The Real Housewives of New York City Recap: A Hairy Mess!

The Real Housewives of New York City were back again last night with speed dating, runway walks, and hair removal, and the results are simply ridiculous. Ramona is asked to take another run at the catwalk. Given the fiasco her walk created last year I can only imagine that she’s invited back as a publicity stunt. It’s hard to say which is funnier, Ramona’s zombie eyed expression or the height difference between her and all of the other models. One by one these tall, slender, professional models hit the runway and then there’s Ramona and you have to look two feet lower. As one of the ladies quipped, it’s like Ramona is the mascot. Alex gives modeling a go as well with a campy photo shoot. OK, I guess it’s trying to be high fashion but the entire picture was absurd. I’m not sure what was worse, the hair teased to look like a brillo pad, the overly dramatic eye makeup, or Alex’s strange expressions. Then Alex shows up to Ramona’s event wearing the get up she was photographed in. I know she says she had to run straight from the photo shoot, but showing up with that hair took guts. The ladies comments range from asking if she wore a wig, wondering if she’d had an electrical shock, and thinking she was a koochi girl.

Kelly Clarkson ‘Will Sing Her Butt Off’ On New Record, Songwriter Says

‘When it comes out, the fans will be happy … it’ll be good times,’ Claude Kelly says. By Jocelyn Vena Kelly Clarkson Photo: George Pimentel/WireImage While fans may have to wait until September to hear Kelly Clarkson ‘s new album , songwriter Claude Kelly is revealing some details about what fans will hear once the album drops. He recently worked on the album with Clarkson, and while he’s not completely sure which tracks will make the final cut, he said that Clarkson will be back bigger and better than ever. “I’m not surprised ’cause the music industry is full of unexpected things,” he said of the delay. “I will say that I’d be willing to bet that the reason it was pushed back was not for anything as horrible or earth-shattering as people think — it’s probably [just] a better setup.” Describing the current pop scene as “congested,” Claude Kelly thinks that a slightly delayed release will work in Clarkson’s favor. “They want to make sure that the arena is clean for Kelly Clarkson’s return, ’cause when she comes back, she always comes back pretty big,” he said. “They want to make sure when her first single comes out, there’s nothing out there that’s competing with it. I don’t know for sure, but Kelly always does it big, so when it comes out, the fans will be happy and she’ll sing her butt off and it’ll be good times.” Kelly and Clarkson have been working on some fun up-tempo tracks for the album. “The songs I did write for her were in true Kelly Clarkson form, singer records that showcase her voice, but also show her edge and her attitude and her personality,” he explained. “[It’s] always up-tempo for me when it comes to Kelly. I like to hear her in kick-butt mode. She has an edge to her voice that you want to hear her sing high and get in your face.” Over the weekend, Clarkson debuted a ballad titled “Why Don’t You Try” at Muhammad Ali’s 17th Annual Celebrity Fight Night in Arizona and it definitely displayed big voice. The track is a cover of songwriter Eric Hutchinson’s 2009 tune. Related Artists Kelly Clarkson

Jennifer Hudson Says R. Kelly, Alicia Keys ‘Gave Me My Sound’ For I Remember Me

Singer calls Kelly’s ability to channel her ‘kind of creepy.’ By Jocelyn Vena, with reporting by Christina Garibaldi Jennifer Hudson Photo: MTV News On Tuesday, Jennifer Hudson drops her new album, I Remember Me , and it seems the artists she worked with on the record also remembered her. For the release, she hooked up with Alicia Keys and R. Kelly, who seemed to channel the singer perfectly — almost too perfectly. “R. Kelly was writing for me at the time, and I didn’t even know it, and they just sent me this song,” she recalled to MTV News about the track “Where You At.” “You don’t want to get your hopes up too high of being able to work with someone like R. Kelly, and when they sent the song, they told me, ‘Kelly put up a shrine of pictures of you to channel you, and he created this song.’ ” Whatever he was doing seemed to really work, as Hudson explained: “It was kind of creepy to me, because when I heard the song, I was like, ‘Oh my god! … He’s, like, giving me me! This is what I would do! This is something I would say.’ And I hadn’t even met him until after … and I’m like, ‘This is bizarre.’ ” Crediting Kelly and Keys, Hudson notes that “they gave me my sound.” And it seems whatever otherworldly bond she had with Kelly, she had a more-grounded one with Keys, with whom she worked on the songs “Angel,” “Everybody Needs Love” and “Don’t Look Down.” “I must say that working with Alicia was my favorite sessions in the recording studio ever, and I think it was partly because … it was a learning experience,” she said about Keys, who gave birth days after their sessions. “She’s just amazing to work with. We had such a good time together. … It was an amazing, fun experience.” Which I Remember Me collaboration are you most looking forward to hearing? Tell us in the comments below! Minka Kelly Is The Sweetest Angel

