discovers Her Safe House

Rupert Grint, Warwick Davis and other ‘Potter’ stars offer up some creative ideas for the Orlando, Florida, park. By Josh Wigler Rupert Grint Photo: MTV News ORLANDO, Florida — The books are long finished, the movies are now over, but all it takes is one step inside the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando, Florida, to know that “Potter” is forever. Still, despite the ever-flowing butterbeer and copious amounts of “Potter”-based roller-coaster rides, there’s always room for improvement, even at the Wizarding World. After all, the “Potter” universe is just too grand to fit every single element into one theme park. With that in mind, when MTV News traveled down to Orlando to cover the red-carpet celebration of the “Deathly Hallows Part 2” DVD release, we asked the cast and crew to weigh in on which features of J.K. Rowling’s imaginative world they’d like to see included in future park updates. Jessie Cave, who plays lovelorn Lavender Brown in “Half-Blood Prince,” suggested a new means of transportation for the park: “I think instead of being allowed to walk here, everyone should have to arrive by Hogwarts Express. You wouldn’t actually have to walk. It’d be just the most comfortable trip ever!” James and Oliver Phelps, better known as the mischievous Weasley twins, focused on a different mode of flying — via broomstick. “If it were actually possible, maybe [it’d be cool] for an actual Quidditch match to go on,” Oliver said. “Something like that would be quite cool to watch if that were actually possible to do.” Wishful thinking, perhaps — the technology probably isn’t quite there to catch a real-life golden snitch just yet. But the rest of the “Potter” cast tried to think in more practical terms, offering their ideas on attractions that could be added to the park in the coming years. Several of the actors, including Warwick Davis and Rupert Grint, suggested the Gringotts breakout as an excellent possibility for a roller-coaster ride. “Wouldn’t that be great? You could join Griphook on the cart,” Davis, who plays the aforementioned goblin, said of his Wizarding World wish-list. “And it’s already done!” “The Gringotts vault would be a really cool ride, I think,” agreed Grint, who played courageous hero Ron Weasley over the course of eight “Potter” films. “Also, the flying car!” Some castmembers didn’t need to look much further than their own reflections to find suggestions for Wizarding World improvements. “I’ve been thinking of a ride, a Luna ride,” offered Evanna Lynch, speaking of her own character, the loopy Luna Lovegood. “You know all of the creatures she dreams up, all of the creatures that she mentions throughout the books, I like to think that there would be a roller coaster, and each cart would be a new creature. It’d be in the dark and there’d be all these projections of creatures flying around.” “I don’t know what it’s like to be stoned,” she added, “but I imagine it feels something like that!” And Jason Isaacs, who plays Voldemort loyalist Lucius, believed it was high time for the Malfoy clan to get some Wizarding World love. “There should be a Malfoy ride,” he said. “I don’t know why there isn’t a Malfoy House of Horrors that you can enter as Lucius and leave as Lucius post-Azkaban.” Of course, Isaacs wasn’t the only one thinking of his own character. “We all want a ride based on us,” he said. “It’s a fantastic place here. The only thing that’s missing is, obviously, me!”

‘Harry Potter’ Stars Suggest A Few ‘Wizarding World’ Attractions
Some folks never learn. And we thought crack was bad. SMH. Meth just might be worse . Just ask Heather Raybon. She can’t seem to stay away from making the stuff, even though it’s exactly what effed up her face, sending her back into one painful surgery after another. Heather Raybon was left permanently scarred with terrible facial burns after being caught up in a blast at a meth lab in 2004. But police in Florida said despite the life-changing incident the 31-year-old has continued to try and manufacture crystal meth. She was arrested after police raided a trailer in Milton, Florida, while they were attempting to serve a warrant on fugitive Brian Mauldin. Inside the home police noticed a strong chemical smell that indicated the possible presence of meth manufacturing materials. Deputies also saw drug paraphernalia that was left in plain view and immediately summoned detectives from the drugs unit. Investigators who searched the residence allegedly found materials and ingredients used in manufacturing methamphetamine. Detectives also found 13 grams of meth powder, 32 grams of meth oil and an active ‘one pot’ meth lab that the couple had attempted to hide. A small metal pill bottle was found in Raybon’s purse. Its contents allegedly tested positive for meth. Fire crews were called to the trailer home to dismantle the active lab due to the threat of fire or explosion. Raybon and William Hindall, 30, who was inside the trailer, were arrested and charged with trafficking methamphetamine, possession of felony drug equipment and possession of listed chemicals to manufacture meth. In 2004 Raybon suffered third degree facial burns after an explosion at a suspected meth lab. She has undergone numerous facial surgeries in the last seven years. Sgt Scott Haines from Milton Police said: ‘Raybon has multiple past arrests involving methamphetamine related charges in Santa Rosa County. ‘Raybon also suffered severe and disfiguring burns during a fire that occurred on December 16, 2004 in Milton. ‘Due to the injuries and past intelligence, investigators believe that Raybon’s burns were consistent with being associated with a meth lab explosion; however Raybon was cooperative with investigators as to how the injuries occurred.’ Police are still looking for Mauldin who is wanted for the manufacture of meth. But a high school yearbook of Mariah Yeater has allegedly surfaced, giving the public its first view of the woman who claims to be the mother of Justin Bieber’s three-month old son. Here it is: To recap: Yeater is featured in this week’s issue of Star Magazine. She has sued Bieber for child support , alleging that he took her into a bathroom on October 25, 2010 after a concert in Los Angeles and, in her words, said he wanted to “f-ck the sh-it” out of her.” They proceeded to have 30 seconds of unprotected intercourse. Michael Lohan is still cooling his rear end in solitary confinement in a Florida jail after being denied bail last weekend, but he has been allowed to make calls. Collect calls. Which people apparently don’t answer. A recording of a call he attempted to place to one of his many flames – Kim Granatelle, from The Real Housewives of New Jersey – was obtained this morning. Michael Lohan Collect Call She didn’t actually answer the phone and let the call go to her voicemail. Probably wise. Mike is in solitary for his repeated harassment of ex Kate Major. “Kim has spoken with Michael who told her he was in a lot of pain,” said Kim’s friend , Tom Murro, who shared the recording (hopefully with her knowledge). Keep in mind that he’s in pain from jumping off a balcony and landing in a freaking tree while attempting to avoid the cops. Not prime sympathy material. In an ironic twist, Michael and daughter Lindsay Lohan may be in jail at the same time, albeit on different coasts. LiLo must turn herself in by next week. She’ll likely get sprung faster , however, since she has better lawyers. And isn’t charged with injuring or threatening to kill someone, or resisting arrest.
