E! has unveiled the first full-length trailer for Life of Kylie. And this video takes fans even farther inside the unique universe of its star than the initial teaser that dropped last week . Despite having been in the public eye since puberty, and despite appearing most Sunday nights on Keeping Up with the Kardashians , Kylie claims in this preview that you don't really know her. What else can she say, really? If you did know her, you likely would not bother tuning in for her very own reality show. “When you grow up on camera, everybody feels like they know you, but they don't,” the 19-year-old explains, adding: “I feel like a lot of people have misconceptions of who I am.” Jenner has been on television since she was nine years old, evolving over the years into a social media superstar and business mogul. But is the young woman we see posing seductively on Instagram truly Kylie? “There's two sides of me. There's an image that I feel constantly pressured to keep up with, and who I really am around my friends,” she also says in this trailer. “This show is a gift for my fans.” AWWW, a gift! How kind of Kylie! “Nobody has a perfect life. But I'm not totally innocent because I am keeping up this lifestyle. I can't do it forever,” Kylie admits here. “This isn't Keeping Up With the Kardashians. This is like a therapy session.” Life of Kylie will debut at 10/9c on July 6. Will the teenager be able to right her family's sinking ship, as ratings for Keeping Up With the Kardashians continue to plummet on Season 13? If you watch Teen Mom 2 online , then you’re probably aware of the ongoing feud between Jenelle Evans and her mother, Barbara Evans. Barbara has custody of Jenelle’s eldest son, Jace, and like pretty much everything else in her life, Jenelle is very pissed off about it. For weeks now, Jenelle has been claiming that Barbara has been keeping Jace from her by canceling scheduled visits and denying her permission to take him on family outings. Earlier this week, she revealed that she was devastated to learn that she wouldn’t be allowed to “On Mother’s Day I won’t have him,” she tweeted. “I’m torn. Was mad for too long then turned into tears the rest of my night.” “She ignores my calls and texts and took Jace and hid from me all day in her house locked up. No lie.” Yesterday, Jenelle updated fans via Instagram, and it seems Barbara made good on her threat to prevent Jenelle from seeing her son on Mother’s Day. In fairness, Barbara doesn’t do social media, so we haven’t heard her side of the story. But for once, fans are overwhelmingly siding with Jenelle. It’s possible that Barbara had a perfectly good reason for her actions, but it’ll be tough to explain her way out of this one. After all, it doesn’t get much lower than keeping a mom from one of her kids on Mother’s Day. Fortunately, the day wasn’t totally devoid of pleasant surprises: “The kids and David made me this homemade chalk board for our house and even drew one awesome picture on it,” Jenelle captioned the above photo of he favorite gift. “I’m in love!” She added: “This day didn’t go the way I imagined but there will be many more to come in the future. #Hopeful.” Jenelle seems encouraged by the fact that, for better or worse, the Jace issue will be decided in the very near future. A new Miss USA has been crowned. But not without the sort of controversy that often accompanies beauty pageants of this nature. First, however, the facts from Sunday night: Kára McCullough earned the honor of Miss USA 2017 by defeating 50 other women from across the country, impressing judges with her beauty, talents and intelligence. A scientist at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, McCullough held off strong challenges from runner-up Meredith Gould (Miss Minnesota) and Chhavi Verg (Miss New Jersey). McCullough, meanwhile, represented the District of Columbia. Dancing With the Stars’ veteran Julianne Hough and Terrence J hosted the competition, which aired live from the Mandalay Bay Convention Center on the Las Vegas Strip and which featured performances from Pitbull and country star Brett Eldredge. Ashley Graham worked backstage as a co-host, while Halima Aden, Carson Kressley, Brooke Lee, Nancy Lublin, Jeannie Mai and Janet Mock chose the winners. Now, on to the remarks that turned McCullough into a trending topic on Twitter… With Congress having recently voted to repeal Obamacare and replace it with a plan that would take away health care from millions of Americans, the contestants were asked for their thoughts on this polarizing political subject. And the eventual winner McCullough sent some heads shaking on Sunday night when she said affordable health care in America is a “privilege” instead of a “right. “I’m definitely going to say it’s a privilege,” McCullough explained during the question-and-answer segment, expounding as follows: “As a government employee, I’m granted health care. “And I see firsthand that for one, to have health care, you need to have jobs, so therefore we need to continue to cultivate this environment so that we’re given the opportunities to have health care as well as jobs for all Americans worldwide.” In response to this point of view, Twitter users slammed McCullough, saying they hoped she didn’t take home the crown. “Miss DC was my fav but … not after that answer,” wrote Twitter user Charlsley Carey. “Everyone has a right to health care.” Added Kathy Lovett: “Well I guess poor people don’t deserve health care because the new Miss USA said it was a privilege.” But McCullough did have her defenders, and we’re not just talking about the judges who awarded her the grand prize later in the evening. “Miss USA is beautiful inside and out,” tweeted Politixgal. “Healthcare IS NOT a right. It costs money & someone has to pay. You shd be paying for your own.” This, of course, is far from the first time that a beauty pageant contestant created a firestorm with politically-charged comments. I don’t really want to consider myself – try not to consider myself like this die-hard, you know, like, ‘Oh, I don’t really care about men.’ “But one thing I’m gonna say, though, is women, we are just as equal as men when it comes to opportunity in the workplace… “And I say firsthand: I have witnessed the impact that women have in leadership in the medical sciences, as well as just in the office environment. “So as Miss USA, I would hope to promote that type of leadership responsibility globally to so many women worldwide.” In a video shared on the Miss USA Twitter account after the competition, McCullough cried backstage as she said she was feeling “extremely overwhelmed with joy,” given that she had just entered the pageant for fun. She concluded: “I decided to take life as it comes, and if I could encourage anyone else in the world to do that, please – just take your time. “Understand the process is so much more important to focus on than just looking toward the outcome.”
Last week, we reported on the bizarre and very public feud between Jenelle Evans and the sister of David Eason . David, of course, is Jenelle’s fiance and the father of her third child. One would think that Jenelle would do her damnedest to stay on his family’s good side – at least until the wedding – but Jenlle’s never been one to avoid setting fire to her own life. So in a situation where sane, rational adults who are currently in the process of trying to win back custody of their eldest son might have eased up on the hate (or at least kept it off social media) Jenelle doubled down. The folks over at Starcasm have been watching the situation closely , and it seems that things died down for a while – until, of course, Jenelle decided to fire a shot out of nowhere. Over the weekend, David’s other sister, April, wrote a lengthy Facebook post about the importance of family. Jenelle being Jenelle, she took the opportunity to trash-talk her rival, Jessica: “Think about your actions wisely before losing your entire family,” Jenelle wrote on Facebook. “#FamilyFirst not #FamilySecond … there’s a huge difference.” As much as people usually love being threatened with the loss of their entire family, Jenelle’s comment didn’t go over well: “Does this makes sense to anyone?” Jessica shot back. “We have our family. April David Amber and Jamie are our family. And Ensley is my niece. Youre the one losing Jen!” After being egged on by some commenters, Jessica went on: “Girl I could say some stuff but ima back off the Lil ho for now.. But if I see another negative word out that things mouth or finger tips.. It will be #onlikedonkeykong” She added: “Did she think MY sister April Marie was gonna say something nice to her? Hahahaha” Believe it or not, Jessica didn’t stop there, and she’s on the verge of doing the impossible: making Jenelle look like the sane one in a conflict. Jessica posted the above status, presumably just in case anyone still wasn’t clear about her feelings toward Jenelle. Urban Dictionary provides this helpful definition of “mud duck”: “An atrocious-looking female. This girl has to be so horrible that she doesn’t even qualify as a duck.” Jessica went on to remind us of what really started all of this – her continued friendship with David’s first baby mama, Olivia: “Olivia and Kaden (my nephew and his mom) came to visit and Jenelle got so jealous she’s on oxygen but seriously. Then in retaliation she begins posting a bunch of weird sh*t!” Amazingly, all of this time, Jenelle was playing it relatively cool, clapping back passive-aggressively by posting an unflattering article about Jessica with a caption reading, “I’m done.” But, of course, she wasn’t done: “She’s always wanted to be “on tv”. Maybe that’s why she’s mad,” Jenelle wrote. “Davids brother and her have been asking david when they can film and they should have their own show. Her saying this doesn’t even surprise me.” She added: “She must be on xanax being as angry as she was in my voicemail lmfao.” Yes, Jenelle has decided to take this thing into “she’s on drugs” territory. She went on to accuse Jessica of repeatedly calling and threatening her, writing: “I have kids and she has 5 kids like damn just stop already. She fist fought a kid while 7 months pregnant and now her son has cerebral palsy. She needs to stop being such an angry person and stay sober. Drugs make everyone so angry it’s crazy.” She added that unless she publicly apologizes, Jessica won’t be invited to her and David’s wedding. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound like that apology is forthcoming: “All she has to do is bow down and call me the queen and I might forgive her. Maybee,” Jessica wrote. Stock up on popcorn, folks. Emily VanCamp and Josh Bowman portrayed occasional lovers on Revenge. But the gorgeous actress and very handsome husband have now agreed to make the fictional into the non-fictional, the sporadic into the permanent. Meaning what, exactly? They just got engaged!!!!!!! The former co-stars made the announcement in a somewhat subtle but also very romantic manner: VanCamp shared the following photo on her Instagram page last night, including with it a simple heart emoji as a caption. Because what else is there to say, right? That is most definitely an engagement ring and those, we can only presume, are tears of joy that the actress is covering up with her hands. VanCamp and Bowman were two of the main leads on ABC’s Revenge, a drama that ran from 2011 through 2015. The former portrayed Emily Thorne, a young woman intent on destroying the lives of those who framed her father for an act of terrorism. Bowman played Daniel Grayson, a key member of the family on whom Emily set her vengeful sights. Neither star has talked much in public about their romance with the other, but that doesn’t mean they’ve remained completely mum. “I have a wonderful love in my life,” VanCamp told InStyle Australia two years ago, for instance, adding at the time: “Trust is the most important thing in any relationship, because everything falls into place after