The mom of three toasted her babies from afar on their big day. Aliannah and Aleeah turned six on December 16th, but since it fell on a week day, Leah Messer was unable to celebrate with her twins. Messer’s ex, Corey Simms gets the girls Monday-Friday, after winning a custody battle in October . Messer kept it light though, and wished them the best birthday, according to Radar Online . “2 of the 3 reasons I’ll ALWAYS remain standing on my own two feet !” Messer posted to her Facebook page on December 16th. “These precious little girls have been the reason I’ve held it together through it all, the good and the bad. I don’t know where I would be without them ! Mommy will never forget that feeling when Dr. Hunter placed you on me at 8:09 and 8:10 NOW 6 years ago. “My heart for the first time skipped a beat and I knew what true love really was at that very moment! I’m so blessed to call you both my daughters. You make mommy proud each and every day ! “Gracie this is for you – LOVE LOVE Ali this is for you- Mommy is give you all the Eskimo kisses from miles away ! I love you to the moon and of course it goes to infinity and beyond. “It could never possibly come back !! HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!” Messer treated herself to a glass of sangria and a plate of fruit that night. The Teen Mom star took a step in the right direction in getting her girls back recently by winning a case against Simms, which demands he pay her $6,000 in child support. Elisabeth Hasselbeck is going to need a few minutes, people. Can you talk amongst yourself for a little while? The 38-year old announced via statement on Monday that she’s leaving her post as a Fox & Friends panelist in December, saying at the time: “Oftentimes, the most difficult decisions are between two great things,” said the former View co-host. “Throughout my 14 years working in television, I have never experienced a more positive and thoughtful atmosphere than FOX News Channel.” The conservative television personality, who was also a castaway on Survivor back in the day, reiterated these points on air Tuesday. “Like I said, I much preferred and am honored to have had the role of bringing you the news rather than being it,” she said. “I have a ton of respect for you all here and you at home [and] I want to share with you what's been on my heart. “I am… taking a new position as CBO, Chief Breakfast Officer, at our house with the kids and that does mean that in about a month, I will be leaving my Fox News family.” Hasselbeck said that the time between now and her final show will be a “No Cry Zone,” but she couldn't stop the tears from flowing upon confirming this very sad news. In reference to her co-hosts, Steve Doocy and Brian Kilmeade, Hasselbeck shared: “It's hard because of all of you. You all have made this a really hard decision. I have fallen head over heels with this place.” Hasselbeck is the mother of three kids (Grace, 10, Taylor, 8, Isaiah, 6) and the husband of a former NFL quarterback. E! teased a preview of the next Keeping Up With The Kardashians episode, in which Kim Kardashian confessed to Kourtney that during a trip to New Orleans, she had beignets (a deep-friend pastry) three times a day . A horrified Kris Jenner called flag on the play, issuing that annoying mom warning most of us would rather do without. “Do you remember what happened the last time you got all stressed out and you were eating sugary stuff?” Jenner reminded Kim of her first (very unpleasant) pregnancy with North West. “I am way skinnier than last time. I am way healthier than last time,” Kim responded, defending her right to beignet. “You're eating beignets three times a day,” Jenner shot back. “I was in the kitchen this morning — you had your chef making the beignets because you brought home the beignet mix!” Kim commented that her chef's version wasn't that great (off with his head), but Jenner wasn't done pointing out her dietary choices. “You know what you are? You're like a closet eater,” Jenner said, much to Kim's denial. “You need an ankle bracelet that goes every time you eat something bad.” Kim then mentioned to Kris and Kourtney that she needed to travel to Paris for bespoke maternity clothes, to which Kourtney asked why the designers couldn't jackass it to LA. “I can't have every designer fly to LA,” Kim said. Last month, Leah Messer lost custody of her twin daughters to ex-husband Corey Simms. Though Leah gets to spend time with 5-year-olds Ali and Aleeah on weekends, the girls spend most of their week living with Simms and his new wife and daughter. Now, Radar Online is reporting that Leah recently scored a major legal victory that could be the first step in regaining custody of the twins. The court’s determination that Ali and Aleeah should stay with their father during the school week was based largely on Simms’ claim that the girls were frequently late for school. Leah insisted from the start that that was a lie, and now, she’s reportedly been able to secure time-stamped photos of her drop-offs and, as well as testimony from the school’s superintendent to prove that the girls were almost always on time. “Leah had all kinds of proof to shut them down,” says one insider. “They admitted the records were inaccurate.” Leah’s lawyers have even gone so far as to Corey and his new wife of manipulating evidence. Sources say it’s noe looking as though Leah will be successful in her efforts to have a judge re-examine her case. “Leah is convinced Corey and Miranda persuaded a school employee to mark them tardy,” says the insider. “She has a good chance of bringing this to the court. She really could get her daughters back.” Of course, just proving that she’s been consistently able to get the girls to school on time likely won’t be enough to convince a judge to restore custody to Leah. Leah’s drug problems have been well-documented, but she appears to still be in denial about her addiction. Additionally, the worst cases of Leah’s negligent parenting (many of which were captured by Teen Mom cameras) are sure to be brought up by Simms’ lawyers. Leah may be making strides these days, but she has a long way to go to convince the court that she can provide a suitable home for Ali and Aleeah. She’s only one day past her due date, but clearly, Jessa has grown impatient with waiting to welcome #BabySeewald into the world. Over the weekend, Jessa posted the above photo along with a caption explaining why she doesn’t look too thrilled to taking a produce selfie. “So has anyone else tried the ‘eating an entire fresh pineapple’ thing for helping to bring on labor? Apparently it doesn’t work for everyone, ’cause I ate the whole thing yesterday… and still no signs of labor! “(Sure was a tasty pineapple tho!) Your heart kind of breaks for any “star” of MTV’s 16 & Pregnant and/or Teen Mom , but it’s even more depressing when said star spirals into a hole so deep, it prompts the legal system to intervene. Such is the case with Leah Messer , a West Virginia native who got knocked up by ex-husband Cory Simms when both were still in high school. The former husband and wife have two daughters together, 5-year-old twins Ali and Alleah. Messer appeared on the most recent cover of Us Magazine , detailing her past demons (rehab for anxiety and depression, alleged prescription drug abuse), and revealing the pain of losing primary custody of her twins. Messer is also mom to Adalynn, 2, with her second ex-husband , Jeremy Calvert . According to Radar Online , Messer also admitted to suffering from narcolepsy, a sleep disorder characterized by extreme tenancies to fall asleep at any point during the day. This, the 25-year-old explained to Us , is why she was always late bringing her twins to school. They are pretty sure that’s what I have.”
