Man Kills Ex Girlfriend And Her Toddler Son After Argument According to the Kansas City Star , 22-year-old Joseph L. Nelson shot his ex-girlfriend, 17-year-old Bianca R. Fletcher, her boyfriend, 18-year-old Shannon Rollins Jr., and her 1-year-old son, Joseph — all because she tossed an empty diaper box at him during a heated argument. Nelson was charged with three counts of first-degree murder and four other crimes in connection with the Sept. 8 murders. It is unclear if Nelson was the father of the toddler he killed during the confrontation in her south Kansas City home. Nelson reportedly says he “lost it” when the diaper box hit him in the head, and instantly shot the high school senior, killing her. Once he realized what he had done, he felt “other things needed to be done.” Nelson killed the baby for fear that his cries would alert neighbors to the situation, and then Rollins due to the fact that he was a witness to the crime. After he completed the murders, Nelson allegedly picked up all of the shell casings from his bullets, returned home where he showered several times and washed his hands with bleach, sold the gun, and burned his clothes on an outdoor grill. He later confided in someone, “I did something bad. I did something I don’t think I can live with.” When the listener-turned-witness asked him to elaborate, Nelson replied, “I killed them. I killed them.” So sad what happened to this young couple and the girl’s toddler son. Hopefully they put this guy UNDER the jail! How could a diaper box get you angry enough to murder three people? And why did he come to her home with a gun loaded and ready in the first place?!

Danielle Milian Loses Her Infant Son Hours After Birth Christina Milian’s sister, Danielle Milian , suffered a tragic loss earlier today, as her infant son, born in the early hours of Wednesday morning, passed away just hours after his birth. The reality star shared an excited message once her baby was born, noting that he was ready to take on the odds of a condition he was already facing: Unfortunately, shortly after Danielle’s son entered the world, he passed away from complications due to a condition he was diagnosed with while in the womb. Via USweekly : Richie was diagnosed with omphalocele — a life-threatening condition where organs form outside the body — during an ultrasound in March. “The tech said, ‘I can’t see the sex…because I am seeing…intestines,’” the Christina Milian Turned Up star recalled, explaining that her son’s stomach, gallbladder, spleen, and liver could be seen outside his torso. “I was told there’s almost a 53 percent chance of mortality.” Doctors advised Milian and her husband, Richard Dickerson, to terminate the pregnancy — but they decided to give their baby boy a chance at life. “I said to [Richard], ‘Could you live with this?’ Because I know can. I know I could be in a hospital every day,” she told Us. “As a mother, I will do whatever it takes for my child…No matter how long he has in this world, I could not imagine taking his chance away.” However despite her determination, Richie wasn’t able to survive outside the womb. Danielle shared a mournful message to Instagram letting everyone know her son wasn’t able to beat the odds. Truly sad news. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Milian family at this time.

