While Trump and Clinton fought for your vote for 90 minutes, Mr. Bone stole the nation’s heart with just 30 seconds of screen time: Kenneth Bone Asks Presidental Debate Question Now, he’s reaping the rewards of overnight fame. He’s been on talk shows; he’s racked up 174,000 Twitter followers, and even stars like Courtney Stodden want to bone Kenneth . Now, in perhaps the surest sign that the man is a full-blown Internet sensation, a sexy Ken Bone Halloween costume offered on the website Yandy.com sold out almost instantly! “It was clear before the debate had even ended who the real star was that night,” Yandy.com CEO Chad Horstman said in a statement. “The Ken Bone phenomenon has only picked up speed since, and we knew right away that a sexy costume version would be in huge demand this Halloween season.” Yes, it seems the whole world wants in on #TheBoneZone these days. He’s been dubbed the new Harambe , and Instagram personality @shitheadsteve makes a case for why Bone is actually superior to the late ape when it comes to inspiring memes: It’s hard to put Mr. Bone’s appeal into words. His debate appearance was pure lightning in a bottle – the sort of thing that can never be recreated. The ‘stache, the sweater, the hilariously pun-able name… All of these things are part of the fascination, but Kenneth is more than the sum of his parts. Thank you, Betsy McCaughey. We really needed a laugh today. The former New York Lt. Governor, McCaughey was a guest on CNN last night, sitting across from Don Lemon and trying to defend Donald Trump’s use of certain explicit language. You know what we’re talking about, right? We’re talking about the video that surfaced last Friday in which Trump tells Billy Bush that he can just “grab” a woman by her “pussy” because he’s a “star” and can do “anything.” Trump also says in this 2005 footage that he can’t help himself… sometimes he sees a female and just starts kissing before, unable to even wait for permission. The tape, released by The Washington Post, has resulted in Trump plummeting in the polls, while also losing support of Republicans around the country. But McCaughey remains by Trump’s side! Betsy McCaughey Reads Beyonce Lyrics, Slams Hillary Clinton In the footage above, McCaughey explains: “I abhor lewd and bawdy language. I don’t listen to rap music. I don’t like that kind of thing, but Hillary Clinton, when she expresses …” At this point, McCaughey looks down at her notes and Lemon asks her why she’s referencing rap music. “I mentioned rap music because it’s full of the f-word, the p-word, the b-word, the a-word,” she said, to which Lemon reasonably replied: “I don’t think anybody likes that but those people are not running for president.” Fair enough. But whatever , McCaughey basically said. She had a ridiculous point to make! “Hillary Clinton expresses that she finds the language on that bus, ‘horrific,’ but in fact, she likes language like this,” McCaughey said. Whatever does she mean? She means that Clinton is on record as saying she loves Beyonce and Beyonce has sung such lyrics as: I came to slay, bitch. When he f-ed me good I take his ass to Red Lobster. Yes, McCaughey actually reads these words out loud on air. TWICE! “That happens to be from Beyoncé, her favorite performer,” she explains. “Whom she says she idolizes and would like to imitate. There’s a lot of hypocrisy in Hillary Clinton expressing such horror at language on the bus. Yeah, no. There’s really not. Please tell us we don’t need to explain why it isn’t hypocritical to like an artist who sometimes uses salty language… … while still condemning a candidate for President who says he kisses and touches women against their will. Presidential Debate, Take 2: The Insults Fly! “As much as I like hearing you say that, Hillary Clinton did not say those words,” Lemon responds, after he stops laughing. “Donald Trump actually said the words, and as my mom would say, that’s the horse of another color.” Yes, thank you. Moreover, Beyonce is singing about someone making love to her in a pleasureful manner and then purchasing that person dinner at Red Lobster. Trump is talking about trying to sleep with a married women (who he later tried to fire for turning him down ) and touching the genitalia of the opposite sex because a celebrity can do whatever he wants. It isn’t exactly the same thing. And that’s before we even get into the fact that Trump is running for the highest office in the land. You crazy, Betsy McCaughey. Thanks for making us laugh. Donald Trump Issues Defiant Apology: Watch It Here!

