Jesse Csincsak Comments on Reality Steve Lawsuit, Likens Mike Fleiss to Osama bin Laden

Jesse Csincsak, former winner of The Bachelorette, is speaking out about the new lawsuit against Reality Steve , whose Bachelor spoilers have roiled producers for years. Csincsak says the real culprit in all of this is the show’s head honcho, Mike Fleiss, who he claims ruins people’s lives for a living, yet can’t take what he dishes out. The ex-fiance of DeAnna Pappas doesn’t understand capital letters, or know how to spell the names of certain toppled global despots, but he has strong feelings on the topic. Excerpts from his unintentionally hilarious blog post appear below: “Mike Fleiss Production Company Next Entertainment came to me just over a year ago and offered me 30k to find out who Reality Steves Leak was ?” “The problem is that they have hundreds of people who see the tapes in editing so nailing it down would be a tuff one so of course I was unable to cash in.” “Mike Fleiss is the steel fist of hollywood he makes everyone sign a 20 page contract signing away there lives and is the only Production company that doesnt pay his talent.” “He wants to be feared because he thinks that will solve his problems but what he doesnt understand is PIGS GET SLAUGHTERED look at every tuff guy in the history of the world … what happened to them ?????? Hitler, Osama Bin Laden, Sadam husane once you piss off enough people someone will eventually take you out of the game !!” “Fleiss you cant contunue to USE PEOPLE & push people around YOUR day is coming its only a matter of time !!” “As for reality steve he should stick to his day job he knows nothing about the actual bachelor show except what his Source leaks to him yet he calls himself an expert ??” “it would kinda be like me writing a blog about barbie dolls and calling myself an expert when in reality I have a friend who work for a barbie doll company feeding me intel…” “hope it was worth it steve enjoy your Tango with the devil and his mob !!” “I Think this Lawsuit is a perfect case of ADULT BULLYING !! Reality Steve has no contract with mike or ABC this is simply a SCARE TACTIC on mikes behalf to scare past & future contestants from talking about how he bullys people.” “Notice Chris Harrison has a new hosting gig with that game show !! “Congrats Chris your the man but could that be a sign that the bachelor franchise could be coming to an end ?? Are you running out of Fresh Ideas Mike ?? Eveyone Noticed you stole the Bachelor Pad Hanging Game from the Big Brother Franchise.” “all i am saying is cut the crap if you wanna dish it out VIA the Editing then be a MAN and take the haters like all of your contestants have to after being on your show. STOP HIDING BEHIND THE MONEY AND OWN UP TO WHAT YOUR DOING TO PEOPLE…” “I am only saying what everyone else thinks LATERZ I AM OUT !” THG NOTE : Get out while you still can, Ben Flajnik .

Mariah Yeater Attorney Demands New Justin Bieber DNA Test

Oy vey. Will this never end?!? Justin Bieber took a DNA test last Friday in order to prove, once and for all, that he did NOT father a child with Mariah Yeater. Justin Bieber Baby Daddy Debate: The Pulse But now attorney Jeffrey Leving is speaking out and saying his client is unhappy with the procedure because no one in her camp was present for it. “We have to make sure the chain of custody is properly supervised,” Leving told E! News, explaining why he wants Bieber to take another test. “I don’t know if it was even his DNA. Evidence has to be properly supervised to make sure it is not corrupted. What I am hoping is to get DNA testing done for everybody and to have it done in a supervised setting.” Yeater, of course, dropped her lawsuit against Bieber last week, but Leving says he’ll have no choice but to “refile” if the parties can’t reach a resolution on the testing issue. Man. These people really are weasels , aren’t they?

Fire This Person: Dialysis Patient Dies After Nurse Gives Him A Paralytic Instead of Antacid

