Finally! Something good comes out of reality TV … Preachers of Detroit Star & National Spokesperson of the Change Agent Consortium (CAC) Pastor David Alexander Bullock has organized the End Police Brutality March in Detroit, MI on January 19, 2015. The peaceful march is in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and in response to the rising awareness of incidents of police brutality. Pastor Bullock will also release his first single titled “I Can’t Breathe” produced by Multiplatinum Producer Tim Bosky (credits include Justin Bieber, Chris Brown, Britney Spears). “I Can’t Breathe” features an all-star team of talent such as singer/songwriter Keely Ferguson, Joshua Blvck, Aaron BraveSoul and Moe Hardwick. Bullock cites “I Can’t Breathe, a powerful single that captures the angst and promise of a solution to police brutality in America”. Bad Boy: Nene Leakes’ Slizzard Son Bryson Sent To Court-Ordered Rehab

Via RadarOnline While NeNe Leakes has been living a fairy tale in Cinderella on Broadway, she’s been keeping her private life hidden away — especially her jailbird son’s dark secrets! While Bryson Bryant is no stranger to run-ins with the law with at least four past arrests, he just can’t seem to keep himself out of legal hot water. Most recently, RadarOnline.com has learned, Leakes’ son spent time in jail and court-ordered rehab after drug- and alcohol-related issues spiraled out of control in one wild year. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Leakes’ eldest son was found guilty of reckless driving by a Johns Creek, Georgia, judge in December 2013 — and his rap sheet only got thicker from there. A police report states that in June 2013 at 4:15 in the morning, Bryant totaled his silver Dodge Charger when he crashed and it flipped upside down in a ditch, leaving two utility poles broken in half in his wake. At the time, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s eldest son told police “darkness caused him to wreck.” But the officer indicated he could “smell the odor of alcoholic beverages resonating” from the reality star’s child. Bryant claimed he only had “one beer,” according to the report, but his “slow and deliberate response” to questions seemed to indicate otherwise. When he was taken to the hospital for “uncomfortable pain” in his right leg and to undergo X-rays, he tested positive for a blood alcohol level of .048 — below the legal limit of .08. Still, he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the arrest, Bryant was given a year of probation, but got a get out of jail free card when the judge ordered him to serve 30 days of house arrest in February 2014. Think that scared this kid straight? Not a chance! Bryant was ordered to undergo random alcohol and drug testing. However, not only did he fail to report to his probation officer four times in 2014; but also, he tested positive for cocaine, refused to pay fines of more than $1,200, and skipped mandatory DUI school. As a result, the young father was ordered to serve three months in jail starting in September and was released just two days before Thanksgiving on November 25, 2014. In a decision that undoubtedly put a damper on Leakes’ holiday plans, when Bryson’s stint behind bars came to an end he wasn’t technically a free man just yet. According to the court paperwork filed on Jan. 13, 2015, he was also ordered to check into “intensive” residential rehab for a minimum of six weeks! Leakes’ troubled son has previously been arrested for shoplifting, marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license, and other probation violations dating all the way back to 2010. Naya Rivera Apologizes For Showering Comments About Ethnics Soap don’t fawk with you ! Via US Magazine reports: Who knew showering was such a hot-button topic? After inciting controversy on Tuesday, Jan. 13, with her remark that showering daily is “such a white people thing,” Naya Rivera attempted to wash away some of her bad karma with an apology. The Glee star, 28, returned to the scene of the crime — The View — as a guest host on Wednesday, Jan. 14, and offered a mea culpa to viewers who took offense to her previous comments. “Showering. Biggest topic in pop culture today, in my opinion. Thanks to me, unfortunately,” she quipped during the show’s Hot Topics segment. “Yesterday, we were talking about a study that says you’re supposed to shower once or twice every three days. I had an opinion on it that was supposed to be a joke. Apparently it didn’t go over so well.” (That might be an understatement. Viewers took Rivera to task for the offhand remark, sharing their own opinions of her opinion on Twitter. “When YOU tell the world YOU shower every 3 days that says more about YOU not us Naya Rivera,” one person wrote, adding that “some things are better left unsaid.”) Rivera claimed on Wednesday that she was kidding at the time, saying, “It was supposed to be a joke, but I apologize if anyone was offended.” She went on to quote some of the tweets she’d received, including one from user @retiredfilth that said, “Now white people gonna think we don’t shower cuz of Naya Rivera.” The View co-host Nicolle Wallace, for one, said the actress deserved a break. “Back off of Naya,” Wallace told viewers. “She’s very clean.” Fellow co-host Rosie O’Donnell piped in, too, saying she’d read something about how “doctors say that you should take a bath” anyway. “Thank you, that’s what I do,” she quipped. Keisha says she doesn’t have a relationship with Bill… Keisha Knight Pulliam Fired From Celebrity Apprentice For Not Calling Bill Cosby Via Vulture reports: Keshia Knight Pulliam — best known for her role as adorable little Rudy Huxtable on The Cosby Show — just made her debut as a contestant on reality-TV toxic-waste barge The Celebrity Apprentice…and hoo boy, did things get uncomfortable when Bill Cosby came up as a topic . The season premiere was filmed about a year ago, months before mounting rape allegations irrevocably ruined Cosby’s reputation. So when the cast found out they needed to contact rich friends in order to raise money for a bake sale, it’s understandable that Pulliam’s teammates leaned on her to call up her (as-of-then-relatively-untarnished) former TV dad. Pulliam (who was her team’s project manager) awkwardly declined, cryptically saying she opted instead to reach out to “people I felt can deliver the quickest.” Cosby went unmentioned for much of the rest of the episode. Then came the boardroom. The two teams were summoned to appear before Donald Trump and co-judges Ivanka Trump and Piers Morgan. Pulliam’s team had come up short in their fundraising, and her teammates took aim at her. What followed was an excruciating three minutes for anyone even vaguely aware of the Cosby rape scandal. The Trumps, Morgan, and Pulliam’s team took her to task for not calling Bill Cosby and asking him for money. “Did you call Bill?” the elder Trump asked her. “I did not,” Pulliam said, crying. “I have not talked to Bill Cosby on the phone in I don’t know how long. So for me to pick up the phone, having not talked to you for five years, except for when we run into each other for a Cosby event– I feel that’s not my place to do.” That defense wasn’t good enough for Trump, who went on to fire her, specifically because she refused to call Cosby. “I really believe, if you’d called that gentleman, he would’ve helped you, even if you hadn’t spoken to him in years,” Trump said, “because you were an amazing team with one of the most successful shows ever. So I think it would’ve been a very good call to make for charity. But you have to take responsibility. I think you agree with that.” What’s truly baffling here is why the show’s producers didn’t edit this stuff out, trim it down, or make some kind of statement about it beforehand. Sure, Cosby wasn’t a big topic a year ago, but he’s easily one of the most loathed celebrities in America right now. In light of everything we’ve heard in the past few months, it’s kind of insane to have an extended sequence where a female acquaintance of Bill Cosby’s gets fired from a job because she didn’t beg Bill Cosby to help her get ahead. Do you think Keisha should have called Bill??

