Kim Kardashian is reportedly miserable in her marriage. According to the latest issue of reputable supermarket tabloid Life & Style , the reality star – who will take on NYC again next month, as previewed HERE – believes she moved too quickly with Kris Humphries and recently said to a friend: “I didn’t know marriage was going to be so hard.” Speaking of hard, Ray J once videotaped himself and Kim… nevermind. Too easy. Another pal of Kim’s tells the magazine that Kim doesn’t think she’s “ready for the commitment” that comes with being a wife, which goes along with what THG readers have been saying for months. Amanda Knox Parents Praised, George and Cindy Anthony Ripped By Jose Baez

The Casey Anthony and Amanda Knox have obvious parallels. Both are attractive white women accused of murder and acquitted after spending years behind bars – in Knox’s case, she was actually convicted first – and who have become national stories (and eviscerated by Nancy Grace ) for better or worse. One area where they differ – to Casey’s detriment, according to her lawyer Jose Baez – is in the parenting department. Amanda alone has that going for her. Baez says he was happy when the Amanda Knox verdict was overturned and she was freed. Having gone through it with Anthony, it brought back memories. “It was a surreal moment … I remembered being in that situation – a young woman’s life hung in the balance, and in a split second, her life was given back to her.” Baez says he felt Amanda’s family played a key role and they should “be applauded” for sticking with their 24-year-old daughter through the entire process. Contrarily, Casey’s parents George and Cindy Anthony did not support her and “hurt her case.” That was even before their shameless Dr. Phil interview , too. In the end, Baez says they’re just a pair of “all-American girls.” A lot of people would likely choose different words, but we suppose that’s true, if only literally. While the celebrity gossip world continues to wonder about the status of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore, and while tabloids claim to have evidence that the former cheated with Sara Leal, this couple appears unaffected by the rumors. Latest case in point? Ashton and Demi were spotted together Friday night attending services at a Kabbalah center in Los Angeles. Rumors, schmumors: Is all well between Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore? Witnesses tell People the pair spoke to a number of people at the facility, prior to exiting together, arms wrapped around each other’s waists. This is the second time Kutcher and Moore have been spotted at the center since chatter about the former’s infidelity spread once again. Neither star has spoken publicly about their marriage, with the exception of a few mysterious, silly Tweets.

A week after spending their sixth wedding anniversary apart, and days after a tabloid story exploded the Internet with rumors of their demise , Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore were spotted at the same place on Friday. Described as “tense,” but each donning his/her wedding ring, the stars attended a private meeting at a Los Angeles-area Kaballah center, sources confirm to Us Weekly . Sorry, Demi. Ashton may have already moved on. The couple has received “counseling from Kabbalah over the summer to try to fix their marriage,” another insider claimed last week, leading many to believe Moore and Kutcher might still try to work this out, despite reports that the latter gave it to Sara Leal in a San Diego Hotel on September 23. Then again, we really shouldn’t make that assumption, right, Ashton? Via Twitter, the socially inept actor warned that one makes “an ASS out of U and ME” when one does so. Our bad, man.

Fox News. The Los Angeles Times. The New York Times. The Wall Street Journal. These are just a few of the publications that have jumped on the media bandwagon, singing all praises to the controversial new book: “Is Marriage for White People? How the African American Marriage Decline Affects Everyone.” Penned by an African-American professor of law at Stanford University, Ralph Richard Banks uses his book to recommend succinctly that successful black women look outside the black race to marry. He suggests that this is a far better road to take than “marrying down,” or remaining alone. Citing many personal observations and analyzes of relationship data, Banks makes the case that there is no reason for highly successful black women to remain dedicated to the black man. In fact, he argues that many of the social ills in African-American society can be ameliorated by high-earning black women “marrying out,” thereby creating more stable two-parent homes for black children. Clueless actress Stacey is officially divorced from her husband Emmanuel Xuereb. A judge finally granted her divorce from the man she claims beat her up on multiple occasions. Stacey Dash filed for divorce in January 2010, the same day she filed for a restraining order against Emmanuel. Dash claimed that Xuereb had hit her in the face, head and body during their two-plus years of marriage, but she was afraid to report it to police. In any case, the marriage – which was Dash’s third – is officially over now.

Jennifer Aniston Goes "Ballistic" Over Brad Pitt Comments, Report Says

For a notoriously private guy, Brad Pitt surprisingly opened up a can of worms with his comments about his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston in Parade magazine. Remarks the actress and her camp are said to have “gone ballistic” over. Regardless of the Moneyball star’s intentions, saying he wasn’t leading an interesting or fulfilling life pre-Angelina Jolie, and that he was “trying to pretend my marriage was something that it wasn’t” reated a PR firestorm. How did the former Mrs. Pitt react? “She was annoyed,” a pal close to the Horrible Bosses star says. “She thought that it was rude and inappropriate.” Team Aniston angrily reached out to Pitt’s representatives, according to Us Weekly , and “They got his team involved and Brad was read the riot act.” Within 24 hours, Pitt had surprisingly released a statement clarifying and lamenting the pretend marriage comment while praising his former spouse. Jen “is an incredibly giving, loving and hilarious woman,” Brad swears. Still, the Pitt source says, despite his claims that it was all spun wrong , “no one believes his words were taken out of context – he said what he said.” Why say that in any context? Yhough Pitt is clearly happy with Angelina Jolie and their kids, “We think he’s jealous [Jen’s] in love,” the source says.
