This is a lil’ shady … . According to TMZ , Tyga’s video vixens are lashing out at him … in the form of lawsuits — because at least three of the women — in his “Make it Nasty” music video — claim their nipples were exposed without their permission. Alissa Rae Ross, Azia Davis, and Elizabeth Velasquez filed lawsuits today, claiming when they auditioned for their roles in the video … the casting ad specifically stated, “There will be NO nudity involved in the video, and all the girls will be tastefully shot.” Remember the name of the song is … “Make it Nasty.” According to the suits, Velasquez, Davis, and Ross were asked during filming, on July 2, to appear topless in some scenes … but they were assured their nipples would be “covered” or “edited out.” The women claim they were advised the “dirty” version of the video would never be released anyway. However, the suits claim that version was released through Tyga’s Twitter account on July 28 — and lo and behold their nipples were not covered. The girls are suing for breach of contract, invasion of privacy, as well as fraud. SMH…that’s messed up. But how the hell did these girl think their sh*t wasn’t going to show?? Remember the concert promoter stuck in Angola because of Nas ??? Well he’s now suing the rapper for $10 Milli! Via TMZ: The concert promoter who says he was taken hostage at gunpoint and held for ransom — all because Nas was a no-show for a gig — is now suing the rapper for $10 MILLION. As TMZ first reported, Patrick Allocco says he was kidnapped in December 2011 in Angola because Nas failed to show up for a New Year’s Eve concert after taking a $300,000 pay day. Allocco says he was held as ransom by Angolan promoters and their “henchmen” because they wanted their cash back. He was finally released in February 2012. According to a new federal lawsuit filed Friday, Allocco wants the rapper to pay for what happened to him. Specifically, he claims he was held captive for 50 days — during which time he says he was beaten and threatened constantly. Allocco is suing Nas for $10 million, claiming he suffered psychologically, physically and financially. He claims that while stuck in Angola, he was unable to do business … and as a result lost his home and his company. SMH. WENN
Put your glasses down. Maker’s Mark Bourbon House And Lounge Sued For Denying Blacks Entrance Apparently the Maker’s Mark Bourbon House and Lounge in Louisville, Kentucky doesn’t care about black people — or their business! A brother named Andre Mulligan, who holds double bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science from the University of Louisville, and his brother met with Maker’s Mark officials on August 17th of this year in preparation for an event they had scheduled for the following day only to be told he couldn’t have the event any more because his guestlist was 100% black. Because it was too late to cancel, they and their guests showed up anyway and were denied entrance. SMH! According to Courthouse News reports : Andre Mulligan sued Louisville Bourbon LLC dba Maker’s Mark Bourbon House and Lounge, of Louisville, and Cordish Operating Ventures, of Baltimore, Md., in Jefferson County Court. Cordish operates the 4th Street Live venue in Louisville, where Maker’s Mark runs a restaurant. Both “provide accommodations to the public,” Mulligan says in his complaint. Mulligan claims that he and his brother met with Maker’s Mark officials on Aug. 17, “in preparation for an even that was to be held at the lounge on Aug. 18″ this year, the complaint states. “During the meeting the officials from Maker’s Mark demanded to know the ratio of ‘black people’ to ‘white people’ attending the event,” according to the complaint. “Plaintiff informed the Maker’s Mark officials that the party would be 100 percent African American. And the Maker’s Mark officials responded by informing the plaintiff that he and other African Americans would not be allowed to hold an event at the Maker’s Mark Lounge. “Maker’s Mark officials specifically informed the plaintiff that he would not be served if he attempted to enter the lounge on Aug. 18, 2012. “On Aug. 18, 2012 Maker’s Mark officials refused service to all African Americans (in the event) who attempted to gain access to the lounge (just as they had promised).” Mulligan claims the defendants refused to let him enter, and that “Cordish security told the plaintiff to ‘shut up’ and that he was trespassing. Cordish security informed the plaintiff that he would be ‘locked up’ if he did not leave the grounds; at the exact same moment the plaintiff witnessed numerous Caucasian patrons entering the 4th Street Live venue without incident.” Mulligan seeks punitive damages for violations of the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, and costs. Now what kind of fawkery is that?! Is it time to boycott Maker’s Mark???
