Tom also has a five-year-old son with Bridget Moynahan, John. While she never confirmed the news that she was pregnant – save for photos making it obvious and not denying it – Gisele confirmed the baby girl’s arrival. The supermodel posted on her Facebook page: “We feel so lucky to have been able to experience the miracle of birth once again and are forever grateful for the opportunity to be the parents of another little angel.” The couple revealed their new addition’s lovely name as well as Bundchen’s home birth. “Vivian Lake was born at home on December 5. She is healthy and full of life,” she wrote. “Thank you all for your support and well wishes. We wish your families many blessings.” The proud parents also shared the first photo of their beautiful new little girl, showing her little hand holding onto Gisele’s (above).
