As the Kim Kardashian- Kris Humphries divorce case continues to drag on… and on… and on… a source tells In Touch Weekly that the reality star is considering legal action against the NBA power forward. “She has instructed her lawyer, Laura Wasser, to give Kris and his lawyers an ultimatum: Settle now or she will sue,” a friend claims to the tabloid, adding of potential attorney fees if Kardashian goes through with this threat:  “[They] could cost Kris millions.” Humphries is seeking to annul his marriage to Kardashian, somehow arguing that he was duped into the union and is owed a ton of cash beyond the prenuptial agreement he signed. He apparently also wants the Kim Kardashian engagement ring back. “Kim will launch a counterattack for defamation of character,” this insider alleges. “You can’t put a price tag on what Kris has cost her.” Ummm… we’re pretty much we can. Kardashian just touched down in Kuwait because Millions of Milkshakes is paying her hundreds of thousands of dollars to pose for a few photos. We think she’s doing okay.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries: Klashing Over 20.5 Karats?

For reasons that defy comprehension, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries remain married. Lawyers for both halves of this estranged couple met in court yesterday, with Kim’s representative complaining that her client is “handcuffed” to Humphries – and not in the usual Kim Kardashian way! So… what the heck is the hold-up here? “Kris is adamant that he wants the [engagement] ring back,” a source tells Radar Online. “And it’s becoming a real sticking point between his and Kim’s attorneys… ” Kris contends that the marriage was a total sham and that Kim only wed him for publicity so therefore she has no right to keep such an expensive gift.” The gift in question cost around $2 million and is 20.5 carats in size. Why would Kim even want to keep it , Humphries allegedly wonders. Why would Kris care , we can shoot back. The guy makes millions of dollars a year playing basketball for a living… when he isn’t getting ejected from games , that is. It’s just another wrinkle in the Kim Kardashian divorce case that will last until February 15th at the earliest. That’s when a judge has set the next hearing. Kim Kardashian "Handcuffed" to Kris Humphries, Lawyer Argues

The Kim Kardashian divorce case may have reached a tipping point today. First, Kanye West was actually deposed by an attorney for Kris Humphries, who asked the rapper… God only knows what about his relationship with Kardashian and how it has any bearing on her desire to ditch Humphries. Then, Kim’s lawyer – Laura Wasser – went off on the entire debacle, telling a Los Angeles County judge that her client is “handcuffed to Mr. Humphries… These delays are forcing her to be married. She wants to dissolve her marriage so she can move on with her life.” Aside from supplying readers with the easiest punchline ever, she makes a good point. Kris signed a prenuptial agreement. What is the hold-up here?!? Wasser also expressed irritation, according to TMZ sources, that Humphries and his legal team are dragging this mess out, considering they haven’t even deposed Kim yet. She referred to the case as a “fishing expedition.” In response, Kris’ lawyer said all Kim has to do is agree to an annulment (which would void the prenup) and everyone could move on. In the end, the judge set a trial date February 15. Yes, that’s 16 months after the couple split. You Think Scary Movie 5 Is Supposed To Be A Comedy? Check Out This Grisly Photo Of Sheen And Lohan

There will be Tiger Blood! Dimension Films has released the first official still from Scary Movie 5   and — yikes! — it has me cowering behind my fingers. I can’t stop thinking about the hell spawn that would be unleashed on this world if Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan actually hooked up and she got pregnant. The image also makes me think that if this movie does successfully re-boot the franchise and leads to a Scary Movie 6 , the producers will attempt to top themselves by reuniting Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries in a sex scene. Or maybe Humphries can don the white mask and dispatch Kanye West while he’s canoodling with Kim. (Unnh, I just threw up in my mouth.) The movie, which is due out in 2013,  also stars Ashley Tisdale ,  Heather Locklear and, the reason I’m going to see it:  the very funny Craig Bierko . Follow Frank DiGiacomo on Twitter. Megan Rossee and Michael Phelps have stepped out of the spotlight a bit, but they are definitely still together. She’s been Tweeting pics of them left and right. The Olympic swimming legend did some traveling with his guy friends after the London games, but has remained tight with blonde model Megan, as well. Pizza Guy Bear Hugs Obama, Trolls Go Nuts on Yelp

