Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart: Caught Canoodling!

Ready for a look at Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart like you’ve never seen them before? Earlier this week, Rob (his buzzcut) and Kristen attended the birthday party of actor Scout Taylor-Compton, where they proceeded to cozy up in one of the more natural, simple embraces we’ve seen between the typically-private pair. A fellow attendee snapped this photo and posted it on Facebook, giving fans one of their most intimate looks yet at the tandem affectionately referred to as “Robsten.” Pattinson and Stewart, meanwhile, are the number-one seed in our couples-based Tournament of THG and have advanced to the quarterfinals as of this posting. Will they finish on top? Stay tuned!

Ashley Hebert on Courtney Robertson: Can’t Figure Out That Wedding Vow Thief!

Former Bachelorette star Ashley Hebert , who famously rejected Ben Flajnik, is trying to give Courtney Robertson the benefit of the doubt. She really is. But while Ash admits she didn’t find Court as despicable as usual on this week’s episode of The Bachelor, she’s totally calling her out for one thing: Ripping off her so-called heartfelt vows from Sex and the City! Courtney Robertson Hometown Date “First of all, I do have to say that Courtney’s ceremony was a little bit of a rip-off idea – because we did that on my season, with William,” recalls Hebert. “And she blatantly stole her vows from Sex and the City !” In their faux wedding, Courtney memorably told Ben, “I am looking for love. Real love. Passionate, consuming, can’t-live-without-each-other love.” Sarah Jessica Parker said, “I am someone who is looking for love. Real love. Ridiculous, inconvenient, consuming, can’t-live-without-each-other love.” Remember? To Mikhail Baryshnikov, from the series finale? When Carrie breaks it off with the Russian? Right before Big tracks her down in Paris? Anyway, Ashley Hebert is like the rest of us – flummoxed by Courtney. “There are some people I can read really well, but I can’t figure her out,” Hebert continued. “I’m trying to give her the benefit of the doubt!” “But I’m trying to figure out if she’s just trying to find a sweet way to tell him that she loves him, or if she’s just trying to move on to the next round.” “Is this forced? Is this real? I’m having a really hard time figuring it out.” You and us both, Ash. But Hebert, who turned down Ben’s proposal in preparation to accept J.P. Rosenbaum’s (they are still engaged), thinks it’s working. “You can see it in his face, ‘This is it.’ And he believes her,” she says. “If I were the other girls and I was watching this back, I would be so upset.” “He pretty much married Courtney, pretty much had sex with her when they went skinny-dipping. You know, it’s like, what a rip-off for the other girls.” “Especially if he doesn’t end up with Courtney!” For those fans who are shocked that he’s not going to end up with Kacie Boguskie , who was let go this week, Hebert says that she realized something. “I think Ben sees Kacie as a friend, not a lover,” she says. “I wish she had acted more like a woman, instead of a little girl, with the batons and the band.” And as for Kacie’s question – “What the f–k happened?!” – Hebert says simply that “Courtney happened. After knowing Ben. I think he will choose Courtney.” Click here to see what The Bachelor spoilers we’ve read say about that.

Jessica Biel Debuts Engagement Ring From Justin Timberlake

Jessica Biel debuted her engagement ring from Justin Timberlake Saturday. We don’t have photos to prove it, as the notoriously private couple would never flaunt such a thing (they’re the anti-Kardashians). But it happened . The actress, 29, was seen getting cozy with her man, 31, at a Saturday Night Live after-party, the first time Biel went out in public with her sparkler. It was a rare public display of affection for a couple who doesn’t often step out together and who didn’t even announce their own engagement . They usually don’t even attend premieres of the other’s films together, so that the person starring gets the full spotlight for their work each time. This time, though, Biel, 29, and Timberlake, 31, “were very lovey all night and kissed a few times,” a guest at the Ristorante Asellina party says. The couple, who started dating in 2007, celebrated Timberlake’s appearance on SNL as Grammy-winning folk sensation Bon Iver with other guests. Evan Rachel Wood, Sports Illustrated cover girl Kate Upton , David Alan Grier, Seth Meyers, Chloe Sevigny, Natasha Lyonne, Andy Samberg, Jason Sudeikis, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Kenan Thompson and Maya Rudolph were all on hand. Also spending time with them: former SNL star Amy Poehler and current cast mate Kristen Wiig, who “loved the ring and chatted [Biel] up about it.” Justin and Jessica are currently trailing Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart in our favorite couples tournament matchup . Be sure to vote! [Photo: WENN.com]

