Image via UpperCut Image/Getty Officer Amber Guyger Did Not Know Botham Jean Before Killing Him Officer Amber Guyger did not know the black man she fatally shot in that “wrong apartment” shooting. As previously reported Dallas Officer Guyger shot Botham Shem Jean after she walked into what she reportedly believed to be her own apartment at the South Side Flats, located only about a block away from police headquarters. Since then rumors have run rampant that the officer and the victim actually knew each other and previously dated. A picture of them allegedly together then surfaced on social media. According to WFAA however, that’s completely untrue. A source with knowledge of the investigation told WFAA that rumors that the two knew each other and/or were involved are false. Attorney Lee Merritt, who is representing Jean’s family, also said that Jean did not know Guyger, according to family members. “We have nothing to substantiate those claims,” Merritt told reporters at a press conference Saturday. Guyger is currently on administrative leave.

In the years since she retired from the world of adult film, life hasn’t always been kind to Jenna Jameson. Jameson has struggled with addiction, endured brushes with the law, and battles with depression and anxiety, all before an audience of millions of social media followers. Thankfully, the mother of three has managed to turn things around as of late. In April of 2017, Jameson welcomed her third child , a girl named Batel Lu. In the months since giving birth, Jenna has devoted herself to living a healthier lifestyle and Just last month Jameson showed off an astonishing 57-pound weight loss on Instagram, and it seems she’s continued making progress since then: The 44-year-old posted the above photo earlier this week along with a lengthy caption in which she discusses the lessons that she’s learned over the course of her weight loss journey. “One aspect of fear that we all trip over is fear of failure,” Jameson wrote. “This was the major component in my procrastination on getting healthy after having Batel. I kept trying to convince myself I was ok with my “new” size. I wasn’t,” she continued. “It really was fear of failing. I was so afraid I couldn’t reach my goals like I was so accustomed to, I just told myself ‘why bother?’ I conquered sobriety, but that came with a whole set of new issues… actually FEELING my feelings. Raw, painful feelings.” Jameson went on to reveal that she’s now lost 63 pounds in a matter of months. She says she’s officially reached her ideal weight of 123 pounds. “Batelli is 17 months and I’m 123. I did it,” she said. “So to finish up this long a— post, just know it’s normal to fear failing at losing your weight… but if you don’t try, you’ll never know the utter triumph when you do achieve your goals.” But despite shedding an astonishing number of pounds in a very short period of time, Jameson says she has no intention of slowing down: “When I do make these before and after pictures it motivates me to continue!” she recently wrote on Instagram. Jenna deserves to be commended for her weight loss thus far, and it looks as though she achieved the awesome feat through commitment, exercise, and devotion to the ultra-low-carb keto diet. But at 5’7”, 123 pounds makes for a mighty thin frame, and fans have begun imploring Jameson to slow down in her fitness routine. As far as we can tell, there’s no cause for concern just yet, but here’s hoping Jenna continues to prioritize being healthy over being thin.

This time, he’s making gross comments about another woman’s body — plus size model and trailblazer Tess Holliday. Tess graced the cover of Cosmopolitan , and Piers was apparently unable to resist commenting on her body and accusing her of being some sort of public health hazard. Before Piers decided to insert his opinion into the narrative, Tess was delighted with her cover. “Phew,” Tess writes on Instagram. “I’m literally a COSMO GIRL!!” “Can’t believe I’m saying that!” she continues. “Thank you @CosmopolitanUK for this incredible opportunity ” Tess discusses the impact that body positivity can have, writing: “If I saw a body like mine on this magazine when I was a young girl, it would have changed my life ” Tess advises her fans: “Issue hits stands 8/31!” Unfortunately, Piers Morgan is one of those dudes who worries about other people loving themselves on their terms instead of on his. “As Britain battles an ever-worsening obesity crisis,” Piers laments. “This is the new cover of Cosmo.” “Apparently,” Piers continues. “We’re supposed to view it as a ‘huge step forward for body positivity.’” “What a load of old baloney,” Piers declares. ” This cover,” Piers continues. “Is just as dangerous & misguided as celebrating size zero models.” Tess took to Twitter and hit back. “To everyone saying I’m a burden to the British health care system,” Tess begins. “I’m american,” Texx explains. “So you don’t have to worry about my fat ass.” She is such a delight and doesn’t hesitate to use humor when speaking truth to power. Good for her. (Naturally, we shouldn’t conflate body size with health, and no one should be seen as a “burden” because of their health) Tess says that the people who are uncomfortable with the size of her body, which literally does not impact them at all, should have more important things on their minds. “Worry about what horrible people you are,” Tess suggests to her detractors. That’s harsh — but considering that Piers just accused her of being the next Typhoid Mary and he was far from the worst person to comment, it’s fair. She says that they have demonstrated that they’re horrible “by whining about how me being on the cover of a glossy magazine impacts your small minded life.” It’s difficult to understand why so many people feel like they have the right to tell other people what to do with their own bodies. Tess’ body does not impact the rest of us. It just doesn’t. But a photo of her on the cover of a magazine could have a very real and powerful effect on little girls (or others, but girls especially) who are struggling to love themselves. When people like Piers say that body positive images of Tess and women like her will somehow make the “obesity epidemic” worse, it is clear what they really mean. They mean that people who have learned to love themselves won’t go on dangerous starvation diets that ultimately don’t work in a desperate attempt to get their bodies looking how Piers wants them to. If you think that one body type is more attractive than another, that’s fine — we all have preferences. But women are allowed to just exist without you wanting to bang them.

