This is hysterical. Newsweek…read that as NEWSweek….took it upon themselves to do an artist rendition of an Princess Diana walking with Kate Middleton in a feature they call “If She Was Still Alive Today”….This is like a bad Late Night talk show prank, but apparently it is legit, and it made me laugh so I’m sharing it with you….I figure at least one of you out there has Zombie fantasies and can manage jerking off to this shit if you tried…that’s why I love and respect you so much…you have no limits or boundaries as to what can get you off…you are genius of masturbation…a prodigy…
Days before embarking on their first North American tour, Prince William and Kate Middleton relaxed a little on Monday with a visit to Wimbledon. The couple were greeted with an enthusiastic ovation as they took their seats in the front row of – where else – the Royal Box at Centre Court. William and Kate, who fittingly wore a white Temperley London dress to the most traditional of tennis contests, blushed a little at the adulation: The Duke and Duchess at Centre Court . A spokesman at St. James’s Palace said the couple, who honored UK troops at an event over the weekend, were at the sporting event “privately.” Kate Middleton loves tennis and plays regularly, having visited Wimbledon a number of times. William has been going to the event since he was a child. They were in their seats around 1 p.m. in time to support the UK’s own Andy Murray in his match against France’s Richard Gasquet in the Round of 16. Murray won. So did fans who got a glimpse of these adorable lovebirds. [Photo: Pacific Coast News]
Prince William and Kate Middleton’s excursion to the U.S. isn’t their only stop in North America. They’ll be visiting our neighbors to the north too, eh! After spending June 30-July 2 in Ottawa, Ontario, Gatineau, and Montreal, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will head to Quebec City on July 3. The 29-year-old newlyweds (yesterday was William’s birthday ) will work with Maison Dauphin, an organization that works with homeless youths. The Quebec group’s mission ties in closely with William’s Patronage of Centrepoint, a homelessness charity, back home in the United Kingdom. Later that day, the royally cute British couple will be attending a community event at Fort-de-Levis to mark some of the region’s important milestones. A rep from the Department of Canadian Heritage says the nation hopes William and Kate will “regard Canada as a second home – a term of endearment often used by The Queen to describe her special affection for and pride in this country.” Following that, America beckons. Excitedly, at that. After stops in Prince Edward Island, Alberta and the Northwest Territories, they arrive in California July 8. To stay looking gorgeous at all times and in all settings, Kate Middleton is rumored to be packing 40 outfits for the North American trip. That’s a lot of Fashion Face-Off potential! It’s HOLLYWOOD.TV’s Celebrity GPS — and it’s time for some royal wedding mania from London! Amid much ado and fanfare, Kate Middleton arrives on the scene at the Goring Hotel.
Prince William and Kate Middleton are ready to do this thing. With just one week to go until next Friday’s royal wedding, the chaos is off the hook, but the couple remains clear-eyed and focused on what really counts. So says Archbishop of Canterbury Dr. Rowan Williams, who will conduct the marriage ceremony of Prince William and Kate Middleton at Westminster Abbey. “I’ve been very struck by the way in which William and Catherine have approached this great event,” the archbishop said , praising the royal couple. “They’ve thought through what they want for each other. They’ve had a very simple, very direct picture of what really matters about this event.” William and Kate realize that their vows carry unusual weight. They’re making a sacred promise to each other, and a royal pledge to the public. Even that doesn’t intimidate them, says Dr. Williams. “I think that they have a clear sense of what they believe they’re responsible to,” says the archbishop. “They’re responsible to the whole society.” “They’re responsible to God for their relationship. I think it’s impressive that they’ve had that simplicity about it, they’ve known what matters, what’s at the heart of all this, because I think they are deeply unpretentious people.” The archbishop calls on everyone watching the Royal Wedding to truly engage with the event as these two 29-year-olds enter holy matrimony. “William and Catherine are making this commitment very much in the public eye, and they’re both sensible, realistic young people,” he says. “They know what the cost might be, and because of that, they will need the support, solidarity and prayers of all those who are watching.” “We have to be witnesses in an active sense: the kind of witnesses who really support what’s going on. To be a witness is more than to be a spectator, and I hope that’ll be part of people’s experience at the time of the wedding.” In short: Clear eyes, full hearts, can’t lose. We’re here for you William and Kate, and wish you nothing but the best in one week’s time. [Photo: WENN.com]
We know she’s got this big wedding thing coming up and all, but is Kate Middleton – looking very slender in a black dress and tan heels yesterday – getting too thin? A little more than one week to go before she marries Prince William on April 29, Kate stepped out for some last-minute shopping on London’s King’s Road. What do you think? Shedding for the wedding or going overboard? Personally, we think Kate still looks fabulous . Whatever she weighs, when she walks into Westminster Abbey, she should be looking radiant in her wedding dress, reportedly designed by Sophie Cranston . In the meantime, the princess-to-be has been on a shopping spree, buying around $350 worth of items – possibly for her honeymoon? – from Warehouse. [Photos: Fame Pictures]
One of many burning Royal Wedding questions ever since Kate Middleton and Prince William got engaged has been who will design the bride’s dress. Alexander McQueen and Vivienne Westwood have been rumored, but their modern aesthetics may not be appropriate for the regal, April 29 affair. Now, several news outlets are reporting that Kate Middleton has settled upon Sophie Cranston, a 34-year-old who previously worked for McQueen. Sophie worked with the late fashion icon before branching out with her own Lib
How nice, and rare, to see celebrity scandals end well for a change. Turns out Christina Aguilera’s boyfriend Matt Rutler was NOT too drunk to drive after all. Rutler got popped for DUI back in March, but citing insufficient evidence to prosecute, the L.A. District Attorney determined he won’t be charged with a crime. That’s because his blood alcohol content was ultimately determined to be .06, or under California’s legal limit to operate a vehicle, .08. So why was he busted? Matt has even more to smile about now that he’s in the clear! Aguilera, a passenger in the car at the time, was busted for public drunkenness when officers determined she was too plowed to take care of herself . Matt Rutler was likely arrested on suspicion of DUI by association. Hours after the arrest, officials decided they would not pursue any charges against the singer. Now they’ve exonerated her man, as well. Good for them. Well, except for the whole downward spiral thing.
Just 12 days to go. Set to marry Prince William in front of pretty much the whole world on April 29, Kate Middleton took part in her first rehearsal at London’s Westminster Abbey. Randy Quaid says it would be a “hoot” to tour with Charlie Sheen. Not sure that will ever happen, but it would indeed be a hoot, among other things. Quaid floated this screwball proposition to Canada’s Globe and Mail this week. “It’s apropos to his situation, and apropos to my situation,” he said. Whatever you say, Randy. Whatever you say. OPENING ACT? This would be the one way to make Sheen’s tour crazier . Quaid, who co-starred with Charlie in Major League II, No Man’s Land and The Wraith , wouldn’t be able to do U.S. shows, of course. Just Canada. Randy and his insane wife Evi are living in Vancouver, having sought refugee status there in 2010. This was after they went completely off the rails . Still, Randy tells E! he’d tour with Sheen in a second, and he’d open with the Johnny Cash song, “Will We Be Together Then,” followed by “Star Whackers.” On the latter, penned by Quaid, Sheen would join him on backing vocals: “That’d be great: Have Charlie come out [and sing], ‘I’m talking about Whackers!'” Unfortunately, or perhaps fortunately, there are only so many torpedoes of truth to go around. While Charlie has had special guests , his rep says: “We’re not having any opening acts. The tour is proceeding wonderfully; there are no plans to have an opening act or have Randy participating.”
