Sandra Bullock Files For Divorce, Adopts Baby

Sandra Bullock tells new issue of People about her decision to divorce Jesse James and the adoption of her son. By Jocelyn Vena Sandra Bullock Photo: John Shearer/ Getty Images Since rumors began circulating of Jesse James’ alleged infidelities , Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock has remained on the down-low, leaving fans wondering what her next move might be. In the new issue of People, out this week, Bullock revealed just what those plans are. The actress announced that she has filed from divorce from her TV personality husband and is a new mom to an adopted boy. “Yes, I have filed for divorce,” she told People , adding, “I’m sad and I am scared.” Her decision to leave James came about after several women claimed they had affairs with him. Soon after the allegations, James completed a 30-day stay in an unspecified rehab program to deal with “personal issues.” Bullock is also now a mom to a 3-1/2-month-old boy , born in New Orleans, who she named Louis Bardo Bullock. “It’s like he’s always been a part of our lives,” she said. The actress said that she and James started the adoption process four years ago and brought the baby home in January, but decided to keep the news to themselves until after the Oscars, where she won Best Actress for her work in “The Blind Side.” She added that her friends and family, including James’ three kids, helped ensure no one would find out about the baby until they were ready. While Bullock has remained pretty mum about her marriage and the baby since the infidelity allegations, she did release a statement regarding rumors that she and James had a sex tape , denying they were true. James also confirmed there was no sex tape . “There is no sex tape,” she said in a statement. “There never has been one and there never will be one.”

Will Lauren Conrad Make A Final ‘Hills’ Cameo? The Stars Weigh In

‘It would be nice to have her come back,’ Audrina Patridge says of a possible LC reunion. By Jocelyn Vena Lauren Conrad Photo: Jordan Strauss/ Getty Images The drama on the final season of “The Hills” is sure to be juicy, but it would be an extra-special treat for fans if original star Lauren Conrad stopped by one last time . While there are no confirmed plans for LC to hang with her crew again on the show, her pals admit that they’d be down with having her make one final appearance. “I feel like when Lauren was on, she was like the very good one who was always telling everyone what they did wrong or what they should have did, so with her coming back, it’ll be like our older sister coming back and giving us advice,” Audrina Patridge told MTV News. “It would be fun. It would be nice to have her come back.” Patridge said “there’s been talk of that,” but, obviously, nothing is final. “I am not sure if she is actually coming back to the show, but it would be nice towards the end,” she said. “The last episode, she comes back, and we all kind of rekindle and, you know, spend our last moment together before it’s all over.” Kristin Cavallari joined the show in season five, just as her frienemy LC was leaving, but she’d totally be down to share the screen with Conrad. “I think it would be amazing if she came back. I think it would be great, but there’s nothing set in stone,” she said. “I think that’s how we should end it: have Lauren and I in a scene together. That’s how we should end it. That would be amazing.” Would you like to see LC come back? Tell us in the comments! “The Hills: Final Season” airs at 10 p.m. ET/PT every Tuesday followed by “The City” at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT on MTV. Kristin Cavallari Says ‘Hills’ Premiere Addresses ‘Intense Stuff’

‘I thought the first episode, as a viewer, was great,’ she says of tonight’s season-six premiere. By Jocelyn Vena Kristin Cavallari Photo: Christina Garibaldi/ MTV News While much of the talk about the season premiere of “The Hills” has focused on Heidi Montag’s plastic surgery , Kristin Cavallari said she’s facing her own personal drama in Tuesday’s (April 27) episode. Cavallari is confronted by her pals about rumors that she’s been doing drugs, something teased in the trailer for season six . “The first episode is Heidi going to see her mom for the first time, which is very emotional,” she said. “And then it’s Miami Super Bowl weekend and the girls accusing me of doing drugs.” Cavallari said she’s anxious to get the first episode out of the way, but she knows that this season is incredibly compelling and fans will be salivating for whatever twists and turns it takes. “Honestly, I think this season is going to be one of the better ones, just because we talk about some really serious stuff and intense stuff,” she said, adding that she understands why everyone will love episode one. “I thought the first episode, as a viewer, was great.” While Audrina Patridge and Kristin have set aside their personal dramas to become friends, Cavallari said that there’s still some drama in store. “This season, it’s going to be a lot of Brody and I sort of hanging out, trying to figure out if we should get back together or just what the deal is. And then there’s a little love triangle with us and Audrina for a little bit,” she teased. “Some girl drama. You know, the usual stuff.” What do you think will go down in the show’s season premiere? Whitney Port Calls ‘The Hills’ Final Season ‘Bittersweet’

