Bobbi Kristina Involved In Bad Car Accident TMZ reports: Whitney Houston’s daughter Bobbi Kristina has miraculously emerged unscathed after wrecking her Ford Mustang in a frightening car crash moments ago … TMZ has learned. The accident just went down in Alpharetta, Georgia — law enforcement tells us a passer-by noticed Bobbi’s car all smashed up in an embankment and called 911. When emergency personnel arrived at the scene, Bobbi Kristina was standing next to her vehicle and appeared to be uninjured. Cops conducted an official accident investigation — and believe Bobbi Kristina simply lost control of her car while making a left turn out of her apartment complex … and drove over a curb and down an embankment, striking several small trees along the way. Eventually, the car came to a stop on a local park trail. After the investigation, cops issued BK a traffic citation for “failure to maintain lane.” Cops say … it doesn’t appear drugs or alcohol were a factor in the crash. Chris Brown and Drake Cleared of Charges in Club Brawl

It’s been a good Thanksgiving for Chris Brown. The polarizing singer spent the actual holiday hooking up with Rihanna , and then awake this morning to positive legal news: Neither he nor Drake will face any charges for a brawl that broke out in a NYC nightclub this summer between their entourages. According to TMZ insiders, the investigation into the bottle-throwing fight that broke out on June 14 is complete – and there is no evidence to charge Brown, Drake or anyone associated with either singer. The stars, of course, have clashed for months over their personal connections to Rihanna, and the rivalry reached its apex this summer when words and middle fingers were allegedly exchanges at at WIP nightclub. The Chris Brown and Drake fight resulted in a nasty chin gash for the Teem Breezy President, supposedly from a bottle thrown by someone at Drake’s table, along with various complaints and injuries from others at the establishment. San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker sued the club for a wound to his eye; he is seeking $20 million damages. However, law enforcement officials say surveillance video from the night is is blurry and multiple interviews conducted by the NYPD with witnesses have proven to be inconclusive.

Ariel Winter Abuse Case: Modern Family Star Ordered Out of Home

Ariel Winter, the 14-year old who stars as Alex on Modern Family , is at the center of a child abuse scandal. Here is what we know so far, courtesy of TMZ: A judge has ordered the young actress to be removed from her home amidst charges of physical and emotional abuse against her mother, Crystal Workman. Court sources tell the site that a guardianship hearing took place on October 3, during which a judge deemed that allegations against Workman were legitimate enough to warrant further investigation. In the meantime, she was ordered to remain 100 yards away from Winter and the actress was sent to live with her older sister, Shanelle Workman. Incredibly (and sadly) Shanelle was a victim of the same alleged abuse nearly 20 years ago, as the Department of Children and Family Services ALSO removed her from Crystal’s home. Law enforcement insiders say the organization placed Shanelle in foster care for approximately two years and she never resided with her mother again. Another hearing concerning Ariel has been set for November 20.

I posted one of these pics of weed-head Rihanna already…but in keeping true to that all these fucking posts…regardless of who is in them…are all the fucking same…bikini, photoshoot, nipple, upskirt…I figure let’s keep it up…because I have nothing better to do…but discuss how she’s done pretty good for herself…from poor garbage truck driver’s daughter on a small Caribbean island…to superstar sensation with limited talent….which makes absolutely no fucking sense…and there must be more to the story….you know why her? Why did this work? What the fuck happened? Small Town Ohio Schools Excel In The Midst Of Hard Times Kids in the small but close-knit family town of Warren, Ohio are proving that it’s more than possible to make the grade and stay in school, even in the midst of the hardest of times. The city,   which saw a slew of killings , lay-offs and all out negativity this summer, finally has a reason to celebrate….and the kids to thank. via Tribune Chronicle Although data released by the Ohio Department of Education remains preliminary, Warren City Schools have reason to celebrate. After several years of being on Academic Watch, Warren appears to have climbed to Continuous Improvement based on its 2011-12 Ohio State Report Card. “We’ve worked hard and it shows in our improvement,” said Melissa Watson, teaching and learning director at Warren. “We have an idea where we are and where we need to focus. We’ll continue working hard, improving and moving forward.” Based on the 2011-12 data, of Trumbull County’s other 19 public school districts, 11 rated Excellent, four rated Effective and four earned Excellent with Distinction. During the last few weeks, ODE employees have worked diligently to upload and verify remaining data for school improvement purposes,” explained Michael L. Sawyers, Acting Superintendent of Public Instruction. “As we wait for additional information related to the investigation by the Auditor of State, ODE remains committed to sharing existing data so that students, parents, educators and the public can be informed about the progress of our schools.” Congratulations to these kids and this school system for a job well done.

