Apparently Vanessa left the house and took one of the children with her, after the New Birth Missionary Baptist Church pastor settled his sexual misconduct case out of court. Sources are saying: Well-placed spies for The Mo’Kelly Report and long-time members of New Birth are alleging that Vanessa Long, the First Lady of New Birth has moved out of the house, in fact taking one of the children with her due to the scandal. Let us find out Ricki Lake got a lil Bugsy in her…allegedly. According to TMZ reports : What does Ricki Lake have in common with the Exxon Valdez? Each is responsible for a super-destructive, wildly expensive oil spill … allegedly. Lake is being sued for allegedly making a HUGE mistake with some flammable heating oil … and causing the fire that burned down the Malibu beach house she was renting back in 2010. According to the lawsuit filed by the owner of the home … Lake was refilling a portable space heater when she spilled the oil on the hot heating coils — and the oil burst into flames. The fire quickly ripped through the entire property. In the lawsuit, filed Monday in L.A. County Superior Court, the owner, Hovsep Kousouyan, claims Lake spoke with emergency personnel who responded to the fire — and she admitted the whole thing was her fault. Kousouyan says his beach house was completely destroyed in the blaze — and wants Lake to pay for all of the damages … which could be in the millions. Calls to Lake’s rep have not been returned. Looks like ol Ricki is gonna be payin’ dem stacks!

Barbara Marschalk, who represents New Birth Missionary Baptist Church and LongFellows Youth Academy, told the AJC that she expects the lawsuits to be dismissed by close of business tomorrow (May 27). Soulja Boy is facing a $1 million lawsuit over a canceled Harrisburg, PA concert back in 2010. Joseph Sheldon Brewster filed the lawsuit on behalf of his company TrinCity Entertainment stating that the “Pretty Boy Swag” rapper canceled a show at the last minute and kept their $16,250 deposit. According to the suit TrinCity booked Soulja for a December 10, 2010 show, paying the ATL rapper a down payment of $16,250 plus paying out an additional $11,500 for bus transportation and advertising costs. The lawsuit goes on to claim the reps for Soulja Boy’s record label, Interscope reached out to TrinCity and requested to postpone Soulja’s performance so the rapper could catch a show in Hawaii the following week. An Atlanta man has filed a lawsuit against Diddy and Bad Boy Entertainment claiming that several bodyguards employed by the music mogul beat him at Club Mansion Elan on Clairmont Road, reports the AJC . Jabari Tilgham, 30, claims he was assaulted in October while working as a photographer at Mansion Elan on Clairmont Road following a party co-hosted by Diddy and rapper Rick Ross following the BET Hip Hop Awards. The suit was filed in DeKalb County State Court and also includes four unnamed bodyguards and Mansion Elan as defendants. In addition to his many side ventures, Diddy also owns Justin’s Restaurant on Peachtree Road in Buckhead. Read the full story here. Sara Stokes from the MTV reality show “Making Da Band” was allegedly choked and beaten by her husband, Tony. He was later arrested. Sources tell TMZ that the altercation went down last weekend at a friend’s house in Georgia. Tony believed that Sara was cheating on him. He then choked and beat her. Tony was arrested for simple battery and released on $2,000 bail the next day. Sara was previously arrested for stabbing Tony during an argument in 2009.
