But The Gag Is…Jasmine Says It Was All Dirty Raw Doggin’ Kirk’s Idea To Have His Side Baby

Jasmine Washington Says Rasheeda’s Husband Kirk Frost Asked Her To Keep His Side Baby Ex-stripperella Jasmine Washington and her “ex-con” boyfriend Rod sat with v-103 to discuss the most controversial storyline on this season of Love and Hip Hop Atlanta. We get more details from Jasmine about her and Kirk’s “relationship” and boy, do we get clarity. Fans of the show are wondering if this is a scam. Would Kirk really have a baby on his wife, knowing camera’s are on them half the year? Is this girl just thirsty for attention? Jasmine clarifies: How could you scam this? I can’t scam Kirk coming into the strip club and meeting me. I cant scam Kirk getting my number and trying to pursue me . Keep in mind, Rod is locked up this whole time, so he has no involvement in anything. How can you scam that? Jasmine own up to her “stupidity” in the interview. She says she was being young and dumb when she engaged in an affair with a married man. People still say Jasmine is just in it for the attention. Even if baby Kannon is Kirk’s she must’ve been poking holes in the latex right??? ‘People say I try to trap him, but the gag is…Kirk wanted me to have the baby. Almost his exact words were “we don’t kill no babies around here.” I kid you not.’ Whaatt?? Someone go and check on Rasheeda’s husband after seeing this, he might be dead. SMH. Forward to the 5 minute mark.

August Alsina Offers To Beat Trey Songz’ “Goofy Azz” After Breakfast Club Interview

August Alsina Blasts Trey Songz For Bringing Up Their Old Beef Trey Songz was just letting it all rip during his Breakfast Club interview on Friday morning . Trey already went in on Nicki Minaj over their spat back when the Remy diss first dropped . Well apparently, Trey also briefly mentioned having a little bit of beef with fellow crooner August Alsina a few years back: “August was talking crazy a couple years ago and I ain’t want to fight. I don’t want to fight. I want to get some money…There’s other people who got problems with me that I ain’t even address. I don’t want to fight nobody. That don’t prove nothing.” August (of course) caught wind of Trey’s statements…and despite the fact that Trey expressly said he didn’t then and doesn’t now want to fight, he offered up the fade regardless: Touchy, touchy. Wouldn’t the more powerful thing be to be TRULY unbothered by the interview and not address it at all??? Either way, Trey doesn’t seem too bothered by it. Splash/WENN

Kat Graham Devours Pot Brownies, Ends Up in Hospital

Kat Graham took quite a few trips as Bonnie Bennett on The Vampire Diaries. Over the course of eight seasons, the character died multiple times, ended up on The Other Side, visited the show’s version of heaven and got involved in many dangerous storylines. But those were nothing compared to the actual trip this actress allegedly suffered in Palm Springs last month. According to TMZ, Graham was visiting Two Bunch Palms Resort & Spa near the aforementioned town when she allegedly began throwing up and passed out on a lawn. Insiders at the resort tell the typically reliable celebrity gossip website that the star didn’t drink too much alcohol or get victimized by a case of food poisoning. Instead, she ate a cannabis brownie earlier in the day. In response, Graham ran out of the resort’s restaurant shortly afterwards, telling those around her that she didn’t feel well and needed to go to the hospital. She then vomited… passed out… woke up … and was transported to a hospital via ambulance after someone called 911. TMZ has posted photos of Graham lying on the grass, clearly in an effed up state, both physically and mentally. The venue’s report says the actress/singer acted extremely paranoid throughout this incident, anxious and seeing things. No word from Graham or any of her reps yet regarding what happened last month. We just hope she’s okay. We watched every episode of The Vampire Diaries from the premiere and we always enormous fans of the star. She announced early last year that she would depart The Vampire Diaries after Season 8, which ended up becoming the show’s swan song. Its series finale aired last Friday, March 10. “I learned a lot about what kind of actor I wanted to be,” Graham told Entertainment Weekly of The CW hit, adding: “Work always comes first as an actor. I think a lot of young girls see actresses and they think of red carpets and they think of Us Weekly and they don’t really think about the breaking down of a script and what that requires and what you would need to pull it off. “I learned about teamwork and about communication and about standing up for yourself. “I learned about poise and dignity, and I learned about what it means to be an African-American in television and what that requires in terms of what kind of position you take for yourself and how you define your own reality in a world that is still finding its footing, to say the least.” She concluded this interview, which was given in February, as follows: “Overall, I am appreciative of the opportunity that I got to play different levels and different emotions for this character. I’m grateful for the platform I got.” View Slideshow: The Vampire Diaries Finale: 13 Shockers! Emma Watson: I Can Be a Feminist AND Have Boobs!