Big Apple Pizza owner Scott Van Nuzer received a visit from President Barack Obama Sunday in Fort Pierce, Fla., and reacted with a giant bear hug for the POTUS. Yelp trolls responded a little less positively. Irate, presumably conservative users flooded the rate and review website shortly afterward, sending Big Apple Pizza’s overall rating into a tailspin. “Talk about committing business suicide. After picking up Obama, your books are gonna be in the red pretty soon. Not too smart,” one “reviewer” posted . The commenter from Cottonwood, Ariz., 2,200 miles away, gave him 1/5 stars. Harsh. Hours later, though, Van Nuzer’s establishment had staged a comeback. Another Yelp commenter retaliated, “Really, conservatards? You try to trash a man’s business because he likes a different political candidate than you?” “What scum you all are. SCOTT VAN DUZER IS MY HERO!” Of the 229 comments listed on the page (30 “filtered,” one axed for violating terms of service), only two are pre-Obama bear hug. His overall rating is currently 5/5. The oldest review, posted in 2010, offers this assessment: “Nice variety of food for lunch or dinner. Love the Pizza, wings, subs, best stromboli in town. Great atmosphere in newly renovated dinning area, and flat screen TV’s … staff make you feel right at home. Special people and good food make for a local favorite.” Must have been what Obama read before deciding on Big Apple. Decision 2012:

Kris Humphries: Totally Doing Myla Sinanaj!

Kris Humphries stands 6’9″ and weighs approximately 235 pounds. In other words: it’s difficult for the former Mr. Kim Kardashian to sneak around, which may explain why TMZ cameras caught him entering the Rutherford, New Jersey home of Myla Sinanaj yesterday. Yes, the same Myla Sinanaj who once threatened to sue the NBA baller and who also once claimed she was knocked up with his child . Considering Humphries was there for hours, and considering witnesses also allege his car was parked outside overnight on Monday, why do we have a feeling Kris was entering more than just Myla’s abode? Sinanaj was actually deposed by Kardashian’s attorneys last month, called to testify as part of The Divorce Case That Will Never End. She said at the time that she was never pregnant; never took any money from Kris; and never talked to him about his relationship with Kim. But did she ever have sex with the Hump ? Sinanaj was advised to ignore that question. But we all have the answer now, don’t we?

It’s incredible, ridiculous and disgusting: Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries are STILL not divorced. Yes, readers, these multi-millionaires continue to battle it out in court, with Humphries reportedly pressing for an annulment and attempting to prove Kardashian duped him into a doomed union; and Kim responding that her ex is simply petty and fame-hungry . But while Team Kardashian has claimed its client has been pushing for a speedy legal split all along, an insider tells Radar that the reality star is stalling the process. “Scheduling depositions for Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner [has] been problematic, as both claim very chaotic schedules,” says the source. “Kris has a right to prepare for trial, and the longer the Kardashian clan drag their feet in scheduling depositions, the longer this thing is going to go on. It’s worth noting that Kris’ deposition was completed almost two months ago.” In other words: if Kim wants this divorce to take place, why isn’t she taking any proactive steps to make it happen? Why not just schedule her deposition? Granted, she’s been really busy these days posting important Twitter photos . “Kris just wants the truth to come out and is dedicated to seeing this thing through,” adds the mole. “He is in no rush and Kim’s camp’s threats of releasing hidden footage that makes him look bad and other absurd claims don’t deter him.” Yes, both these people absolutely suck. But one shoulders more blame than the other for dragging out this drama. At whom do you point the finger?

Florida Crazies: Woman Popped For Leaving 3-Year-Son At Dollar Store…”I Thought He Was In The Car”

And they found some kush in her minivan! A Fort Pierce mother has been arrested on a child neglect charge after she left her 3-year-old son at a dollar store and returned for him more than an hour later, police said. Philleana Peak, 30, was also arrested on a marijuana possession charge Tuesday. Fort Pierce police said an employee at Deal$ Dollar Tree noticed the boy alone and crying in an aisle Tuesday night. After several attempts to search the store for his mother failed and nobody answered announcements on the public address system, police were called. More than an hour later, Peak arrived with the boy’s grandmother while police were at the store. According to the arrest report, Peak told police she thought her son was in the minivan with her when she left the store, but she couldn’t find him when she got home. “She didn’t have an explanation,” Sgt. Dennis McKenna told WPBF 25 News’ Ted White. Police said Peak couldn’t explain why it took her at least an hour to return and why she didn’t call the store or 911. “An hour appears to be a long time,” McKenna said. How Ironic: Kris “The Dumped Hump” Humphries’ Parents Are Filing For Divorce Too!

The Kardashian Kurse? Via TMZ reports : Love is elusive for the Humphries family these days — TMZ has learned that Kris Humphries’ parents are going through a divorce of their own. According to documents filed in Minnesota, Kris’ mom Debra filed for divorce from husband William earlier this month. The couple has three adult children — Kris and his two older sisters, Krystal and Kaela. There will be some serious burger money up for grabs in the split — William owns several Five Guys Burgers and Fries restaurants throughout Minnesota. It’s pretty ironic … Kris is fighting a divorce from Kim because he says it goes against his religious beliefs. Perhaps it’s time to take a cue from mom? Well damn, looks like no one in this family can get this whole marriage thing right. We just hope their divorce isn’t as drawn out as their son’s. Getty
