Sandra Bullock Made Snooki Cry At The MTV Movie Awards

Fellow ‘Jersey Shore’ star the Situation says actress’ speech (and ScarJo kiss) was ‘an awesome moment in entertainment history.’ By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Damian Vaca Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino and Nicole ‘Snookie’ Polizzi Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images “Jersey Shore” stars Snooki and the Situation had a blast participating in the 2010 MTV Movie Awards pre-show, but looking back on the night, they also named Sandra Bullock’s Generation Award acceptance (and sexy kiss with Scarlett Johansson) as one of the highlights of the show. “My favorite part was probably hosting the red carpet with Sway,” Snooki told MTV News at the Logo NewNowNext Awards, where she was up for Most Addictive Reality Star. “I met so many people, and I feel like I did a good job hosting. “I actually wanted to meet Adam Sandler and I did not see him I’m disappointed,” she continued. “But Sandra Bullock, her whole thing it was amazing. … She made me cry!” “The Sandra Bullock moment was definitely an awesome moment in entertainment history,” the Situation agreed, but he also really enjoyed just showing up at the show. “The arrival was definitely pretty cool. We arrived in a Phantom; the car was beautiful. We definitely arrived in style. It’s Situation nation and the ‘Jersey Shore’ [has] gone global. We’re just every moment.” Snooki loved having the chance to bring a little Jersey style to Hollywood. “[Our] Hummer limo was amazing,” she said. “And if you see from the red carpet, it looked like we were in a hot tub. So that’s like typically us. I loved it!” What was your favorite moment of the MTV Movie Awards? Share it in the comments. ‘Jersey Shore’ Star The Situation Vs. Taylor Lautner: Who Has Better Abs?

‘There can only be one Situation,’ the Situation himself says of the showdown. By Josh Wigler Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino and Josh Horowitz on the 2010 Movie Awards red carpet Photo: MTV News Fans of the “Twilight” franchise must pick a side: either Team Edward or Team Jacob. But the hunky werewolf’s loyalists might want to make room on their plate for a completely different rivalry: Team Jacob vs. Team Situation? While walking the red carpet at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards , “Jersey Shore” castmates Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Michael “The Situation” Sorrentino were asked to weigh in on which star had the better “situation” going on: the “Jersey Shore” star or Taylor Lautner. For Ronnie, it’s not even a question who has the better shirtless situation: “You’ve got to go with the Situation, the original.” But the Situation himself seemed to be looking for a humble and amicable resolution. Instead, he offered: “You know what? The Situation is called the Situation for a reason. There can only be one Situation.” It’s hard to say whether Ronnie and the Situation’s opinions reflect those of the rest of the “Jersey Shore” cast, as Pauly D and Vinny Guadagnino told MTV News earlier in the night that they’re fans of the “Twilight” actors. “I’m a fan of them,” Pauly D revealed, with Vinny adding: “I wish everybody success. We’re both doing our thing right now, and we’re both guests at the MTV Movie Awards. Can’t ask for anything more than that, you know?” They might feel that way now, but what if they were asked who had the better hair between Pauly and RPattz? That would be a whole different “situation” altogether. Snooki, Tom Felton, Jessica Alba Rock Twitter During 2010 MTV Movie Awards

Stars give a behind-the-scenes glimpse at what was going on during the big show. By Brian Warmoth Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards Photo: Jason Merritt/ Getty Images Fans weren’t the only ones tweeting throughout the 2010 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night — plenty of the show’s stars took to Twitter as well, and we were watching. Everyone from Best Villain winner Tom Felton to the “Jersey Shore” crew posted about what went on from where they were sitting. Jessica Alba offered props to show host Aziz Ansari , tweeting a compressed mini-review of his stint as the show’s on-stage ringmaster. “Aziz killed it 2nite as host 4 MTV movie awards,” Alba tweeted. “Tom Cruise dancing = hilarious & Ken Jeong was out of control funny. Gd times.” Elizabeth Banks also tweeted about Ansari taking her on-the-ground commentary a step further by letting everyone know what he looked and smelled like in person. “Fun after party for @azizansari after MTV Movie Awards,” the “Zack and Miri Make a Porno” actress said. “Aziz was big pimping in his white tux. He also smelled vaguely of olives.” Ansari’s most vivid tweet came after seeing the star of from “The Karate Kid” remake. “Jaden Smith went buckwild during my monologue!!!,” he wrote. “Hahahaha. This is nuts.” “Harry Potter” star Tom Felton initially focused on thanking the voters who helped secure his award for the night, but then got into the heckling he received from Mark Wahlberg (who was hanging from the stage’s rafters with Will Ferrell for a jokey stunt during the award presentation) during his acceptance speech. “Thank you for a truly unforgettable evening! Had a great night! Thank you so much for every single vote! THANKYOU!!! X,” he wrote, “and a big thank you to Mark Wahlberg for co-writing my acceptance speech, we got together a couple of days ago and wrote that little skit x.” He quickly tagged the Wahlberg reference as a joke, though. “I was joking about the Wahlberg speech! I was a bit stumped by the situation but did my best, not an everyday occurrence x,” he explained. Wahlberg apologized to Felton for the interruption — in front of MTV News’ cameras — shortly after the show. Tom Cruise’s account , which is mostly maintained by his personal staff, produced a few photos of the show and congratulated Kirsten Stewart, Sandra Bullock and Robert Pattinson on their accolades. Elsewhere, Snooki and the Hilton sisters shared a few photo ops and sounded excited to see each other. “The Hilton sistas! Love you bitches!” Snooki wrote after bumping into Paris and Nicky and capturing the moment via TweetPhoto . Nicky even returned the love with a response shortly thereafter. “We love you too!” the younger Hilton wrote. So even if the “Jersey Shore” cast hasn’t managed to earn any big-screen nominations just yet, at least one of them has been making new friends. Did we miss any? What Do the First 13 Minutes of Jersey Shore Season 2 Reveal?

