The new Kick-Ass 2 international trailer has dropped, and it features some brand new footage from the film. It’s got some pretty NSFW language, so be forewarned: Kick-Ass 2 International Trailer Aaron Taylor-Johnson returns in the title role, as the teenager who decides to become a real-life superhero. Inspired by Kick-Ass, the sequel finds many other ordinary people donning costumes and joining him and Hit-Girl, played by Chloe Moretz. Meanwhile, Red Mist transforms himself into a super villain with a rather rude monicker that you’ll have to watch the trailer to discover. Jim Carrey, Donald Faison, Clark Duke, John Leguizamo, and Morris Chestnut also star. Jeff Wadlow directs the film, which is based on the comic by Mark Millar and John Romita Jr. Kick-Ass 2 will premiere August 16.
Benicio Del Toro has joined the cast of Guardians of the Galaxy ! But in what role? We’re not sure, but we have a hunch. Reportedly, the actor will star as a major character, one that will likely appear in other Marvel films. All roads point to Benicio Del Toro playing Thanos ! Del Toro will join Chris Pratt, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, and Michael Rooker in the superhero film. James Gunn will direct, with production set to begin this Summer. With Del Toro signed on for multiple picture options, and Thanos being promised for Guardians as well as The Avengers 2 , it seems like a likely match. Do you think Del Toro would make a good Thanos? But a new study by Feel Unique is here to remind us: According to the poll, 30 percent of British women are likely to purchase a product used by the Duchess, more than double the amount of confidence given to any other woman in the survey. Kate Moss finished second with just 15 percent, while Victoria Beckham, Cara Delevingne and Kim Kardashian rounded out the top five. The latter was the top finishing American.

An insider tells Us Weekly that the actor and the model actually split “awhile ago,” but word of the break up only seeped out today. “It was a mutual call,” another insider says of their breakup. “They both needed their space. She has been very busy with her modeling work and traveling. He’s got Star Trek and his other projects keeping him busy.” The South African beauty and the Star Trek: Into Darkness star started dating in the fall of 2011. Prior to getting together, the latter romanced Angels pitcher C.J. Wilson while the former had spent naked time with Olivia Munn and Audrina Patridge . Amanda Seyfriend actually covers this edition of Allure , but says her publicist would not allow her to strip down for it. Fortunately, she sort of made up for it by giving one seriously dirty answer when asked what advice her vocal coach for Les Misérables passed along. Seyfriend tells the magazine she was told to imagine “deep-throating a penis, get that feeling in the back of your throat, and then sing. That¹s where your larynx is.” Well, okay then! In the wake of Monday’s Boston Marathon bombing that killed at least three and injured 130 more, a nation turns its weary eyes to … Patton Oswalt? Believe it or not, yes. The 44-year-old comedian penned a Facebook response that struck a chord with fans and people who’ve never heard of him. It has been Liked nearly 250,000 times in less than a day. Oswalt writes that while violence like the Boston Marathon tragedy exemplifies the worst of our civilization, it’s easy to lose track of the big picture. That big picture, he says, is of a nation and human race that is fundamentally good, and would not be here otherwise, and which will always triumph. It’s actually pretty inspirational. Read it after the jump: Boston. Fucking horrible. I remember, when 9/11 went down, my reaction was, “Well, I’ve had it with humanity.” But I was wrong. I don’t know what’s going to be revealed to be behind all of this mayhem. One human insect or a poisonous mass of broken sociopaths. But here’s what I DO know. If it’s one person or a HUNDRED people, that number is not even a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a percent of the population on this planet. You watch the videos of the carnage and there are people running TOWARDS the destruction to help out. (Thanks FAKE Gallery founder and owner Paul Kozlowski for pointing this out to me). This is a giant planet and we’re lucky to live on it but there are prices and penalties incurred for the daily miracle of existence. One of them is, every once in awhile, the wiring of a tiny sliver of the species gets snarled and they’re pointed towards darkness. But the vast majority stands against that darkness and, like white blood cells attacking a virus, they dilute and weaken and eventually wash away the evil doers and, more importantly, the damage they wreak. This is beyond religion or creed or nation. We would not be here if humanity were inherently evil. We’d have eaten ourselves alive long ago. So when you spot violence, or bigotry, or intolerance or fear or just garden-variety misogyny, hatred or ignorance, just look it in the eye and think, “The good outnumber you, and we always will.” Words to live by, no?
Kate Middleton, Great Britain’s Duchess of Cambridge, will spend her second wedding anniversary in a way that sums her up well as an individual. They will visit Naomi Children’s Hospice in Hampshire, England, on April 29. Expecting their first child in July, the royal is set to tour the facility, meeting with patients and families as well as the staff, volunteers and supporters. Children’s Hospice Week runs until May 3 and is the sole awareness and fundraising week in the UK for helping kids with life-limiting conditions and related services. Children’s charities have been near and dear to the hearts of Kate Middleton and Prince William , who are said to be closer and more in love than ever.

Sources tell TMZ that the Kimye baby may be birthed in Paris, considering Kardashian was recently spotted checking out maternity wards in that French city. Why would Kim go international for the biggest moment of her life? Because France is known for its enforcement of strict paparazzi laws… and because Kardashian has a very nice apartment there. The reality star and her rapping boyfriend are expecting their first child in July, right around the same time as the Kate Middleton baby is due.
