Stop the violence… 7-Year-Old Girl Killed, 8-Year-Old Wounded In Detroit The family of Chanell Berry is reeling after the 7-year-old child was murdered while playing with Christmas presents. Authorities report that 23-year-old Sharonda Benson killed Chanell and wounded her 8-year-old friend Ellen Garjo while arguing with Ellen’s mother. Benson, who shares a baby’s father with the woman, apparently fired shots into the Detroit area home where the children were playing after an argument. Fox 2 Detroit reports:  A 7-year-old girl is killed and an 8-year-old girl is in critical condition after both were shot Sunday night. Two people of interest are in custody for the Steel Street shooting in which the Detroit house was “sprayed” with bullets, according to police. Chanell Berry died in the shooting, while Ellen Garjo was wounded, while playing with Christmas presents. “My baby died in my arms,” said Kiana Johnson, mother of Chanell, her youngest child. “My baby was down, I (went) to pick my baby up in my arms and my baby died in my arms. Police say the shooting happened after 23-year-old Sharonda Benson began arguing with Ellen’s mother. Apparently both have children with the same man.  And after leaving, Benson threatened to return. “It was because of her,” Johnson said. “That my baby lost her life. She knew there were kids in here.” Chanell and Ellen were both shot multiple times.  Ellen lies critical in the hospital on Monday. Police say Benson turned herself in.l Sources say her 22-year-old relative,  found in a taxi on Lamphere near Joy, was also arrested. A GoFundMe has been started by Chanell’s family for funeral costs. So, so sad. Hopefully the family gets justice for this little girl.

Yolanda Foster Cuts Off Contact With David Foster as Divorce Turns Ugly: Report

It’s been four weeks since we first learned that Yolanda and David Foster are getting divorced , and in that time, relations between the former model and the renowned music producer have gone from bad to worse. While initial reports indicated that the split was amicable, several insiders have claimed that the Fosters have been living separate lives for over a year – and badmouthing one another for almost as long. Apparently, the final straw came when David questioned if Yolanda is actually suffering from Lyme disease while speaking to a group of mutual friends. Word reportedly got back to Yolanda, and now, what had been a relatively drama-free separation has deteriorated into an ugly divorce. In fact Radar Online is reporting that Yolanda has cut off all communication with David and is now letting her lawyers do the talking. “She is with the kids in Aspen and is enjoying downtime with family and close friends. Aspen has always been a very special place for the Yolanda,” says one insider. “But there has been no communication with David. Things are still tense between them. David has remained in Los Angeles through Christmas and celebrated with his daughters.” When reached for comment, lawyers for Yolanda declined to provide any information on whether or not she’s on speaking terms with her ex, but they did state that the former couple is currently “attempting to reach a settlement.” View Slideshow: Celebrity Breakups of 2015: The Year of the Split!

Lemmy Kilmister Dies; Motörhead Singer Was 70

Lemmy Kilmister – the lead singer of the influential rock band Motörhead – has passed away at the age of 70. Almost as well known for his reckless lifestyle as for his inimitable vocal stylings on metal classics such “Ace of Spades,” Kilmister succumbed to an undisclosed form of cancer less than 48 hours after being diagnosed. The official Motörhead Twitter page broke the news to fans moments ago with the following statement: ” There is no easy way to say this…our mighty, noble friend Lemmy passed away today after a short battle with an extremely aggressive cancer. “He had learnt of the disease on December 26th, and was at home, sitting in front of his favorite video game from The Rainbow which had recently made it’s way down the street, with his family. We cannot begin to express our shock and sadness, there aren’t words. We will say more in the coming days, but for now, please…play Motörhead loud, play Hawkwind loud, play Lemmy’s music LOUD. Have a drink or few. Share stories. Celebrate the LIFE this lovely, wonderful man celebrated so vibrantly himself…HE WOULD WANT EXACTLY THAT. ” The news comes as fans continue to mourn the passing of the band’s drummer, Phil Taylor, who passed away last month . In addition to his time with Motörhead, Kilmister was an early member of the UK space rock outfit Hawkwind. What?! Donald Trump’s Poll Numbers May Be Better Than Previously Thought