With less than two months until MTV premieres its second season of Jersey Shore , the network has released a 13-minute sneak peak of the gang’s trip down to Miami. As predicted, it involves Pauly D and the Situation fleeing to South Beach with a body in the trunk of their car after a hot tub gangbang gone wrong. OK, no it doesn’t, but it does involve spray tans, fireworks and a lot of annoying MTV edits. So if you want to save 13 minutes of your life and still find out what is in store for America’s Guidos, click through for Movieline’s easy-to-stomach FAQ section.

Kristen Stewart, Lindsay Lohan, Katy Perry Light Up MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet

Stars sport summer whites, bold blues and plenty of shine. By Amy Wilkinson Kristen Stewart at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards red carpet Photo: Steve Granitz/ WireImage Hollywood’s hottest stars shined brightly — quite literally — on the 2010 MTV Movie Awards red carpet, as sparkle and bling dominated the evening’s sartorial choices along with white-hot and bold blue shades. “Jersey Shore” star and red-carpet correspondent Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi flaunted her curves in a white Dolce & Gabbana minidress with a diamond mosaic design, while co-star Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola rocked a black-and-white bandage-style dress. “Beastly” star Vanessa Hudgens was also white-hot in a frilly, empire-waist, white Jenny Packham frock with silver-jeweled detailing, as Paris Hilton showed off her gams in a cream-colored feathered mini by Blumarine. And the girls weren’t the only ones working their summer whites, as “Jersey Shore” star Vinny Guadagnino walked the carpet in a white suit jacket paired with a white T-shirt and jeans. Blue was the other standout color of the night, though, sometimes it manifested itself in unexpected ways. “California Gurls” singer Katy Perry showed up in a bright blue wig, which seems to be her new go-to awards show ‘do, as she sported a similar wig at the Kids’ Choice Awards in March. Although Perry joked she’d be naked during Sunday’s (June 6) performance, she actually showed up nude, well, wearing nude in a long-sleeve sheer number with strategically placed rhinestones. “Eclipse” and “The Last Airbender” star Jackson Rathbone was also singing “the blues” in a teal satin jacket, while the lovely Eva Mendes looked stunning in a turquoise-and-silver Stella McCartney one-shoulder dress. Lindsay Lohan bared plenty of cleavage in a sparkling silver Pamella Roland jumpsuit, as did “Eclipse” star Elizabeth Reaser, clad in a slightly more demure black tuxedo-style jumpsuit. Couture was the word for songstress Christina Aguilera who donned a black Versace gown with plenty of interesting details, including chains and peacock-esque feathers cascading from the back. And did we mention Christina’s Rihanna-inspired updo? Kristen Stewart was also a designer darling in a D&G dress with a sparkling gold top and silver skirt bottom. “Up in the Air” nominee Anna Kendrick was arguably one of the most colorful dressers of the night in a flirty, floral-print red Zac Posen dress. “The City” star Whitney Port also opted for color: a cheery yellow-and-gray minidress that played well off her blond hair. For the men, the standard uniform seemed to be a suit jacket and jeans. Zac Efron sported a gray jacket with a baby-blue button-down (strategically unbuttoned at the top, of course). Taylor Lautner donned his signature leather jacket look, while Paul “DJ Pauly D” Del Vecchio rocked a black jacket and white tee. “Scott Pilgrim vs. the World” star Michael Cera eschewed this dress code, opting for a multicolored polo shirt that made him look a bit like a fast-food employee. Snooki, ‘Jersey Shore’ Cast Rock MTV Movie Awards Red Carpet

