Lindsay Lohan is posing nude for Playboy. This is not just a recycled rumor, it’s totally on , and a deal that has been in the works for months is set to pay her nearly A MILLION DOLLARS to go nude. The actress reportedly balked at an initial $750,000 offer to take it all off for the men’s magazine because she demanded seven figures. She almost got it. In Playboy, Lindsay will be covered up only by the stains on her teeth . Hugh Hefner and Co. came back to LiLo with an offer less than her asking price, but close enough for her to sign on the dotted line and lose the clothes. No word yet on which issue Lindsay will be featured in, but she will be on the cover for sure – gotta make that investment pay off, are we right Hugh?! Lindsay’s rep said, “I can neither confirm or deny at this time.” Playboy has not made a clear confirmation of it either, but reports say the shoot is on. Demi Lovato and Wilmer Valderrama are totally back on again. Or at least they were for one night. Onlookers tell Life & Style that this seemingly random couple – who were an alleged item earlier this year – showed up together on October 22 at a party hosted by Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane… and were all over each other! “They showed up together and made no effort to hide that they’re back together,” an witness tells the tabloid . “They were stealing kisses throughout the night, holding hands and just seemed to enjoy being together.” Valderrama, 31, has dated pretty much every young woman in Hollywood, from Lindsay Lohan to Mandy Moore to Jennifer Love Hewitt. But that appears to make no difference to Lovato, 19, who this source says “couldn’t seem happier” about the fling. Yesterday was not Lindsay Lohan’s best day … aesthetically or legally. After showing up for court with her makeup applied haphazardly and dressed like a ghost for reasons unknown, she was briefly jailed for violating probation before posting $100,000 bail … standard operating procedure for LiLo. Before her release, she joined our celebrity mug shots gallery again: Most mugshots don’t tell you a whole lot about the person, but if your impression was that Lindsay is a whiny, pouty brat … this isn’t gonna dissuade you. She’ll be back in court for a full hearing Nov. 2, at which point Judge Stephanie Sautner could reinstate her probation, or send her to jail for a long ass time. Short story: Linds is on probation in her necklace heist case, but is a Class A f*%k-up who cannot even do community service without getting kicked out. She was handcuffed and thrown in jail yesterday mostly to send a message. If she can’t convince the judge Nov. 2 that she has it together, watch out. Should Lindsay do hard time?

We hate to say it, but the facts speak for themselves: the solo career of Joe Jonas is off to an abysmal start. In its first week of sales, Joe’s first-ever solo album, “Fastlife,” sold just 18,000 copies, landing him in 15th place on the Billboard 200. By comparison, the last CD Jonas compiled with his brothers, “A Little Bit Longer,” moved 525,000 copies in the same time period. Ouch. Joe Jonas Covers Chris Brown Nick Jonas , meanwhile, also jumped into a solo career last year (with his band, The Administration, that is) and sold 82,000 copies of “Who I Am.” Double ouch. “Transforming a charmed teenhood career into a viable adult one is possibly one of the entertainment industry’s most difficult feats,” wrote Julianne Escobedo Shepherd in Billboard last week. “For every Justin Timberlake, there are 10 former boy-band members whose post-group disinterest led them to hang up their hats.” Can Joe rebound from this rough opening week? Otherwise nothing is going to change in her life.” Mike thinks Lindsay’s on crack or meth, and if she doesn’t get her act together, she won’t be visiting the morgue for community service, but permanently. This explains a lot . On Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell on HLN Wednesday, Michael Lohan – no stranger to legal problems himself, which tells you something – said the following: “The [issue with her teeth], that’s from smoking a pipe with meth or crack. She’s smoking either crack or meth, one or the other. I’m not going to shade it.” Linds reportedly had emergency dental surgery to fix her rotting teeth last week, amid concerns sparked when she walked a red carpet with a dented ass grill. “[Prescription medication] would affect all your teeth, not just the front,” the elder Lohan adds. “You can’t dance with the devil and expect to go home with Jesus.” Whatever you say, MiLo. LiLo just can’t get right… According to TMZ reports : In a blistering hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail. Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation. The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report — the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.” The word “fulfilling” REALLY set Judge Sautner off! She was clearly disturbed and confused at the fact that LiLo thought that she should be BENEFITTING from her community service. TMZ broke the story … Lindsay got kicked out of the Women’s Center after being a no-show 9 times. The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required. The judge dismissed Shawn Holley’s argument that Lindsay had to go abroad to work — where she was seen partying on several occasions — and that’s why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.” Ouch! “…from what I hear”?? Sounds like the Judge isn’t too impressed with Linds and her “acting” Judge Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that “Probation is a Gift.” As we reported, Lindsay’s bail bondsman appeared in court and will be bailing her out shortly. The judge could barely contain her contempt for the Probation Dept., which gave Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the Probation Dept. had no authority to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for the time she served there. Although Judge Sautner noted that due to overcrowding in jails Lohan’s potential 18 month sentence could be reduced, as angry as she was in the video we wouldn’t be surprised if she threw the book at her anyway
