Paris Hilton’s younger brother Barron just got shellacked in court, with a judge ordering him to pay nearly $5 million for hitting a guy with his car. Barron Hilton was sued by Fernando Tellez, who was working at a gas station on Pacific Coast Highway when Barron, then 18, rolled up in 2008. Hilton was drunk. And allegedly hit Tellez with his Mercedes. Tellez’s attorney claims he suffered “permanent disability” and has been forced to “undergo multiple surgeries and medical procedures” since. Barron Hilton was arrested on suspicion of DUI at 8:30 a.m. (!!) that day after blowing a .14. Paris’ bro later pleaded no contest to the charge. Now, an L.A. County Superior Court jury has ordered Hilton to fork over $4.9 million in damages, which he disputes, saying he never hit Tellez. “We disagree with the jury. Barron did not strike the attendant ,” says a Hilton source. “Barron knows he did wrong. It happened 3 years ago.” “He’s been incredibly responsible ever since.”

Vinny Guadagnino returned to Jersey Shore over the weekend, a little over a week after getting into an altercation with a cast member and bolting. Reports say The Situation, who walked off the set in a similar huff, is also back into the fold. But the network is far from pleased with their antics. MTV has instituted a “zero tolerance policy” for the Jersey Shore stars, threatening to fire any cast member who even thinks of going AWOL. TMZ says the network is serious this time. Walk off the show again and you’re fired, your contract will be terminated, period. No exceptions. With two cast members nearly jumping ship in the same week, MTV wants to reassert a degree of authority and show the cast who’s in charge. Of course, it’s an empty threat if they won’t back it up, or the cast doesn’t care. The Sitch firmly believes he doesn’t need the show anymore. Jersey Shore Cast: Bring Back Vinny Guadagnino! After bailing on Jersey Shore last week following a fight with a cast member, Vinny Guadagnino is having dinner tonight with the rest of the cast. If things go well, things may be smoothed over and the pride of Staten Island may be returning to the house for the duration of the fifth season. In fact, several stars are reportedly lobbying for his return already. Last weekend, Vinny Guadagnino was said to be burned out with the show, got into a huge fight and left for good, heading home to Staten Island. Surprisingly, many affiliated with the show were not exactly sad to see him leave, although there has reportedly been a change of heart since. They plan on going clubbing after dinner this evening, and assuming it’s like old times, Vinny will likely be welcomed back into the fold if he wants.
