Christine O’Donnell Labels Piers Morgan "Creepy"

As a one-time witch, Christine O’Donnell should watch who she calls “creepy.” America’s favorite ultraconservative princess/occult dabbler continues to make the media rounds to promote her new book, hitting Today this morning. In response to questions about walking out on Piers Morgan earlier this week, she called out the CNN host and his line of “inappropriate” questioning. Christine O’Donnell Ad According to O’Donnell, it was Piers’ “very inappropriate, creepy line of questioning” that featured “sex questions that he would not ask of a man.” We disagree. If a male politician made railing against gay marriage and masturbating a centerpiece of his platform. Piers would probably bring it up. Furthermore, Piers’ questions all covered topics in her book Trouble Maker , which she was there to promote. She didn’t like them, so she peaced out. No, not on a broom.

Dr. Conrad Murray Seeking Jury Sequestration, Protection From "Character Assassination"

Dr. Conrad Murray’s legal team believes sequestering the jury is the only way to ensure his fair trial in the Michael Jackson manslaughter case. Charged with involuntarily causing the King of Pop’s death, Murray wants the court protect him and the system from “character assassinations.” The name Nancy Grace has come up more than once from Murray’s lawyers, citing the case of Casey Anthony , who ended up walking in July. Dr. Conrad Murray ‘s lawyers say the only reason the Anthony jurors were unswayed by the media skewering of Anthony was because they were sequestered. According to documents, Grace and others engaged in “nonstop on-air abuse of not only the defendant, but the jurors and defense attorneys involved.” The legal docs claim , “There is reasonable expectation that Dr. Murray’s trial will be the most publicized in history,” and that of the several hundred jurors polled during jury selection, only one claimed not to have heard of the case. Judge Michael Pastor said last month he would consider sequestering the jury, although he felt it was unnecessary and expensive. Stay tuned … [Photo: WENN.com]

Camille Grammer says she regrets disparaging Kelsey Grammer’s small penis , but make no mistake, she is still bitter toward her former husband. The Real Housewife tells TMZ : “While the media added words and blew it out of proportion, I acknowledge my part in this and regret my remarks.” “Some joking remarks I made to Kyle Richards got picked up and caused my ex-husband great embarrassment and for that I sincerely apologize.” Camille goes on to complain that she wants to settle their differences and move on with her life, “but Kelsey just seems to want to fight this.” Specifically, she claims “I offered a 50/50 physical split with joint custody and was soundly rejected.” Moreover, he’s cut off communication. “I fear the message we’re sending our children,” says the former Mrs. Grammer. “Now he will only communicate with me through lawyers.” Or Katye Walsh , who responded to the remark about Kelsey’s package by insinuating that perhaps Camille’s vadge just wasn’t getting it done.

Casey Anthony Judge Shreds Media; Names of Jury Members to Remain Sealed

The judge in the Casey Anthony case ordered the names of the jurors to remain secret for their protection, tearing the media a new one in the process. Judge Belvin Perry cited the “circus-like atmosphere” around the trial in the name of entertainment rather than justice for putting the jurors at risk. Jury members’ identities will be sealed until at least October 25. “The jurors in this case face the possibility of substantial injury if their names are made public,” Perry ruled, according to the Orlando Sentinel . Casey Anthony Verdict Reading Florida law requires that the names be released, but Perry will not “until sufficient time has passed to allow those enraged by the verdict and who might instinctively react with violence to compose and restrain themselves.” He again cited the case’s “unique and alarming circumstances.” Perry also took the opportunity to take the media to task. Scathingly, he wrote: “Clearly, the broadcast of an official and serious court proceeding such as this trial where a young girl was dead and her mother faced the death penalty devolved into cheap, soap opera-like entertainment.” The use of the state’s public records law to have the juror names released, the judge lamented, had “become simply a tool to sell a story.” Casey Anthony, 25, was found not guilty on July 5 of murdering her 2-year-old daughter Caylee, sparking outcry and even death threats . The media frenzy hasn’t slowed since that date. In fact, it may intensify as the first Casey Anthony interview is being shopped around.

Waka Flocka Flame has been arrested again. The Atlanta rapper was arrested over the weekend in the place of his birth — Queens, New York — in the parking lot of the Coliseum mall. Mediatakeout.com reports “A GANG of officers ran up on Waka and his people and immediately started LOCKING DUDES UP . .. no questions asked. When our insider asked a passing officer what happened, the insider told MediaTakeOut.com, ‘He said something about a warrant’.” According to Waka, he spent a night in jail, but was never charged with a crime and later released.