He was already dragged to court back in 2010 for nonpayments for his first son. Braylon, Jr. According to The New York Post … New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards is being sued for child support again after fathering a second love child with yet another woman, Page Six can exclusively reveal. Edwards, 29, is being sued in Manhattan Family Court by stunning fashion blogger Ashton Whittington after she gave birth to a son, Ashton Arthur Whittington, who is now 18 months old. The NFL star — who joined the Jets earlier this month after tweeting “idiots calling shots” were ruining the team and makes his return in tonight’s game — was also sued in 2010 by “America’s Next Top Model” contestant Nik Pace with whom he secretly fathered a son, Braylon Jr., now 3. A source tells us, “Braylon and Ashton had a relationship, and around the time he was arrested in September 2010 [for DWI], she became pregnant. They are no longer together. He knows about his son and is paying interim child support, but Ashton is suing for a more formal child support agreement.” In the earlier case, we exclusively revealed that Pace was suing Edwards for child support in 2010. He’d tried to have the case heard in Georgia, hoping “to pay less money.” He was served in New York after Pace’s attorney Lauren Mallin , who happened to be dining at the same restaurant, Philippe, went to his table and handed him the papers. Edwards later settled with Pace here and agreed to pay support, which sources say is much lower than Pace’s reported $70,000-a-month demand. Now Whittington has hired top lawyer Mallin, who tells us, “We expect Mr. Edwards to provide appropriate support for his child.” In March, Edwards tweeted his undying love to most recent girlfriend Victoria Bow, “I will never let you down. You are my world . . . My twin, my soul, my earth, my beginning and my end. Damn, I am on top of the world.” A Jets rep declined to comment. Edwards’ lawyer Howard Michael Rudolph said he is “honoring his financial obligations, and there is an agreed [temporary] order in place.” SMH Images via twitter
This chick took everything the man had , and then she shot him and tried to cover it all up. According to FOX News , she’s got supporters claiming she had nothing to do with his murder… Dorice “Dee Dee” Moore showed no emotion as the verdict was read. Judge Emmett Battles sentenced her to mandatory life without parole for the murder and an additional minimum mandatory sentence of 25 years for using a gun in the commission of a felony. Battles called Moore “the most manipulative person” he had ever seen, describing her as “cold, calculating and cruel.” Earlier, he had instructed the jury that it could convict her of a lesser charge. Jurors deliberated for more than three hours before finding Moore guilty of murdering Abraham Shakespeare, who won millions in 2006. Shakespeare’s mother was in the courtroom, but showed no emotion. “She got every bit of his money,” said Assistant State Attorney Jay Pruner in closing arguments. “He found out about it and threatened to kill her. She killed him first.” Prosecutors built much of their case from confidential informant’s statements and financial records. “There were a lot of people who owed Mr. Shakespeare a lot of money. One guy owed him a million dollars,” argued Defense Attorney Hileman. “The police focused on Dee Dee Moore and they didn’t even consider other people.” Moore was briefly banned from the Tampa courtroom Monday over concerns that she may have threatened jurors. She was back a short time later for closing arguments, but said she did not want to take the stand in order to protect her family. At times, the defendant closed her eyes and averted her face from the jury as prosecutors played audio recordings made by an undercover officer posing as a criminal who would take the fall for Shakespeare’s murder. Prosecutors said the 40-year-old Moore befriended Shakespeare in late 2008, claiming she was writing a book about how people were taking advantage of him. They claim Moore later became his financial adviser, eventually controlling every asset he had left, including an expensive home, the debt owed to him and a $1.5 million annuity. She ultimately swindled Shakespeare out of his dwindling fortune, then shot him and buried his body under a concrete slab in her backyard, Pruner said. In opening statements, Moore’s attorney told the jury that his client was trying to help protect Shakespeare’s assets from a pending child-support case when he was killed by drug dealers who haven’t been caught. Former inmate Rose Condora, who was locked up with Moore, said she visits her friend every night at the jail. “She’s not what people think she is. She did not kill that man,” Condora told reporters during a break in the trial. Glad she got life…plus another 25 years. Images via AP
Her husband was shelling out $10k a month for his wife’s care. And according to Chicago’s CBS 2 News , the damn facility isn’t even trying to admit any guilt in the whole case! Ninety-two year old Catherine McCann has severe Alzheimer’s and is unable to speak or care for herself. While she was at Lutheran Home for the Aged in Arlington Heights, it was discovered that her left ear was infested with maggots. “I was horrified, shocked,” says her husband John McCann, 88. “I thought it was terrible. I’m paying all this money for that kind of care — no way.” Now, her family is suing the nursing home for emotional distress and negligence. “In this case, they allowed Catherine McCann to have a fly get into her ear canal, lay eggs and hatch 57 maggots,” says attorney Henry Gruss, who filed the lawsuit That’s how many maggots Northwest Community Hospital doctors removed from McCann’s ear. Before the surgery, doctors made a videotape to document the infestation. “One of them was just crawling out of the ear,” Gruss says. Mary McCann Stassen says she could barely look the photos of her mother’s ear. “It’s a picture I will never, ever get out of my mind –ever,” she says. Worse yet, she says, was “hearing her scream as they were taking the maggots out of her ear.” The family’s attorney sent some of the maggots to an expert for analysis. The expert concluded they had been in her ear for 2 ½ to 3 days. Since Catherine McCann can’t speak, the only sign of a problem she had given was tugging at her ear, her husband recalled being told. “And once they got the maggots out, that subsided,” McCann says. Catherine McCann has an enlarged ear canal from a surgery