Joe Jonas, Demi Lovato Duet Leaks Online

‘Camp Rock 2’ track ‘Wouldn’t Change a Thing’ is about opposites trying to make their relationship work. By Jocelyn Vena Joe Jonas and Demi Lovato Photo: Dimitrios Kambouris/ WireImage In less than a month the “Camp Rock 2” soundtrack will be released, but fans are already getting a taste of what they can expect from it. In a new track leaked online, “Wouldn’t Change a Thing,” Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas sing about two people who, despite being opposites, try to make their relationship work, even if it feels at times like it won’t. In the chorus, the duo sing , “Like fire and rain/ You can drive me insane/ But I can’t stay mad at you for anything/ We’re like Venus and Mars/ We’re like different stars.” Later on in the song they sing, “We’re perfectly imperfect/ But I wouldn’t change a thing.” In an interview on Radio Disney earlier this year, Demi said, “[‘Wouldn’t Change a Thing’] is close to my heart. It’s probably one of my favorite parts of the movie.” “Camp Rock 2” will premiere on September 3 on the Disney Channel. The soundtrack, which features the new song, will be out on August 10. While some dates on their upcoming tour have been rescheduled, with the “Camp Rock 2” tour now kicking off August 7 at First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre in Tinley Park, Illinois, the pair will hit the road this summer for the rest of the Jonas Brothers’ headlining trek. And despite the fact that Joe and Demi broke up in May, Lovato insists she will hold her own with the guys. “I always hold my own, get it straight!” she joked. “I’m just kidding! It’ll be fun. I’m excited. I’m representing.” And while “Wouldn’t Change a Thing” may make the set list, the guys say fans should brace themselves for a full-on JoBros tour. “It’s a Jonas Brothers tour, as usual. We just thought it’d be great to integrate [other] musical outlets as well,” Kevin said. “We thought it was a great way for our opening acts to have a place in the show as well. It’s gonna be fun, ’cause we know everybody. We’ve been doing a movie together for a while.” What do you think of Joe and Demi’s new tune? Does it make you excited for “Camp Rock 2”? From Lady Gaga To Chris Brown, Top Larry King Moments

T.I., the Jonas Brothers, Snoop Dogg helped legendary host maintain his pop culture credentials. By Kyle Anderson Chris Brown on “Larry King Live” Photo: CNN After 25 years on one of the most venerable and popular talk shows on television, Larry King is stepping down as the host of “Larry King Live.” The 76-year-old King announced on Tuesday that his run as cable’s premiere prime-time interrogator will come to a close sometime this fall. “I’m incredibly proud that we recently made the ‘Guinness Book of World Records’ for having the longest-running show with the same host in the same time slot,” King wrote on his blog. “With this chapter closing I’m looking forward to the future and what my next chapter will bring, but for now it’s time to hang up my nightly suspenders.” Though his advanced age has made him the butt of more than a few jokes in recent years, King’s pop culture credentials have actually been pretty strong lately. Though his show is typically devoted to politicians, newsmakers, activists and victims of heinous crimes, he has spent more and more time chatting with a new generation of pop stars and artists. In the process, he has turned “Larry King Live” into its own headline-grabbing broadcast, bringing a handful of artists out of their respective shells. Take a look at the five most notable exchanges that King has had with the current generation of pop stars for proof. Chris Brown In a history-making piece of television, Chris Brown sat down for an interview on “Larry King Live” back in September 2009. It represented his first public comments since his arrest for assaulting then girlfriend Rihanna the previous February. Flanked by his mother and his lawyer and dressed in a blue bow tie, Brown was quiet and somewhat evasive but remorseful during the hour-long sit-down. “I made a mistake and that’s just something I have to live up to and own up to,” Brown told King. “And change and become a better person.” Lady Gaga King’s most recent brush with the pop world was an interview he conducted via satellite with Lady Gaga , who not only talked about her upcoming music, her role in the gay community and her struggles with lupus, but who also unveiled a preview of her new video for “Alejandro.” T.I. Fresh out of jail, Clifford “T.I.” Harris sat across the desk from King back in May for a surprisingly hard-hitting conversation about his year behind bars and the crime that put him there. Tip was candid about everything. “In having time to sit and reflect, if you take the time and use it to your advantage, you see [that] even though all those rounds were fired that night, you didn’t have a firearm and you’re still here,” he told King. The Jonas Brothers While they weren’t discussing their time in prison, their role in the gay community or domestic disputes, the Jonas Brothers’ appearance on King’s show in June 2009 was no less noteworthy. When King pressed the boys to discuss their love lives, Joe mentioned that his then flame (actress Camilla Belle) was not as public as Nick’s girlfriend. “I don’t think anybody is as famous as Miley Cyrus,” he said, confirming rumors that had been flying around for a while. Snoop Dogg While Snoop Dogg’s appearance on King’s show didn’t reveal any hard-hitting facts, it did give King the opportunity to roll with the Dogg. Back in March, the pair hopped into Snoop’s 1967 Pontiac Parisienne, for a ride during which Snoop showed off the GPS that featured his own voice and taught King all about low ridin’. Hanson Have Some Advice For Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus

‘If you don’t define who you are … then that can take away from everything you do in the future,’ Zac Hanson tells MTV News. By Jocelyn Vena Hanson Photo: MTV News In the ’90s, boy bands like ‘NSYNC and Backstreet Boys and pop princesses like Britney Spears and Christina Aguilera ruled the charts. Hanson have managed to maintain a career long past that era and their breakout single, “MMMBop”; just last week, they released the new album Shout It Out. So do Hanson have any sage advice for the latest crop of pop stars, including Justin Bieber, the Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus? “I think the thing about all those artists is, the idea of defining who you really want to be and being that,” Zac Hanson told MTV News on Wednesday, just a day after their canceled show with Drake in New York. “In a lot of these cases, this whole idea of movies and music and TV shows and multimedia whatever, that’s great, but it can also be very confusing,” he continued. “And also, for your audience, if you don’t define who you are or what you represent pretty quickly, then that can take away from everything you do in the future and cheapen any real art or any real thing you want to say.” Taylor Hanson agreed with his little brother’s advice, adding, “Really for anybody, regardless of whether you start young or do pop or rock, surviving in the business of entertainment is difficult. I mean, 90 percent of people don’t succeed. You just have to identify what it is you do and know that you’re always going to be the one who cares the most.” That means you should trust yourself over label execs, the brothers say. “Record labels, producers, TV writers, the whole nine yards, they can go onto another projects, but it’s your life, it’s your name,” Isaac Hanson said. “So in 15 years from now, 20 years from now, it’s going to be on your record.” What do you think of Hanson’s advice for the pop up-and-comers? Jonas Brothers, Demi Lovato Dish On New Seasons of ‘JONAS,’ ‘Sonny’

‘We take the band and move it out to L.A.,’ Joe says of a change of scenery on the Disney Channel show. By Jocelyn Vena Jonas Brothers Photo: Sam Hendrick/ MTV News The Jonas Brothers are taking their show on the road this summer. The guys have given the next installment of “JONAS” a new name: “JONAS L.A.” The JoBros are trying their luck in the City of Angels, and they think fans will enjoy the change of scenery. “We’re excited for the TV show to come out. It’s something we’ve been working on since February and looking forward for everyone to be seeing it,” Joe told MTV News about the show, premiering in June. “We take the band and move it out to L.A., where we’re all trying to do different, individual projects.” While the plot of the show seems vaguely influenced by real-life events ( Joe recently teased that he and his brothers are working on solo projects), fans might be surprised by the new format of the show. “I think what’s really neat is it’s the first time the Disney Channel is doing a continuous story line,” Kevin added. “Every episode is ‘Next time, on “JONAS” ‘ or ‘Last time on “JONAS.” ‘ It allows the characters to grow and you follow them through relationships, the good and the bad.” Like the JoBros, tourmate Demi Lovato is also looking forward to finding love on her show, “Sonny With a Chance.” “There’s definitely more romance this season finally between Chad and Sonny,” she said of the show, which kicks off this summer. “So you can see how that evolves with the cast of ‘So Random,’ how they react to Chad and Sonny’s new flame.” She also said fans should look forward to Joe Jonas making a cameo this season, as well as Raven-Symon

American pop boyband Jonas Brothers were stucked in an elevator for 45 minutes. After giving a free concert to thousand adoring fans last Saturday at The Grove in Hollywood, they found themselves trapped in an elevator. “We were stuck in an elevator with eight people and Big Rob,” said Joe Jonas, referring to the band’s illustrious security guard. “It was a 21-person elevator,” notes Kevin. Joe and Nick were the first to panick which prompted some disagreement from Nick. “I didn’t panic,” insists the young star, who, mindful of his diabetic condition, points out, “I just didn’t have my [blood-sugar] checker with me. No one had it on them, and I was afraid that if [my blood-sugar level] went low in an elevator we wouldn’t be able to do anything about it.” Joe said, “It went from, ‘Okay, this is hilarious, we’re stuck in an elevator, okay press the button,’ to ‘This is crazy, okay, I can’t breathe, this is insane.’ “ It was fortunate for them to be with a good company during the confinement in the elevator. “Chef Tim Love was in the elevator, with us and he was trying to become Rambo in the moment,” says Joe, who, as a fan of Love’s cooking, had invited him to join them that day. “It was really funny,” says Joe. “It was crazy to see the fact that he was put in the situation.” To top it off, the entire experience was captured on film. “We had our photographer Rob Hoffman with us, and he had his video camera so he taped the whole thing,” says Nick. “It ended with the fire department coming through with axes.” Jonas Brothers Trapped in Elevator For 45 Minutes is a post from: Daily World Buzz Continue reading

By Jocelyn Vena Demi Lovato Photo: Sam Hendrick/ MTV News For “Camp Rock 2,” the Jonas Brothers and Demi Lovato didn’t mess with a winning formula. They once again worked with “American Idol” judge Kara DioGuardi for the soundtrack, which will be on display when the foursome hits the road this summer . “She worked on a lot of the first ‘Camp Rock’ songs too, and then she went on to do ‘American Idol,’ and I remember watching her on ‘American Idol’ and being like, ‘Oh! That’s Kara! That’s awesome!’ ” Lovato said of working with the songwriter. “And then she did a lot for ‘Camp Rock 2’ too. It was great to work with her again after she’s had so much success. We all sing it at the end. I feel like it will be an anthem for a lot of people.” Nick Jonas weighed in, saying “What We Came Here For” tops his because it takes place at a very momentous point in the flick: “It’s kind of our final performance. It’s a great song.” Kevin’s favorite recalled a more retro vibe. “I liked ‘Heart and Soul,’ ” he said. “It had a Huey Lewis and the News feel. And [the scene] was like back on the same camp where we filmed the whole movie in Haliburton [Ontario]. So it was kind of cool to bring back those memories.” Leave it to Joe, though, to give props to his lady on his favorite song. ” ‘Wouldn’t Change a Thing,’ ” he said. “Demi’s vocals sound really great. Although it was freezing cold when we filmed it, it’s a special piece in the movie.” For young Hollywood news, fashion and “Twilight” updates around the clock, visit HollywoodCrush.MTV.com .