that.” Aware of the pitfalls that can endanger many co-stars who turn into couples, VanCamp also told Elle Canada in 2014 that she and Bowman try to keep the professional separated from the personal. “Josh and I keep it all very separate,” she said, continuing as follows: “I barely talk about him in interviews, to be honest. Like millions of other Americans, you might be a fan of the simple sandwiches that have made Jimmy John’s one of the fastest-growing fast food chains in the country. Unfortunately, a story that’s caught the Internet’s attention this week may forever change the way you think of cold meat pressed between two pasty white slabs. As you can see, that’s a photo of a naked man straddling a dead shark. The image has incited outrage on social media for a number of obvious reasons. Even among hunters and fishermen displaying such callous disrespect for one’s prey is considered distasteful and, well, gross. It’s one thing to pose for a photo with your kill, but quite another to grin like a maniac while humping a giant carcass. So what does this have to do with the chain that brought the world the J.J. Gargantuan? Well, there’s a theory circulating online that the animal lover in the pic is none other than Jimmy John’s founder Jimmy John Liautaud. Yes, Jimmy John really exists, and like Colonel Sanders before him, his two great passions are peddling meat and firing large weapons. Liautaud has been criticized in the past for hunting large African game and posting photos of his kills on social media. He renounced the practice in 2015, after finding himself at the heart of a growing controversy: “I choose to hunt and I choose to fish,” he explained at the time. “Everything I’ve done has been totally legal. And the meat has been eaten, if not by me than by someone I’m with. I don’t hunt big African game anymore.” But not everyone believes that Liautaud was sincere when he swore off the big kills. A very vocal contingent on Twitter and Facebook believes that’s Liautaud getting friendly with a shark he killed. Liautaud has denied that he’s the man in the photo in a statement issued to Deadspin earlier this week. It’s a sad day for the Internet’s most delusional pervs. We’ve known for quite some time that Ariel Winter is dating Levi Meaden , but no doubt many of the Modern Family actress’ 3.2 million Instagram followers were hoping it wouldn’t work out. It seems Ariel and Levi have taken their relationship to the next level and are now living together. Ariel revealed the arrangement during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night: “I bought my own house last year, which is really exciting for me,” the actress told Kimmel. “My boyfriend and I live together, and he cooks. I can’t cook at all. He takes care of all that handy stuff and he’s great. I can bake a pie occasionally.” We doubt the revelation that Ariel doesn’t know her way around the kitchen did much to dampen the enthusiasm of her most ardent fans. While the response online has been mostly congratulatory, some fans (particularly those who are creepily protective of the actress) seem concerned by the fact that Ariel and Levi have only been dating for seven months. Adding to the complexity of the situation is the fact that Ariel is only 19, while Levi will turn 30 this year. Ten years isn’t a massive age gap, but it’s a lot for someone as young as Ariel. But sometimes the spotlight forces young people to grow up more quickly. Winter told Kimmel last night that her Modern Family cast mates have been treating her as a “semi-adult” for a while now: “They definitely treat me like an adult now,” Winter said. “We started on the show when we were 10 or 11 years old and running around with Nerf Guns and now we’re all semi-adults.” We imagine you must cringe a little when you’re creeping up on the big 3-0 and your girlfriend cops to not being a full-fledged adult. Former NFL wide receiver Michael D. Jackson has passed away at the age of 48. Jackson divided his eight seasons in the pros between the Cleveland Browns and Baltimore Ravens, and he led the league in receiving yards in 1996. After retiring from football, Jackson successfully ran for mayor of his hometown of Tangipahoa, Louisiana. Sadly, it was while he was riding his motorcycle through the streets of his beloved hometown that Jackson’s life was tragically cut short early Friday morning. Police say Jackson was riding his 2013 Kawasaki at a “high rate of speed” when he collided with a car that was backing out of a driveway. The impact of the crash was so powerful that Jackson’s motorcycle smashed through the passenger’s side door of the car and killed the driver, a 20-year-old woman. A full investigation into the accident is being conducted. Tributes to Jackson from fans, friends, and former teammates have been pouring in on social media since the moment that news of his death went public. But while he’s most famous for his career on the playing field, those who knew Jackson best say it’s his commitment to public service that they’ll remember most. In 2008, Jackson entered the political arena and served for four years as the mayor of his native Tangipahoa. “Right now, I want to set a standard,” Jackson told the press upon being elected. “I want to have that standard high enough so that whomever decides to run for this position they will feel obligated to do at least what I have done and far better — so that’s what I want to do.” He added: “I want to set a concrete floor, so we can erect a house here in my hometown.” Though his career was cut short by injury, Jackson put up impressive numbers in several seasons and played alongside some of the legends of the game. He was a teammate of Brett Favre’s during his time at Southern Mississippi University, and he played for Bill Belichick when the future Patriots legend was head coach of the Cleveland Browns. “Michael Jackson was more than a great player, he was a great man,” the Cleveland Browns tweeted. “Our thoughts are with his family and friends.
