Ronaiah Tuiasosopo Interview Tease In a preview of the interview that will run later this week, Dr. Phil appeared this morning on The Today Show and said of Ronaiah: “Here we have a young man that fell deeply, romantically in love,” he says, adding of the taped Q&A: “I ask him straight up… was this a romantic relationship with you? And he says, ‘Yes.'” So Phil followed up: “I said, are you then, therefore, gay? And he says, ‘Well, when you put it that way, yes.'” But the psychologist said Tuiasosopo then “caught himself” and clarified: “I am confused.” That much is certain. Phil says the 22-year old admitted to running the scheme, accepting responsibility but also saying a handful of life experiences have “damaged” him across the board. That much, sadly, is also certain.
Casey Anthony has largely remained in hiding since being released from jail in August 2011, but found some time to reflect on the beach recently. In a rare interview with CBS 5 AZ, Anthony said her recent bankruptcy filing is another step toward closure, and “the key for me to move forward.” In one photo, Casey is seen sitting in a lounge chair in a tank top on a Florida beach reading a book; others show her celebrating with her legal team . “She needs closure in this matter in order to move on with life,” her civil attorney Charles Greene told the site on behalf of his controversial client. Casey recently had two of her four convictions thrown out for lying to authorities during the investigation into the disappearance of daughter Caylee. She still faces a lawsuit from Zenaida Gonzalez for defamation; Casey originally claimed that a nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped Caylee. “These are the things holding me back,” Casey said. “Casey hoped the (Zenaida Gonzalez) civil case would be over in January,” Greene said. “This has been an ongoing battle for close to five years.” “Emotionally and physically, she can’t go on for another year.” “She needs a clean slate from a financial perspective.” Clean slate or not, the bankrupt Casey Anthony is about $800,000 in the hole and pretty much unable to make money, so, good luck with that.

Casey Anthony Files For Bankruptcy Via RadarOnline reports: The filing in the Middle District of Florida Bankruptcy Court came on the same day two of her convictions for lying to law enforcement officials during their investigation into the death of her daughter, Caylee, were thrown out. In 2011, Anthony was found not guilty of murdering her two year-old daughter in a trial that riveted the country. Responding to the bankruptcy filing, the attorney representing Zenaida Gonzalez in her defamation case against Anthony called it nothing more than a delay tactic. But, said Matt Morgan, “we are not deterred and will stay the course.” Anthony’s Chapter 7 Bankruptcy filing listed $1,084 in personal property and $792,119.23 in liabilities. And she provided a fascinating list of nearly 100 people and companies who have claims or possible claims against her. They include her former attorney Jose Baez for $500,000, the IRS in the amount of $68,540 and the Orange County (FL) Sheriff’s Office for $145,660.21. Her own parents are listed without a specific amount. “This is the next step towards closure for me,” Anthony told CBS affiliate KPHO. Of the now-stalled Gonzalez trial, she said, “These are the things holding me back. This is the key for me to move forward.” Charles Greene, the civil attorney defending Anthony in the Gonzalez lawsuit, told the station “Casey hoped the case would be over in January. This has been an ongoing battle for close to five years. Emotionally and physically, she can’t go on for another year. Sean Lowe says that The Bachelor season premiere , which aired last night was an exciting, but anxious experience, one he “can’t quite put into words.” He tries his best, fortunately, in his weekly blog . Heading into the night, he wondered, “Would I feel a connection with anyone? Am I going to meet my future wife tonight? Am I going to make it out alive?” Sean did in fact survive to dole out the roses another day, and at least from The Bachelor spoilers we’ve read, the season goes pretty well for him. Neither here nor there right now. Here’s how Sean summed up his first night as the star of the ABC reality franchise, from beginning to end … “The women amazed me. They seemed sweet, funny and gorgeous! Any nerves I had going into the first night were calmed by the unusual and very funny antics of a few women.” “I felt so bad for Robyn when she attempted that back handspring and landed on her head. Chicago Police are investigating the death of a lottery winner, Urooj Khan, 46, who was killed, reportedly by poison, just after he got his winnings. Khan won a $1,000,000 scratch-off ticket last June after he paid $60 to buy two tickets at a 7-11 in the Windy City’s Rogers Park neighborhood. A check for his prize money of almost $425,000 was issued July 19. He never got to see the check. Within 48 hours, he was dead. The next day, Khan came home from work, ate dinner and went to bed. The Chicago Tribune reports he woke up screaming and later died at an Evanston hospital. The Cook County medical examiner ruled Khan died from natural causes, but police investigators took a closer look into his death after a relative raised concerns. Last month, tests revealed that Khan died from cyanide poisoning and his death was ruled a homicide. A motive has not been determined yet, officially. Police haven’t ruled out the possibility that Khan was killed because of his seven-figure lottery win, a law enforcement source told the Tribune . As part of the ongoing investigation, officials say they are considering exhuming his body to determine how much cyanide he ingested or inhaled. Khan is survived by wife Shabana Ansari and their teenage daughter, Jasmeen Khan. His wife said he was the “best husband on the entire planet.” She has spoken with police about the investigation.