‘Twilight’ Star Ashley Greene: Three Birthday Wishes

In the final year of the franchise that made her famous, ‘Twilight’ Tuesday shares three wishes for the birthday girl. By Kara Warner Ashley Greene Photo: Lester Cohen/ WireImage In honor of “Twilight” star Ashley Greene’s 25th birthday, this week’s “Twilight” Tuesday is three birthday wishes for the actress: 2012 Box-Office Success “Twilight” fans will make sure the fifth and final film in the franchise, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2,” will be a success, so we’re not worried about that one. Looking ahead to Greene’s upcoming slate of non-“Twilight” films, we’re excited to see her “saucy” side in teen comedy “LOL,” in which she stars alongside Miley Cyrus and Demi Moore. We’re also intrigued to see how much she’ll scare us (or be scared) in “Apparition,” which opens in August. More Leading Roles Although plenty of attention is paid to “Twilight” superstars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner, Greene has always stood out for us in the way she plays Alice Cullen with such sweetness and sincerity — not to mention her mental and physical toughness. We’d like to see Greene carry a film on her own, specifically a romantic comedy or romantic drama. We’re thinking something along the lines of Rose Byrne’s character in “Bridesmaids” or a Rachel McAdams-esque romantic drama. Stay a Role Model In a world that seems to celebrate the comings and goings of starlets based on their outrageous antics onscreen and off, Greene has handled her rise in fame with poise and class. We appreciate the fact that she has made exquisite and enviable choices when it comes to her red-carpet fashions, which won her a Style Icon Award at the Hollywood Life Young Hollywood Awards. And with respect to making headlines, Greene managed to keep her relationship with former flame Joe Jonas mostly under wraps and free from any tabloid scandal. She did have one nude-photo scandal early on, but the woman recovered gracefully and appears to have a solid head on her shoulders — and we hope she stays that way. “I went from dying to get a gig, to dying to get the gig everyone wants,” Greene has said of her rise to fame via her role in “Twilight.” “So now I’m in this realm with a lot of highly respected actresses, which is an amazing place to be, but also kind of terrifying. … I’m so laser-focused on my career, because when you’re dealt these cards, if you don’t kind of run with it, then you’re an idiot. You gotta take advantage of what you’ve been given.” What birthday wishes do you have for Ashley Greene? Let us know in the comments or tweet me @karawarner! ‘Snow White’ Star Sam Claflin Reveals ‘Mirror Mirror’ Audition

‘I think Armie Hammer was always their #1 choice,’ he says of ending up alongside Kristen Stewart in ‘Huntsman’ instead. By Jocelyn Vena Sam Claflin Photo: MTV News “Snow White and the Huntsman” star Sam Claflin apparently had enough charm to be up for the role of the prince in both big-screen adaptations of the classic Snow White fairy tale. In the end, the “Mirror Mirror” producers had their eye on a different young man. “I think Armie Hammer was always their #1 choice,” the “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides” star told Teen.com . “But I kind of saw more similarities in their prince and the part I played in ‘Pirates,’ whereas [with this] I thought I wanted to pick up a sword and I wanted to do a bit of fighting and get a bit grittier and hopefully sort of open a few more doors for me.” Claflin isn’t the only one adding some grit to his part: Kristen Stewart’s version of Snow is light-years away from “Mirror” star Lily Collins’. “She tends to sort of not be in any princess-like costumes, which is good for her and kind of gives her that badass sort of fighting spirit, I suppose,” Claflin said of the armor-clad heroine . “But she looks pretty damned awesome. Thumbs up.” “Snow White and the Huntsman,” which also stars Chris Hemsworth as the Huntsman and Charlize Theron as the film’s Evil Queen, opens this summer. A trailer for the darker take on the “Snow” story dropped back in November and gave fans an eyeful of what they should expect from the film, which includes snowy landscapes and even chillier emotions. “Snow White and the Huntsman” follows Stewart’s Snow White and her hunting mentor. After the evil queen, Ravenna, calls for her death, Hemsworth’s Huntsman takes it upon himself to train Snow to fight off the Evil Queen after he disobeys her and allows her to live against the queen’s orders. ‘Breaking Dawn’ Secrets Revealed: Kristen Stewart’s ‘Doll’ Double