Jessica Ridgeway Case: Unidentified Body Found Where Colorado Girl Disappeared

Colorado police searching for missing Jessica Ridgeway, 10, since last Friday said they have found a body in the vicinity of where the girl went missing. It is not confirmed whether the body belongs to the Colorado youth. The body was found in Pattridge Park Open Space late Wednesday near an abandoned mining shack. Police said the search for the missing girl will resume today. Authorities determined that Ridgeway, a fifth-grader with blond hair, was kidnapped by an unknown suspect on her way to school earlier this month. The only real clue police have revealed thus far is the discovery of a backpack and water bottle that Ridgeway had with her six miles from her home. The multi-agency search for the girl was assisted by a social media push that had #JessicaRidgeway trending on Twitter. Police have received hundreds of tips. On Wednesday, reports say about 25 deputies arrived by bus and fanned out across Jessica’s neighborhood, scouring bushes and front yards. Divers again searched several ponds in what Westminster, Colo., police spokesman Trevor Materasso described as a “precautionary measure.” Police have isolated trash from Ridgeway’s neighborhood at a landfill, but will search there only if the investigation points them in that direction. Critical was an initial delay in reporting Ridgeway missing. Many child abduction cases or Amber Alerts are resolved within hours of a report. Sarah Ridgeway said her daughter woke up at 7:45 a.m. Friday as usual and ate a granola bar before leaving to meet friends at a park about a block away. There, they would meet to walk together to Witt Elementary School. Police say Sarah Ridgeway, a night-shift worker, was asleep and missed a call from school reporting Jessica absent; she got a message eight hours later, at 4 p.m. Sarah Ridgeway checked the park, Ridgeway’s friends and the school before calling police. Ridgeway never even met her friends that morning.

This is ironic: A state prosecutor has been charged after biting a man’s leg during a drunken fracas at an adult store, authorities said. Sarah Naughton, an assistant state’s attorney for four years, was facing charges of misdemeanor battery and criminal trespass after the attack on Saturday night. Naughton and a male companion both appeared to be intoxicated, according to police, and were asked to leave shortly after they entered Taboo Tabou in Chicago. However, 31-year-old Naughton became belligerent and bit a manager. According to authorities, her friend, Bradley Gould, shoved the worker and made ‘menacing gestures’. The store owner took the manager to a nearby hospital for treatment and he was later released. Police arrived and placed the lawyer in handcuffs. She began wailing loudly that she couldn’t feel her hands because they were ‘too tight’. She rocked backwards and forwards on the curb, crying hysterically and at one point, called the arresting female police officer: ‘A f****** b**** w****.’ Her behavior was captured on video by a passer-by. After being taken away in a police van, Naughton was charged and released on bond. Taboo Tabou owner Mark Thomas told ABC: ‘My staff asked, ”Have you folks been drinking? Maybe you should come back when you’re sober.”’ Mr Thomas then said that Miss Naughton became enraged and started to tell them what she did for a living, pulling out a badge and adding: ‘You can’t do this to me…I’m a state’s attorney.’ Cook County spokesman Andy Conklin said Naughton had been placed on administrative leave during the investigation. That’s what’s up… Mom Beat Her Daughter For Burning Grilled Cheese Sandwich A Clarksville mother was arrested and charged with child abuse Tuesday evening after police said she beat her daughter for burning a grilled cheese sandwich. Police responded to Christina Reaves’ home on Poppy Drive around 6 p.m. Through the course of their investigation, officers learned Reaves got angry over the burnt sandwich and hit her 11-year-old daughter repeatedly in the face. The girl had visible bruising and knuckle marks, police said. Reaves, 34, admitted to the assault. She was charged with child abuse and booked into the Montgomery County jail on a $5,000 bond.
