In addition, I am known as director of alternative sentencing at Cliffside Malibu where Ms. Lohan recently was. However, I am acting as the legal coach and crisis manager only for Teresa Giudice.” Teresa Giudice Facing New Fraud Charges Teresa and Joe Giudice were indicted Monday on two new counts of fraud, bringing the total number up to 41. Said Teresa’s attorney in a statement: “As she did with respect to the allegations contained in the original indictment, Teresa intends to plead ‘not guilty’ to the allegations in the new indictment. “She looks forward to defending herself at the trial, scheduled for February 24, 2014. Beyond that, we will answer all of the charges in court, not out.”