Via NYDailyNews The 10-year-old terror arrested for robbing an elderly woman and trying to set a Brooklyn store on fire was well on his way to becoming one of the youngest gang members in the city, officials said. A Brooklyn Crips set is recruiting the 10-year-old, and the arson at a Deals Discount store on Clarkson Ave. in East Flatbush on Tuesday was some kind of initiation, police sources said. That’s pretty much unheard of, according to NYPD Assistant Commissioner Kevin O’Connor of the Juvenile Justice Division. Ten-year-old suspect in Brooklyn mugging now accused of setting store on fire: sources “It’s uncommon to hear a 10-year-old in a gang,” O’Connor said. “It’s not uncommon to hear that kids are being influenced by them.” Violent gangs and street crews were responsible for 60 of the 161 murders — about 37% — during the first half of the year. Shortly afterwards the woman is said to have discovered that the man her mother’s pregnancy was the result of her secret relationship with the cheating husband. Devastated at their betrayal, the pregnant wife is understood to have jumped from the roof of her apartment building, dying as a result of her injuries in hospital later the same day. WAIT! SO THE MOM WAS PREGNANT BY THIS AZZHOLE TOO?!?! It is understood that the woman’s mother and husband had been having an affair for some time and that their secret relationship was only discovered when the wife caught them in act of having sex. While still trying to come to terms with the double betrayal, the woman suffered further humiliation when she learned that her mother had actually fallen pregnant as a result of the affair. Shattered by the news, the woman decided to take her own life – despite being pregnant herself. According to a police report seen by Inquisitr, the woman actually survived the initial leap from her apartment building but died later in hospital as a result of her injuries. Lafayette Theater Shooter Once Hung Nazi Swasitka Outside His Bar In Protest So, the shooter was a Hitler Stan… Via NYDailyNews Long before becoming a mass shooter madman, John Russell Houser was just a small-town pub owner — with a blatant Nazi fetish. Archival photos from the LaGrange Daily News in Georgia show Houser trying to present himself as a respectable businessman back in 2001, shortly before hanging a swastika banner in his law-breaking business. It was one of many early signs of trouble for the mentally disturbed man who fatally shot two people and wounded nine before turning the gun on himself at a screening of the comedy “Trainwreck” in Lafayette, La. Thursday night. There goes that term again. “Mentally disturbed”. Smh. Back in 2001, John Houser begged the LaGrange City Council to allow him to keep the liquor license for his local bar after he was caught slangin’ booze to the youngins. When his license was ultimately denied, this is how he expressed his displeasure: Houser’s bizarre protest against the decision put him back in local headlines. He hung a six-foot banner outside his pub with a swastika and the phrase “Welcome to LaGrange.” The sick stunt meant to liken his local government to the Nazi party, he explained. “The people who used (swastikas) — the Nazis — they did what they damn well pleased,” he told the LaGrange paper. The article showed him grinning as he stood under the inflammatory banner. B-b-b-but wait, it gets worse! In the years after this small-town spat, Houser’s behavior only grew more erratic and hateful. He praised Adolf Hitler’s “pragmatism” in online message boards and made violent threats against his family, leading to an involuntary hospital stay, a restraining order from family members and a failed attempt to get a pistol permit in 2006. Houser’s criminal history dates back to a 2005 domestic violence complaint, and courts records described him as having “a history of mental health issues,” including manic depression and bipolar disorder. Priest Found Guilty Of Sex Assault Of Sleeping Woman On Airplane Via NYDailyNews A Catholic priest from California was found guilty Friday of sexually assaulting a sleeping woman aboard a U.S. Airways flight. Father Marcelo De Jesumaria was convicted of abusive sexual contact by a federal jury in a three-day trial after a female passenger woke up to find his “hands on her breast, groin and buttocks” in August, NBC Los Angeles reported. The woman reported the assault to the crew of the Philadelphia-to-Los Angeles flight, allowing federal authorities to meet De Jesumaria at the gate. De Jesumaria was indicted in October. The Diocese of San Bernardino, where De Jesumaria used to work, said it removed him from the ministry “immediately” after learning of the allegations in November. You know the church folk had to release a statement: “The Diocese of San Bernardino considers the actions alleged of Father De Jesumaria in the federal indictment to be sinful and unlawful,” according to a statement obtained by NBC Los Angeles. “We are deeply regretful of any harm that may have occurred as a result of his actions.” This azzhole is facing 2 years in prison and will be sentenced on August 24. The Aging Rapper Was Arrested Driving In Las Vegas Early Thursday; Arrest Could Send Him To Prison For Other Felony Driving Case Flavor Flav’s latest arrest behind the wheel may ruin his chance for a deal in his other felony driving case, BOSSIP has learned. Cops pulled over Flav, real name William Drayton, early Thursday in Las Vegas for speeding and allegedly found weed, an open container of booze and a fake registration. Flav’s license was also suspended. The arrest mirrors his other driving case in Long Island, where, in 2014, cops pulled him over for speeding on the way to his mother’s funeral. His license had also been suspended. He’s charged with felony operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and faces up to four years in prison if he’s found guilty. He is due back in court on the case next month. The pattern of reckless driving may make the Nassau County District Attorney less likely to cut a deal or, if he’s convicted, the judge may push for a full sentence, a law enforcement source told BOSSIP. Flav’s New York lawyer, Indji Bessim, didn’t return a request for comment. The troubled father of seven was still in jail awaiting arraignment Monday, a spokeswoman from the Las Vegas District Attorney’s Office told BOSSIP. No one answered the phone at Flav’s Las Vegas home, and messages BOSSIP left on his cell phone were not returned.

Teen Shot In Accident Retaliation Revealed As Toddler’s Brother Yesterday, we reported the Milwaukee man who was shot dead just moments after accidentally running over a 2-year-old boy who darted into the street, alongside a teenager who was on the scene. In an even more tragic turn of events, the young boy who was also shot at the scene by the unknown shooter, later dying during operation, was actually the toddler’s older brother — having run to the scene to check on the 2-year-old just moments after he was struck by the van. Via MailOnline : The 15-year-old Wisconsin boy who was gunned down along with the driver who accidentally ran over a 2-year-old with his van Sunday has now been identified as the dead toddler’s brother. Police say an unnamed gunman opened fire in Milwaukee Sunday after 40-year-old Archie Brown Jr struck and killed little Damani Terry when the toddler darted out of a house into the street. A person armed with a gun rushed to the scene of the crash and shot dead Brown, along with Damani Terry’s big brother, 15-year-old Rasheed Chiles, who ran outside to check on the toddler. Brown, a father of four, was struck in the head by a bullet and died at the scene near a park on Milwaukee’s near northwest side. Chiles was hit in the shoulder and was taken to a hospital, where he died during surgery. The Milwaukee County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed in a statement late Monday that Damani and Rasheed were brothers. A police statement said Brown was distraught about hitting the child and stopped right away, according to witnesses. The statement didn’t explain how and why Chiles was shot, but police said he and the 2-year-old were attending a cookout together at the house near the accident. Mayor Tom Barrett called the shooting of Brown an ‘assassination’ during an emotional press conference. “Someone got angry,” Barrett said. “Someone took a gun and basically assassinated this gentleman.” So this family lost not one, but two children in this tragic accident followed by what seemed to be an act of revenge.
