Get ready to jingle your balls, Playboy fans. After a disastrous first shoot for the iconic men’s mag, Lindsay Lohan has posed for another set of nude pics, and this time they’re Hugh Hefner- approved. Reps at Playboy say that, now that the boss has signed off on the spread, Lindsay’s pictorial will definitely run in the January 2012 issue- just in time for Christmas! Lindsay’s first photo shoot was inspired by Kate Moss , and Hefner allegedly HATED the edgy results. Perhaps unsurprisingly, the new photos that Hef loves so much recall his glory days of the 1950s: “It’s a classic tribute inspired by the original Tom Kelly nude pictorial of Marilyn Monroe , a portion of which…was in the original issue of Playboy ,” Hefner told The New York Post ‘s Page Six about the spread. And speaking of spreading, he also confirmed that Lindsay IS fully nude in the pictures but they are “classy.” Lindsay has sat for a Marilyn-inspired photo shoot before, when she re-created the blonde goddess’s skinfamous “last sitting” with photographer Bert Stern for New York magazine. County Morgue, appearing in court for the 12,780th time, being sentenced to 30 days in jail and posing nude for Playboy , Lindsay Lohan had a very busy week, but at the end of it, mom Dina was proud. Above all, she says, the naked Playboy spread will be “tasteful.” Not sure what that means, but Jayde Nicole won’t be happy. “It was an opportunity for her. She’s 25 years old now, so it was her ultimate decision,” Dina Lohan explained of the Playboy offer. “It will be tastefully done.” Lindsay returned to the famed Playboy mansion in L.A. for a day of re-shoots – her first Playboy pics were not up to par – following her Tuesday court hearing. Asked about LiLo’s ongoing legal woes, Dina said, “It’s been four years of torture, we just want it over.” Too bad Lindsay won’t STFU and stay out of trouble. Fortunately, there are brighter, nuder days ahead for the famous family. “I’ve seen [the photos]. She’s great in front of the camera,” she added. After having her probation revoked yesterday , Lindsay Lohan spent one hour in jail. She posted bail in the amount of $100,000, and had just one thing to do as of this morning to stay out of jail: show up at the L.A. County Morgue to start knocking out 16 hours of community service. So what does she do? TMZ reports : Lindsay was supposed to show up by 8 AM, but at 7:40 her assistant called to say she’d be there in 10 minutes. Tick, tick, tick. We’re told Lindsay didn’t show up until 8:40. Her publicist claims she was late “due to a combination of not knowing the entrance to go through and confusion caused by the media waiting for her arrival.” Lindsay was met at the door by Coroner’s officials who turned her away. We’re told the Coroner’s office then contacted the Probation Dept.’s Volunteer Center — which supervises Lindsay’s probation — and notified them that she was late … AGAIN. That info will be forwarded on to Judge Stephanie Sautner. Lindsay just tweeted, “With all of the stress and pressure from yesterday and today, I’ve never been so happy to go to therapy!!! Also, I’m sorry for the confusion that I may of (sic) caused to those at the Coroner’s office. Won’t happen again, now I know where to go!” It’s not a violation for her not to show today … the judge only required that Lindsay put in 16 hours at the morgue by Nov 2. But it’s awful for Lindsay and her lawyer, who will try to convince the judge that she’s not thumbing her nose at authority. Mind you, the judge’s biggest issue with Lindsay is that she’s acting like she’s not taking her probation seriously. SMH

LiLo just can’t get right… According to TMZ reports : In a blistering hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner revoked Lindsay Lohan’s probation, had her cuffed and set a hearing for November 2, when Lindsay could end up getting as much as a year-and-a-half in jail. Judge Sautner said Lindsay Lohan was completely responsible for being thrown out of the Downtown Women’s Center, where the judge told her she must complete probation. The judge concluded Lindsay violated her probation, scoffing time after time, incredulously reading from the Probation Report — the section where Lindsay told the Probation officer she didn’t find the Women’s Center “fulfilling.” The word “fulfilling” REALLY set Judge Sautner off! She was clearly disturbed and confused at the fact that LiLo thought that she should be BENEFITTING from her community service. TMZ broke the story … Lindsay got kicked out of the Women’s Center after being a no-show 9 times. The Judge also doubted Lindsay attended sessions with her shrink once a week, as the Judge required. The judge dismissed Shawn Holley’s argument that Lindsay had to go abroad to work — where she was seen partying on several occasions — and that’s why she missed a number of community service appointments, saying, “She’s supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.” Ouch! “…from what I hear”?? Sounds like the Judge isn’t too impressed with Linds and her “acting” Judge Sautner recalled all the screw ups Lindsay has had in her court cases, reminding Holley that “Probation is a Gift.” As we reported, Lindsay’s bail bondsman appeared in court and will be bailing her out shortly. The judge could barely contain her contempt for the Probation Dept., which gave Lindsay a glowing report. Judge Sautner said the Probation Dept. had no authority to send Lindsay to the Red Cross to do her community service and said Lindsay would not get credit for the time she served there. Although Judge Sautner noted that due to overcrowding in jails Lohan’s potential 18 month sentence could be reduced, as angry as she was in the video we wouldn’t be surprised if she threw the book at her anyway
