Pedo-Petty Racists: Roy Moore Refuses To Take His L, Files New Lawsuit To Block Election Outcome Roy Moore is hell bent on getting into that Alabama Senate seat, even after losing outstandingly in the election . He’s now suing to overturn the election results. According to The Grio , Moore’s attorney wrote in the complaint filed late Wednesday that he believed there were irregularities during the election and said there should be a fraud investigation and eventually a new election. Despite dealing with haters, Alabama Secretary of State John Merrill told The Associated Press Wednesday evening that he has no intention of delaying the canvassing board meeting. “It is not going to delay certification and Doug Jones will be certified (Thursday) at 1 p.m. and he will be sworn in by Vice President Pence on the third of January,” Merrill said. In the complaint, Moore’s attorneys said that Moore’s numbers were suspiciously low in about 20 Jefferson County precincts and noted the higher than expected turnout in the race, particularly in Jefferson County. Umm, maybe that’s because Black women REALLY REALLY wanted a racist pedophile to lose?
Image via Nicky Nelson/WENN Terry Crews Files Lawsuit Against Alleged Groper Adam Venit Terry Crews is deadazz serious about getting justice for the sexual abuse that he suffered literally at the hands of William-Morris Endeavor executive Adam Venit. As we previously reported, Crews filed a police report detailing the events of the night he was allegedly groped by Venit at a Hollyweird party last year. Today it was reported by TMZ that Crews has filed a lawsuit. Just like in his interview with Michael Strahan, Terry states in his suit that Venit leered at him “like a rabid dog, sticking his tongue in and out of his mouth provocatively.” Despite Venit’s apology and WME’s chairman, Ari Emanuel’s quelling phone call, Crews isn’t allowing ol’ boy to get away scot-free in this era of accountability. Crews says the embarrassment, emasculation and fear of retaliation has severely affected his career. Sounds like Adam Venit is about to have to hand over a big bag in addition to facing potential criminal charges. Good. No passes. None.

She captioned the image as “GlitterButt!!!” when she tweeted it out. That is just so cute. After everything that Kesha’s been through, it’s so heartwarming to see her feeling comfortable with her body and her fans — to see her both experiencing and spreading joy. Kesha has been personally throwing glitter on her audience, which is a blessing. A blessing that doesn’t fade. Two friends of mine saw Kesha when she came to town, and both were talking the next day about glitter following them to work despite their best efforts (and showers). One, who works at a doggie daycare, ended up inadvertently spreading glitter to the dogs. Harmlessly, of course. The other, an accountant, accidentally bedazzled her office chair. But that goes with the territory. Nobody’s going to actually complain about having glitter thrown on them by Kesha herself. And we’re guessing that fans aren’t going to complain about getting mooned by Kesha, either. We haven’t felt this encouraged about Kesha since she released “Praying” as a single . If you thought that Blac Chyna won big with yesterday’s news that Rob Kardashian would have to pay her $20,000 per month in child support, wait ’til you get a load of THIS. According to TMZ , Chyna hasn’t forgotten that Rob pressed “share” on a gang of her nude pics and posted them to Instagram. As penance for this offense, Chyna, along with opportunist lawyer Lisa Bloom, are demanding that Rob cough up a seven-figure check to settle their lawsuit against him. Peep her argument: Chyna is still SUPER salty that she’s lost her weight-loss endorsements. She says the photos Rob leaked make it clear that she did not lose her weight the natural way, she lost it at the hand of a doctor’s scalpel. These brands aren’t trying to pay brand ambassadors who are circumventing their product to get slimmy trimmy. If Chyna doesn’t get a LEAST an “M” out of Rob, then she’s willing to take her grievance to court where it will likely cost Rob a LOT more. Image via WENN Charlie Sheen Sued For Exposing Ex-Girlfriend To HIV The days of Charlie Sheen “winning” are LONG gone. These days all he has is L’s. Lots of ’em. PageSix is now reporting that another of Sheen’s exes is suing him for exposing her to HIV and talking her out of taking the required medicines. The woman is not identified in the lawsuit, and neither is Charlie, however, the suit says that the male defendant was said to have learned of his HIV status in 2011, the same year Sheen admitted he was made aware in his TV interviews. The lawsuit states that Sheen and the woman began having sex in 2015, at which time she asked if he had any STDs. Charlie replied that he was “fine”. Sike. After having unprotected sex with the woman, ain’t isht Charlie told her that he did indeed have HIV and gave her two pills to fight off transmission. Here’s when it got crazy: A few days later, she and Sheen argued about the exposure, according to the suit. He blamed her for the exposure and told her he was “noble” for telling her about his HIV status at all. He also said he had not previously disclosed his HIV status because it was “none of [her] f—ing business.” He also told her that the drugs she had been prescribed were unnecessary, and told her not to believe “the convenient rumors of the medical community.” The suit also alleges that Charlie frequently used the n-word in describing himself as “the dumbest f**king ni**er in the room” and also describing the women he had slept with as “f**king ni**gers”. We know people will say and do anything in lawsuits if they think there is some money to be won, but Charlie isn’t exactly a paragon of virtue who WOULDN’T say these things. Guess the courts will have to sort it all out.
