She got that BILLION dollar… Russian Businessman Loses Billions In Biggest Divorce Settlement Ever The phrase “ it’s cheaper to keep her ” has likely never been truer. Via ABCNews : A Russian billionaire is separating from his wife — and $4.5 billion of his assets. Among Dmitry Rybolovlev’s holdings, through various ownership structures, are reportedly a $95 million Palm Beach mansion (which once belonged to Donald Trump), an $88 million New York apartment and islands in Greece and Hawaii. The self-made fertilizer mogul, who is worth an estimated $8.8 billion, according to Forbes, was ordered by a Swiss court on Monday to pay his ex-wife, Elena Rybolovleva, approximately half of his net worth in what could be the largest divorce settlement in history. The couple was married in 1987. Marc Bonnant, the lawyer for Elena Rybolovleva, said he was pleased with the ruling because it was “exactly what she asked for.” Yeah…we bet that’s exactly what she asked for! But wait…that’s not even all she’s getting. The court granted her just over 4 billion Swiss francs, or just over $4.5 billion, although Bonnant believed it could end up being even more. She was also granted custody over their young daughter plus 115,000 Swiss francs, or just under $129,000, per month to help raise her. Damn…$4.5 billion, multimillion dollar properties , private islands AND $130,000 a month in child support?!? Now, that’s some pricey poon! Ladies take note…he’s still got half his fortune and he’s newly single. Who wants to be the next ex Mrs. Rybolovlev??

Lauryn Hill isn’t the only one with money problems … Wyclef Jean’s Business Manager Says He Is Broke Former Fugees member Wyclef Jean is reportedly broke, according his business manager. Via NewsOne reports: The Smoking Gun reports that the entertainer, who only a couple of years ago tried to run for the Haitian presidency, reportedly is in debt to Uncle Sam to the tune of $2.9 million in tax liens. Through a confidential agreement that was drawn up, the international 44-year-old Haitian ambassador reportedly said he would fork over $100,000 to entertainment law firm Shukat Arrow Hafer Weber & Herbsman to settle an outstanding bill of $133,000. Jean, according to The Smoking Gun, was requested to satisfy his outstanding debt with the law firm via two installments: $10,000 by last August 1 and another $50,000 by the end of last year. According to the alleged agreement, if Jean made the two payments totaling $60,000, the law firm would waive $40,000. If the entertainer, however, failed to make good on the agreement, an additional ten percent annual interest would also get tacked on to the $100,000. Jean did not make any payments to the firm, according to The Smoking Gun. His accountant, David Levin, reportedly sent out an email in January to the celeb’s creditors stating, “in my most professional verbiage…there ain’t no money.” The email was sent out in response to the law firm’s threats of impending court action against Jean. Levin reportedly told the legal eagles to go ahead and “file it” and they did. Now, Jean reportedly owes the firm $102,027.40. He has had other money woes in the past as well. Following the Haitian earthquake, Jean was questioned about the handling of the finances of his now defunct charitable organization, Yele Haiti. The non-profit foundation collected over $16 million in donations following the series of earthquakes that decimated the island’s capital city, Port-Au-Prince. According to TMZ: Chief Keef somehow got mixed up in a shooting early Wednesday AM that put someone in the hospital, TMZ has learned. We called Keef’s people to determine the extent of the rapper’s involvement — his lawyer tells us Keef wasn’t the shooter … he just happened to be present when shots were fired. The Northfield PD says the shooting victim is in ICU. The rapper really knows how to implicate himself in a crime — on Monday, Keef plastered his Instagram page with photos of guns, including an AK-47, and the photos appear to serve as a warning. Keef wrote in the captions, “Another situation. Already.” The man was accused of a shooting and posted guns on his Instagram. SMH. Instagram

Another  slaps on the wrist for Yeezy….. Kanye West Sentenced To Probation And Anger Management In Photographer Attack Kanye really just might  have nine lives when in comes to the justice system. According to US Weekly: Kanye West has some work ahead of him. The 36-year-old rapper pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery against a photographer on Monday, March 17, in a special plea in which he maintains his innocence. He was sentenced to two years of probation, 24 anger management therapy sessions, and 250 hours of community service. The “Bound 2″ rapper was charged with misdemeanor counts of battery and grand theft after an altercation with photographer Daniel Ramos at LAX airport back in July. Ramos attended the hearing Monday with his lawyer, Gloria Allred. Hopefully, the good news will make Kanye happy and he’ll stop walking around mad and attacking people all the time.

