Chantel Jeffries is attempting to set the record straight regarding reports that she has a mile-long rap sheet, including an arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. The 21-year-old model, who was riding shotgun in Justin Bieber’s rented Lamborghini when the singer was arrested for DUI, released a statement saying: “I have been overwhelmed by the negative attention I have recently received in the media. My family and I are particularly upset about the false accusations.” “For the record, I have not been arrested five times as has been stated in the media, nor am I guilty of physically assaulting anyone, in any way shape or form.” “I am a full-time student who had enjoyed a normal lifestyle, free from public scrutiny and criticism, until now. What has happened to me is wrong.” She does not deny all of the alleged arrests, it’s worth noting. Chantel Jeffries continues with a plea for privacy, stating: Chantel Jeffries in Panama “I want people in general, and the media in particular, to consider the impact their disparaging comments have on the individual; especially when their comments are inaccurate.” She did not address the purported NYC strip club offer . According to reports, Chantel Jeffries was arrested when at age 18 for a misdemeanor assault, but the case was later dismissed due to insufficient evidence. Other than that, her lawyer says the self-described “eyebrow connoisseur,” “animal lover” and “deep thinker” is only guilty of “traffic violations.” She recently traveled to Panama with Bieber , 19, after he was bailed out of jail, and had been in talks to appear on Today to address these accusations. Jon Gosselin does not hold back when it comes to Kate Gosselin, her lifestyle or her parenting. He’s upping the ante now, though, from a legal standpoint. His attorney, Mark Heller, is quoted as saying that a custody battle is looming between the two, and that the father of eight is looking to raise the stakes. Heller says Jon will “most likely” be taking legal action against Kate over what he perceives to be a violation of a provision of their custody agreement. Jon Gosselin Suing Kate? Heller explained that their custody deal stipulates that if Kate leaves town or needs to leave the kids with a babysitter or nanny, Jon has first right of refusal. In other words, he can opt to have the children stay with him instead if he chooses, yet Kate Gosselin has never given her ex that privilege, Heller says. According to NY Post reports : A drug dealer who successfully sued an NYPD cop over stop-and-frisk was killed in a double homicide in Staten Island last night — after bragging about the fat settlement he received, sources told The Post. Kenrick Gray, 34, was shot in the head around 6:15 p.m., Tuesday outside 140 Park Hill Avenue in Stapleton, police said. His pal Noland Whistleon, 41, was also shot in the leg and torso and killed in the double homicide, cops said. Gray recently won a $125,000 settlement against New York City for being wrongly stopped and frisked. One of at least three cops named in the lawsuit was ordered to pay $7,500 out of his own pocket. That officer Mike Daragjati, 34, was also sentenced to federal prison for extorting $5,000 from someone who he wrongly believed had stolen his commercial snowplow. While the FBI investigated that case, the cop was caught on a wiretap using racial a epithet and bragging about arresting Gray. “Fried another n—-r,” he said, according to court records. Gray recently boasted far and wide about his good fortune, sources said. “Mr. Gray recently made known throughout hood that he received the windfall, and that very foolish boast did cost him his life,” a source said. “He has been running his mouth about getting the settlement and apparently the assailant caught wind of that and tried to rob him. There was a struggle and he was shot.” It was not immediately clear how much money Gray was carrying or whether the suspect finally made off with his cash. Gray had several prior arrests for possession of controlled substances and Whistleon, who was killed in Tuesday’s shooting as well, was about to go on trial in two weeks for allegedly choking and trying to rape a woman Dec. 13, 2012. He was out on $35,000 