The two had been out drinking for New Year’s and decided to play around with a gun …posing for pics and posting them up on Facebook when the weapon accidentally went off. According to The Daily Mail : A 19-year-old woman accidentally shot dead her brother while posing with a gun for Facebook photos on New Year’s Eve. Manuel Ortiz died instantly after being shot in the head at about 6am on Monday morning. Family and friends wept as his body was carried from his apartment in Phoenix, Arizona, where the shooting took place. Police said 22-year-old Ortiz and his sister Savannah Ramirez arrived back at the home they shared on New Year’s Eve after spending the night drinking. They were with two other people when someone in the group pulled out the handgun to take photos with it. As the 19-year-old posed and played around with the weapon it went off striking Ortiz in the head, according to ABC15. He was pronounced dead at the scene. It is not known if the group knew the handgun was loaded. Police say she has been questioned and released pending further investigation in the case. Phoenix Police Sgt Steve Martos said the victim’s sister would likely be charged with manslaughter if tests conclude she had alcohol in her system. ‘Every New Year’s Eve, this particular sister is going to be thinking about this for the rest of her life on how…drinking overnight, playing with a gun and now shoots and kills her brother,’ said Phoenix Police Sgt Steve Martos. Friends said the shooting was a terrible accident. One friend who wanted to remain anonymous said she wanted to remember Ortiz as a ‘kind, funny guy he was’. ‘He was a very close friend to everybody. He was just always there and it’s sad because one second he’s here and the other he’s not.’ ‘Every time he saw somebody sad or down he would be right there making jokes so you could be happy. Even if he was just having a hard time he was always there for someone,’ said the friend. Authorities are looking into who owns the gun. On both Manuel and his sister’s Facebook pages there are numerous shots of them posing with guns and making gang symbols. SMH. This mans sister will have to live with this for the rest of her life. Man Who Pushed NYC Subway Passenger To His Death Charged With Murder A NYC man who pushed another passenger onto the subway tracks during a heated argument earlier this week has been charged with murder after the fallen passenger died as a result of his injuries. via ABC News A New York City man was charged today with murder for shoving another man onto subway tracks where he was struck and killed by an oncoming train. Naeem Davis, 30, was charged after being questioned by police since Tuesday about the death of Ki-Suck Han, 58, of Queens, N.Y. Two sources involved in Davis’ arrest and charging say there is a question whether he intended to kill Han or whether his death was an unintended consequence of an altercation. Davis admitted to police while explaining the incident that he shoved Han in a way that caused him to fall onto the subway tracks, according to multiple sources involved with the investigation. Han struggled to pull himself up from the shoulder-high track bed and back onto the platform at the 49th Street and Seventh Avenue station around 12:30 p.m. on Monday, but was hit and killed by a Q train when it barrelled into the station. This just goes to show that it’s often better to just walk away from an argument….you never know when the other person will spaz the fawk out and do something crazy. SMH.
Fresh off a scary car accident and lucky to be alive, Bobbi Kristina Brown has taken to Twitter and compared herself to Jesus Christ. Yes, that Jesus Christ. Apparently sick of how she’s been treated in the press and by the public, Bobbi lashed out last night, perhaps going a bit too far when writing: “#LETMELIVE without YOUppl crucifying me?! OH, yes now I remember .. YOUppl did the SAME DAMN THING2 JESUS.& he overcame you ALL. #NOWWATCH.” It’s unclear to what, exactly, Bobbi is referring. The teenager has struggled mightily since the death of Whitney Houston in February, but we haven’t seen any outlets treating her like Lindsay Lohan or anything. Chris Brown just caught a huge break, as prosecutors FINALLY decided they will not charge the singer for stealing some girl’s phone earlier this year. A police report was filed against Brown in February for “robbery by sudden snatching” after he allegedly grabbed a fellow club-goer’s iPhone in Miami. “Bitch, you ain’t going to put that on no website,” he told her in classic, eloquent Chris fashion. But after a thorough investigation, the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office “determined we are not taking any type of criminal action ,” according to TMZ. “We have forwarded our findings to Los Angeles for the probation case review after conducting the same process that every criminal case in Miami-Dade County undergoes.” Officials say rapper Tyga was interviewed as a witness in the case, as the iPhone ultimately ended up in the hands of Devon Blanche, head of Tyga’s security team. According to police, Blanche told investigators: “Chris may have taken [the phone] because Brown is known to be especially concerned that if photographs of himself with two females got out, it might cause him problems with Rihanna.” This was in February, when Brown was still dating Karrueche Tran . Tran also issued a statement during the investigation, in which she said the woman who owned the phone had stuck it in Brown’s car … and struck Karrueche in the head. During the incident, Tran claims the woman dropped the phone in the car and it was eventually tossed out the window. Different than Tyga’s tale, to be sure. Ultimately though, prosecutors say it’s plausible that the woman did put her phone in the car and that Brown simply “[removed] from the vehicle an object which didn’t belong there.” In that scenario, he wouldn’t have broken any laws. If Chris were to be prosecuted, it would have triggered a probation violation for him back in L.A., where he’s still on probation for the 2009 Rihanna beating. It would’ve also capped off quite a week for Chris, who has taken serious heat for his vulgar Twitter beef with Jenny Johnson , a comedian “hater.”
Bobbi Kristina Involved In Bad Car Accident TMZ reports: Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina has miraculously emerged unscathed after wrecking her Ford Mustang in a frightening car crash moments ago … TMZ has learned. The accident just went down in Alpharetta, Georgia — law enforcement tells us a passer-by noticed Bobbi’s car all smashed up in an embankment and called 911. When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, Bobbi Kristina was standing next to her vehicle and appeared to be uninjured. Cops conducted an official accident investigation — and believe Bobbi Kristina simply lost control of her car while making a left turn out of her apartment complex … and drove over a curb and down an embankment, striking several small trees along the way. Eventually, the car came to a stop on a local park trail. After the investigation, cops issued BK a traffic citation for “failure to maintain lane.” Cops say … it doesn’t appear drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash.
