With the epic feud between Farrah Abraham and Catelynn Lowell put to bed, the former Teen Mom stars are opening up about how it started – and ended. Their experience on VH1’s Couples Therapy , of all things, helped them work through their public issues and overcome the obstacles to living peacefully. Chief among those obstacles, Farrah says, was celebrity gossip . “Being torn apart by media was a sad case and it showed we have grown to be bigger than gossip reports and get back to reality in our own lives,” Abraham says. After finally talking face-to-face about their social media exchanges, which had grown increasingly bitter and frequent, the Teen Mom stars let it go. In fact, Abraham says they are practically sisters after all that : “When Caitlyn and I yelled at each other and then forgave and talked like years ago it felt like we just had a sister fight. We wish each other the best.” “We can’t wait to see what our futures bring,” Farrah gushed. That’s remarkably and uncharacteristically mature of her, and Abraham admits that it probably wouldn’t have happened without the VH1 therapy session: “Without Dr. Jenn [Berman] this would’ve never been possible. We love Dr. Jenn for her support, her courage and pushing us to be the best people we can be!” The Teen Mom stars went at it this summer after Farrah said it was “sad” to see Lowell and Tyler Baltierra “ make poor choices ” by getting pregnant again.