Theory Suggests Donald Trump Poll Numbers Are Understated Thanks to closeted racist voters too ashamed to admit they’re voting for big-mouthed bigot Donald Trump, there’s a new study that claims Trump’s poll numbers may be understated. Apparently, the theory is known as the “Bradley effect,” named after Los Angeles Mayor Tom Bradley, a Black man, who, based on exit polls, had a sizeable lead and was projected to win California’s 1982 gubernatorial race against George Deukmejian, but ultimately lost. Now a tech company is saying the same thing is happening with Donald Trump and his poll numbers. According to Business Insider : The study examined a mystery that has confounded polling analysts over the past few months: Why does Trump perform better in online-based surveys than polls that include live-telephone interviews? The study posited that voters, when interviewed by pollsters via telephone, are reluctant to admit their support for a controversial candidate whose critics have painted him as racist. In self-administered online interviews, on the other hand, they will be more likely to admit their support. And that will more likely reflect their eventual decision in the privacy of a voting booth. “Much work remains to better understand which types of polls are actually right in predicting Trump’s support levels, but a key implication of the study is that many national polls may be underestimating Trump’s support levels,” the study concluded. If true, the results could indicate that Trump’s support in polls, which has risen to new heights over the past few weeks, is actually understated. Trump has climbed as high as 41% in a recent Monmouth survey of national Republican primary voters. On average, he has a 17-point lead over his closest Republican contender, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas). Overall, the study found that Trump performs about six percentage points better in online surveys compared with those conducted by phone. In a sample of nearly 3,000 Republican voters, the Morning Consult study found that Trump garnered 38% support with online respondents, 36% with respondents who were robo-called, and 32% among live-interviewed voters. Lunch Lady Fired For Giving Food To Hungry 12-Year-Old Girl A school lunch lady for giving a free meal to a hungry young student according to WPTV reports: Dalene Bowden says she gave the meal to a middle school student who said she didn’t have any money. “My heart hurts. I truly loved my job, and I can’t say that I wouldn’t do it again,” said Bowden. It’s been a week since Bowden lost her job at Irving Middle School. “What do you do? Send them out there, so they can get it taken away and thrown away? No,” she said. Last Tuesday, Bowden was working as a server when a 12-year-old girl told her she didn’t have any lunch money and was hungry. “So, I handed her the food and said, ‘Here. We’ll take care of it in a minute,’” she said. Bowden’s supervisor saw what happened and reported her. “He said I was on permanent leave until he called me. I should not call them. He will call me. And they never called me. I got the letter,” Bowden said. The letter was signed and written by the school district director of human resources. In that letter, Bowden was terminated for “theft.” Bowden told a local newspaper she offered to pay for the $1.70 meal, but her supervisor rejected the offer. Through social media, she has rallied quite a number of supporters. She has also hired an attorney. The school district could not be reached for comment. What the hell kind of person snitches on the lunch lady for giving a free meal away to a hungry child?!!?

BOSSIP Exclusive – T.I.’s Money Woes Worsen: Slapped With Lien Over Ga. Manse

Rapper Now Owes the IRS And His Housing Association Maybe it’s time for T.I. to hire a new accountant. The rapper/reality star is in more financial trouble for not paying his bills after the IRS slapped him with two federal tax liens earlier this year for more than $4.5 million dollars in unpaid taxes. Now, the rapper is being accused of refusing to pay bills on his Georgia mansion. On December 16th, the Lost Valley Homeowners Association filed a lien against T.I. over him refusing to pay them them his homeowners fees including unpaid and delinquent assessments and other costs totaling $536.97. The lien has been placed against the rapper’s Jonesboro mansion he purchased back in 2006 for $4.2 million. The five bedroom, seven bathroom 10,460 sq. ft. pad has an elevator, greenhouse, hot tub/spa, intercom, security system and tons of other features. The new financial issue wouldn’t seem like a huge deal if the rapper hadn’t already been hit with two federal tax liens back in August, which accuse him of owing taxes for 2012 & 2013 for a total amount of debt owed coming to $4,570,759.86. The feds explained they have demanded the payment from T.I. but the balance remains due to this date – and they say they will be placing the lien against all property and assets the rapper owns. The IRS doesn’t play around with millions of dollars in unpaid taxes and could begin seizing his assets if he doesn’t pay up on the $4.5 million. Continue reading →