‘I think it’s ending on a good point,’ the ‘City’ star says about season six, premiering tonight at 10 p.m. on MTV. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Christina Garibaldi Whitney Port Photo: MTV News While Whitney Port has moved on to “The City,” which kicks off its new season Tuesday night (April 27), she got her start interning with LC at Teen Vogue on the first season of “The Hills.” Now that she’s working for Kelly Cutrone in New York, she’s looking at the final season of “The Hills” as a sweet swan song, especially since it will have so many twists and turns. “My reaction to hearing about the last season of ‘The Hills’ was kind of bittersweet,” Port told MTV News. “I mean, at first I feel so far removed from it, where I was like, at first, it didn’t really affect me, and [now] it’s sad. But I think it’s ending on a good point. I think it’s one of those things where it should end where the popularity is still pretty high, and I know it’s sad for me, because once Lauren left, I think the show totally changed.” So would Port consider coming back to bid the show farewell? “There’s been some rumblings of coming back for something,” she hinted. “But I’m not sure if it’s actually going to happen.” Port said she’s totally game to reconnect with her West Coast crew for one last time with the cameras rolling. “I would definitely be open to it,” she said. “It started this whole thing for me. So I’m so grateful and thankful for it, and I still think it’s a really fun show, so I’d love to be a part of it.” Would you like to see Whitney come back one more time on “The Hills”? Whitney Port Teases Olivia Drama In Season Premiere Of ‘The City’

‘I’m not sure why she came, but she came,’ Port says of Palermo’s appearance at her fashion show. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Christina Garibaldi Whitney Port Photo: MTV News With so much buzz surrounding the final season of “The Hills,” we almost forgot to mention that there will certainly be more drama unfolding in New York for Whitney Port and all her pals when “The City” returns on Tuesday night. And the show’s season premiere is sure to have everyone talking! “Olivia did come to my fashion show, which was nice,” Port told MTV News on Monday (April 26) about her big fashion show last September . She jokingly added, “I’m not sure why she came, but she came.” But it wasn’t so much an Olivia Palermo sighting that got Port nervous, it was the fact that she was living her dream of producing a major fashion show for her line, Whitney Eve. “The fashion show at Bryant Park was awesome. I got to do it with two other designers [Nicholas K and Mara Hoffman], which was awesome,” she said. “[It really was] a really great thing, because we can share costs and then all the people that were going to see one ended up having to see the other. So a lot of eyes got to see us, but it was very, very overwhelming. So surreal. It happens so fast, but so much goes into it.” While she is still reeling from the experience all these months later, Port said it was the break she had always dreamed of. “[It was] one of those things that could be once-in-a-lifetime,” she said. “I’m not sure I’ll ever have that opportunity again, but it was probably the coolest moment professionally of my life.” So how did Port pull it off? With the help of her very own fairy godmother. “Well, Kelly [Cutrone] helped me a lot,” she said. “Actually, she produced my whole fashion show … and that was huge.” What are you looking forward to seeing in the new season of “The City”? Let us know in the comments below!