People ain’t isht ! Ferguson Spokesman Suspended For Calling Mike Brown A Pile Of Trash Via The Grio reports: The Ferguson Police Department has suspended a spokesman after he referred to the Michael Brown memorial as “a pile of trash.” A statement the city provided to The Associated Press on Sunday didn’t identify the officer who made the remark to The Washington Post. The newspaper attributed the comment to Officer Tim Zoll. The memorial at the site of Brown’s death was damaged last week after a car apparently hit it. Zoll doesn’t have a listed number and couldn’t be reached by the AP. The city says the spokesman denied making the comment, but later admitted that he’d misled his bosses. He has been placed on unpaid leave while “disciplinary proceedings” begin. City officials said negative remarks about the memorial “do not reflect the feelings of the Ferguson Police Department.” You can’t be serious!!!! Continue reading →

She admitted the wig was a bad choice on her part: “As a designer, you take risks that sometimes don’t work! I think we all can agree the bob wig I wore in my interview didn’t work. I could give you this whole spill about what actually happened that day, but I’d rather not! I will say this though: A wig comes off, so it’s a good thing I am comfortable in the skin I am in. Why let little things like a wig or makeup define me? I’m one of those girls that lives by my own rules, which is why I am a force to be reckoned with. I’m proud of who I am and all that I’ve accomplished! “I’m here to feed the pigs …” Massachusetts Woman Arrested For Throwing Raw Meat At Cops Via Boston Herald reports: A woman who allegedly walked into the Framingham police station, declared she was there “to feed the pigs” and then smeared raw pork products all over the lobby window will undergo a mental health evaluation, authorities said. When a Framingham police officer working the front desk yesterday morning asked if he could help her, Lindsey McNamara, 24, of Ashland responded: “Yeah, I’m here to feed the pigs,” according to a police report. McNamara then reached into the Dunkin’ Donuts box she was carrying, grabbed handfuls of raw bacon and sausage and began smearing them all over the window. She was immediately arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property worth less than $250. Asked by the officer why she did it, McNamara said: “God told me to go feed the pigs,” according to the police report. Both the Dunkin’ Donuts box and the artery-clogging breakfast meats were logged as evidence, and officers attempted to clean the front desk “as best as possible,” the police report noted. A reporter from The Metro-West Daily News, who happened to be in the front lobby at the time, also witnessed the display, the report said. During a court hearing yesterday afternoon, Judge Douglas Stoddart postponed McNamara’s arraignment until Feb. 9. She was then transported to a hospital to undergo a mental health evaluation, according to a Middlesex District Attorney spokeswoman, who could not say which facility she was moved to. A woman who answered the door at McNamara’s Ashland address declined to comment yesterday. Funny, this psycho attacked a police station and is still alive to talk about it. Must be nice.