Katy Perry proposes ‘threesome’ to co-hosts Snooki and MTV News’ Sway during pre-show. By Josh Wigler Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards Photo: Jason Merritt/ Getty Images The red carpet at the 2010 MTV Movie Awards was an even livelier affair than usual this year, thanks to Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi of the “Jersey Shore,” who co-hosted the evening alongside Sway. With all of her signature outrageousness, Snooki relished in the opportunity to interview several celebrities, including “High School Musical” and “Beastly” star Vanessa Hudgens. “You two are so cute together, just got to say it,” Snooki told Hudgens of her relationship with Zac Efron , nominated for his performance in “17 Again.” “You’re so gorgeous you look amazing tonight.” Snooki wasn’t the only one giving out compliments, as Hudgens returned the favor telling the reality TV star that she was acting like “a veteran pro” on the red carpet. The night’s conversation escalated when “California Gurls” singer Katy Perry informed Snooki and Sway that they should all “have a threesome” — a proposition Sway said he “wasn’t scared” to follow through on. But the sexiest action on the red carpet occurred off-camera, as MTV’s reporters on the ground witnessed a big kiss between Snooki and her “Jersey Shore” co-star Jenni “JWoww” Farley. “She got me into it,” JWoww laughed of the kiss. Snooki, however, wasn’t all hugs and kisses. As she was about to announce the winner of the Best Fight award, Snooki turned to the crowd and shouted: “What up bitches! Yo, I have an award to give out for Best Fight, just sayin’!” The fans at home couldn’t stop talking about Snooki, taking to Twitter with comments such as “Snooki is even tinier than I thought. I wonder if she’s ever not allowed on roller coasters?” and “I’m surprised Snooki doesn’t have her poof.” But even if most eyes were on Snooki, her fellow “Jersey Shore” co-stars were enjoying the night as well. “This is amazing,” Pauly D said of the experience. “We’re so happy to be here. Never in our wildest dreams did we expect this.” Of course, Snooki remained firmly in the spotlight. Finally reunited with her “Jersey Shore” castmembers, Snooki paid a compliment to JWoww: “Your boobs look phenomenal tonight. Where did you get them?” Relive the wildest, funniest and most-jaw-dropping moments of the 2010 MTV Movie Awards, watch revealing red-carpet interviews and get exclusive movie clips after the show at MovieAwards.MTV.com. ‘Jersey Shore’ Season-Two Preview Teases The Gang’s Miami Road Trip

New season premieres July 29 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. By Todd Gilchrist Snooki in season two of “Jersey Shore” Photo: MTV News Can’t wait till July 29 for the “Jersey Shore” season-two premiere? Well, MTV News debuted an exclusive 13-minute clip from the new season during the MTV Movie Awards pre-show. Starting with a short recap of some of season one’s juiciest moments, fans can take a look at the setup of the new season and check in and see where the Shore-mates have been since the end of the last one. As an epic snowstorm descends on the Eastern Seaboard, the castmembers decide to head South to Miami, where they intend to bring their fist-pumping action to the topless beaches. Snooki reveals that “when she was done Snookin’ for love, she found an amazing gorilla juicehead,” with whom she’s enjoyed a two-month romance. But she says she’s open to getting in trouble, as long as the drinks are flowing down in Miami. “I feel like I’m going to be like a tornado — going from place to place destroying things.” After Snooki’s juicehead helps cover her in self-tanner — which she astutely points out that President Obama has raised taxes on — she and JWoww depart in a black SUV to make the trek down to Florida for season-two fun. Meanwhile, “brothers from another mother” Pauly D and “The Situation” hope to arrive in time to enjoy their pick of the plush Miami digs, but the duo make a detour in Myrtle Beach, where they load up on fireworks. Unfortunately, Pauly’s SUV gets stuck in the mud, and although they pass the time launching bottle rockets into the sky as an SOS for AAA, it ultimately takes two tow trucks and a new pair of Nikes to get Pauly and Sitch back on the road again. In another vehicle, Sammi “Sweetheart” announces unceremoniously that she and her season-one fella, Ronnie, have parted ways, and the two mutually agreed to be single. (We look forward to seeing how well that works out.) Ronnie in particular seems ready to be unfettered by long-term female companionship, although one of his well-wishing buddies warns him about “double-baggers,” girls whose attractiveness is so questionable that they require the guy to wear a bag over his head “in case hers falls off.” Finally, there’s Angelina, the self-professed “Kim Kardashian of Staten Island.” She announces that she’s looking forward to season two because she’s hoping it will give her a chance to “show everybody the real Angelina — not just the bitchy side.” That said, she freely admits that “the bitch of Staten Island is back and f—ing ready to party!” While Pauly and Sitch struggle to free themselves from the South Carolina mud, Snooki and JWoww arrive at a bar in Savannah, Georgia, where they try out local delicacies and turn down romantic advances. As they dine on fried pickles, a guy approaches with a pair of shot glasses and joins them for a drink. Snooki suggests that the guy “f—s his sister for a living,” but JWoww is a little kinder, saying he does not know how to hit on girls. If their opinions seem a little cruel, take comfort in the fact that the guy eventually offers his own version of iconic Jersey fist-pumping, which more or less earns all the criticisms that they volunteer about him.
