33-year old Robert Cronin is currently behind bars and facing sexual assault charges after police say he impregnated an 11-year old girl. Cronin, from upstate New York, doesn’t deny that the new born baby is his, but claims the young girl became pregnant after coming in contact with clothing he had used while masturbating. WTEN-TV News reports, Police in Niskayuna, about 20 miles northwest of Albany, arrested and charged him with endangering the welfare of a child and felony predatory sexual assault against a child younger than 13. Cronin, who has five children with his fiancée, was being held at Schenectady County Jail without bail. Police say that both the young girl and her baby are safe and taken care of. SMH. As reported by Raw Story Joaquin Guzman is on trial facing several charges including drug trafficking with intent to distribute, conspiracy, racketeering, extortion, money laundering, homicide, possession of firearms and kidnapping. Naturally the federal prosecution team is pulling out all stops to ensure a conviction thus snitches are coming forward. According to a former associate the suspected kingpin once paid 100 million dollars to ex Mexican President Enrique Pena Nieto; yes 100. Alex Cifuentes spilled all types tea as he took the stand at Brooklyn Federal Court earlier this week. The self-confessed “right-hand man” detailed how he told prosecutors that in 2016 Nieto had reached out to him asking for $250 million. The money would guarantee that Joaquinn would no longer have to live in hiding. Cifuentes would allege the politician was paid $100 million in 2012. Nieto held presidential office from December 2012 to November 2018. His tenure would be besmirched with multiple accusations of corruption and widespread crime. Additionally the money did not keep him in pocket for his entire six-year run. In 2014 El Chapo was apprehended in Mexico only to infamously escape almost 15 months later via a tunnel dug directly from his cell. He was finally captured and extradited to the United States in January 2016. Nieto maintains his innocence and denies taking any bribes. City rapper has been met with criticism on both sides, mainly due to the NFL’s treatment of exiled quarterback Colin Kaepernick . Kaepernick has been out of football for two seasons now as he was allegedly blacklisted for his on-field protest against police brutality. Some believe that Scott’s participation is a disrespectful motion to Kaepernick, Black Lives Matter and those who have effectively protested watching and attending NFL games for what has occurred to Kaepernick, sources say that Scott consulted with Kaepernick about his involvement with the Super Bowl halftime show. According to Variety : “A source close to Scott said that while the two did not necessarily agree, they emerged from the conversation with mutual respect and understanding.” The insider said that Scott defended his decision by insisting the show could allow more light to be shone on the cause of social justice. He reportedly refused to confirm his participation in the Feb. 3 performance unless the NFL donated $500,000 to a social justice cause of Scott’s choice. That cause wound up being Dream Corps, a nonprofit organization that specializes in social justice issues. “I back anyone who takes a stand for what they believe in,” Scott said when announcing his Super Bowl Halftime Show appearance. “I know being an artist that it’s in my power to inspire. The Bachelor has entered virgin territory for Season 23. We mean this literally, because Colton Underwood is a virgin . However, based on an interview the ABC star gave on Monday night to Jimmy Kimmel, it sure sounds as if something has changed for the former football player. It sounds like he has finally entered… a woman. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live this week, Colton was grilled about his sexual experience, considering it's basically all producers want to focus on these days. “We keep hearing you're a virgin, but you've probably had sex 185 times by now,” Kimmel joked to Underood, impyling the Bachelor must have gotten hot and heavy with suitors in the Fantasy Suite. Right?!? Colton simply offered a coy smile in response and replied: “I don't know. I don't know what to say.” “I feel like for the longest time with 'The Bachelor,' it's been known for a journey for love,” he added. “I think they're trying to angle it somewhere else this season.” Yes, we know. But has Colton had sex or not?!? “I will say the fantasy suite was the most pivotal week of my journey…yes I made it to that week,” he told Kimmel. Now, we've heard the same thing. Fans of the comedian Artie Lange know that the former Howard Stern co-host is as well known for his very public struggles with substance abuse as for his razor-sharp wit. In December, Lange tweeted that he was in treatment for his addictions to cocaine and heroin and hoped to be out of treatment and performing again soon. The 50-year-old had tested the limitations of his body over his many years of substance abuse, and fans were stunned to see that his nose had become had become badly misshapen due to decades of snorting various drugs . For several weeks, it looked as though Lange had fully committed himself to the hard work of recovery. He even vowed to do one show a month for which all proceeds would go to toward helping a fellow addict attend rehab. But now, a source close to the comic tells Radar Online that Lange has fallen off the wagon and is currently “in self-destruction mode.” Lange is due in court on January 30 for repeated probation violations. The insider says friends and family worry that he since he knows he’ll be sent to prison or court-ordered rehab, Lange has decided to throw caution to the wind in the weeks between now and then. “He knows he won’t survive drug court, so he’s going to party as much as much as he can until he gets thrown in jail or a year-long rehab,” the source says. “Even his sponsors from The Retreat [Lange’s most recent rehab center] know that he’s partying even though he’s denying it.” The situation has become so dire that Lange’s colleagues have taken to reaching out to him publicly on social media. “Even Richard Lewis reached out to him on Twitter begging him to get clean,” the insider revealed. “You know if Artie is tweeting at 4 a.m. he’s high.” “Artie, this is my 1000th request over decades to beg you to surrender to your addictions,” Lewis tweeted last week, sharing a photo of haggard-looking Lange in a New Jersey courtroom. “We had the most laughs sober. I love you. You’re beloved and a magnificent comedian cursed with self loathing and fear. Give it up and live.” “What Richard said.