Emma Watson is a gift to this world that we don't deserve. Not even a little bit. She came to us so many years ago as the intelligent, courageous, nerdy but lovably Hermione Granger, and she hasn't disappointed us once in all this time. One of the most admirable things about Emma is that for the past couple of years, she's been a loud and proud feminist — so much so that she's spoken at the United Nations about feminist issues. Her fight for women's rights is actually one of the most notable things about her these days. So when she posed topless for Vanity Fair, some people felt the need to talk trash about her . One journalist tweeted “Emma Watson: 'Feminism, feminism… gender wage gap… why oh why am I not taken seriously… feminism… oh, and here are my tits!'” Because to some, Emma can't be a feminist and have visible breasts at the same time. Luckily, Emma has heard about the controversy surrounding the photo shoot, and she's taking the time to speak out about it. And what she has to say is simply delightful. “Feminism is about giving women choice,” she explained. “Feminism is not a stick with which to beat other women with. It's about freedom, it's about liberation, it's about equality.” “I really don't know what my tits have to do with it.” See Emma be her usual amazing self in the interview below:

Remy Ma Reveals Her Issues with Nicki Minaj: SO MUCH SHADE!

Remy Ma isn't done with Nicki Minaj. Last week she released her epic diss track , “shETHER,” and on Thursday she released a second track about Nicki titled “Another One.” But along with the two songs, Remy made an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show. And it was an absolutely incredible whirlwind of shade. Remy was already scheduled to do the interview before she released her first song about Nicki — she and Fat Joe had planned to go on Wendy's show to promote their new album. And they did promote the album, but hey, Wendy couldn't have Remy Ma on her show and not talk about Nicki. Remy had a lot to say — she revealed that she didn't make “shETHER” because of Nicki's verses about her, but because of some “behind the scenes” behavior she didn't appreciate. Nicki, she claims, has tried to keep Remy off of red carpets, she's tried to keep her from getting any awards, and she's tried to convince others to give her new album bad reviews.” She says that Nicki is “not a nice person,” and her feuds with Mariah Carey, Lil Kim, Taylor Swift, and Miley Cyrus prove it. Also, Remy Ma struts into the interview in all black — as she tells Wendy, “I came appropriate for the services.” After telling her side of the story, she said “My grandmother always told me to never speak ill of the dead, so we're just going to leave this conversation alone.” Watch the whole delightful interview below:

Jane Fonda Reveals Rape, Childhood Abuse in Shocking New Interview

Jane Fonda is a remarkable woman. From her support to the civil rights movement in the 1960s to her involvement with several feminists causes to, let’s be real, her iconic workout videos, she’s been an inspiration to many. And in this new interview with the also amazing Brie Larson , Jane is really just taking our appreciation of her to an entire new level. Jane, who turns 80 this year, kicked things off by giving some real talk about feminism — particularly about the struggles of growing up as a woman so many years ago. “I grew up in the ’50s,” she explains, “and it took me a long time to apply feminism to my life. The men in my life were wonderful, but victims of a [patriarchal] belief system. I felt diminished.” She says that the first time she truly felt she was a feminist was when she saw Eve Ensler do a performance of The Vagina Monologues — which would have been in the mid 90s at the earliest. “It took a long time” for her to call herself a feminist though, “because I was brought up with the disease to please.” She went on to say, and this is where things really take an intense turn, that “To show you the extent to which a patriarchy takes a toll on females; I’ve been raped, I’ve been sexually abused as a child and I’ve been fired because I wouldn’t sleep with my boss and I always thought it was my fault.” “That I didn’t do or say the right thing.” “I know young girls,” she says, “who’ve been raped and didn’t even know it was rape. They think, ‘It must have been because I said ‘no’ the wrong way.'” “One of the great things the women’s movement has done is to make us realize that [rape and abuse] is not our fault. We were violated and it’s not right.” This is the first time Jane’s ever publicly said that she’s been raped — after so many years of speaking up for women’s rights , it must have taken a lot for her to share this. It’s not the only thing she shared though. She also discussed her controversial opposition to the Vietnam War. “I didn’t become an activist until I was 31,” she says. “When I found out what was really happening in Vietnam I didn’t care if I ever worked again; I considered leaving the business to become a full-time activist.” She recalls that “My father was terrified for me. He remembered the ’50s when people’s careers were destroyed.” Jane even adds that, with Trump as president, “It’s possible the [Hollywood] blacklist will be brought back.” And on the topic of Trump, she says that there are many battles to be fought, including but certainly not limited to the fight against defunding Planned Parenthood . About being an activist for so many years, she says “Honey, I am almost 80 years old. If you want to make it to the long-haul, you have to take care of yourself.” “I get more than eight hours sleep every night; I meditate twice a day for half an hour; I eat right; I workout.” “I always tell activists: ‘This is going to be a long struggle. We have to stay strong.” Yes, Jane Fonda. Just … yes. View Slideshow: 19 Celebrities Who Were Victims of Domestic Abuse