bail. He appeared to be in the wrong place at the wrong time when he was gunned down, sources said. The two men had over 25 prior arrests between them, sources said. Loraine Allison, who came forward decades after the Titanic sank and claimed to be a young girl reported dead in the disaster, has been proven to be a fraud. Helen Kramer, who passed away in 1992, mounted a campaign for the surviving members of the affluent, Canadian family to accept her as Loraine Allison. That baby girl was killed aboard the doomed RMS Titanic in 1912. However, recent DNA tests by the Loraine Allison Identification Project show no genetic link between the Kramer and Allison family’s descendants. At all. DNA Test Proves Titanic Survivor Was Fraud “We have received the results of mtDNA testing,” the Loraine Allison Identification Project wrote, referring to a type of DNA passed down through the female line. “The results confirm that Mrs. Kramer was NOT Loraine Allison .” If true, this means Loraine Allison was in fact the only child to die from the first or second class on the iconic vessel. Sixty other children died aboard the Titanic. The Telegraph reported on the new DNA tests yesterday and spoke about the bombshell results with David Allison, grandson of Loraine’s uncle Percy Allison: “The Allisons never accepted Mrs. Kramer’s claim, but the stress it caused was real. It forced my ancestors to relive painful memories … immeasurable sorrow and unending grief.” His sister Nancy Bergman, added that the findings “uncovered a colossal fraud that has haunted my family for years. It was all about the money.” “Debrina wants to write a book and no doubt there are others out there who want to profit from our story. It is our story. Leave us in peace.” The whole identification fiasco stems from the fact that little Loraine’s body was never recovered, despite early news reports saying that she perished. In 1940, Kramer went public with the claim that she was saved. She said that at the last monute, Hudson Allison, Loraine’s father, placed her in a lifeboat with a man she grew up believing was her biological father. Her adoptive father, she said, told her about her true identify and history. He also said he was Thomas Andrews, the naval architect who designed the Titanic. These claims could not be verified, of course, because the man died shortly after telling her, according to the Loraine Allison Identification Project. None of Kramer’s immediate family believed her, but others did. In 2012, Debrina Woods, a woman saying she is Kramer’s granddaughter, said that she found a suitcase filled with letters between Kramer and her lawyer. This “proved” she was Loraine, to the chagrin of the Allisons. “What Ms. Woods doesn’t have yet is forensically certifiable proof of anything,” the Loraine Allison Identification Project said on its website this week. “Despite numerous inquiries from Titanic researchers and interested people from all over the world, Ms. Woods has never released her alleged DNA results.”
Man Subjected To Triple Enema During Traffic Stop Awarded $1.6 Million via Gawker David Eckert, who was given three enemas as part of a humiliating search after a routine traffic stop last year, has received a $1.6 million settlement from a county and city in New Mexico. Lawyers from the city of Deming and Hidalgo County agreed to the settlement earlier this week. “It was medically unethical and unconstitutional,” his lawyer, Shannon Kennedy, told the Associated Press. “He feels relieved that this part is over and believes this litigation might make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else.” Eckert was pulled over for failing to yield at a stop sign last January. When Eckert appeared to be “clutching his buttocks,” police called in a K-9 to the scene, despite the fact that the dog’s license expired in 2011. The dog indicated there were drugs in the car and police obtained a warrant for an anal cavity search, despite finding no other evidence of drugs in the car. The following exams were then performed on Eckert at Gila Regional Medical Center, where Eckert was taken after a first hospital refused to examine him on the grounds that such a search was “unethical.” Justice was served!

