In a dramatic, totally unforeseen turn of events, the Courtney Stodden sex tape will not be released by Vivid after all … decrees Courtney. View Slideshow: 28 WTF?! Courtney Stodden Photos News of a Courtney Stodden sex tape – one potentially so epic that it spawned a $1 million offer from Vivid CEO Steve Hirsch – broke in April. Hirsch, a man who knows his sexual products, felt this thing was so legit, it could start a self-pleasuring wave of XXX celeb solo efforts. It seemed logical. But there’s been a major change of plans. Stodden herself is now ADAMANT that her solo sex tape not be released online that she fired off a cease and desist letter to Vivid. According to her legal team, the tape was leaked without her permission, and as such, Hirsch needs to drop it like it’s hot and STFU. Uhh. Safe to say we did not see this one coming at all. Perhaps it’s an unwritten rule, a Farrah Abraham Corollary if you will, that one cannot pimp a sex tape without first pretending it was “leaked.” Perhaps Court and Doug Hutchison had a genuine change of heart about spreading these legs/riches and are using this dubious claim to bail. Whatever the case … how does a self-pleasure tape leak? By definition, there’s only one person in the video, stripped down and going to town. Either she filmed it on a webcam or phone or Doug did the honors. That much is a given. But how would it possibly get to Vivid without permission? Seth Gilliam Arrested for Driving REALLY Fast, Possessing Marijuana

For someone who plays a priest on television, Seth Gilliam did not have himself a very holy Sunday. The actor (who starred on The Walking Dead Season 5 as Father Gabriel Stokes and who is also known for his role on The Wire) was busted over the weekend for going 107 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone. According to TMZ insider, Gilliam admitted to police officers that he had consumed three beers and a shot of liquor. After searching his vehicle, police also found a joint that was hidden in the arm rest. He later recorded a .107 blood alcohol level. The incident took place around 2 p.m. in Peachtree City, Georgia, with authorities not caring about Gilliam’s hilarious excuse for nearly doubling the speed limit: That he was driving a Chevrolet Cruze rental car and is used to a Jeep. Gilliam was taken taken into custody (for speeding, DUI and marijuana possession) and tossed into Fayette County Jail. He was eventually released after posting a $9,818 bond. Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith: It’s Over! (For REAL This Time!)

After two years, 200 fights (many of them recorded) and one child together, Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith are officially dunz-o! No, seriously, for real this time! Jenelle and Nathan have broken up in the past (sometimes even with restraining orders!) but sources close to the reality star say this is legit. The Teen Mom 2 cast member is already planning to “start seeing other people,” apparently. So … expect her to find a new fiance by 2016. Jenelle does not waste time. He’s an a–hole, but she’s been through worse.” Griffith was arrested for domestic violence back in March, but in a statement to police, he maintained that he had actually been attacked by Evans. Jenelle dropped the charges and the case never went to trial. Nevertheless, Griffith promptly moved out of the home that the couple shared, as per the legal terms of the restraining order against him. Even that didn’t mark the end of the romance, though: The insider claims Griffith found a new girlfriend “within two days” of moving out on Evans. When she found out, Jenelle reportedly hit the roof (big surprise) and that’s when she officially called things off with the father of her son Kaiser. She hasn’t experienced any second thoughts about it, either. Jenelle is reportedly eager to move on, the insider says, but the MTV spitfire is having trouble because “her standards are so high now.” Wow. Too bad the source of that amazing quote is anonymous. Kelly Rutherford Loses Legal Fight to Return Kids to U.S.

