Lori Loughlin and Felicity Huffman may have to pony up a pretty penny for their alleged misdeeds. Or make that quite a few pretty pennies, according to a new lawsuit. As you have no doubt read about by now, Loughlin and Huffman are the two best known names in a college admissions bribery scandal that has produced an endless array of articles, takes, memes and schadenfreude The actress are both accused of using illegal means to get their children enrolled in college. In Huffman’s case, this supposedly translates to paying $15,000 to have her teenager’s SAT score doctored. In Loughlin’s case, this supposedly translates to paying $500,000 to have her two daughters pose for photos on rowing machines… so that they could submit applications to the University of Southern California as prospective crew members — despite not playing that sport in high school. The school then lowered its admissions standards for the girls because they were allegedly athletic recruits and… PRESTO! They were accepted as students. One of Loughlin’s daughters, a giant spoiled brat named Olivia Jade , partly used this scheme as a way to become a huge social media star. Loughlin and Huffman were just a pair of the dozens of very rich people who used their wealth and lack of a moral compass to finagle their kids’ way into universities around the country. The FBI estimates that over $25 million total was spent by these families to game the educational system. As a result, of course, Olivia Jade and all these other teens (many of whom were unaware of their parents’ despicable actions) took the place of hard-working high school students who did not cheat, lie and bribe… and therefore were NOT accepted to these same schools. And now at least one of these rejected kids, whose spot was taken by the offspring of someone arrested in this federal sting, is fight back. BIG TIME. On Wednesday, a former Oakland teacher named Jennifer Kay Toy filed a multi-billion dollar lawsuit against Huffman, Loughlin and the other individuals indicted in the scandal this week. Toy and her son, Joshua Toy, are listed as plaintiffs in the suit. A section of their lawsuit reads as follows: Joshua applied to some of the colleges where the cheating took place and did not get in. Joshua and I believed that he’d had a fair chance just like all the other applicants but did not make the cut for some undisclosed reason. I’m now outraged and hurt because I feel that my son, my only child, was denied access to a college not because he failed to work and study hard enough but because wealthy individuals felt that it was ok to lie, cheat, steal and bribe their children’s way into a good college. And here’s the kicker: Toy is seeking “no less than $500,000,000,000 in damages.” Huffman and Loughlin were both arrested this week and both have been released on bail. According to the FBI affidavit, Loughlin and her husband “agreed to a pay bribes totaling $500,000 in exchange for having their two daughters designated as recruits to the USC crew team—despite the fact that they did not participate in crew—thereby facilitating their admission to USC.” Huffman and her “spouse,” William H. Macy, made a purported charitable contribution of $15,000 to participate in the scheme on behalf of her eldest daughter. She “later made arrangements to pursue the scheme a second time, for her younger daughter, before deciding not to do so,” the document reads. It seems pretty evident that Toy knows all the people ensconced in this scandal are rich and she’s angling for a major settlement. To which we basically say: Go for it! Milk these entitled people for all they are worth.

Call the girls, Sammi “The Sweetheart” Giancola is going to be a bride! The 31-year-old former MTV star announced on Tuesday that she is engaged to Christian Biscardi . After Sammi shared a picture of her longtime boyfriend down on one knee, her Jersey Shore co-stars were quick to congratulate her on the news . “I’m completely overwhelmed with happiness,” she captioned the photo. “Yesterday was the best day of my life! I get to marry my other half, best friend, and soulmate. I look forward to spending the rest of my life with you!” She also added engagement ring emojis and hashtagged fiance and Mrs. Biscardi. And after the engagement news broke, fans worried about how Ron, who is newly sober, would take it. “Welp… There goes Ronnie off the deep end. This all started when plus-size model Naomie Chaput went to her Instagram page, posting screenshots of a conversation with her and a friend, claiming she was denied entry into a STORY Miami because Future wouldn’t allow any bigger girls into the establishment. In case you missed it, you can check out Naomie’s full Instagram story in the video below: “So, just got news that this is true, that Future said no fatties in the club—and he has all the rights to do so,” she said to her followers. “I’m just trying to understand really why this is, like, a thing. After a lot of heartbreak and multiple restraining orders , Danielle Staub finalized her divorce from Marty Caffrey just days ago. Now, she has revealed that she is in a new relationship. As you can imagine, Marty has something to say about it. The 56-year-old The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was spotted with a man at the beach at St. Bart’s. In fact, when she was seen on Monday, February, 25, Danielle was kissing him. (She later uploaded a photo, which you can see above) Us Weekly reports that the man in question is a businessman. His name is Oliver Maier. According to an inside source, “They are dating and very much in love.” It was on Thursday, February 21 that Danielle and Marty finalized their divorce. Ultimately, they were married for less than a year. The pair had been estranged even while living in the same house and had filed multiple restraining orders against each other. With that in mind, they were married in life for an even shorter time than they were on paper. It sounds safe to say that getting the divorce over with was a relief. Eyewitnesses said that the two of them barely looked at each other as they signed away their marriage. Danielle Staub previously revealed that booze ruined her marriage, though it was only one factor. She alleged that Marty was verbally and emotionally abusive. “There isn’t one woman that he’s had a conversation with that could say that he’s not an abusive man,” she said late last year. “It’s erratic behavior and it’s constant. I mean, constant,” she emphasized. “There’s not letting off that gas,” Danielle characterized. Speaking of things never letting up, Danielle really had to struggle to end the marriage. Why? From the sound of her tirade in Solvang, it seemed that she intended to dump his semi-employed ass the moment she got home. And when she confronted him (at Kristina’s barbecue, for some reason), Carter didn’t help his situation by insisting — sigh — that the couple’s therapist is “usually on [his] side.” So surely, by now, Kristen and Brian must have gone their separate ways, right? Well, not so fast. Back in November, Doute rushed to Carter’s defense right around the time the two of them took a trip to Australia together. “He and I definitely have a little bit of a bumpy season,” Kristen told Daily Mail Australia at the time. “This is what I signed up for, and we have to be honest. We’re not perfect … It’s really hard to watch things back and I think we’re both a little nervous.” Add to that the fact that just last week Carter gushed about Kristen on her birthday, and it seems that breakup wasn’t such a sure thing after all. “Tonight’s episode was heavy.
