Beau Biden, the son of Vice President Joe Biden, has passed away. He was 46 years old. The father of two had been battling brain cancer for several years. The news of Biden’s death was confirmed via a statement from the Vice President’s office: “It is with broken hearts that Hallie, Hunter, Ashley, Jill and I announce the passing of our husband, brother and son, Beau, after he battled brain cancer with the same integrity, courage and strength he demonstrated every day of his life. “The entire Biden family is saddened beyond words.” “We know that Beau’s spirit will live on in all of us – especially through his brave wife, Hallie, and two remarkable children, Natalie and Hunter.” Biden was hospitalized last week for “an episode of disorientation and weakness.” His doctors stated that they expected him to make a full recovery, however. An attorney, veteran of the Iraq War, and former attorney general for the state of Delaware, Biden had intended to run for governor of his home state in the upcoming 2016 election. The hip hop star also known as Chinx Drugz was killed in Queens, N.Y. According to ABC News, he was driving a friend to a subway station when he suffered multiple gunshot wounds inside a Porsche. He was 31. Khloe knew him because he was a member of French Montana’s Coke Boys crew, and Khloe and French have dated on and off for over a year. It’s not clear what their current relationship status is, but what is clear is that the death of Chinx hit French incredibly hard – and Khloe too. “We’ve only known each other a short time but it was the best time,” Khloe wrote on Instagram. “Full of memories that I will cherish forever!” “I miss you Chinxy ???? #TheWolfPack #RIPChinx.” The images featured the late rapper, real name, Lionel Pickens with Khloe and French, along with Chinx’s wife and Khloe’s BFF Malika Haqq. Miley Cyrus Sings About Dead Fish, Cries

Miley Cyrus has released a new song as part of her Backyard Sessions special concert series, the proceeds from which all benefit The Happy Hippie Foundation . In this instance, Cyrus is rocking a onesie and singing about her late blowfish Pablow, actually breaking down in tears toward the end of the track. “Some of you may remember a few months ago my dear blow fish Pablow past away,” Cyrus wrote in an Instagram post. “I wrote this song for him. He made me so happy and I miss him everyday.” Miley has sadly lost many pets over the years, using multiple tour stops a couple years ago to pay tribute to her dog, Floyd. In this song, Miley expresses regret for having confined Pablow in a tank instead of letting him live free in the ocean. She also sings about a recent outing to a sushi restaurant, belting out such lyrics as: “I got soup and I ordered rice, but watching my friends eat my friends ruined my appetite.” This performance is a far cry from Miley asking people to lick her pussy and her crack , huh? Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, Boston Marathon Bomber, Sentenced to Death

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been sentenced to death. Earlier today, a jury in Boston voted unanimously to execute the man responsible for the marathon bombing in 2013 that killed a trio of bystanders. Says Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch via statement: “Dzhokhar Tsarnaev coldly and callously perpetrated a terrorist attack that injured hundreds of Americans and ultimately took the lives of three individuals: “Krystle Marie Campbell, a 29-year-old native of Medford; Lingzi Lu, a 23-year-old Boston University graduate student from China; and Martin Richard, an 8-year-old boy from Dorchester who was watching the marathon with his family just a few feet from the second bomb.   “In the aftermath of the attack, Tsarnaev and his brother murdered Sean Collier, a 27-year-old patrol officer on the MIT campus, extinguishing a life dedicated to family and service.” Tsarnaev, who was found guilty of this heinous crime in April, will remain in custody and  be formally sentenced by the judge at a later date. “We know all too well that no verdict can heal the souls of those who lost loved ones, nor the minds and bodies of those who suffered life-changing injuries from this cowardly attack,” added Lynch.  “But the ultimate penalty is a fitting punishment for this horrific crime and we hope that the completion of this prosecution will bring some measure of closure to the victims and their families. “We thank the jurors for their service, the people of Boston for their vigilance, resilience and support and the law enforcement community in Boston and throughout the country for their important work.” View Slideshow: 17 Celebrities Who May Have Killed People

