‘I used to take etiquette school,’ Snooki tells Tinsley Mortimer during Harper’s Bazaar session. By Jocelyn Vena Sammi Sweatheart, Snooki and J-Woww at the Harper’s Bazaar photo shoot Photo: Harper’s Bazaar When the May issue of Harper’s Bazaar hits newsstands on April 27, you will be able to read about the girls of “Jersey Shore” getting tips on how to be ladylike from one of Manhattan’s preeminent socialites, Tinsley Mortimer. But we will show you what happened while the girls were getting class lessons. In behind-the-scenes footage from the shoot, the ladies are seen getting pretty and listening while Mortimer schools them on the fine art of being a celebutante. However, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi made it known that she’d already had some training. “Well, I used to take etiquette school. I know a couple things already — I just haven’t been using them,” she said. “I’d say I definitely have a lot more female friends just because I guess they look up to me or whatever. I’m a strong person and I have a strong personality.” Jenni “JWoww” Farley also divulged that, like Snooki, she’s well-versed in the world of etiquette. “I know them pretty well, the lessons that they are giving,” she explained, adding that if someone doesn’t like who she is, it’s their problem. “We’re not trying to mimic anyone. We can’t make everyone happy.” “I feel like I already know how to be a lady,” Sammi “Sweetheart” Giancola added. “I find I have a lot of young girls who really look up to me and talk to me. They’re more my fans.” So what was it like for a refined woman like Mortimer to hang out with party girls from the Jersey Shore? She was actually quite excited by it. “Oh my god! The cast of MTV’s Jersey Shore has brought its GTL, bed-hopping, first-pumping antics to Miami’s South Beach for Season 2, but that’s just the beginning. Lest you thought Seaside Heights, N.J., was a thing of the past, the gang will be returning to the Garden State – in the very same house – don’t you worry. They just got a jump on Season 2 in Miami because of the weather. “Once the boardwalk heats back up, the series will return to the Jersey Shore to complete the season,” MTV said, noting that the season starts July 29. All the lovable guidos and guidettes will beat up the beat again: Nicole ” Snooki ” Polizzi, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino, Paul “DJ Pauly D” DelVecchio, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, Sammi Giancola, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro and Vinny Guadagnino. Also returning? Angelina Pivarnick, a.k.a. the random girl who bailed after like one episode, and a.k.a. Kim Kardashian of Staten Island (self-proclaimed). The network is also exploring adding new cast members to the second season or more likely the third season of the surprise reality hit. Filming dates in Seaside are July 1-September 19, so it looks like a third season is in the works. “It’s like a big family reunion this time,” said Tony DiSanto, MTV’s president of programming. “We couldn’t be more excited that the whole group is together in Miami and that they’ll be going back to Jersey when the sun heats up.” Also heating up? Tempers. MTV worries that more peeps will pick fights with Snooki, Ronnie and company just to get on TV (the stars will likely oblige). As they set to get ready to film again in New Jersey this summer, the network has requested additional police presence for the cast. According to the Seaside Heights P.D., MTV has requested between 8-10 off-duty officers – their tab.

There’s no mistaking the male Jersey Shore cast members, sporting matching black tank tops and officially putting the G in GTL in their new Miami digs this week. Being filmed going to the gym during the day and getting bombed at night, whilst bringing home whatever trash bags they please. Talk about living the dream. Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, Vinny Guadagnino, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino , and Paul “Pauly D” Delvecchio worked out during filming for the show’s second season. Here’s the gang strutting its ‘roided-up stuff: ALL SMILES : What’s not to love about this lifestyle? Their GTL dream may be fulfilled every morning, but one other change this season beyond the fact that Jersey Shore no longer takes place on the Jersey Shore: No grenades. That’s right, only hot chicks will be allowed at the Jersey Shore house in South Beach. Good luck policing that when it’s 4:10 a.m. and The Situation’s creepin’.

The “Jersey Shore” crew will be making their way back to the, uh, Jersey Shore for season two of the reality hit . However, the cast will kick off the new season in Miami before heading back up North. Although they may be out of their element in Florida, fans in the Sunshine State have been very welcoming to Snooki, the Situation and the rest of the crew. “Miami’s where it’s at — but Jersey’s like a miniature Miami, so if you bring them down here they’ll just be twice as big,” Andrew Hyatt said. “I can’t wait to party with them, hit up all the clubs with them … they couldn’t come anywhere better than Miami,” Iliana added. Laura Fontana is also looking forward to clubbing with the Jersey natives. “Oh my God! We’re gonna party and they’re gonna love it and they’re gonna party with us,” she gushed. “They’re just gonna have the best time ever.” “I think it’s going to be really funny,” Nadia Contractor said, noting that residents of the Miami shore are a bit different from their Jersey shore counterparts. “People are different than Jersey and I think we’re going to expect a different vibe.” “Yesterday we saw Ronnie coming out and he was fist-pumping,” Neil Kadlec said. “Ronnie’s just doing the fist pump,” Brenda Oramas added. “It’s gonna be amazing.” Fan Noel summed it up for the fellas, adding, “It’s going to be amazing. It’s one of the most greatest shows that has been on MTV in my opinion.
