Give Patricia Krentcil credit where due. The New Jersey woman, now known as Tanning Mom after her arrest for (allegedly) letting her six-year-old go tanning with her, knows how to take a joke. Kristen Wiig’s impersonation of her on Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update news segment this weekend was “well done,” she told the New York Post . Tanning Mom conceded, “The whole thing was hysterical.” Tanning Mom Saturday Night Live Parody During the sketch, a charred-looking Wiig likened Patricia Krentcil to a Slim Jim, and later “Wile E. Coyote right after something’s blown up in his face.” The 44-year-old Krentcil, who pleaded not guilty to felony child endangerment charges last week, was not nearly amused after Snooki called her crazy .
Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi is determined to prove the skeptics wrong regarding her parenting skills this year – skills she says she’s always had faith in. The 24-year-old says she never doubted her own ability to raise a child. “I can’t wait to meet my kid!” she tells V ‘s Americana Issue. “Everyone will be surprised to see a different side of me . I’m loving, caring, sensitive. “I’m protective and very maternal, no matter what people might think.” Polizzi is used to having people underestimate and tease her. “I’ve been bullied my whole life. In high school, me and my girlfriends were freshmen and we were all pretty girls in cheerleading and stuff, so the older girls would bully us because all of their guys want to hang out with us,” she says. “I am to this day probably the No. 1 most-bullied celebrity,” Snooki adds. “I really don’t go with trends, I don’t try to fit in like everyone else does in Hollywood. I just like to be different and I don’t care.” The Jersey Shore star, who is set to star in her own spinoff (see Snooki & JWoww trailer ), admits she has “a lot of haters.” “I mean, people used to say I was fat when I was the hottest thing ever. Imagine what they say now.” Or don’t, based on some comments on THG over the years. Reality TV may be fleeting, but Snooki, who is engaged to marry Jionni LaValle , already has a plan to capitalize on the next phase of her life. “My ideas are endless,” she tells V, musing about her potential baby gear line. “Who wouldn’t want a leopard-print rattle or a cheetah-print bib?” We can think of a few million people … but have at it. As we reported yesterday, the studio behind The Elder Scrolls is looking to create an MMO based in the Elder Scrolls world . Take a deep breath, young ladies: Justin Bieber is okay. But he sure doesn’t look that way in the latest issue of Complex . The 18-year old singer is featured on dueling covers of the magazine’s 10th anniversary issue, which goes on sale April 3, and he’s channeling Tyler Duren from Fight Club for each. See for yourself: Inside the publication, Bieber jokes that he’s actually a “40-year old man in disguise,” while warning new and old fans that his upcoming album will be a departure from his past material. “People just need to take a chance and listen,” he says of the CD, which is reported to be chock full of hip-hop and rap. “That’s going to be the biggest problem, to make them feel like it’s cool for them to like my music.” Justin’s first single off the album will drop on March 26 and he’s giving fans a chance to vote for the cover art for it.