Mickens appeared before White Plains City Court Judge Eric Press, who ordered him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation in the attempted murder case. ‘Can you make sure they’re not military?’ the 39-year-old askedabout his potential evaluators and when his lawyer advised him to be quiet, he ignored her and told the judge: ‘I don’t trust her. Sir, I am guilty with an explanation.’ When he was asked if he understood what was happening to him, he said: ‘No disrespect, judge. I just don’t want to get railroaded, especially by individuals who have been trying to kill me since I was a child. ‘When I close my eyes I see colors and darkness.’ The case was adjourned until October 25. Dear Bossip , I’m in need of advice. I got married two years ago. A few months later I got pregnant. My husband didn’t have a job and we got evicted. He moved in with his family and I left the state. When I left I was 7 months pregnant. I had my 8-year old daughter, a small suitcase of clothes, and 32 dollars in my pocket. I didn’t know how or what was going to happen, but I knew my children and I would be okay. It wasn’t easy, but a mouth later I had a place. I didn’t have a job and nobody was going to hire me at 8months. I started going to Goodwill to work for store credit. I was finally established and ready to give birth. When I had the baby I was alone. Nobody was there and my husband didn’t come. Three weeks later I took the baby to meet him. Two months later he moved in. Now, I’m not the one to take care of a man, but I felt like I should try to work it out. Another thing is I fuss a lot! So, I rode him daily about getting a job. Eight months later he has a death in his family. His family doesn’t like me and always insult me. He tells me that it’s my fault and even told me not to answer my phone when they call and he isn’t around. So, my husband tells me not to come to the funeral. I stayed home. The morning of the funeral he called and said he would call afterward. He never called so I texted him and he said he was at the after party! (The person who died was 80 something and never partied). Well, he never called and later said he was with family and they told him not to call. So, a few days later he gets a job and tells me he didn’t get one because I nag too much. And, I wouldn’t give him sex. He had to sleep on the couch. I’m pretty sure I blew a gasket. I work to provide and he lay up while I struggle to buy diapers and formula. I didn’t have sex with him because I don’t want more kids and feel like I am worth more than that. He claims he will be back next month but I don’t want him to come back. I feel like a dumba** for supporting him when I could have given more to my children. I am pissed and mad at myself for putting up with it. I don’t know what to do. He told me he would take my baby if I divorce him. But, honestly I am not ready to go to court or have the money for it. His family will pay for his lawyer. Now, that right there should have been the cause for you to file the divorce papers from the beginning. Next time he calls tell him to kiss the inside of your a** and have several seats on the slow bus. How the hell can your own husband leave you and go to his family’s home and not bring you with him after you were evicted because his non-working mofo a** didn’t have a job? He made that –ish up! And, despite the family not liking you, or whatever feelings they have about you, but for your husband to leave a pregnant wife and move in with his family and leave you to your own devices is a trifling no nuts having son-of-a-bish! Hell, I don’t blame you for not sleeping with him. You should have Al Greened his a** and poured some hot grits on him while he was sleeping on the couch! Then, after you pull yourself together, get back on your feet, and you get a new place he wants to bring his no-having-unskilled-unqualified-bum-a** back home and move in? And, he still doesn’t have a job, and wants you to do your wifely duty?!?! Girl, you are better than me! But, hold on, when a family death occurs in his family he tells you not to attend the funeral. Huh?!? That’s when you should have said, “When you leave. Stay! Don’t come back! Keep your a** right there, and don’t even think about coming back to MY house!” Yeah, it appears that his family truly has a big hold on him, and dictates to him what he should and should not do, especially in his relationship with you. Therefore, I say stick to your guns, get the divorce, tell him not to come home, and get you a lawyer. There are some lawyers who will take on your case as part of their pro bono case. Pro bono means they will represent you for free and you don’t have to pay them as it is part of their offices community service programs. You just have to call around to find a lawyer who will do so, or seek out a women’s group/organization that can help be of assistance to you. I also strongly suggest you that you prance right on over to the courthouse and file for child custody, and child support immediately. He has a job now, so he needs to be contributing financially to his children’s welfare and well-being. Put him on child support IMMEDIATELY! Don’t wait. Don’t hesitate. Don’t procrastinate. Do it today. And, if he wants to allow his family to dictate and run his life, then you stay two steps ahead of them and do all that you can to protect yourself and your child. And, I seriously doubt that he can file and get custody of your child when he was the one who left you. He is the one who had no job, allowed you to get evicted, moved in with his family, and left you alone. So, you have more of a leg to stand on in court than he does. But, you need to document and get all this in writing with the timeline of events. Then, go to Goodwill and have them give you some documentation showing that you worked in their store while pregnant, earning store credit, and a record of your employment record. Document and keep copies of all this and take it to court with you. Ma’am, stick to your guns, don’t let him back into your home, and remain on track with your plan. Don’t deter, veer off, or get sidetracked. Keep your sanity. You’re going to need to be wise and smart. Listen to your lawyer, and keep doing everything according to plan. You do deserve better. You deserve a man who is not going to walk out on you and leave you when times get hard. You need a man who is going to stand by your side, protecting you, building with you, and a support system you can depend on. And, right now, HE IS NOT THAT MAN!