Former Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford has lost her legal battle with ex-husband Daniel Giersch, with whom she has been battling over their two kids. The stakes were high. Helena and Hermes live abroad with their German-born father per a judge’s order, and despite Kelly’s efforts, it will stay that way. Although they have joint custody, Daniel has been denied the ability re-enter the U.S., and the court has ordered the children to live with him abroad. The rationale was that Kelly was able to freely travel, so she could go visit them. The actress has contested this but her legal challenge was denied. Not even dating Matthew Settle in real life can soften that blow. She said recently: “My children, not only were they taken away, but they were sent to a foreign country. I don’t know how you even explain to someone what it feels like.” “I could sit here and tell you how often a cry. I can tell you how it feels to leave my kids in a foreign country. ‘I told my son…’You know, mommy is still fighting for you.'” “To go see them after not seeing them for weeks on end … not being able to take them to school, pick them up from school, dress them, smell them, hug them.” It’s confusing, but Giersch was ordered to apply for another visa, but hasn’t done so. Kelly tried to go to federal court, but they said that since the children hadn’t been deported, they couldn’t intervene. Giersch’s attorney said in a statement: “Daniel Giersch continues to protect the children from any negativity and therefore will continue to not engage in any of these unfortunate and false media fabrications.” Fabrications, he says, “which only served one person, but clearly not the children.” This legal fight has been so long and costly that Kelly Rutherford is bankrupt or close to it as a result of the attorneys’ fees and time spent not working. Jay Z’s Alleged Son Demands Apology, Additional Damages Jay Z may be conceding that the “up-and-coming rapper” that claims to be his offspring is indeed his love child. The rapper is reportedly in talks to settle the matter out of court with Rymir and his family…but apparently that’s not enough. Rymir is now also looking for a formal apology for Jay’s absence in his life. As Rymir’s former guardian Lillie Collie tells RadarOnline : “It is not about the money at all. This is about making sure that Jay Z is held responsible for the emotional damage that he has caused Rymir.” “We are not the only ones who have been fighting for this. There are a lot of people in the courts, in the legal system, and in the justice system that have gone out of their way to support this because they have compassion,” Collie adds. You have to go by what you believe is the truth and the truth in this case is undeniable. Rymir not only looks identical to Jay Z, but he really, really looks a lot like Jay Z’s mother, who is Rymir’s grandmother. Unfortunately, for Rymir, he has an entire family that he will never be able to know.” Rymir tweeted about his ordeal the other day as well, hinting that it isn’t all about the cash: But if it’s all from the heart…why is he seeking money at all? Well…apparently it costs a lot of money to sue a very rich and successful entertainer and businessman. According to Collie: “[We] now have legal fees and things that we cannot afford, but these are costs that are required to move forward. The family has not gotten paid one cent since this story came out and it is costing us a lot of money to proceed.” Hmmmm…we would assume the fact that Jay Z is willing to cut a check is admission of fatherhood on some level. Suge Knight runs over two people

The video of Suge Knight running over two men, killing one.The man has claimed he only ran over Cle “Bone” Sloan and Terry Carter in self-defense … believing they were getting ready to shoot him. Suge Knight allegedly ran over in his truck told police that he assaulted Knight first. Somebody#39;s lawyer had to be pretty happy to hear that. Derek Fisher Divorces Wife After 10 Years Derek Fisher just recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary wit his wife a month ago. The only problem? The couple just filed for divorce! Via TMZ reports: NY Knicks coach Derek Fisher has filed for divorce from his wife Candace … just one month after they celebrated their 10 year anniversary. Fisher filed the divorce docs in Los Angeles — citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The couple have two children together, twins … including a daughter who suffered from a rare form of eye cancer. Fisher was famously let out of his contract with the Utah Jazz back in 2007 so he could spend more time with her and help her with treatment. The divorce seems to be as amicable as these things get — with Fisher asking for joint legal and physical custody of the children. He also wants to split the legal costs. Fisher issued a statement saying, “This is a difficult time for me personally. For the sake of our children, I ask that everyone respects our privacy during this process.” Start your engines groupies!!!!!!!

It’s A Wrap: Robin Thicke And Paula Patton’s Divorce Granted

Paula Patton And Robin Thicke Officially Divorced Robin Thicke is having a rough couple of weeks. Right on the heels of being ordered to pay Marvin Gaye’s estate $7.3 million over his 2013 hit Blurred Lines , the news has also come that his union with wife of nearly 10 years (and partner for nearly 22) is officially over. Via TMZ : Robin Thicke and Paula Patton have settled their divorce case … TMZ has learned. Paula filed legal docs Tuesday declaring they have reached a property settlement as well as a custody arrangement for their 4-year-old son Julian. The terms of the settlement are private. There’s an indication from the legal docs Paula is getting primary custody, but it’s not spelled out specifically. They’ve also agreed on the terms of spousal and child support. The divorce does NOT become final until April 14, 6 months after Paula filed. At that point they will be officially single, but now it’s just a matter of time.

This will teach Mike Comrie to possibly proposition a waitress for sex in Beverly Hills… One day after The Daily Mail reported Comrie got wasted at a restaurant and offered a woman he just met $600 to sleep with him, Hilary Duff officially filed for divorce from her estranged husband. Duff originally announced a split from her husband of three years in January of last year, though no paperwork was filed at that time in the court system. The couple got back together a few months later and tried to make things work, but Duff has now hired noted attorney Laura Wasser and cited “irreconcilable differences” as the basis for the divorce. In the legal documents, Duff asks for primary physical custody of the pair’s son, Luca, who turns 3 next month. She is fine with Comrie having visitation rights, but insiders say she’s concerned that his partying and drinking could adversely affect their child. For once, we would’ve sided with Jenelle if she had decided to end the relationship, but remarkably, Evans and Griffith are still together , and they’re reportedly still planning to get married.