Ricki Lake Reveals Christian Evans’ Tragic Cause of Death

Two weeks after her ex-husband’s tragic passing, Ricki Lake is coming clean about Christian Evans’ demons, and his cause of death. The horrific truth about why he died, sadly, is what a lot of fans assumed when they first heard reports that Christian Evans was dead . In a new interview, the former talk show host said that her ex, who suffered from bipolar disorder, committed suicide by gunshot in February. “I’m in disbelief,” she tells People in its latest issue. “I have some bouts of peace, but it’s hard to swallow that this was supposed to happen.” Days after sending his sister a suicide note, Christian Evans was discovered dead in his automobile with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was just 45 years old. “I knew right then that he was gone. Everybody thought he was missing, but I knew,” Lake, 48, said of hearing about the letter’s existence. “The struggle was just too much for him,” she added of her husband of three years (2012-2015). “[Christian] did the best he could.” Evans previously threatened to end his life in a shocking suicide letter to a friend last fall (October 18), though he didn’t follow through. “I had to sell most of my belongings to pay for a treatment center for bipolar and suicidal depression,” the late jewelry designer wrote. “I’m in awful financial shape,” he wrote. “Homeless in a custom Range Rover.” Lake admits her former spouse’s sudden manic episodes led to their nasty 2014 breakup, saying “it was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.” To say Evans’ mood swings were extreme would be an understatement, according to his ex-wife, who paints a sad and scary picture: “He thought he could fly. He thought he could cute cancer with his hands. It was horrific. He just wasn’t the person I had been with for four years.” “He was giving my money away,” she says. “He thought he was a God.” Lake also confirmed previous reports that she and Evans reconciled after she filed divorce papers, though ultimately it didn’t work out. “He wasn’t stable … But I was still in love with him, so there was something romantic about it,” she explains. “I wanted to save him.” She says she last saw him just three days before he took his own life, and in his last text to her, he wrote, “Good night, I love you angel.” In her interview, Lake said that she plans to scatter his ashes on their favorite beach in Spain, where they couple got engaged in Ibiza in 2011. “Taken” Stars Brooklyn Sudano And Gaius Charles Talk About Honing Their “Particular Set Of Skills”

