Wait… Ciara and Future are engaged?! Club Owner Sues Ciara And Future For Missing Club Appearance Recent reports claim Future did not show up to an appearance at Pulse, a Las Vegas nightclub, because he got into a fight with boo Ciara, and the club owners are pissed that he was a no-show considering they paid him. The club owner and booking manager for Pulse called into The Breakfast Club to give their side of the story while exposing that the lovebirds are engaged . Via MzStarz reports: This is how it all went down, allegedly Future and Ciara were beefing as their was some dispute about how they were getting to the event and what cars Ci Ci and Future would ride in. The company tried to appease the fickle celebs with a stretch limo and town car; however, they were not to their liking. Finally the club arranged for four SVU’s to retrieve Ciara, Future, and their entourage to shuttle them to the scheduled event, but the couple decided that they were going to skip it and dine at a nearby steakhouse. After that last act of disrespect, the club kicked Ciara and Future out of the rooms they booked for them on account that Future was scheduled to appear at the club. Getting kicked out of the hotel was obviously not part of Rocko, Future’s manager’s plans. He called into New York’s Power 105.1 to vent about the issue as he blamed Ciara. “I don’t give a d*mn about Ciara. I didn’t book Ciara,” Cliff Dutton, Pusle club Promoter told The Breakfast Club. The owner of Pulse, Kiki, is the one that said Ciara and Future are engaged: “I know he got engaged and he’s in love and all that, but when you gotta work, man up and get to work Future. You had a commitment to us. We had to call out 30 Metro officers to secure our building when we announced that he wasn’t going to show up.” Hit the flip for the full interview…

Get Yo’ Money: Chris Dorner Carjacking Victim Sues The City Of Los Angeles For $1 Million In Reward Money

Time to give up some of those stacks Los Angeles . Man Carjacked By Christopher Dorner Sues City Of L.A. According to TMZ The man who was carjacked by cop killer Christopher Dorner hours before he was cornered in a cabin … is suing the city of L.A. for the $1 million reward it offered to the public, but then pulled back over a loophole … TMZ has learned. In the lawsuit, filed today in LA, Richard Heltebrake describes how Dorner pulled a gun on him on Feb. 12, took his truck and then used it during a shootout with law enforcement. Dorner eventually ditched the truck before fleeing to the cabin where he died. Heltebrake says once he was free he used his cell phone to call the San Bernardino Co. Sheriff to report the carjacking and Dorner’s location. Heltebrake believes he’s owed, and indeed filed for, a ton of reward money that was offered — $1 million from the city of L.A., $100k from Riverside County, and $100k each from the cities of Riverside and Irvine. Three of those rewards were for “information leading to the apprehension and capture” of Dorner. Another was for “identification and apprehension.” The language is important because Dorner was not apprehend or captured — but instead police say he died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound inside the burning cabin. As TMZ first reported, L.A. officials were hesitant to pay up — and in the suit, Heltebrake claims all the municipalities denied him any money. Selena Gomez Sued By Perfume Company According to TMZ Selena Gomez may smell good to Justin Bieber, but she’s downright foul when it comes to honoring her business obligations … this according to a new lawsuit. Adrenalina Inc. claims it made a deal with Selena in which the company would develop fragrance products using her name. The company says it did tons of R&D, spending more than $2 million in marketing alone. The company claims Selena and her agent concocted B.S. reasons to end the relationship, leaving Adrenalina without a spokesperson. Selena allegedly refused to show up for promotions and it screwed with the company. Not only is Adrenalina suing for damages, it wants a court order preventing her from pulling out of the deal. The death toll continues to rise in the aftermath of the Texas plant explosion… Death Toll Rises to 14 With 200 Injured After Texas Explosion Fourteen people have now been confirmed dead with 200 people injured after a fertilizer plant explosion in West, Texas. Original reports cited the death toll between 5 and 15 with at least 160 people injured , with a previously unknown number of residents missing that has since been allegedly estimated at 60, although Texas government officials say the actual number of missing persons is still “confusing.” via NBC News While the death toll from a horrific fertilizer plant explosion was raised to 14 Friday, after two additional bodies were found, investigators later said that the number of people who were still missing had been overblown. Earlier Friday, Sen. John Cornyn said 60 people were still unaccounted for after one the worst American industrial accidents in recent years. But officials later said that the list of missing people that had been provided was “confusing.” Mayor Tommy Muska said there are “a lot of displaced people,” so the list is misleading. Most — if not all of those missing — have been found, officials said, adding that they still do not have an accurate count of those who are still missing. The explosion occurred just before 8 p.m. local time on Wednesday in West, Texas, which is north of Waco. The scene was described by witnesses as looking like a bombing site in a war zone. Approximately 200 people were injured and three rescue fire trucks were destroyed, Sgt. Jason Reyes Reyes said. Five volunteer firefighters and four emergency services workers are among the dead, officials said. It truly is both heartbreaking and heroic how so many emergency service workers risk their lives to save others only to end up among those who lost their lives.