Carrie Underwood Keeps Her ‘American Idol’ Season Nine Favorite A Secret

‘I will keep it to myself ’cause I never talk about who my favorites are,’ season four ‘Idol’ winner says. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Ryan J. Downey Carrie Underwood Photo: Jon Kopaloff/ FilmMagic After gracing the stage to sing her song “Change” at “Idol Gives Back” on Wednesday night, former-Idol-turned-country-superstar Carrie Underwood refused to share who she’s rooting for on “American Idol” this season. Why? Well, she doesn’t want to jinx it for them. “I quit having favorites because I would have a favorite and then they would get voted off. So I’m watching and waiting and I’m sure at some point I will have a favorite,” she told reporters backstage at the big show. “But I will keep it to myself ’cause I never talk about who my favorites are.” And while Underwood is very busy these days with her Play On tour and planning her wedding with hockey star Mike Fisher , she has been finding time to fit in some “Idol” watching. “I am definitely watching,” she shared. “A lot of times I have shows when ‘American idol’ is going on, so I learned how to work the TiVo on the bus. And I watch ‘Idol’ after I get offstage. “I think this year, compared to my year, it seems like people are kind of more laid-back a bit,” she continued. “People are kind of singing slower songs, and I’d really like someone to rock out at some point. But I don’t know, every year’s different. Every year has its own cast of people. It’s always nice to change things up and see what’s going to happen.” In the end though, Underwood doesn’t think who wins “American Idol” is as important as the charity work in which “Idol Gives Back” participates. “This is the stuff that really makes a difference,” the season-four “Idol” winner said. “We’re coming up on 10 seasons of ‘American Idol.’ Twenty years later, people might not remember who won what, but this is the kind of stuff that can make lives better and people will remember that.” Get your “Idol” fix on MTV News’ “American Idol” page , where you’ll find all the latest news, interviews and opinions. Christina Aguilera Says Motherhood Hasn’t Stopped Her ‘Naked Sundays’

‘I think I’m even a more sexual Christina’ since having a son, singer said. By Jocelyn Vena Christina Aguilera Photo: Isaac Brekken/ Getty Images Christina Aguilera is preparing for the June release of her latest album, Bionic. And the mother of two-year-old Max says she’s geared up and ready to go. “That’s part of the change of having a child for me — seeing your body do these things you never thought possible,” Aguilera told the Q100 Bert Show in Atlanta Tuesday morning. “When you have a baby, you go through a period where your body is not your own. It becomes for your child and that’s it. Once you bounce back from that and kind of get your body back … I feel better than ever. It’s a great feeling.” And if you think she’s more modest now that she’s a mom, you’d better think again. She and hubby Jordan Bratman still have what she calls “naked Sundays.” “I think it’s important that [Max] sees mommy not be ashamed for her sexuality. … We’re art collectors, there are a lot of female nudes around the house. Max will be growing up in a house where it’s just the norm. … It’s only weird when you shame it,” she said, adding, “I’m more confident and comfortable in my own skin. I think I’m even a more sexual Christina.” Now that she’s been able to find that balance between being a mom and being a sexual creature, does she see herself having another child? “I would love that one day, but not right now,” she said. “Eventually, I would like to give Max a brother or a sister.” Related Videos MTV News’ Three To See Related Artists Christina Aguilera

Jonas Brothers Rooting For Michael Lynche on ‘American Idol’

‘He’s one of my favorites right now,’ Joe Jonas says of Big Mike. By Jocelyn Vena The Jonas Brothers Photo: MTV News The Jonas Brothers were probably pretty relieved when the “American Idol” judges saved Michael Lynche a couple of weeks back. It seems the mop-topped trio are really rooting for the singer to win it all. “I don’t know all of their names, but what is the guy that sang that … Big Mike! I think he has an amazing voice,” Joe Jonas told MTV News. “He’s really talented. I want to say he’s one of my favorites right now.” Joe and his brothers say that even if Lynche doesn’t win, they are sure he has a very bright future ahead of him. “On ‘American Idol,’ they’re all so talented, and even if you don’t win, it seems like a majority of them end up becoming winners of their own because they are so talented,” he said of successful “Idol” alumni like Jennifer Hudson, Chris Daughtry and Clay Aiken, who didn’t win their seasons. Joe knows a thing or two about season nine of “Idol,” since he has already appeared as a guest judge during the Dallas auditions and performed with Demi Lovato during a results show. But the guys aren’t sure whether they will stop by again this season. “It seems like it’s getting pretty close to the end,” Joe said. “But who knows? We found out I was performing [on ‘Idol’] like three days before.” Do you agree with the Jonas Brothers and think Michael Lynche will win “American Idol”? Tell us in the comments! Justin Bieber ‘Might Have’ Tried Out For ‘American Idol’