Kaley Cuoco, for one, can’t wait until the calendar flips to 2016. The 30-year old star of The Big Bang Theory has made her share of big headlines over the past several months, highlighted by a surprising divorce from Ryan Sweeting after just two years of marriage. She’s also faced rumors of infidelity and new relationships and has clearly been through a lot. But at least she hasn’t been through it alone. “Every year my family has an incredible get together that involves everyone from gran (sic) parents, grandkids, second and third cousins, babies, tons of food and Christmas carols…” Cuoco wrote as an Instagram caption this week to a large, black-and-white family photo. She continued: “Someone showed me this photo last night. My grams is right there in the middle. “Through all the craziness, drama, gossip, tears, and life that has happened this last year, seeing these people who know me quite well, made me oh so very happy.” In November, Cuoco opened up to People Magazine, admitting she was kind of in a “dark place,” while filming her independent movie Burning Bodhi . Last week, Khloe Kardashian posted a naked photo on her website along with an explanation about how an impromptu photo shoot got crazy after a few drinks. Today Khloe is sharing more highlights from the same session, and it looks like those tropical drinks really lowered her inhibitions. “One night after our Keeping up with the Kardashians cameras went down and everyone was asleep, Kendall and I were super bored.” “So we called Jen and Joyce and decided to go to Jen’s little bungalow and do a photo shoot just for fun. YOLO, right?” Khloe wrote. “We started drinking a little and somehow this impromptu photo shoot turned into a fully nude photo shoot 🙂 I was apparently living in the moment.” “LOL!!!”  Obviously, this isn’t the first time we’ve seen Khloe Kardashian nude , but this time she’s really showing us the goods from all angles.  If you  watch Keeping Up With the Kardashians online , you know that the trip to St. Barths didn’t go exactly as planned. Brooke McCarter Dies; The Lost Boys Actor Was 52

Brooke McCarter  – the actor best known for his role in the 1987 teen vampire film The Lost Boys – has passed away at the age of 52. Sources close to the McCarter family say Brooke had been suffering from a genetic liver condition. In addition to The Lost Boys , McCarter starred in the cult favorite as Thrashin ‘ – a skateboarding film that helped launch the careers of Tony Hawk, Josh Brolin and the Red Hot Chili Peppers – as well as the John Belushi biopic, Wired . McCarter mostly kept away from the spotlight in the years that followed Lost Boys,  but he remained active in the entertainment world until his death. After working as a drummer and music programmer for several years, McCarter returned to the world of film as a producer and a director of documentaries. Possibly as a result of his ongoing health problems, McCarter was frequently the subject of death rumors throughout his life. The actor always handled the macabre speculation with the gentle good humor for which he was known. Throughout his short career, McCarter shared billing with such famous names as Kieffer Sutherland, Jason Patric and Corey Feldman. This time it’s Clinton Portis , who played college ball at the University of Miami before being drafted in the second round of the 2002 NFL Draft. He was actually voted the Rookie of the Year and played 9 years in the league with the Denver Broncos and Washington Red*****. According to some estimates he took home around $43.1 million in his career an astounding number compared to the $150 USA Today reports he has in his checking account. Deadspin published the actual list of creditors revealing the debt rings in at $4,857,659.50: The filing lists the creditors holding the 20 largest unsecured claims against Porits. Some of the more notable debts: $500,000 to Entertainment Tonight correspondent and CNN contributor Nischelle Turner $390,000 in back taxes $170,000 to the Borgata casino in Atlantic City $287,178.56 to the MGM Grand A combined $1,223,020 in mortgage deficiencies $500,000 to his mother $412,000 in unpaid domestic support to four different women $65,553 on a repossessed BMW $899.09 in unpaid telephone bills The filings also include Portis’s average monthly income. He receives $3,500 per month in disability payments from the NFL, and $1,000 per month for freelance sideline reporting at NFL games. Meanwhile USA Today lists his monthly income as a slightly higher $7,500 with average monthly expenses of $12,800. $7,500 is nothing to sneeze at but when you have your cars repossessed and four different women looking for domestic support, we can see why bankruptcy might seem like the only way out. Besides, women and cars, DailyMail reveals Portis fell prey to another common NFL money drain — predatory financial advisors: Attorney Curtis Elmore is representing Portis in the foreclosure case on the $1million royal purple house he built for his mother north of Gainesville, Florida. He told The Gainesville Sun that his client had been swindled by those who took advantage of him. ‘Mr. Portis placed his trust in certain people for financial guidance and he’s been betrayed, so it’s not been due to his negligence or ineffective financial planning. It’s just been swindlers and the ripple effects that their actions are causing,’ he said. Portis was also among a group of NFL stars who invested in an Alabama bingo casino that lost the 35 players a combined $40million when it shut down in 2010. As part of his reported $13.29million in assets, Portis included an $8million claim against Pro Sports Financial, which was involved in the casino, as well as a $2million claim against Jade Private Wealth Management. SMH… We still wanna know what was going on with Portis and Nischelle Turner that she gave him half a milli. Let us find out she’s a real life Mary Jane Paul and Portis was playing Cutty Buddy!