It’s about time we’re finally getting a look at the new Charlie’s Angels chicks. Here are Minka Kelly and…… Ummm, the two other chicks hanging on set in their sexy white dresses. I really don’t have the slightest idea who the other two women are, don’t email me their names because I don’t care, the only angel that matters to me is sweet sweet Minka Kelly . Heavenly. I know that’s sounds corny, but it works. Enjoy. more pictures of the Minka Kelly here

Nelly And Kelly Rowland’s ‘Gone’ Video Hits The Net

Reunited artists frolic on a beach in flirty new clip for follow-up to smash ‘Dilemma.’ By Jayson Rodriguez Nelly and Kelly Rowland on the set of the video for “Gone” Photo: Denise Truscello/ WireImage Nelly could have been channeling Rick James on his Teena Marie -featuring classic “Fire & Desire” when the St. Louis rapper first sets eyes on Kelly Rowland in his latest video for “Gone”: “It’s really good to see you again and I must admit you’re looking really nice these days,” James says, and Nelly seems to echo those sentiments in the brand-new clip, which leaked on Tuesday (March 8). (Check out photos of Nelly and Kelly Rowland on the set of “Gone.”) The pair reconnect on the Jin Jonsin-produced (and Rico Love-penned) track from Nelly’s 5.0, a reunion for the artists, who scored a hit years ago on 2002’s “Dilemma.” In the video, Nelly and Rowland are both vacationing on an island resort, when the rapper spots the singer lounging out in the sun and is stopped in his tracks. Throughout the visual, they take turns not only crooning to each other but also pining for the other. “I don’t want to say it’s a sequel. I don’t want to diminish anything with ‘Dilemma’ or have an expectation you can’t live up to when you do that,” Nelly told MTV News last year about “Gone.” “When you do that type of thing, there’s people who are already, ‘I don’t wanna hear it. It’s supposed to be “Dilemma.” ‘ You already being negative [before] pushing the button! “It’s one of those things where we did reconnect,” he continued. “Our chemistry has already proven to be good, whether it was onstage or in the studio. It was something that we wanted to reconnect with. It was produced by Jim Jonsin. … It’s a cool joint. I think people will get it. It can never be ‘Dilemma,’ but we wanted to extend the story. It’s continuing the story a little bit more, seeing her again.” Are you happy to see Nelly and Kelly together again in the “Gone” video? Tell us in the comments! Minka Kelly Continues The Tank Top Hotness

Minka Kelly seems to be busy preparing herself both mentally and physically for her role in the next Charlie’s Angels garbage by walking around looking absolutely incredible in various tank tops. I love it. I don’t want to sound like a pervert or anything, but she’s already wearing a white tank top and she’s already got a bottle of water in her hands so…. I think we all know what the next logical step should be. Please?

Minka Kelly’s Got A Sexy Little Profile

See if you can guess why I’m posting these pictures of Minka Kelly leaving lunch at a Cuban restaurant. I’ll help you out, it has nothing to do with Cuba, it has nothing to do with that a-hole Derek Jeter and it has nothing to do with (fill in whatever project Minka is working on right now). Give up? Obviously I know you all guessed that it’s because of her cute boobies in that tank top. That was an easy one. Now guess how many nipples I have. Here’s a hint, it’s kinda gross.