“It was creepy … in a good way,” special effects supervisor tells MTV News of creating the Kristen Stewart look-alike. By Kara Warner Kristen Stewart in “Breaking Dawn – Part 1” Photo: Summit Entertainment For all the “Twilight” fans familiar with “Breaking Dawn,” via both Stephenie Meyer’s source material as well as the movie “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1,” you know that the much-discussed, heavily hyped birth scene is one of the more graphic and disturbing scenes in all of Meyer’s mostly PG-rated world. It’s safe to say that curiosity was fully piqued when it came to seeing how director Bill Condon decided to adapt it in the film. In a nutshell, the scene is pretty graphic and cringe-worthy. For those who have seen the “Making Of” documentary with the recently released DVD/Blu-Ray or happened to catch the sneak peek MTV News got ahead of time last week, you’ve been introduced to the Bella doll that the filmmaking team used in place of Kristen Stewart for a few scenes. This week’s Twilight Tuesday brings you a few fun details about the making of the doll, to which I affectionately refer as “Robot Bella” (even though it/she is clearly not a robot). According to John Rosengrant, the film’s animatronics and special makeup effects supervisor, the idea behind the creation of the Bella replica doll was to make the birthing/near-death scene appear as real as possible and to show Bella in her very emaciated form that Meyer describes in the book. “It’s very hybrid, the approach,” he told MTV News. “We tried to shape the whole Bella, what she looks like emaciated and all that, but it’s also digitally augmented, and that was from the get-go, this was going to be a hybrid-type effect.” If you look closely at the features of the doll, especially when Robert Pattinson is shown acting out that very emotional scene with it, there is a creepy element involved. “It was creepy when we created the look of her, in a good way,” Rosengrant said. “I was actually shocked that that was the edict and I think that is maybe [credit] to Bill Condon as the director, wanting to make something like that real because the previous movies didn’t strike me that they would embrace something like this.” What are you looking forward to most in “Breaking Dawn Part 2”? Jennifer Lawrence, Rooney Mara Rule Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue

Jessica Chastain, Elizabeth Olsen, Shailene Woodley and more also grace the ’20s-inspired cover. By Jocelyn Vena The February 2012 cover of Vanity Fair Photo: Vanity Fair This year’s Vanity Fair Hollywood Issue features some of the most dazzling starlets in Hollywood. The ’20s-inspired cover includes Rooney Mara, Mia Wasikowska, Jennifer Lawrence, Jessica Chastain, Elizabeth Olsen, Adepero Oduye, Shailene Woodley, Paula Patton, Felicity Jones, Lily Collins and Brit Marling all dolled up in vintage, satiny, pastel-hued gowns. Sitting center-stage on the cover is Lawrence in a silver gown alongside Mara, Chastain and Wasikowska. Shot by famed fashion photographer Mario Testino, the shoot was meant to pay homage to Art Deco and Jazz Age designs. In behind-the-scenes footage, Mara confesses to having a teenage crush on Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke and owns up to a “guilty pleasure” love for “Zoolander.” “I would watch playback sometimes if it would be helpful,” she later says about her Oscar-nominated work in “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo,” noting that she has yet to see the film in its entirety. Lawrence also opened up on the set of the shoot talking about her own teen idols. “When I was little,” she recalled, “I guess ’90s era, I had such a big crush on Justin Timberlake from *NSYNC that I almost threw up.” These days the “Hunger Games” actress’ idols include the Coen Brothers, Ren