Teresa Giudice Pleads Guilty In Fraud Case Now is the time to make nice with her brother and sister-in-law…someone has to look after the babies. According to People: Teresa Giudice has pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud. After arriving hand-in-hand with husband Joe Giudice on Tuesday, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star stood before the judge in the U.S. District Court in Newark and pleaded guilty to the counts, including conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three counts of bankruptcy fraud. “Today I took responsibility for a series of mistakes I made several years ago,” said Giudice in a statement given to PEOPLE by her lawyer. The Giudices originally pleaded not guilty last November, but both entered guilty pleas Tuesday as part of a reported deal that could still mean prison time for both. “I am heartbroken that this is affecting my family. Especially my four young daughters, who mean more to me than anything in the world,” Teresa said in the statement. Although she won’t be sentenced until July 8, Teresa faces 21 to 27 months in federal prison, according to her attorney, while Joe will likely serve between 37 and 46 months. The attorney also says they have the right to ask for probation. “I have said throughout that I respect the legal process and thus, I intend to address the court directly at sentencing,” she said in her statement. “I will describe the choices I made, continue to take responsibility for my decision and express my remorse to Judge Salas and the public.” At least she is admitting her role in this instead of continuing to deny the accusations.

Brandi Glanville and Eddie Cibrian are still at odds over their breakup, with the former claiming that Mr. LeAnn Rimes wants child support … from Brandi. More than three years after their divorce, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is still railing against Eddie, this time taking to Twitter (obviously). Chris Brown Sued For Assault After Dude Calls Foul on Him in Pickup Game

Malcolm Ausbon, a California man, says short-fused singer Chris Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at a 24 Hour Fitness last year. All, he says, because of a disputed foul during a pickup basketball game. Ausbon is suing Brown, his goons and 24 Hour Fitness for unspecified damages claiming assault, battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence. The lawsuit states that when Brown, 24, refused to acknowledge the foul called on him by Ausbon around 11 p.m., Ausbon “expressed his dissatisfaction.” Chris allegedly replied that he was a member of the Bloods street gang. As Ausbon began to back away, members of the singer’s entourage stepped in and said, “If you f–k with Chris, you f–k with us,” the lawsuit states. According to Ausbon, Brown and three members of his posse jumped him at the gym and began to “strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp” his head and body. Ausbon ended up in the ER with a fractured rib and other injuries including cuts and bruises over his face and body, his lawyer Stephen Wegman said: “He was jumped, beaten and dazed, and at some point my client made a police report about the incident and is waiting for police follow-up. Police never followed up.” “Imagine going to play a game of basketball, and you get jumped by four guys because you call a foul,” he said. “This isn’t for fame or fortune. He’s got medical bills and issues.” Ausbon has suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder, distorted vision, dizziness, nervousness, embarrassment, fear and anxiety, the lawyer specified. “All a result of some famous guy thinking he’s above the law.” Wegman said he filed the civil lawsuit after a failed attempt to negotiate a private settlement with Brown’s legal team, who “didn’t want to communicate anymore.” “If Chris Brown isn’t willing to compensate (Ausbon) for what he did to him, I’m not going to back down. It will be for a jury to decide.” Brown is also fighting an unrelated criminal charge that he punched a man in Washington, D.C., last October, and is in anger management rehab as a result. He is still on probation after he pleaded guilty to beating pop singer Rihanna in 2009, agreeing to a no-jail, felony probation plea deal that’s now in jeopardy. He is due back in court February 28. For Chris Brown , or more accurately the people who cross Chris Brown, it appears the hits just keep on coming.