We’ve documented in the past how Ravenel has been accused of raping both a nanny and a woman with whom he went on a date a couple years ago. The lead Southern Charm cast member has since announced that he will not be returning for Season 6. Now, People Magazine has confirmed that an incident report was filed in August 25 with the Mount Pleasant Police Department against South Carolina businessman Madison, who is pretty tight with Ravenel. He’s appeared multiple times on Southern Charm as a result. According to legal documents, allegations of rape, sexual assault and involuntary drugging have been leveled against Madison by a South Carolina female, whose name was redacted by authorities. The details are pretty disgusting. The alleged victim told police that the incident in question took place on August 21, 2017. She says that she was with Madison, his male friend and another female friend at her house for a drink prior to heading out to a local bar. While there, she alleges that Madison intentionally broke a glass – and, as she cleaned it up, Madison “slipped a drug” in her already-poured beverage on the counter. The victim says that, after finishing the drink, she fell in and out of consciousness. Later, in the early hours of August 22, the woman says she awoke in the guest bedroom of her home where Madison was “forcibly raping and sodomizing her.” The attack supposedly stopped after Madison received a phone call from his wife. Then there’s this addendum to the story: FITSNews has identified the male with Madison and the alleged victim that night as Jay Schwartz, a local chiropractor. He was arrested on drug charges this same evening. Mount Pleasant are reportedly investigating these charges, while Bravo is yet to issue a comment. The allegations against Madison come three months after allegations of sexual assault were brought against Ravenel by “Nanny Dawn,” who was featured Southern Charm caring for Ravenel’s two children with ex Kathryn Dennis. Not only has Demi checked herself into an in-patient treatment facility in Arizona, she’s also been making regular trips to Chicago to meet with the team of therapists who helped her to get sober for the first time, six years ago. Of course, in some respects, it’s easier for someone in Demi’s position to put everything on hold in order to focus on self-care. After all, most addicts don’t have the luxury of taking months off work and checking into a pricey rehab center. But in other ways, Lovato’s battle with substance abuse is complicated by her wealth and fame. Sources close to the pop star say all the touring and performing made it easier for her to fall back in with the wrong crowd, and it was reportedly one of Demi’s backup dancers who provided her with the drugs on which she overdosed. Now that Demi is taking a break from presiding over a one-woman media empire in order to focus on herself, she has to trust that the people she’s hired will uphold their responsibilities in her absence. And sadly, it seems she may have placed her trust in the wrong people. “Her bodyguards have taken over her house,” a neighbor of Demi’s told Radar Online this week. “They’re the same two men who are with her around-the-clock when she’s home,” the source adds. “They have been living at her house since she was hospitalized. The insider says not only do the men appear to be treating the property as their own, they’ve also invited multiple female guests to join the party. “They’re there and so are two women who are possibly their girlfriends or wives,” the source adds. “Demi must really trust them because these two men have taken over her house completely and haven’t left since she was hospitalized.” Unfortunately, it seems there’s little that can be done about the situation, as Demi placed her trust in her bodyguards, and no one wants to alarm her with reports of their behavior. This picture is NOT evidence that Messer is expecting her fourth child? Already the mother to Adalynn, Aliannah and Aleeah, Messer posted the above image on Instagram and wrote along with it as a caption: Once you start to believe in yourself, magic starts happening! Self confidence is a super power! #aaa #love #liveyourstandard For whatever reason, based simply on these words and the snapshot featured here, fans leaped to the conclusion that Messer was with child.
