Go to your closet and pray. This Halloween, you will know the name Carrie. So teases the first trailer for this frightening remake, which is based on a 1976 movie… which is based on a Stephen King novel. Starring Chloe Grace Moretz and Julianne Moore, Carrie hits theaters on October 18 and tells the story of a high school girl who unleashes telekinetic powers after she’s pushed too far by fellow students. It looks rather awesome: Carrie Trailer Among other movie trailers recently posted by THG: Only God Forgives trailer Grown Ups 2 trailer The Great Gatsby trailer
Since On The Road hits theaters today….even though I never do this kind of thing….you know promoting new releases I am not paid to promote…even if they are movies I want to see….or am interested in….but figure why not, since Kristen Stewart flashes her tits in it….. Not that I am a fan of Kristen Stewart….or going to the movies….but I might as well start the day beating that dead horse with my dick…or is the expression beating a dead whore with my dick….either way, I’ve posted them there titty flash screenshots before … they are old news….but for today….a reminder that she’s not any better in video than she is in pictures of said video….isn’t quite erotic unless you, unlike Paul Ryan, like incest that didn’t end in abortion….cuz that’s what she look like
To be honest, I came up with this idea before I actually saw Argo on Tuesday night, but now that I have seen Ben Affleck’ s gripping, well-directed film, I can’t let it go. When I learned about the plot of the movie — in which a CIA agent (Affleck), a Hollywood make-up artist ( John Goodman ) and a movie producer (the wonderful Alan Arkin ) — gin up a fake movie to rescue a group of diplomats trapped in Iran during the hostage crisis — it struck me that Argo was the inverse or the flip side of another fake movie that got a lot of press this past summer: Innocence of Muslims . Argo is about the power of film harnessed for humane reasons — specifically, to extract American diplomats who would have probably faced grisly, public executions had they been caught after slipping out of the U.S. Embassy in Tehran when it was taken over by militants in 1979. Innocence of Muslims is about the dark side of that equation. It’s the power of film — still potent even when the so-called movie is little more than a collection of half-assed scenes cobbled together and thrown on YouTube — misused to incite violence and stoke mistrust and anger between Muslim nations and the United States. Argo , which is based on a true story, is about saving lives. Innocence of Muslims was linked to violent attacks on the U.S. Embassy in Libya on Sept. 11 that left four Americans dead, including Ambassador J. Christopher Stevens. When I saw George Clooney, who is one of Argo ‘s producers, at a private screening and dinner for the film at the Time Warner Center on Tuesday night, I ran my idea by him. Was there any lesson, I asked, to be learned from the controversy and the tragedy that Innocence of Muslims provoked? I’m not a big fan of asking celebrities their opinions about international or national affairs, but I’ve come to admire Clooney’s political activism and his understanding of the way the world really works, as well as his humanitarian spirit. (In March, he was arrested outside the Sudanese embassy in Washington for protesting the country’s blockage of food and aid to its own starving people.) After listening to my take on Argo and Innocence of Muslims , Clooney suggested that I was making a bit of a leap, but he did answer my question. For one thing, he said, “I’m not quite sure that those diplomats did die as a result of that movie. It seems more like that was a coordinated effort by Al Qaeda” to make a statement on the anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 attacks on U.S. soil. But getting to the root of my question, Clooney told me: “Freedom of speech means you have to allow idiots to speak, and that’s the unfortunate thing.” “This guy clearly wanted to create problems,” he continued referring to Nakoula Basseley , the Egyptian immigrant who appears to have masterminded the making of Innocence of Muslims . Clooney added that he saw part of the YouTube video: “It made me mad and I’m not Muslim,” he said. “It made me mad for the quality of film that it was, more than anything. But the simple truth is that in order to make [democracy] work, the idiots get to have their say, too. And that’s unfortunate.” I agree. What do you think? Quentin Tarantino ‘s Django Unchained had me at hello — or at ” Dj -” if you will (the “d” is silent) — so at this point trailers and clips are just icing on the spaghetti “Southern.” If I’m speaking a foreign language to you, forgive my excitement for Tarantino’s latest neo-exploitation bonanza and just dive right into Movieline’s rundown of the gunshots, dead baddies, and gleefully inside-baseball genre winks in the second trailer for Django Unchained . Or is she the Michele Bachmann of beurre ? The more I see of October’s Midwestern comedy Butter , the more I’m totally going to watch it and also maybe start etching masterworks out of breakfast foods. Watch the latest trailer for the Jennifer Garner-Olivia Wilde-Rob Corddry ensemble indie and see if you’re as charmed by the tale of an orphan, a housewife, a stripper, and various other quirky personalities going head-to-head in a butter-carving contest. If only Nutella had a bit more hold… Butter is directed by British helmer Jim Field Smith ( She’s Out Of My League , Episodes ) from the Black List script by Jason Micallef and co-stars Ty Burrell, Ashley Greene, Hugh Jackman, Alicia Silverstone, and 12-year-old Yara Shahidi. It hits theaters in limited release on October 5. [via Yahoo ]
I don’t know about you, but I’m liking that Paulina Gretzky is starting to get all kinds of hottie attention. I’m a little surprised that she’s this hot though. I mean her mom was a model, so that half makes sense, but her dad Wayne looked like Princess Diana when he was younger and kind of looks like an old woman now. I’m impressed she turned out this sexy. Here she is giving us a sweet look a her five hole while she gets out of a car. Look it up, it’s a hockey reference. Duh!
Obviously I’m not going to watch this Piranha 3DD movie when it hits theaters, whenever that is, but I’ll wait until it comes out on DVD and watch the parts featuring hottie Katrina Bowden in super slow motion. I don’t think I’ll have to wait very long.
There’s no getting around it- Dreama Walker is adorable. It’s the big blue doe eyes. And you probably know her from her work on sitcoms like Don’t Trust the B—- In Apartment 23 . But like all actresses (except for maybe Pamela Anderson ), Dreama wants to be taken seriously . To this end, she starts in the controversial Sundance film Compliance (2012), where she plays a fast-food cashier who’s humiliated and strip searched by her boss after an anonymous caller accuses her of stealing. Pretty heavy stuff, but at least she makes our Dreama-s come true by going topless at the 28-minute mark as she takes off her uniform and again 55 minutes in when she does nude jumping jacks. Compliance hits theaters next month, and the first trailer confirms that it will indeed be some pretty intense sh*t. Do you like these sorts of heady indie flicks, or will you be waiting for the screen caps on Mr. Skin?

Taken 2 hits theaters on October 5 and, don’t worry, Liam Neeson is bringing his particular set of skills back to the big screen. A follow-up to the surprising 2008 hit, which established Neeson as a really surprising action star, the sequel will find his character of Bryan Mills going after his kidnapped ex-wife (Famke Janssen’s Lenore). It will also find him kicking, punching and shooting a whole lot of people in order to bring home his loved one. That’s just how Bryan Mills rolls. It’s what he does best, as he says below.
