According to TMZ , 12 is hot on Durk’s heels as they believe he has something to do with a shooting that took place a few months ago. Back on February 5, APD responded to a man who was shot in in the parking lot of Atlanta’s famous fast food restaurant The Varsity. The victim survived his gunshot wounds. Witnesses say that the man was in an argument with two other men. It appears that the cops think Durk was one of those men. There is currently an arrest warrant for him and there are a LOT of charges: …criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime. WSB-TV in Atlanta reported that Durk lawyers told the news station that the rapper would be turning himself in for charges related to a February 5th shooting at The Varsity. Durk’s OTF affiliate King Von has already been detained for the shooting, which left a 23-year-old victim with gunshot wounds. Von was booked on charges including aggravated assault, criminal attempt to commit murder, participation in a street gang activity, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of a firearm during commission for a shooting on May 17. Although the internship is a paid one, the single mom, who is currently a student at Georgia State University, is liable for her own travel, housing and other living expenses. Fortunately, her cousin came up with the idea to start a GoFundMe to help get India to her internship, with a goal of $8,000. Within one day, the crowdfund reached $8,510 for the doctorate student. India Jackson is a single mom who balances her time between raising a preteen daughter and using advanced math to predict solar flares and radiation belts. It was amazing and it was overwhelming, and I was just blown away. This weekend if you want to laugh log on to Netflix to check out Wine Country the directorial debut of Amy Poehler starring Tina Fey, Maya Rudolph, Rachel Dratch, Ana Gasteyer, Paula Pell, Emily Spivey, and Jason Schwartzman. The movie is based on a real-life trip to Napa Valley and tells the story of six women who start to question their friendships during a trip to Napa Valley, California, to celebrate the 50th birthday of one of the ladies. This movie has some very funny moments and it’s perfectly paired with a bottle of wine and some paella. I went to Napa Valley to sit down with the cast for this week’s episode of Extra Butter With Xilla Valentine. We talked about some of the funniest scenes and examined why it’s impossible for parents to get a moment of privacy, especially when it comes to using the bathroom. We also chatted about their favorite podcasts, with the ladies sharing some of their favorites. Tiny Fey recommended a podcast called Astonishing Legend which is by Emily Spivey’s husband Scott. Rachel Dratch gave us the breakdown saying, “Its like real very convincing creepy ghost stories.” They also recommended My Favorite Murder by Karen Kilgariff & Georgia Hardstark. Lastly, the ladies talk about how they love making money with their friends. Maya said, “It is a dream scenario” “To wake up and know you’re going to see these faces in the morning. It’s not just the comfort of the friendship but also these ease of already having a history of working together. What a lucky thing to already know each other’s work language and what works for them personally and professionally.” Amy even suggests that Making Money With Friends could be the name of an album. Overall this is a fun interview for an even more fun movie. Check it out on Netflix May 11th.

Peabo Bryson remains hospitalized in stable condition after having what’s being called a “mild” heart attack. A rep for Peabo told TMZ that the Grammy winner was at his home in Georgia early Saturday morning when he suffered the attack. His rep says he’s currently responsive and both his medical team and family are optimistic that he’ll make a speedy recovery. “At this time, privacy is requested; however, the thoughts and prayers of friends and fans are welcomed and appreciated,” Peabo’s rep told TMZ. The comedian was slapped with a $25,000 judgment from a 2016 incident in where he allegedly punched a man in the face. The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Georgia judge has granted a default judgment in favor of Tyrell Williams against Katt. Williams has also filed docs to start the process of seizing Katt’s assets to collect on the $25k. Back in 2016, Tyrell Williams sued the comedian accusing him of punching him in the face at an after-hours party. Williams claimed following one of Katt’s shows, he attended an after-hours party and began to Snapchat a picture of Katt According to the outlet, Tyrell Williams says Katt Williams snatched his iPhone out his hand and the fists went flying. As of now, the specifics about his arrest are unclear, but Herbo was taken reportedly taken into police custody yesterday in Atlanta, Georgia. Fulton County sheriff’s records show G Herbo was arrested on Wednesday but the circumstances surrounding his arrest were not immediately available. The report on the situation doesn’t give many details, but it does include a mugshot and the location of his arrest. The rapper is said to still be in custody as of Thursday morning and there is no timetable as to when he’ll be on his way out.
