Andrea Riseborough on Brighton Rock and Why Being Picky Isn’t Necessarily Bad

If it feels like Andrea Riseborough has been on the cusp of a breakout for the last calendar year, that’s probably because she has. Last year at the Toronto International Film Festival, Riseborough appeared in three films — Never Let Me Go , Made In Dagenham and Brighton Rock ( out in limited release now ) — and this year she’ll show up in Toronto, again, with the Madonna-directed W.E. ; the life of a budding breakout actress never seems to slow down.

Mr. Skin’s Nude Movie Report: Ironclad

Game of Thrones has been a game changer in more ways than one. First, it showed the mainstream that fantasy can totally kick ass, with more boobs, blood and beheadings per episode than an average Blind Guardian album. Second, it defied the conventional wisdom that epic fantasy is a tiny subgenre within a tiny subgenre, racking up an average of 8.3 million viewers an episode to become HBO’s 5th most watched original series ever, according to the Hollywood Reporter . What does this mean for nudity lovers out there? It means that there is going to be a Viking horde of medieval mammaries swarming into theaters over the next year or so. And as His Royal Hardness Mr. Skin is a big advocate of highborn maidens and tavern wenches alike unlacing their doublets, we’re all for it. The nude movie Ironclad , which opens in limited release today, isn’t a fantasy film, but hey, it’s set in medieval times, and it’s still a respectable chapter in Mr. Skin’s epic tale of historical hooters. Starring Paul Giamatti as the evil King John, Kate Mara as a restless baroness , Jayson Flemyng as a rebel mercenary, and Bree Condon as his lowborn lady love, Ironclad is based on English history around the time of the signing of the Magna Carta. But what we’re more interested in are the Magna Tatas, so let’s get to it, shall we? 21 minutes in, we get a nice, lingering look at the breasts of a long-haired prostitute as Jayson Flemyng tosses some money at her. (Unfortunately, her name isn’t listed in the credits.) Then, 51 minutes in, Bree Condon has the top of her dress pulled down to reveal the tops of her bulging boobage while making out with her mercenary lover in a barn. Hope he remembers to wear a Condon! See stills of Bree Condon and Kate Mara in Ironclad after the jump!

Mr. Skin’s Nude Movie Report: Maria Bello in Beautiful Boy

We saw her snookers earlier this week in The Company Men (2010), nude on DVD and Blu-Ray, and this weekend Maria Bello ‘s full moons will light up the silver screen once again. Maria stars in Beautiful Boy , which opens in limited release this weekend. Beautiful Boy is kind of a bummer- Maria and Michael Sheen play the parents of a college student who snaps and commits a mass shooting on his campus before killing himself- but at the 58 minute mark we get sweet, sweet relief in the form of Maria’s beautiful twins. They’re not exposed for the entire scene (stupid Michael Sheen blocks our view for most of the hump scene), but afterwards, at the 1 hour mark, we get a nice, lingering look at Maria’s mams. Beautiful Boy is Maria Bello ‘s ninth career nude role- check out her other eight right here at MrSkin.com!

TRAILER: Mark Ruffalo’s All-Healing Sympathy for Delicious

Sympathy for Delicious wasn’t exactly the toast of Sundance 2010, but with a cast that includes Orlando Bloom, Laura Linney, Juliette Lewis, Noah Emmerich, John Carroll Lynch, screenwriter Christopher Thornton, and first-time director Mark Ruffalo, it earns a second look in its new trailer. We can quibble about the use of Rolling Stones lyrics to illustrate the movie’s theme of healing, but at least “(I Can’t Get No) Satisfaction” stays out of the fray.