Grey’s Anatomy Season 11 Episode 24 Recap: Dancing It Out

On Grey’s Anatomy Season 11, Callie and Arizona broke up. Jackson and April lost their baby. Oh, and Derek died. So clearly there were no bombshells left to be dropped on the season finale, right? HA! Clearly you don’t know anything about Shonda Rhimes… Watch Grey’s Anatomy Season 11 Episode 24 Online We picked up from the end of last week’s episode, as April has delivered a still-trapped Keith to the hospital. Inspired by the sight of his baby son, both he and the child’s mother pulled through in the end, thanks to Stephanie’s intervention. All of that crazy drama reminded April of the high she enjoyed while working overseas with Owen. She therefore admitted to Jackson that she felt as if she had been “called” and was anxious to take the next fight to Jordan. Jackson understood and respected the decision. He saw the spark in April, but he also said he doesn’t think he can be there for her when she returns. Elsewhere, Amelia actually made nice with Owen. They engaged in some playful banter, and it appeared as if Amelia was leaving room open to a reconciliation. But alas. View Slideshow: 18 SHOCKING Shondaland Moments Richard and Catherine weren’t doing much better, not after the former said she couldn’t name Bailey the new Chief of Surgery and the latter replied by calling her a “dictator.” Eventually, Meredith played the “my husband is dead card,” ordering everyone to get their acts together. This resulted in Richard and Catherine actually getting married, but not in any definitive answer in regard to Bailey’s professional future. In closing, Meredith gave Amelia her cell phone information so she could listen to Derek’s final message. It was all about ferry rides and how much he loves his wife. Maggie confessed to Meredith that her mom has been having an affair for over a decade and that her adoptive parents are at last splitting up. Jo decided that she wants to be with Alex… to the point that she found a home for them to buy so he could sell Meredith his place. And, at the finale’s conclusion, Mer and company danced it out, shaking off their tears. It’s pretty much like Derek never existed, huh? Go watch Grey’s Anatomy online to catch up on this season and sound off on this episode below.

B.B. King Dies: Blues Legend Was 89

Legendary guitarist B.B. King, who brought the blues from the Mississippi Delta to the mainstream, has passed away at the age of 89. Some of King’s children had been feuding with his longtime manager, Laverne Toney, about the music great’s medical care and finances. Fight Night Part 2: Floyd Mayweather And Manny Pacquiao Are Already Negotiating A Rematch

Mayweather And Pacquiao Already In Talks For A Rematch In 2016 Were you one of the millions of people who claim they were disappointed by the May 2nd showdown between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather? Well, rumor has it that the two are planning to do it all again, for the money fans. Reports are coming in that once Manny has time to repair his bum arm , Floyd will be more than happy to meet him in the ring again, if the cash is looking right. Via Page Six : The rematch is on. Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao made so much money on their recent bout, they want to do it again. The May 2 fight attracted celeb fans from Beyoncé to Drew Barrymore, Michael Jordan to Justin Bieber. Although the fight was a snooze, and Pacquiao is recovering from shoulder surgery, sources say Showtime, HBO, Bob Arum and all the other parties to the record-breaking $600 million event are ready for more. “It’s already being negotiated,” a source told me. Pacquiao needs four months of rehab post-surgery, and three months to train. “The fight will be the first event at the under-construction MGM–AEG Arena set to open next year.” All the parties involved deny talks are under way, but I’m told Pacquiao wants redemption. “He feels he fought with only one arm,” said one insider. Mayweather will do it for the money. It’s like Hollywood. When a movie makes that much profit, there has to be a sequel. While the first fight took more than five years to come together, all the pieces already are in place for the do-over. Welp! Looks like it’s time to get those hotels and flights booked (or set up your GoFundMe pages ) for “Fight of the Century” part 2. Maybe these two can make it more exciting next time…

Fix It Jesus! Studies Show Major Drop In Christians In The U.S. — Especially Among Millenials

Christianity On The Decline In America It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that a lot of folks have lost faith … Via CNN reports : Released Tuesday, the survey of 35,000 American adults shows the Christian percentage of the population dropping precipitously, to 70.6%. In 2007, the last time Pew conducted a similar survey, 78.4% of American adults called themselves Christian. In the meantime, almost every major branch of Christianity in the United States has lost a significant number of members, Pew found, mainly because millennials are leaving the fold. More than one-third of millennials now say they are unaffiliated with any faith, up 10 percentage points since 2007. It’s not just millennials leaving the church. Whether married or single, rich or poor, young or old, living in the West or the Bible Belt, almost every demographic group has seen a significant drop in people who call themselves Christians, Pew found. The drops have been deepest among two of the country’s most formidable faith traditions: Catholics and mainline Protestants, so-called for their prominence in American history. At the same time, Hinduism and Islam, religions tied to recent immigrants, according to Pew, have made small but significant gains. While they have declined as a percentage of the overall population, the number of evangelicals has remained relatively steady in the past seven years. People who profess no faith affiliation — often called “nones,” as in “none of the above” — now form nearly 23% percent of the country’s adult population, according to the Pew study. That puts the unaffiliated nearly on par with evangelicals (25.4%) and ahead of Catholics (about 21%) and mainline Protestants (14.7%). While Pew’s study will likely to cheer the hearts of atheists, the rapid rise of religiously unaffiliated Americans hasn’t necessarily spawned a generation of infidels. Just 3% of the “nones” call themselves atheists, a small bump from 2007, when 1.5% did the same. Four percent say they are agnostic, meaning they don’t know if God exists, a gain of 1.6 percentage points from seven years ago. Do you identify as Christian? Do you think that people are leaving the church because times have gotten so hard with the economy or is it a reflection of the troubled times we’re living in? Shutterstock