How does one let something like this happen?!? The family of a 79-year-old dialysis patient is suing a Florida nurse who accidentally gave him a deadly dose of a drug that induces paralysis, instead of an antacid. “The hospital killed my dad,” said Marc Smith of Miami, Fla., whose father went into cardiac arrest after the nurse’s mistake at North Shore Medical Center in Miami. Richard Smith, who had a history of kidney disease, had been admitted to the ICU after a dialysis session where he experienced severe shortness of breath. The next day, July 30, 2010, he complained of an upset stomach, so the doctor prescribed the antacid. Marc Smith came by to visit that morning, and found his dad “unconscious, unresponsive and on a respirator.” “The nurse said my dad had coded. I said, ‘He coded? When did that happen?’” Smith looked at his dad’s chart, and found his father had been resuscitated about 10 minutes earlier. “The nurse basically told me, ‘Talk to the doctor,” Marc Smith said. When he did, he says, the doctor told him, “I’m sorry to have to tell you this but the nurse administered the wrong medication and sent your dad into respiratory arrest. He said the packaging looked the same and he grabbed the wrong package,” Marc Smith recalled. Uvo Ologboride, the nurse named in the lawsuit, had given Smith pancuronium. The drug, which is typically used during intubations, acts as a muscle relaxant and paralytic. In higher doses, pancuronium is used to administer lethal injections. Thirty minutes later, Smith was found unresponsive. Although doctors were able to revive Richard Smith, he was brain dead. He remained in a vegetative state until he died a month later. Wow. We can’t imagine what that family must be going through.. Source

Rob Kardashian: Dancing With the Stars’ Dark Horse

Rob Kardashian is proving the Dancing With the Stars doubters wrong. He got a bad rap at the beginning of the season for being aloof and just doing the show because mom Kris Jenner made him. But he has improved dramatically. Kicking off Monday night’s episode with an awesome quickstep, Rob proved he’s a dark horse in the competition, an under-the-radar but serious contender. Watch the routine that earned Rob and Cheryl Burke all nines below: Rob Kardashian on Dancing With the Stars (Week 8 – Quickstep) He finished with the fourth highest total out of five dancers, but Rob has a big cushion over Nancy Grace, so he should be in the clear on tonight’s results show. Beyond that, though, it may come down to Rob and Cheryl or Maksim Chmerkovskiy and Hope Solo for the final spot in the 13th season’s three-team finale. Rob scored a 24 on his second, instant jive dance. Watch it below: Rob Kardashian on Dancing With the Stars (Week 8 – Jive)

Adam Lambert Sued for Participating on American Idol

Adam Lambert is facing a lawsuit from a record label that claims he violated his contract by appearing on season eight of American Idol . Colwel Platinum Entertainment – the same company attempting to release an album of former tracks by Lambert, against the singer’s wishes – has filed documents in California federal court that allege Adam was under a Music Services Agreement and a Co-Publishing Agreement when he took the Idol stage. Reads the lawsuit: “Upon further information and belief, the rules governing appearances on and participation in American Idol when Lambert was a contestant provided, among other things, that contestants were ineligible if ‘as of the date of [the] audition, [they had]…a music recording contract…or any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit [them] from entering into a…recording contract…” A violation of this provision was grounds for disqualification.” The label argues that Lambert got paid for recording songs while under contract and that the agreement stipulated the company would have the right to use Lambert’s name, nickname and biography in connection with advertising and promoting the tracks. Now, however, Lambert’s reps have convinced Amazon to remove “Beg for Mercy” for its catalog. This CD is comprised of singles Lambert recorded over five years ago. “Remember than in any dispute, reserve judgement until all the facts surface from ALL parties. Guilt and innocence come with a complete story,” Adam recently Tweeted regarding the controversy. [Photo: WENN.com]

Pitbull Barks Back at Lindsay Lohan Lawsuit

Pitbull has come out barking in his legal dispute with Lindsay Lohan, responding to the lawsuit she recently filed against him by calling LiLo a liar and a criminal. Lohan claims the hip hop star owes her money for disparaging and using her name in the song “Give Me Everything,” in which he name-checks the train wreck. Hilariously, the track includes the memorable lyric, “I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.” More hilariously, Lohan says a PITBULL SONG damages her reputation. Pitbull says that’s ridiculous, but Lohan refused to back down … so his lawyers are taking it to her, asking that, first of all, the suit be moved out of N.Y. State. Pitbull – Give Me Everything ft. Ne-Yo, Afrojack, Nayer Lindsay claims in court documents that she’s a resident of Nassau County, however, Pit claims she’s been living California since 2004 … and he can prove it. “Given her frequent legal troubles, Ms. Lohan possesses irrevocable ties to California that are likely to keep her there for the foreseeable future,” he states . Then, Pit rattles off every single one of her legal problems in California – many jail stints, house arrest, community service, you name it – to make his point. Thus, in light of Ms. Lohan’s continuing obligations to the State of California, as well as the foregoing facts, Ms. Lohan is not a citizen New York,” he adds. The rapper wants the case moved to federal court, where he thinks he’ll have a better shot of taking Lohan down. Your move, Marilyn Monroe wannabe .

