Tanning Mom Patricia Krentcil was removed from a roast in her honor Wednesday at a New York bar after she was so drunk she couldn’t stand up. The Nutley, N.J. native “showed up for the red carpet and fell over,” at Hell’s Kitchen’s XL Club, a witness said, according to the New York Post . The source added that at one point, the 44-year-old mother of five became so incoherent that she “got up and tried to attack [a] drag queen.” “We asked [ Patricia Krentcil ] what she wanted to drink and she slurred, ‘I didn’t put my kid in a tanning bed!’” a witness told the newspaper. The organizers described their contingency plan for Tanning Mom getting out of hand … and how it was put into effect within just a few minutes. “We came up with a code word earlier: It was ‘Christmas’ … After about five minutes, we were just screaming ‘Christmas,’ and security came and took her out.” If you missed it, Krentcil was arrested April 24 on a second-degree child endangerment charge when she allegedly took her six-year-old tanning. According to New Jersey law (but apparently not common sense to Tanning Mom), no one 13-years-old or younger is allowed to enter the booths. Another day another epitome of a bad mother! : A city schoolteacher, convinced her cop husband had cheated on her, allegedly murdered their two kids — poisoning them, then sealing their Bronx apartment’s windows with plastic before turning on the gas, sources told The Post yesterday. Lissette Bamenga, 29 — who slit her wrists in a suicide attempt during the Thursday horror — believed Officer Trevor Noel had gotten another woman pregnant, and she allegedly wanted to punish him by killing 5-year-old Trevor Jr. and Liliane, who was just 4 months old, the sources said. The children were declared dead at the scene. Bamenga was rushed to Jacobi Hospital, where she remained in stable condition. “You got what you wanted,” she allegedly wrote in one of two suicide notes. “Me and the kids are in a better place now.” Bamenga also wrote “DNR,” meaning “do not resuscitate,” for whoever found her in the gas-filled apartment at 1500 Noble Ave. in Parkchester. Noel, who had just finished the night shift at Manhattan’s 28th Precinct, was unable to speak when he arrived at the scene. Sources said Bamenga believed her husband fathered a child with a woman in Spain — and she was furious. “In a jealous rage, his wife killed her children and then tried to kill herself,” a law-enforcement source said. The ghastly final act, however, appeared carefully thought out. First, Bamenga allegedly fed her kids juice spiked with a de-icer, which is colorless, odorless, sweet — and deadly. Police found a bottle containing de-icer in the apartment. Then she slashed her wrists. But the wounds weren’t deep enough to be fatal. Finally, she allegedly sealed off the windows of the ninth-floor apartment with plastic sheets and turned on the gas burners of the kitchen stove. At around 11 p.m., another tenant called 911 to report the heavy smell of gas. Firefighters knocked down the door, and EMS workers administered CPR to the 5-year-old on the floor of the apartment hallway, said Davis Rodriguez, 17, who lives on the same floor. Another neighbor, Gwen Richardson, 71, said she saw Bamenga in the hallway surrounded by firefighters who were trying to get her to respond. “I could hear them going, ‘Miss, Miss, can you hear me?’ ” Richardson said. Bamenga, originally from France, moved to the United States from the Democratic Republic of the Congo about 12 years ago and eventually married Noel, 31. Bamenga taught at PS 58 in The Bronx from 2005 to 2006 before giving birth to Trevor Jr. She returned to work, teaching at Brooklyn’s PS 58 last year while pregnant with their daughter. SMH. So sad. 2-Year Old Toddler Almost Dies Playing On 100 Foot High Balcony Ledge With No Parents Around What in Sam Hell was going on here?: A toddler came within inches of plummeting 100 feet to his death after climbing on to a high-rise flat balcony as his mother slept inside. Dramatic footage showed the two-year-old crawling along, and sitting on, the balcony’s ledge eight storeys up, while horrified passers-by looked on. One terrified onlooker was so concerned that she filmed the boy nonchalantly peering down and dangling his legs over the drop. Neighbour Debbie Green said: ‘I was talking to my son’s girlfriend on our front door when she looked up behind me and said: ‘there’s a baby up there on the balcony.’ ‘I turned round and saw the kid up there just playing on the balcony with no protection – I thought he was going to fall, I was sure he was going to die. ‘The police arrived after about six minutes but it felt like hours – I had to go back in the house to try and calm down because I couldn’t watch. ‘I have never felt so scared in all my life, it was horrendous. ‘I couldn’t believe someone would let their child do that. ‘But they have a chair on the balcony that he was able to use to climb up onto the ledge.’ Debbie’s husband John, added: ‘After the police went round the father just calmly walked onto the balcony and moved the chair They didn’t seem that phased by it all. ‘I’m amazed the kid was able to keep his balance up there. ‘One of our neighbours said he wanted to go and do something, but we realised if he had then the child might have leant to look at us and fallen – so we waited for the police to come. ‘There are loads of people who would like to have kids and then there are these people who let their children play on a balcony and ignore them. ‘He’s obviously been up there several times before because he was incredibly careful to climb down.’ John said he felt like he was about to film a child’s death. Officers arrived at the block of flats in Wyken, in Coventry, seven minutes later to find the mother and a man asleep inside. They said she claimed the boy was safe because of the delicate pigeon netting over the balcony. When approached, the mother claimed she had in fact been in the kitchen, not asleep, while the boy played outside. She said the doors onto the veranda don’t shut properly allowing the boy easy access to the outside world. Claiming she was ‘shocked’ when police told her what her son had been doing, she told The Sun: ‘I won’t let him out of my sight now. The good news: Charity won big! The bad news: Celebrities did not, with one even landing in the hospital. The annual Soccer Aid benefit packed Old Trafford, the home of the Manchester United, where the team from England beat the “Rest of the World” team — comprising the likes of Will Ferrell, Edward Norton, Mike Myers, Gerard Butler, James McAvoy, Woody Harrelson and shouty TV chef Gordon Ramsay — by a score of 3-1. And since no soccer tilt would ever be complete without some poor bastard writhing on the pitch in hyperdramatic anguish, this match was no different — at least until, in the second half, things got really ugly : Ferrell limped off the field in considerable pain with a leg injury late in Sunday’s annual Soccer Aid game at Manchester United’s Old Trafford but will have counted himself more fortunate than Ramsay, who earlier was hospitalized following a heavy challenge. The foul-mouthed Hell’s Kitchen star was stretchered off the field while receiving oxygen, after being flattened by former England international Teddy Sheringham midway through the second half. The First Lady of the United States attended a Beyonce concert in Atlantic City, N.J., with Sasha and Malia by her side for the show at Revel Resorts. Beyonce performed two dozen songs Saturday, reports said. Michelle and the two girls appeared excited throughout the concert, cheering Beyonce on.
