Pamela Anderson has all but started throwing future ex-husband Rick Salomon’s clothing out on the front lawn. And she may have done that by the time this posts, as she’s thrown his children and dog out of her house just as coldly. Pam and poker-playing pornographer Rick Salomon have gotten married and split up three times now. It’s been a whirlwind of marriages, annulments, and divorces. Their love blooms, they move in together, their love wilts, and they move out. Well, as if to say “that’s it” for the last time, Pamela Anderson is throwing Rick’s children and his dogs out of her house for good. And she apparently isn’t hearing him pleading for sanity. Nick Gordon: Avoiding Cops as Bobbi Kristina Brown Investigation Deepens?

It was reported last week that  Nick Gordon is under investigation  for possible involvement in the near-drowning of Bobbi Kristina Brown. Sources say police began to take an interest in Gordon after doctors reported finding injuries on Bobbi Kristina’s face and mouth. Shortly thereafter, insiders claimed that  Bobbi Kristina had been planning to leave Gordon  in the weeks before she was found unconscious, and that the couple was the subject of a 911 call days before the near-fatal incident. So it’s not hard to see why investigators have taken an interest in Gordon, the problem is, Gordon has reportedly been avoiding them by whatever means necessary. “At this point, Nick hasn’t been interviewed, and is under no obligation to do so,” one source tells Radar Online.  The insider adds that police “very much want to talk to Nick for obvious reasons,” but he’s been informed by his legal team that he can’t be forced to talk to police unless they place him under arrest. Bobbi Kristina’s family reportedly believes that he played some role in her near-drowning. They have banned Gordon from the home he shared with Bobbi , and they may have prevented him from visiting her in the hospital. Though Gordon claimed to be legally married to Bobbi, it now looks as though that was not actually the case. He may still stand to benefit from her will, however, which is just one of the many reasons he remains a suspect in the eyes of Bobbi’s family.

Unarmed Black Carpenter Shot 8 Times By Police Awarded $2.5 Million In Settlement via Contra Costa Times The state of California agreed Tuesday to pay $2.5 million to settle an excessive-force lawsuit filed by an African-American carpenter who was shot at least eight times by a white CHP rookie during a traffic stop. The state offered the settlement on the first day of trial in federal court, after the officer who shot James Henry Ligon Jr. in 2012 testified that Ligon stepped out of his car and charged directly at him, shouting threats. The problem with CHP officer Joe Lafauci’s account was it did not match the physical evidence in the case, said Ligon’s lawyers, Jaime Leanos and Nelson McElmurry. Ligon was shot four times in the back, suggesting he was not coming at the officer. “Officer Lafauci immediately went for his gun, unlike his more experienced partner, who got out of the patrol car without even taking out his gun,” just his Taser, McElmurry said. Lafauci had only 14 months on the job when he emptied his service pistol of 12 rounds, at least eight of which hit Ligon. Ligon, now 37, said he had stepped out of his car after leading the CHP on a high-speed chase for three miles because he couldn’t hear what the officers were yelling and to show them he was unarmed. Details surrounding what led to the high speed chase reveal that Mr. Ligon was suspected of drunk driving at the time of the incident. According to Sunnyvale police, which investigated Ligon’s shooting, Lafauci and fellow CHP officer Cory Walczak tried to stop Ligon in a gold Toyota Corolla about 1:30 a.m. on southbound Highway 101 near Ellis Street, suspecting he was driving drunk. It was later determined he had an estimated blood-alcohol level of .25-.32, at least three times above the legal limit of .08. He was on probation at the time for possession of mushrooms for sale. Ligon did not pull over and instead drove onto city streets in Sunnyvale for about three miles to the 200 block of Alturas Avenue, near where his mother lived. He was driving her car and did not want it to be impounded, Leanos said. Ligon pleaded no contest to felony evading and misdemeanor DUI charges, after prosecutors dropped a felony resisting arrest charge. This case serves as a great example for how these types of incidents SHOULD be handled. No one is advocating that people breaking the law should get off scott-free (drunk driving and evading police is certainly a punishable offense) however, police officers shooting to kill should NEVER be the first course of action without consequence when a suspect makes it clear that he is unarmed.