‘My mom used to watch it when I was little and we were like, ‘I could get on there, you know,’ ‘ singer says. By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Tim Kash Justin Bieber Photo: MTV News Justin Bieber was spotted in the audience at “American Idol” a few weeks back when his mentor Usher performed on the show . But Bieber himself will get the opportunity to perform on the “Idol” stage during Wednesday’s (April 21) “Idol Gives Back” special . And the singer said he could have easily been one of the contestants on the stage if everything had worked differently. “For sure! You know … we used to watch [the show]. Me and my mom used to watch it when I was little and we were like, ‘I could get on there, you know,’ ” he told MTV News. “When I turned 16, I might have went and tried out, but this was faster,” he said of being discovered on YouTube. Bieber also said that he stopped by the show to help out with charitable organizations and actually did not give advice to any of the “Idol” hopefuls. “It was great. I was just there. I didn’t really work with any of the contestants,” he said. “I was there supporting Usher when he performed.” “Idol” producers handpicked Bieber as one of the many artists to grace the “Idol Gives Back” stage. “I looked at that night as a good night for him to be on, because he’s absolutely phenomenal,” executive producer C

Mo’Nique’s Brother Admits Molestation To Oprah

‘I’m humbly sorry that those actions had taken place,’ Gerald Imes says of abusing his sister as a child. By Jocelyn Vena Mo’Nique Photo: Frederick M. Brown/ Getty Images While promoting her Oscar-winning turn in “Precious: Based on the Novel ‘Push’ by Sapphire,” Mo’Nique admitted that she had been molested by her older brother, Gerald Imes, when she was a child. On Monday (April 19), Imes sat down on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” to talk about the incident and apologize to his superstar sister. “I’m here today to first acknowledge that I’ve been in denial for 37 years. … I did assault and inappropriately touch my sister in manners that were uncomfortable for her,” Imes said on the show. “And for that, I apologize and I’m humbly sorry that those actions had taken place.” Imes admitted that the abuse of his younger sister stemmed from his issues with drugs and alcohol. “The drugs weren’t an excuse. They just allowed me and afforded me the opportunity to do the things that were in the back of my mind as a kid that I always wanted to do,” he said. “Most of the time, the abuse that I did with my sister took place while she was asleep [or] the appearance that she was asleep. “I hid my own molestation and pain and guilt and shame, because I thought it was my fault that these things happened to me,” he continued. “So I internalized that, and I hid behind the drugs and alcohol and then that spiraling thing in my mind, as a child, I wanted to express my sexuality, so I took it out on my sister.” For many decades, Imes didn’t own up to his actions. “The hardest part for me was even to admit to her I did something wrong,” he said. “I downplayed it by saying, ‘If you think I did it … .’ There’s no more ‘if you think’ — I did it. I did it. I’m not proud of it. Mo’Nique, I’m sorry. I can only hope that by coming forth today that somewhere along the line with the apology that, yes, hopefully somewhere, somehow as siblings we can come back together. “I’m doing this to apologize to my sister, to hopefully bring back some family unity,” he added. “I’m doing this to publicly acknowledge. Now let’s bring our family back together.” Imes, who was sentenced to 12 years in prison for molesting another person, said he also apologized to the other victim. As for Mo’Nique publicly addressing the abuse, he said, “I’m proud that she was able to finally get to a place that she could relinquish her pain. When she made the comment that I was the individual contributing to her role, I had to look at her and say, ‘I really understand her pain.’ ”