‘Dancing With The Stars’: David Arquette Gets Cut

Justin Bieber performs his Christmas collabo with Boyz II Men on results show. By Kara Warner Kym Johnson and David Arquette Photo: ABC The field of competing couples on the 13th season of “Dancing With The Stars” was trimmed down to five Tuesday night after David Arquette and partner Kym Johnson were eliminated from the show. Nancy Grace and Tristan MacManus, who were the other couple in the bottom two, got to keep their dancing shoes for another go next week. “This has to be a mistake!” Arquette joked when his name was called. “This is my show! I love all the people I got to know and dance with. This whole production is top-notch, and thank you to all the fans!” “I’m going to take a lot away from this experience,” Arquette said in his goodbye video. ” ‘DWTS’ was an experience of a lifetime. You learn things about yourself you never thought possible.” The latest elimination show was as packed with headlining performers as ever. Teen king Justin Bieber kicked off the show with a lively performance of his hit “Never Say Never” and later returned to the dance floor with Boyz II Men to perform their Christmas collaboration “Fa La La” from his just-released holiday album, Under the Mistletoe. Bieber and the Boyz weren’t the only artists to take the “DWTS” stage Tuesday night: Rising star Christina Perri sang “Arms,” while 17-year-old ballerina and cancer survivor Victoria-Rose Viren performed a moving duet in front of Perri. Other fun performances included the encore dance of the night, the honors for which went to Team Paso Doble (Ricki Lake, Rob Kardashian and Hope Solo), who reprised their “powerful” dance to Evanescence’s “Wake Me Up Inside.” Seasoned pro Derek Hough also performed a fun routine with fellow pro Allison Holker. Heading into the eighth week of competition, Lake and Hough are sitting pretty at the top of the leaderboard, followed closely by fan favorite J.R. Martinez and his partner Karina Smirnoff, “dark horse” Rob Kardashian and partner Cheryl Burke, and Hope Solo and Maksim Chmerkovskiy. Were you surprised to see David go? Kim Kardashian Divorce Lawsuit: Comedian Explains

Rob Delaney says Kim should ‘reconsider’ Kris Humphries divorce. By Kara Warner Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian Photo: Splash News All this hullabaloo over the news of Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’ divorce is a little overwhelming. First, there was the announcement, followed by the fan reactions and support from the Kardashian siblings . Now, there’s a lawsuit . That’s right: Concerned citizen/comedian/defender of the sanctity of marriage Rob Delaney explained his logic to MTV News thusly: “I’m suing Kim Kardashian and Ryan Seacrest and E! Entertainment Television and Comcast for perpetrating what we now know to be a hoax, their marriage,” he told MTV News on Tuesday. “It can’t be real. I want them to stay married. I want them to stick it out, so as an incentive, I am suing them for monetary damages — but only $18 million, not a lot. That’s just what she was paid for the wedding episodes themselves.” Delaney said the idea for the lawsuit has been brewing ever since he started seeing advertisements for Kardashian and Humphries’ wedding special on various billboards around Los Angeles. “I would drive to work every day, and I would see the billboards for the wedding, and they were offensive to me, because they weren’t normal billboards; they were these super billboards, where they add extra stuff on and make them larger than normal,” he said. “They’re on these super billboards with them getting ready to get married like it was some royal wedding, and then for them to immediately try and dissolve it 72 days later — they renewed their vows on ‘Ellen’ at day 60! What happened in those 12 days? It must have been bad.” Delaney said he thinks the newlyweds-no-more should make a serious attempt to work out their differences. “I will say, as someone who is married, that you are going to go through periods where you hate your spouse for 12 days — longer,” he said. That’s like a blip, and then you recover, and you figure it out together and figure out what the problem was and you grow, and these things that seem insurmountable and awful, you realize they made you stronger. “I want Kim to be happy,” Delaney insisted. “I don’t hate her. She’s a person who deserves happiness, but you have to fight and work for it. As a married man and a dad and an American, I want to make her reconsider. I don’t want the money. I mean, I’m going to take the money, but I feel like almost anybody would spend it better [than she would].” What do you think about Delaney’s lawsuit? Let us know in the comments!