Donald Trump has finally done it. He has finally issued a true, lengthy apology for something. Mostly, that is. Immediately after apologizing, he went ahead and dismissed the issue for which he was apologizing. Let’s take a look, shall we? Donald Trump Apologizes for Words About Women Trump released the above video on Friday night, hours after another video threatened to legitimately sink his campaign once and for all. It was posted online by The Washington Post and it was filmed in 2005. In this video, Trump is riding an Access Hollywood bus with then-anchor Billy Bush, on the way to the set of Days of Our Lives. Unaware his microphone was on and that he was being taped at the time, Trump bragged about how he recently tried to sleep with a married woman (later identified by the press as Nancy O’Dell). “I moved on her very heavily,” Trump tells Bush of O’Dell, explaining in gross detail: “In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, ‘I’ll show you where they have some nice furniture.’ “I moved on her like a bitch, but I couldn’t get there. And she was married. Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got the big phony t–s and everything. She’s totally changed her look.” That wasn’t all Trump said, however. At any point, he says he he can just “grab [women] by the pussy. You can do anything,” adding that he’ll have to pop some Tic-Tacs before speaking to soap opera actresses in case he simply starts kissing them. “I don’t even wait,” he tells Bush, presumably implying that he doesn’t wait for permission to kiss these women and saying: “When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything.” Soon after the tape went public, Trump said the following: “This was locker room banter, a private conversation that took place many years ago. Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course – not even close. I apologize if anyone was offended.” Perhaps realizing (after receiving even more backlash) that this was the lamest non-apology apology ever, Trump tried again in the video above. “I never said I’m a perfect person nor pretended to be someone that I’m not,” he begins in it. “I’ve said and done things I regret and the words released today on the more than decade-old video are one of them. “Anyone who knows me knows these words don’t reflect who I am. I said it, I was wrong and I apologize.” For Donald Trump, this is a pretty giant Mea Culpa. View Slideshow: Celebrities React: Donald Trump, Billy Bush Conversation Leaked But then he says that his words and actions in the scandalous footage aren’t actually a big deal. “This is nothing more than a distraction from the important issues we’re facing today,” he says, going on to compare himself to his opponent and her husband: “Hillary Clinton and her kind have run our country into the ground. I’ve said some foolish things, but there’s a big difference between the words and actions of other people. “Bill Clinton has actually abused women and Hillary has bullied, attacked, shamed and intimidated his victims. We will discuss this more in the coming days. Trump also urged voters to keep their focus on the “important issues we are facing today.” In conclusion: “I pledge to be a better man tomorrow, and will never, ever let you down. See you at the debate on Sunday.” (NOTE: Yes, Trump somehow said he’ll be a better man… and that voters should focus on important, nationwide issues… while also saying he’ll bring up Bill Clinton’s affairs often in the next few days.) Bush, meanwhile, issued his own apology on Friday. It reads: “Obviously I’m embarrassed and ashamed. It’s no excuse, but this happened eleven years ago – I was younger, less mature, and acted foolishly in playing along. I’m very sorry.” You can go ahead and watch the tape from 2005 below. You can decide whether Trump is the sort of man you want holding the most powerful and respected office in the world. Demi Lovato Announces Retirement in Wake of Taylor Swift Controversy

Demi Lovato announced today that she’ll be stepping away from the spotlight, seemingly in response to criticism over comments she made about fellow singer Taylor Swift in a recent interview with Cosmo . Lovato has been feuding with Swift for several months now, and while Taylor has refrained from addressing the beef publicly, Lovato has taken every opportunity to make her feelings known. It all started when Lovato slammed Swift as a “fake feminist”  back in February. In the months that followed, Lovato passed on opportunities to apologize, telling Refinery 29 in May that she simply doesn’t “get along with” the 26-year-old pop icon. Today, Demi doubled-down on her remarks, once again accusing Taylor of “branding” herself a feminist but failing to put her beliefs into practice. She followed that up with a bizarre attack on the physiques of Taylor’s “squad” members . “I don’t see anybody in any sort of squad that has a normal body,” Demi said. “It’s kind of this false image of what people should look like. And what they should be like, and it’s not real.” Naturally, Swift devotees were quick to attack on social media, but Demi refused to back down” “I get asked questions. I answer them. Sue me,” the 24-year-old singer tweeted this afternoon. “Also, don’t forget that words can be taken out of context when doing interviews.” She later added: “I don’t understand why people care so much about what I say in interviews? Do y’all watch the news? Don’t y’all got shit to worry about?” Yes, the old ” How dare you people have an opinion on this public thing I did! ” argument. Usually a sure sign that a celeb is feeling to pressure to issue a retraction. It seems Demi is sticking to the “sorry, not sorry” script, however, as it appears she choosing to (at least temporarily) step away from music rather than kowtow to Swift’s legion of angry fans: “So excited for 2017. Democrat Tim Kaine and Republican Mike Pence went toe-to-toe on the debate stage for the first and only time Tuesday night.  As the major parties’ Vice Presidential candidates sought to make their case for their respective tickets, the stakes could not be higher. Which Vice Presidential candidate won his first and only debate of 2016?   View Poll » Last Monday, after many months of hype,  Donald Trump met Hillary Clinton in the most-watched presidential debate in history. Trump’s dutiful cable TV minions and unscientific,  unreliable online polls aside, the consensus was that the Donald imploded. He came in virtually tied with the Democratic standard bearer, only to derail his White House bid with 90 minutes of word vomit. The bad news for Mike Pence, the Indiana Governor and #2 man on the Republican ticket? He has to clean up after this disaster. The good news? Trump is still only 4-5 points down and has bounced back multiple times before after pundits stuck a fork in him. You can’t shake a political juggernaut this YUGE easily, people! Compared to the presidential debates, this showdown is bound to be boring. Stiff. Wooden. Mind-numbingly focused on policy. Good for the American people, albeit not for TV fireworks. With Pence and U.S. Senator Tim Kaine of Virginia, Trump and Clinton picked V.P. choices you pretty much can’t help but like. Sure, ideological and political differences abound, but darned if you wouldn’t like Pence or Kaine as your next door neighbor. In fact, the takeaway of viewers who sit through this event may be disappointment … that this wasn’t the presidential debate. Pence’s goal, heading into the night? Try to mitigate the damage caused by the top of his own ticket with calm and competence. A longtime conservative favorite, he’ll no doubt assuage some concerns among Trump’s base by virtue of merely showing up. Kaine’s objective? Be his similarly decent, affable, and qualified self while portraying Clinton as the steady hand America needs. Oh, and sandbag Pence with Trump quotes every 10 seconds. Which of the two was able to pull it off? Did they fight to a snooze-fest of a draw, as many observers predicted before the event? You tell us: Who won the great V.P. debate of 2016?