NBC’s “Taken” Origins Series Launches February 27 And BOSSIP Talked To The Stars If you’ve been paying attention to the promos — NBC is set to launch their new show “Taken” tonight! Executive produced by Luc Besson (“Taken,” “The Fifth Element”) the show is a modern-day, edge-of-your-seat thriller that follows the origin story of younger, hungrier former Green Beret Bryan Mills (played by Clive Standen, “Vikings”) as he deals with a personal tragedy that shakes his world. As he fights to overcome the trauma of the incident and exact revenge, Mills is pulled into a career as a deadly CIA operative, a job that awakens his very particular, and very dangerous, set of skills. In 30 years, this character is destined to become the Bryan Mills that we’ve come to love from the “Taken” films. The cast includes Jennifer Beals, Gaius Charles, Brooklyn Sudano, Monique Gabriela Curnen, Michael Irby, James Landry Hébert and Jose Pablo Cantillo. BOSSIP recently had the opportunity to sit down with “Taken” stars Brooklyn Sudano and Gaius Charles. Check out our interview below. Asked to describe her role, Brooklyn Sudano admits she found herself relating very easily to her character Asha. “This is one character who I felt I shared more similarities with than most,” Sudano told BOSSIP. “One of the things that drives her is, she’s a truth seeker. She’s an environmental lawyer by trade, she has this burgeoning relationship with Bryan’s characte, but she also likes the details and she wants to know what happened to her friend and sometimes that’s at odds with what Bryan’s telling her. She’s seeking the truth and sometimes that can get you in trouble and it was fun to really explore her.” Sudano also said she was drawn to Asha’s character because they’ve both experienced loss. “She very early on is experiencing this grief and grieving of her best friend,” Sudano described. “In the last few years I’ve experienced some of that, so I instantly connected to this character on a different level because of that and was able to understand some of the nuance and the complexity of what it’s like when your life has been kind of shattered.” While Sudano’s character is more of a “civilian” on the show, Charles’ comes from the same strong military background as Mills, with the tactical skills to show for it. “I play John, he is a natural born leader,” Charles told BOSSIP. “He is the guy that Agent Hart calls on when she needs someone that can get the job done and one of the elements he brings is a sense of discipline to the team.” “Mills has a lot of the instincts and skills but my character helps develop the discipline. John is a very round character in the sense that he’s three dimensional, he’s not a stereotypical “black” character, he has a lot of different sides to him. We see him as a man of faith, we see him as somebody that’s helping out in his community, he also deals with some issues with his brother and his PTSD. We’ve had a chance to preview the first few episodes already and can tell you guys that you will not be bored at all watching “Taken.” There’s plenty of action. We asked both Brooklyn and Gaius about being part of such a physical drama. “Our show is like a one-hour action thriller,” Charles told BOSSIP. “Every episode we’re doing tons of stunts.” Despite her character’s largely civilian role, Sudano also revealed that she got in on the action toward the later part of the seaons and did her own stunts as well. “I love doing them,” Sudano said enthusiastically. “I’m like ‘Guys I can do it! Let me show you! Let me show you! My stunts come towards the end but I was into it.” Because the show deals so much with secret government agencies and military operations, we had to ask the stars about walking the thin line between right and wrong and how often it becomes difficult to discern who the good guys really are. “I think one thing that separates our show from a lot of shows on network, is we do have very nuanced characters,” Gaius Charles said. “Typically you would look to cable or streaming sites for these really gritty storylines and really edgy characters, but Alex Cary has done a great job of letting us explore and you see it from the very first episode.” “As far as the politics go, our story deals with national security issues and obviously that’s been a big topic, but our show is more about the relationships with the characters as opposed to really any kind of partisan issue or stance so whether you’re a Democrat or a Republican or Independent I think you’ll love our show,” Charles told BOSSIP. “I think a lot of the things that happen are more external things that force our characters to really delve in to what’s going on underneath,” Sudano added. “It’s really about the relationships between Bryan and Christina, between Bryan and his group in the Special Ops group, between Bryan and Asha, so really that’s the undercurrent that’s really driving the series.” “You can watch a lot of explosions and that’s fun to watch, but really what’s going to have people coming back is when they can see themselves in a character,” Sudano told BOSSIP. “One of the greatest assets of the show is the themes we talk about are themes that are universal. What would you do for family? Fighting for justice. Justice or revenge? You don’t always know who is good or bad and sometimes the good guys make bad choices. That’s relatable, that’s human. To even see the Bryan Mills character struggle with some of those kinds of things show he’s an everyman. Everybody has to come to terms with ‘why am I doing this and even though it’s justified, is it right?’” Speaking of relationships — right from the start the chemistry between Sudano’s character Asha and Bryan is palpable, so we had to ask if she gets her on-camera swirl on. “It is what it is,” Sudano says, playing coy. “You will see as it progresses, and you will see in all things, whether it’s a friendship or romantic relationship, there are stops and starts. In Bryan and Asha’s relationship, they are both two very strong individuals and she’s not afraid to challenge him and sometimes he likes that and sometimes he doesn’t and there is sometimes a dissonance.” “You get to see her strength too, to see her sometimes go against Brian,” Charles adds. “Sometimes you challenge the people you love the most,” Sudano tells BOSSIP. “Asha loved Cali very deeply and she’s just as connected to her brother — she’s not family but she’s like family. Her need for answers and justice and for the truth it really can be an issue sometimes but we have a really strong relationship throughout. You’ll see. ” Now as for those “particular skills” — Sudano jokes — she had to do a lot of squats. Charles gave us the real though. “The guys on the team got to work with a Special Forces operative, just to make sure we had the right body language, the right look,” Gaius told BOSSIP. “It’s important because we want people who really are in the military to look at it and think “they got it.” Tune in tonight and you will definitely see how much they got it indeed! “Taken” airs on NBC at 10pm/9pm Check out a trailer below Christos Kalohoridis/NBC