performed decades ago and has required periodic flushing of the ear, or antibiotics, for infections. Nine days before the maggots were discovered, McCann was seen by a doctor for treatment for a wax buildup. He prescribed drops four times a day to treat the condition. The nursing home confirmed she was getting the drops with the last dose at 6 p.m. the evening before the maggots were found. Staff said a nursing home aide saw Mrs. McCann scratching her ear on the day of the hospital admission, brought it to the attention of a nurse who saw the larvae and called the nursing home’s medical director. The director decided she should be sent to the hospital. Nursing home officials believe that until that day, the maggots were not big enough for staff to see them. Officials say the home has an excellent reputation and this was an “extraordinarily unusual event” that had never happened there before. They also note that Illinois Department of Public Health found no violations in this case. State officials, however, say that in response to other complaints the home was found to have violated guidelines related to residents’ care and fined $1,100 this month. Mrs. McCann’s family had her transferred to another nursing home immediately. Could you imagine? Images via shutterstock

Yeezy just got pulled into a dayum mess… SMH. According to TMZ … Kanye West has officially been dragged into the longest, most ridiculous divorce case ever — Kris Humphries made Kim’s rapper/bf sit for a deposition … TMZ has learned. Kim’s lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser, is in court right now, essentially asking the judge to make Kris either s**t or get off the pot. As Wasser put it, “She [Kim] is now handcuffed to Mr. Humphries.” Wasser mentioned Kris and his lawyers are now raising issues over the prenup he signed, which we know gives him squat. Wasser also expressed frustration that Kris is dragging his feet — he hasn’t even deposed Kim yet. Wasser calls the whole thing a “fishing expedition.” The judge said he’ll set a trial date February 15. Hey, it’s the day after Valentine’s Day. Sweet. Marriage is real folks! Images via WENN
We all know how frustrating this situation can be but that doesn’t mean you try to claw your man’s eyes out for that isht!! According to Gawker , this was Raquel Gonzalez’s tipping point: Deputies in Manatee County, Florida, were called to a private residence in Bradenton yesterday to intervene in a domestic dispute resulting from a case of premature climaxing. According to a report filed by the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Esric Davis and his live-in girlfriend, 24-year-old Raquel Gonzalez, were engaged in intercourse when “[Davis] climaxed and Raquel did not.” The imbalance reportedly set Gonzales off, and she “began hitting and scratching [Davis], causing scratches near his eye and nose.” Deputies say Gonzalez admitted she “lost it,” but was otherwise “belligerent and uncooperative.” She was arrested and booked into Manatee County lockup on a charge of domestic battery. Davis noted that this behavior was not out of the ordinary for Gonzales who frequently “goes off” on him. Alcohol was listed in the report as a possible contributing factor. Cotdayum…he must fail a lot! Or is she just cray?? Images via tumblr
It was worth a shot , wasn’t it?!?! A group of men are taking therapists to court for deceiving them after the promise to help them ‘overcome unwanted attractions’ failed…SMH. According to The New York Times , In New Jersey on Tuesday, four gay men who tried the therapy filed a civil suit against a prominent counseling group, charging it with deceptive practices under the state’s Consumer Fraud Act. The former clients said they were emotionally scarred by false promises of inner transformation and humiliating techniques that included stripping naked in front of the counselor and beating effigies of their mothers. They paid thousands of dollars in fees over time, they said, only to be told that the lack of change in their feelings was their own fault. Since the 1970s, when mainstream mental health associations stopped branding homosexuality as a disorder, a small network of renegade therapists, conservative religious leaders, and self-identified “life coaches” have continued to argue that it is not inborn, but an aberration rooted in childhood trauma. Homosexuality is caused, these therapists say, by a stifling of normal masculine development, often by distant fathers and overbearing mothers, or by early physical abuse. But leading scientific and medical groups say that the theories of homosexuality are unfounded and that there is no evidence that core inner-urges can be changed. They also warn that the therapy can, in the words of the American Psychiatric Association, cause “depression, anxiety, and self-destructive behavior” and “reinforce self-hatred already experienced by the patient.” One former patient in the suit, Michael Ferguson, 30, who is now a doctoral candidate in neuroscience at the University of Utah, sought help from Jonah in 2008. He tried to battle his homosexuality, he said, when he was a practicing Mormon who believed that only those in a heterosexual marriage could achieve eternal bliss. “It becomes fraudulent, even cruel,” he said in an interview. “To say that if you really want to change you could — that’s an awful thing to tell somebody.” “I was encouraged to develop anger and rage toward my parents,” he added. “The notion that your parents caused this is a horrible lie. They ask you to blame your mother for being loving and wonderful.” Another former patient in the suit, Chaim Levin, 23, grew up in an Orthodox Jewish community in Brooklyn where, he said, being gay seemed unthinkable. Referred to Jonah by a rabbi when he was 18, Mr. Levin began attending weekend retreats at $650 each. For a year and a half, he had weekly private sessions with Mr. Downing as well as weekly group sessions. He quit, he said, after Mr. Downing had him remove his clothes and touch himself, saying it would help him reconnect with his masculinity. Mr. Levin said that he was abused by a relative between the ages of 6 and 10 and that Mr. Goldberg and Mr. Downing blamed the abuse for his homosexual attractions. “Saying the abuse made you gay is terrible,” Mr. Levin said. “Once I accepted that I was gay, I was able to focus on the more serious problem of a history of abuse.” Do you think it’s worth the ‘effort’ for men to try therapy in order to change their feelings for other men?