Michael Jordan’s Ex Mistress Re-Files Paternity Suit Via TMZ reports: Michael Jordan ‘s alleged baby mama vows to continue her fight to prove the greatest NBA player of all time is in deed the father of her child … despite his legal attack on her. As we previously reported Pamela Smith abruptly dropped her paternity lawsuit without explanation and Jordan immediately lashed out … asking the judge to nail her with his attorneys’ fees as well as sanctions. Now Pamela’s getting specific … she did not drop the lawsuit because she’s waving the white flag — there was a technical legal problem with the docs and she plans on re-filing the paternity case STAT. Pamela’s technical legal problem is actually amusing … before filing her case against Jordan, she forgot one little thing — removing her ex-husband from the birth certificate which lists him as the daddy. The boy at the center of all this is 16-year-old Grant “Taj” Reynolds … an aspiring rapper. SMH!!!! At least he’ll have something to write about.

Kardashian Sisters Slam Ad Depicting Kidnapping By Paris Hilton Via HuffPo reports: The reality TV sisters are ready to get litigious in response to a mock-up ad for the Indian-made compact car, the Ford Figo, which featured a cartoon drawing of Paris Hilton in the front seat of the car, winking as she kidnaps Kourtney, Khloe and Kim Kardashian , who are bound and gagged in the car’s trunk. A lawyer for the Kardashian family told various media outlets that the sisters “do not take this lightly and they are exploring all legal options” against those who are responsible: “The ‘leave your worries behind’ Ford ads are disgusting, vile and offensive to all women. It is unacceptable that Ford would align itself with an ad agency that would so carelessly release these ads. The Kardashians do not take this lightly and they are exploring all of their legal options,” their attorney said in a statement. Another ad in the series depicted former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi with a trio of bound women in the trunk of a car, and featured the slogan “Leave your worries behind with the Figo’s extra-large boot.” (Berlusconi is, of course, not only known for throwing wild “bunga bunga” sex parties, but is facing charges of paying for sex with an underage woman.) The ads caused an outrage online and surfaced just after India passed a new legislation to protect women against sexual violence in response to a fatal December gang rape and beating of a young woman on a bus, reports the Associated Press. The India unit of Ford Motor Co. has since apologized for the advertisements, with a spokeswoman telling the AP that the company is investigating whether anyone at the company ever saw the print ads, which were never used commercially but appeared over the weekend on a website showcasing creative advertising. “We take this very seriously and are reviewing approval and oversight processes, and taking necessary steps to ensure nothing like this ever happens again,” Ford spokeswoman Sethi Deepti told the AP. Kim Zolciak Calls Kandi Burruss Song Lawsuit A Publicity Stunt Via NY Daily News reports: The wife of Atlanta Falcons’ Kroy Biermann has responded with vengeance to the recent lawsuit Kandi Burruss and co-songwriter Rodney Richard have filed against her for copyright infringement for the song “Tardy for the Party.” Zolciak’s rep spoke to the Daily News on behalf of the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star, claiming the lawsuit is “a publicity stunt” for Burruss’ new Bravo show, “The Kandi Factory.” But that’s not all. The reality star is also questioning the credibility of Burruss’ experience in the music industry. “Kandi discusses her expertise in the music business and how she has the most experience in dealing with the writing of songs, which includes contracts and protecting herself,” Zolciak’s rep says, “but based on what we’ve seen with this particular song, everything she’s done is very sloppy and messy.” The lawsuit comes three and a half years after the release of the song and Burruss’ willingness to brush off the botched handling of profit sharing as a lack of music industry knowledge on Zolciak’s part. “There’s no merit to this case,” the rep adds. “The perception that Kandi and her co-writer are giving is that they have been paid nothing for the song and that Kim is inexperienced and holding out. All of those things are just the opposite.” In a statement released Tuesday, Zolciak’s spokesman claims Burruss and Richard have been paid in excess of $23,000 for the song. Kandi Esplains Her “Tardy For The Party” Lawsuit Against Kim Zolciak, “I Don’t Want That Ho Makin’ No More Money Off My WORK!”

What had happened is… In light of the recent lawsuit she filed against former friend Kim Zolciak involving the song they created for years ago, Kandi is keeping it all the way gangsta about why she had to file them papers! In an exclusive statement to HipHollywood , Kandi explained that she did want to file the suit, but had no other choice, saying: “It’s time for the whole ordeal to be over. I asked TuneCore to take the song down in December 2012. They did. Kim sent an affidavit to put it back up, which they did. TuneCore then informed me that in order for the song to be taken down permanently I would need to file suit to have it removed. I never wanted to go that route but after being told that it is the only way to get the song removed, I had no other choice.” Kandi penned the hit smash for Kim back in 2009, but has expressed several times over the years that she wasn’t properly compensated for her royalties. Kim also released a statement, claiming that Kandi’s actually been overpaid and the lawsuit is a publicity stunt, via TooFab: “This is nothing short of a publicity stunt, I find this lawsuit funny yet sad. Coming after me now and this song is 4 years old? I have in fact overpaid Kandi and have documents to prove it and my legal team will handle this accordingly.” Kandi however refuted those claims telling HipHollywood , “This is not a publicity stunt. I no longer wish for anyone to benefit from the work that Don Vito and I created.” Kim’s “RHOA” spin-off, ironically titled “Don’t Be Tardy,” premieres on April 16th. We’re sure this lawsuit will be a hot topic on the show, especially since fellow cast mate Phaedra Parks is representing Kandi. Isht is real… Kandi basically created a whole brand for Kim and the beyotch has been nothing but disrespectful. Can you blame her for the lawsuit? Get ya paper Kandi! BravoTV