Bad Boy: Nene Leakes’ Slizzard Son Bryson Sent To Court-Ordered Rehab

Via RadarOnline While NeNe Leakes has been living a fairy tale in Cinderella on Broadway, she’s been keeping her private life hidden away — especially her jailbird son’s dark secrets! While Bryson Bryant is no stranger to run-ins with the law with at least four past arrests, he just can’t seem to keep himself out of legal hot water. Most recently, RadarOnline.com has learned, Leakes’ son spent time in jail and court-ordered rehab after drug- and alcohol-related issues spiraled out of control in one wild year. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Leakes’ eldest son was found guilty of reckless driving by a Johns Creek, Georgia, judge in December 2013 — and his rap sheet only got thicker from there. A police report states that in June 2013 at 4:15 in the morning, Bryant totaled his silver Dodge Charger when he crashed and it flipped upside down in a ditch, leaving two utility poles broken in half in his wake. At the time, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s eldest son told police “darkness caused him to wreck.” But the officer indicated he could “smell the odor of alcoholic beverages resonating” from the reality star’s child. Bryant claimed he only had “one beer,” according to the report, but his “slow and deliberate response” to questions seemed to indicate otherwise. When he was taken to the hospital for “uncomfortable pain” in his right leg and to undergo X-rays, he tested positive for a blood alcohol level of .048 — below the legal limit of .08. Still, he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the arrest, Bryant was given a year of probation, but got a get out of jail free card when the judge ordered him to serve 30 days of house arrest in February 2014. Think that scared this kid straight? Not a chance! Bryant was ordered to undergo random alcohol and drug testing. However, not only did he fail to report to his probation officer four times in 2014; but also, he tested positive for cocaine, refused to pay fines of more than $1,200, and skipped mandatory DUI school. As a result, the young father was ordered to serve three months in jail starting in September and was released just two days before Thanksgiving on November 25, 2014. In a decision that undoubtedly put a damper on Leakes’ holiday plans, when Bryson’s stint behind bars came to an end he wasn’t technically a free man just yet. According to the court paperwork filed on Jan. 13, 2015, he was also ordered to check into “intensive” residential rehab for a minimum of six weeks! Leakes’ troubled son has previously been arrested for shoplifting, marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license, and other probation violations dating all the way back to 2010. The rapper, along with business partner Jimmy Iovine, is being sued by Monster for stealing the technology for the wildly successful Beats audio brand and leaving Monster in the dust. Via Forbes : For audio cable company Monster, the wound that Beats Electronics left is years old but still stings like a fresh stab in the back. In a lawsuit filed in San Mateo County Superior Court Tuesday, Monster CEO Noel Lee said that his company was betrayed by Beats Electronics, the company behind “Beats By Dr. Dre” headphones, when the two companies parted ways in 2012, and that Beats has gone on to try to erase Monster’s contribution to its headphones. The suit claims that rapper Andre “ Dr. Dre” Young and music mogul Jimmy Iovine conspired to steal the audio engineering that Monster built for the Beats headphones, which were a joint project. The suit alleges that Monster, not Beats, was primarily responsible for designing the headphones, and after Dre and Iovine severed ties with Monster, they tried to wipe away Monster’s role in Beats’ success. It adds that beyond Dre’s status as a celebrity, his “main contribution was to bless Monster’s headphones when he exclaimed: ‘That’s the s–t!’” While Monster was left trying to build a new product to compete with its own creation – and without the technology that Beats retained control of — Beats continued to succeed. In May, Apple AAPL -0.03% bought the company for $3 billion. Thanks to the sale, Dre walked away with an estimated $650 million before taxes in 2014, which rocketed him to the top of FORBES’ highest-earning musicians list for the year. Yikes! If this case gets proven in court, Dr. Dre might have to finally release that “Detox” album he’s been talking about for the past 15 years to make up for that $600 mil in lost cash…

FDA To Lift Ban On Gay Bloods Gay Donors Celibate For At Least One Year Via NY Times reports: The Food and Drug Administration announced on Tuesday that it would scrap a decades-old lifetime prohibition on blood donation by gay and bisexual men, a change that experts said was long overdue and could lift the annual blood supply by as much as 4 percent. The F.D.A. enacted the ban in 1983, early in the AIDS epidemic. At the time, little was known about the human immunodeficiency virus, which causes the disease, and there was no quick test to determine whether somebody had it. But science — and the understanding of H.I.V. in particular — has advanced in the intervening decades, and on Tuesday the F.D.A. acknowledged as much, lifting the lifetime ban but keeping in place a more modest block on donations by men who have had sex with other men in the last 12 months. In a statement, the agency said it had “carefully examined and considered the scientific evidence” before changing the policy. It said it intended to issue a draft guidance detailing the change in 2015. The shift puts the United States on par with European countries like Britain, which adjusted its lifetime ban in favor of a 12-month restriction in 2011. Men’s health advocates welcomed the move, saying that the ban was not based on the latest science and that it perpetuated stigma about gay men as a risk to the health of the nation. Legal experts said the change brings an important national health policy in line with other legal and political rights, such as permitting gay and people to marry and to serve openly in the military. “This is a major victory for gay civil rights,” said I. Glenn Cohen, a law professor at Harvard University who specializes in bioethics and health. “We’re leaving behind the old view that every gay man is a potential infection source.” He said, however, that the policy was “still not rational enough.” The shift will have far-reaching implications for the nation’s blood supply. The Williams Institute at the University of California, Los Angeles, has calculated that the change could add about 317,000 pints of blood to the nation’s supply annually, an increase of 2 percent to 4 percent. About 8.5 percent of American men — or about 10 million people — report having had sex at least once with a man since turning 18, according to the Institute. The new policy will exclude the 3.8 percent of American men who report having had a male sexual partner in the past year, a group that could double the potential new supply, the institute said in a report. According to the Bravo star, it is an inspirational program that attempts to motivate people to work out.
